It was an honor and a treat to be able to stay in this historic place. The location in Santa Croce square was perfect. I have been to Florence many times. This place has always been one of my favorites from the outside. Our hosts were very kind and helpful. They helped us get our luggage upstairs. The apartment was the perfect layout. We had one small issue with one of the shower doors, but it was promptly fixed. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Central to most everything. Clean. Well equipped. Easy in/out. Safe. Air conditioning was excellent in mid July. Patio is wonderful.

The location of this property was perfect. It is walking distance from the major sites. Inside the apartment you will not miss any amenities as they have thought of everything. The kitchen is fully equipped. The A/C was much needed during the heat wave of Rome. Our greeter was waiting for us when we arrived. She gave us a tour of the apartment and explained everything to us. She was very professional and friendly. We really enjoyed our time there and will definitely be returning.Booking this property was also very easy. The communication from the management was very thorough and quick. They helped us navigate transportation as well. Thank you to all of you!!

Cute, very clean place with much to do in walking distance. While in the heart of everything it’s very quiet and we loved the balcony for early AM coffee. Great place!

This apartment is in the middle of everything. We absolutely loved the cleanliness of the unit. We had 5 adults in our party and we never felt crowded. The air conditioning was ice cold making the 90 degree days bearable. Our host helped guide the taxi driver to the address and met us at the door. She was very helpful with her info for the unit. Thanks again, looking forward to returning soon.

Pasquino is a beautiful apt in a very busy neighborhood, but with great windows, so we didn’t hear the street noise. Kitchen is fab, bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable. Would def stay here again.

Giada was the start of our European vacation. Our host greeted us and showed us all we needed to know during our stay. He was quick to respond to our questions as well. The penthouse apartment exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was superb being just up from the Spanish Steps, within a stones throw of the best shopping, and near excellent restaurants. The accommodations were also amazing with comfortable rooms and beds, spacious living areas, and the nicely appointed rooftop deck with views of the surrounding neighborhood offered the perfect escape from the busy streets below. Our whole family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay which felt more like home than a trip overseas.

Although I was apprehensive when signing on to this apartment because of reports of street noise below, the amenities and location drew me to it. Turns out The Prisco is a wonderful apartment! Street noise is certainly perceivable from the main area of the apartment but not at all from the bedroom which has been “noise proofed”. I quickly learned to appreciate the view and noise from the common area. This place is alive. One morning, I heard an applause from below and looked out of the window to find a man on his knee gazing at a very happy woman. The apartment has everything you need for your stay. The hosts are lovely and unusually responsive. I will be back!

Wonderful place! We really enjoyed our stay here and the apartment is in a great location and convenient to everything we needed. The AC was great to come home to during the heatwave we experienced.

Beautiful apartment ! Amenities included. We were welcomed by the host in person who walked us through the apartment and all the services and explain how to use AC, and appliances. Host had cold water, coffee, sugar, spices and a bottle of wine for us! So nice to be able to have cold water and coffee after out journey to Roma. The apartment was spotless and clean It is on top floor but has an elevator- it is slow but works great especially for luggage. I would absolutely stay here again.

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at Concerto in Florence. We couldn't have asked for a better location or a more beautiful apartment to call home during our time in the city. In addition to its charm and elegance, the apartment features a well-equipped kitchen, which made it easy to enjoy meals at home and relax on the lovely patio. The layout was perfect for our family, with two separate bedrooms that provided both comfort and privacy. Exceptional host—responsive, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We would highly recommend Concerto to anyone looking to experience Florence like a local while enjoying all the comforts of a beautifully appointed home.

Amazing property location, huge space—looks exactly as depicted. Lots of natural light, but quiet (noise cancelling windows!). AV works great. Beds are firm but comfy. Lots of pillow options. Shower water pressure could have been stronger. Elevator is simple and easy to use. Hosts are wonderful people. Easy to work with and very helpful providing useful information for your stay.

Don’t hesitate to book! Location is excellent and an easy walk to everything. We enjoyed the patio and view for morning coffee as well as evening drinks. Nicely appointed for our 4 night stay. Very comfortable accommodations - the air conditioners worked great. Our greeter was very helpful at check-in with recommendations for dinner, gelato ect.

All was as expected with the exception of the bathrooms not being directly connected to the bedrooms. It was never implied that they were. It was our assumption. Still, very convenient. Great location.

The Santa Croce Giotto apartment is one of those rare vacation rentals that ticks all the boxes and sets a very high standard from which you'll be comparing every other apartment you stay in. Here's some of the highlights: A gorgeous centuries old historic building complete with huge open beams and some frescoes, but with all the modern touches like a lift; air conditioning and modern fixtures. The 3 large bedrooms all have their own bathroom making this an ideal rental for 3 couples. The location is also ideal, located right on Piazza Santa Croce overlooking the huge square and church and within easy walking distance to all of the major sights in Florence. The staff at Italy Perfect was also perfect. This was my third apartment stay in Florence and this was the best by far. Florence hosts an annual event called Calcio Storico, kind of a football-rugby-wrestling event that takes place directly on the Piazza Santa Croce every June and this apartment would be most coveted if you could time your trip during the games. We missed it by a couple days but enjoyed watching them bring in truckloads of sand and setting up bleachers. I would return to this apartment without hesitation.
