"Overall, the accommodations were very nice and the apartment was very spacious. There are some areas of the apartment that although clean appeared dated and in need of a cosmetic update. The stairwells, staircases and basement where the garbage cans were located were in need of a good cleaning - they appeared quite dirty.The location was perfect! The apartment was centrally located and walking distance to most everything. I would recommend 'Da Emma' for a simple but quaint meal - and very good pizza!We also enjoyed Campo di Fiore and the market that set up there each morning. Would definitely stay again and recommend to a friend. Grazie mille! [We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay and the great location. Sorry to hear that some of the common areas of the building needed attention. We don't have any control over that but we'll let the building manager know.]"

"This is a wonderful, large apartment in the heart of Florence. We walked everywhere from this central location. The apartment is in a building with an elevator - something that was appreciated after busy full days of sightseeing. It is very comfortable, with a large couch in the well lit living room. The kitchen was very nice, and very functional - including a toaster and an American style coffee maker. The bedroom was huge! Once the windows and shutters were closed, there was no sound or light from outside. The bed was so comfortable, I needed to struggle to get up in the morning! The bathroom was very nice and modern, with plenty of storage room. And above all else, the apartment was very clean. I know that we will want to stay here on our next visit to Florence."

"We've spent many weeks in Firenze across decades of travel in Italy ... the Prisco apartment is one of the nicest we have rented. Location is fantastic in the main shopping area, close to restaurants, shops and sights ... also only a short walk to the delights of the Oltrarno. What made it extra special, however, was the help we received from the delightful owners, Miki and Franco. I arrived with a sudden and crippling back injury and within hours, they had arranged a wheelchair through the tourist office, which saved our vacation! More drama ensued upon departure! Late on the evening before, my husband discovered that the elevator was not working. It would have been nearly impossible to get me and our baggage downstairs without it. He called Miki and Franco, who promised they would arrive at 8am and that the elevator would be repaired promptly. They were better than prompt, but brought with them the bad news that a lightning strike had been called for that day by the transit workers and an airport taxi could not be pre-arranged. But dear Miki patted my shoulder and told me not too worry, that she would get things in order. Long story short is that the lift was repaired quickly, a taxi waited outside .... I descended and was met by a line of uniformed repairmen who all shook my hand and assisted my husband with loading our baggage and me into our taxi. When I asked Miki how she had achieved this miracle, she told me she had simply explained to both elevator service and taxi office that she had an injured VIP guest at her apartment who MUST make her flight to Paris and on to her hospital appointment there, and everyone rallied to the common goal! We adored the spacious and lovely apartment and will always make it our base in Firenze, but we especially loved meeting Miki and Franco .... two of the dearest people ever. Please give them our heartfelt gratitude for turning a challenging event for us into a delightful memory .... they were lifesavers from start to finish of our stay! And, to Pat and Lisa .... this is our second rental with you (the previous was a week in Rome) ..... We have loved the apartments ... also the info you provide in advance, which is the best and most thorough of any rental agency in a long history of renting homes and apartments in Europe. We applaud you and will remain loyal clients! Sorry it took me such a long time to complete this form .... the back is healing and we look forward to renting with you again!"

"We were met by Miki and Franco the hosts who were welcoming and delightful. The apartment was spacious, very clean and well ordered even with a stock of milk, coffee and a gift bottle of wine. All the appliances were in excellent condition and the kitchen is substantial and could support advanced cooking. The location is outstanding with easy access to all the main attractions. The information on local restaurants and services was excellent. The entire stay was without problem. It was cold during our visit and the heat is not functional at night apparently due to local law and this made the apartment somewhat uncomfortable after 9pm on some nights. Additional space heaters would be a great plus. Overall we would rate the Prisco as excellent and would strongly recommend it."

"We just loved our stay at Prisco. The location is perfect,the apartment very comfortable and the owners very kind and helpful. We felt "at home"! We love to cook and the kitchen had all the things you need to prepare lovely meals (and you can shop at nearby Eataly). Within walking distance you can reach very good restaurants, one of my favorites is Trattoria Sostanza , sipping coffee and drink "aperitivo" at Cafe Giacosa it's a must ( in front of the apartment ) and eating panino tartufatto at Procacci.The shops around are very high quality, be sure to walk at Via della Vigna Nuova, and you will find lovely shops and La Duree to eat the best french macarons! We love Firenze and Tuscany and we definitely will came back, so we recommend this home away from home !! We do recommend Italy Perfect and Paris Perfect as we had rented apartments in both sites and were very satisfied ."

