"The eight members of my party thoroughly enjoyed our time at Panorama.Several of us have rented villas in Italy before from different agencies and found Panorama to be the most spacious for a large party, with five bedrooms and five baths The kitchen was well stocked with plates, flatware, glassware and pots, which we put to great use during a cooking class. The view from the patio towards Montecatini Terme is breathtaking, It is also easy to visit nearby towns, including Massa, Cozzile, Montecatini Terme, Lucca and Pistoia. The contact person at the villa met us promptly upon arrival, explained the appliances, and was a great resource for restaurant recommendations and even a doctor when one of us needed medical attention. We had great meals at Trattoria de Valentino in Malocchio and Trattoria da Nerone in Pescia. I highly recommend the villa and Italy Perfect. [We are delighted to hear you had such a wonderful time at Panorama! We hope to welcome you back in the near future. The Italy Perfect Team]"
"Beautiful apartment on a quiet plaza, one block from a busy thoroughfare. Elvira, the lady in charge, is wonderfully helpful and efficient and the bonus is her croissants are divine, delivered fresh every morning. We left by taxi from the private dock. The only way to arrive and leave if you don’t want to lug luggage over bridges. We’ve stayed at several Italy perfect apartments. This one is hands down the best maintained and decorated. The fresh flowers we requested were gorgeous all week and made the place feel like home. A wonderful mix of antiques and modern decor. Not far from the only Rubens in a Venetian church and lots of tempting places to eat nearby. I hope to return.[Thank you for your wonderful review! We are delighted to hear how much you loved the apartment and location. We look forward to welcoming you again! The Italy Perfect Team]"
"We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Prisco. The location is perfect! Close to the train station, easy walk to all the sights, in the middle of outstanding restaurants and shopping. The apartment is very well equipped with anything you might need. The bedroom is very spacious and quiet as long as you close up everything. The bathroom is extremely spacious. Miki and Franco explained everything thoroughly. They were always available for anything that might come up. We hope to stay at Prisco next time we come to Florence. The apartment is spacious and very lovely. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We already miss it! [Thank you for your lovely review Jane! We look forward to welcoming you again! The Italy Perfect Team]"
"Italy Perfect and Pat were a pleasure to work with. We decided to stay at Elegante in Rome, which is a terrific apartment - well located, beautifully furnished, spacious, spotless, with good air conditioning in all the bedrooms and living room and dining room, modern bathrooms, and just down the block from a terrific Gelateria. What more can you ask? The neighborhood is great, quiet and off the beaten tourist track, but within walking distance of many of the important sites in Rome. There are lots of really good restaurants in the neighborhood, so we were able to walk to all our dinners. Favorite restaurants were La Zanzara, Il Sorpasso and especially Del Frate. Found a couple of good grocery stores nearby as well, though have to admit the apartment was better stocked upon our arrival than any other vacation rental we've used. Thanks, Pat and Italy Perfect!"
"The Belvedere apartment in Florence far exceeded our expectations. The apartment was very clean, well stocked and comfortable. Despite being right on the Palazzo Santa Croce, with all of its bustle, the apartment was extremely quiet. The location was great and we took full advantage of your two recommendations, the wonderful little restaurant right next door and the great pastry shop across the Palazzo. It was a perfect location for exploring Florence. The four of us are in our late 70's/early 80's and this apartment was perfect for our needs. We loved it. [We are thrilled that you enjoyed your stay! We look forward to working with you again! The Italy Perfect Team]"
"The L'Albero Bello villa in Lucignano was an absolute gem, although getting to it by car from Florence was a challenge. The directions took us onto a winding gravel road that we would still be navigating if it were not for the fortuitous intervention of Elio, the groundskeeper for the villa. In the future, I would recommend giving directions that go through the church; much shorter and more direct. The villa itself was amazing, very spacious with four bedrooms and four full baths, three living room spaces and a great kitchen. Someone took a 600-year-old villa (according to Barbara) and thoroughly modernized it without detracting from the historic character of the building. Barbara was very helpful in orienting us and generally taking care of us, including a stopped-up bathtub drain. The location was great for exploring the Tuscan countryside and surrounding sites like Sienna and Pienza. Luana, the cook, was an unexpected bonus. We asked her to cook only three dinners for us and each was as good or better than anything we had in restaurants. Speaking of restaurants we would like to strongly recommend one close to the villa, Le Bindi. It is located inside the walls of Monte San Servino, so it’s tricky to find, but well worth it. There is one seating each night of 20 diners sitting around a long table. Reservations well in advance are required. A couple (she’s the chef) serves fifteen to twenty courses (we lost track) family style (yes I said 15-20!). The food could be described as nuevo Tuscan, absolutely delicious, and all for 25 euros per person! Overall, our experience could not have been better. Thank you for a great villa in Tuscany. [Thank you for your wonderful comments, we’re delighted you enjoyed your stay. Thank you for the good suggestion to include directions that go past the church instead, we will do that! The Italy Perfect Team]"