"Best location, just a few steps from Ponte Vecchio on the Oltro Arno side. Apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Made extensive use of the kitchen due to convenient supermarket just two blocks away. Look forward to returning someday!"

"We visited Rome at the end of December and it was a great experience. The Elegante apartment was a very good choice for our team (two families-4 adults/ 4 children). More than spacious (the kids really loved it) and comfortable, gave us the opportunity to share time together but also enjoy our privacy. "We stayed as a family of 5 with 2 adults and 3 children aged 6, 7 &14 in Jan 2015. The apartment was very spacious - especially for Europe - and very comfortable. The master bedroom and bathroom was separated from the rest of the apartment by a small walk through wardrobe, essentially making this a parents retreat. The beds are firm, but this seems to be normal for Europe. The 2 bathrooms are always a bonus and the washer / dryer instructions easy to read and use. The kitchen is full size and well equipt with a separate dining area within, as well as another dining table in the large lounge area. One of the lounges converted to a bed, but we chose to use the 3 single beds in the second bedroom so I'm not sure how comfortable this would be to sleep on. We found all the main sights were in walking distance (with a 6 year old) and there are so many restaurants right outside the door we were not able to try them all! There is a grocery store a short walk away too. We also used Italy Perfects recommendations for a driver to pick us up and also for a tour guide. I would highly recommend them both - Rocco for the transfers and Cristina as a tour guide. She got us into places you wouldn't be able to go if you just went by yourself, and she also gave the 2 smaller children work books to help keep them engaged. Giuseppe speaks excellent English and was very helpful - giving us a thorough run down of how everything works. there is also a good information pack in the apartment along with maps and guide books. The heaters worked very well and we would definitely stay here again. The only negative was there seems to be a hospital nearby and we could hear sirens quite regularly, but in saying that you could hear them all day in the centre of Rome no matter where you were. We have used Paris Perfect a number of times before and they have not disappointed here with their Rome accommodation. 9/10!"

"With my wife we spent wonderful time here, Firenze. As Italian Perfect offered us a cozy room with well equipment, so we could enjoyed our time comfortably.There are a lot of kitchen accessories and many kinds of glasses, so we enjoyed home-made dinners and Italian wines when I wanted Japanese foods. My wife enjoyed church bells in mornings and flute sounds that a player gave a performance in building corners in quite nights. We would like to express our sincere thanks to Italy Perfect and supporters for our staying in Firenze. And, of course, we will recommend Italy Perfect apartment and good management to our friends. "My wife and I had a great week-long visit to Florence staying in Casetta Bonsi. The apartment is spacious with two floors. The second floor is a full floor with a large bedroom, bathroom and quaint terrace (this is not a loft). The street is quiet and only a few blocks from the Ponte Vecchio. The apartment was perfectly clean with everything we could have needed. We were able to walk to the main tourist attractions easily and return home to relax and re-energize. The restaurants in the neighborhood are wonderful and the area is not as overrun by tourists as the area across the Arno. Maurizio and his family are gracious hosts who helped us in innumerable ways, including helping us get to the airport on a morning when the city was closed to taxis and other cars due to the running of a marathon! We are hopeful to return to Florence and cannot imagine staying anywhere else."

"We did not experience any problems with the accommodations or the service. The apartment is beautiful and very spacious. There was was someone waiting there to meet us and they were very easy to get in touch with so they we could discuss our arrival time. We needed to have one of the beds reconfigured so that it would be 2 twin beds and someone came over the first evening we were there and remade the beds. Everything was great with our stay and we always tell people that the apartment we stayed at in Rome was "huge, had the most beautiful floors and chandeliers". Also, it was so hot when we we there (and this coming from Texans!!!) so we were thankful for the Air Conditioning! [Thank you so much. We hope to see you again! The Italy Perfect Team]"

"Our trip to Florence for 9 days at the end of November couldn't have been more perfect, in large part due to the wonderful apartment we stayed in. Torella was an ideal location, a minute from the Ponte Vecchio, around the corner from the Pitti Palace and across the Arno from the Uffizi. The apartment itself was comfortable and cozy, with breathtaking views from the bedroom at all hours. One of the unexpected bonuses was that it was extremely quiet; no sound from other apartments, neighbors or even the street. We enjoyed the terrace and found the living room very relaxing. Both our greeter and the doorman were extremely helpful, which was especially important considering our luggage was lost on the trip there. They were instrumental in our obtaining it without further problems. We loved being close to the main attractions, but also the quiet small streets and piazzas in this region, and especially the artisans of the Santo Spirito neighborhood. Restaurants within walking distance were all superb, and we found the recommendations in the apartment very helpful. We also made daily trips to the grocery store down the street, perfect for supplies for breakfast or snacks. We were able to do what we had hoped this vacation could do: relax and live as the locals might, walking everywhere, enjoying the beauty and vibrancy of this beautiful Italian city. "This apartment was perfect for our family of four.The facilities in the apartment were clean, comfortable and attractive. We felt at home immediately. Our two daughters - 10 and 12 years old - loved their beds under the cupboards. Our greeter was gracious and helpful. The highlight, however, was stepping out into Piazza Navona less than 50m from your front door leaving you in a perfect position to explore historical Rome by foot.It was everything we could have wanted in terms of facilities and location. "This was truly a lovely apartment. We have been to Florence many times and this was one of the best. Everything was so well thought out for the guest. The owners were more than gracious and helped us with anything we required. I would recommend the added gift basket for your arrival. It contains coffee, milk, OJ, bread, wine and all the food essentials you need so that you don't have to grocery shop on the day you arrive.There was plenty of closet and storage space. It is our favorite location. We never needed a taxi to get around. All our favorite restaurants were nearby. We plan to use this rental again whenever we return. It is our little "home away from home"."

"I felt very confident from the first communication with Lisa that this was going to be a very special experience. Both my husband and I are assumebly well travelled and described to Lisa our requirements in terms of location, type of area etc., that we were looking for on our trip to Florence. Michaela was perfecto! Great street to open our doors to in the morning! Quality shops were around the corner, markets, artisans and the list goes on and on. We especially enjoyed the Saturday morning artisan market (near the Novella ) eating on warmed benches under the Florence sunshine.Our hosts went above all expectations as we drove into the narrow streets when we first arrived (lost and about to enter a one way street the wrong way) to personally walk to our car and take us to the appartment. And then, taking us to return our rental vehicle as Florence is definitely not a driving city! On our last day, again taking us to the airport to ensure we were there on time and without any hassle. Mama Mia! This was my very best experience to date. A very special thank you to our hosts and to Lisa for an absolutely perfect experience. Italy Perfect? Without a question. "We spent over a week, off-season, at the Bucine Belvedere apartment in October and have nothing but great things to say about the property, the staff, the location and the overall experience. We also loved being there in October! The accommodations are very nice and the grounds are spectacular. We had excellent meals at the restaurant, both breakfast and dinner, and loved wandering the grounds when we had a few spare minutes. It was not swimming pool season, though the pool looked very inviting.Some of party had a lovely tea with the owner in the castle.The property is an easy drive from Florence, 45 minutes, but feels remote. A lot of great day trips--San Gimignano, Montepuliciano, Cortona, Arezzo, etc.Very easy drives. Marianna's restaurant recommendations were great--we particularly loved Duddova, which is about 10 minutes away. The restaurant has about 5 tables and is fun by the Leonardo family. We had a blast, as well as an excellent meal. Overall our stay was lovely and we would be delighted to visit again. A very special place. [Thank you so much for your review and the recommendations. "The apartment listed as Elegnate in Rome was perfect. The pictures depicted the apartment exactly.We were met by two very nice men that helped us get settled. There were even fresh flowers in the apartment. The location was excellent very close to shopping and a 20 minute walk to the Spanish Steps. We found a great restaurant, Sorpasso's, close to the apartment, it was outstanding and visited mostly by locals. Pat from Italy Perfect was so helpful and always available for questions. Our stay could not have been nicer.We used a great tour guide, Adriano Bortoli at 39 335 411727. This was our second time using him in Rome. He is very knowledgeable and a delightful man.