"The 2 bedroom two bath [Giotto] villa was perfect. Our son is 21 and he had space and privacy as did we. On a hillside in Tuscany the views are breathtaking The location is great about 35-40 minutes from Florence you can drive in and spend the day while the rest of the time exploring the beauty and tranquility of Tuscany The accommodations are spacious and we had our own outside area to hang in the Sunshine. There is a pool and a dining area for breakfast. There are many great places to dine with in a short drive We recommend taking the tour and lunching at the Antonori winery a quick drive a way”"

"Hands down the best apartment we rented during our 3-week Italy vacation. Terrific location. Wish we'd found Italy Perfect sooner so that we could have booked all our accommodations with them. Thanks for everything, we will refer you to friends, especially Pat who was so helpful. "
"Loved the location of the apartments. We were two families staying in two apartments in Florence. We were able to walk everywhere with no issues. Pat at Italy Perfect was absolutely wonderful to work with! She gave us very helpful suggestions and advice on what to do, who to use for drivers, and arranging tours. You don't have to worry about finding great restaurants - there are a million to choose from, all within walking distance.I would definitely recommend Italy Perfect to a friend! We plan on using them again! [We are delighted to hear that you had a great stay! We look forward to your return! The Italy Perfect Team]"
"Caterina was practically perfect for us in every way. The building is a lovely restored palazzo in an upscale area with a secure entryway and doorman. While the location is extremely central, it is a bit less hectic than nearby streets, as it is surrounded by several luxury retailers and a few posh cafes and restaurants, but it is still an easy stroll from all the sights, sounds, museums, shopping (and crowds) of the centro historico. The apartment is up two floors on a stately wide red-carpeted stone staircase, and there is an old-style but perfectly useable elevator that goes right from the cool marble lobby to the landing outside the apartment. The air conditioning in the apartment was absolutely excellent and kept us cool even in a July heatwave. The photos on the website are accurate, with the same decor, furnishings and views as shown. The high ceilinged living room with two tall double windows that open onto a spectacular view of the baroque church across the way is a pleasurable space to relax and socialize, with plenty of high quality seating (well padded sofa, loveseat and two nice armchairs) and a useful large coffee table. There is a large television in the living area with the usual Italian channels, along with a selection of international news channels in various languages. A small dining table in the living area and a desk in the front bedroom provide good spots to work on a laptop. The kitchen is small but functional and well stocked with cutlery, glassware, dishes and basic cookware. There are nice restaurants in walking distance, and the Deliveroo and Glovo options included some high quality choices. The windows have solid wooden shutters which can be closed to reduce any street noise for light sleepers. Because the small piazza in front of the building is in the ZTL (only taxis and cars with permits) there is never much traffic so it is an easy spot for taxi pick up and drop off (these can be called by phone or from an app such as "it Taxi"). The apartment was clean and the maid service was very good. WiFi was good. Italy Perfect was an excellent agency: they were easy to reach with any questions, responsive and helpful, organized and professional. The driver they arranged for us for a group transfer to Rome (Luca) was wonderful, with an immaculate vehicle that arrived on time and carried us and our luggage to our destination in good comfort. I would not hesitate to rent with Italy Perfect again. [We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your stay! We look forward to welcoming you again! The Italy Perfect Team]"
"Casa San Vito is a very nice house to stay in. Also the place around it is really beautiful. You can be around the house and really feel that you are in Tuscany. We went often for a day out but we take our meal in the nice garden of Casa San Vito. When we arrived we were welcomed by a very nice lady who gave us a first look around. Francesco the owner of the place knows well were you need to go and gave us a lot of information about the nicest places to go to. We recommend Casa San Vito to all the people with kids to go to. [We are delighted to hear about your great stay! The Italy Perfect Team]"
"We just spent an amazing week in the Tuscan hills above Florence at the Divine Dante villa, former home of Dante Alighieri. What a historical treat to be staying in the villa. We were a party of 9 which included two families with 5 adult children. Each bedroom has two twins that can be made into a queen-sized bed and each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, which was perfect for our group. The on-site staff was a gentleman, Pieris, who is the nicest, kindest and most helpful person, which made our stay so wonderful. We enjoyed him so much. After taking us to the local grocery store, he always had coffee/tea and breakfast waiting for us every morning if we asked for it. We had an amazing cooking class experience with a local chef who came to the villa and Pieris dressed up to be our waiter. It was a truly special night. He was so helpful when we needed cabs or arranging any activities. The villa is perfect walking distance to the city centre of Florence. It took us 30-45 minutes to walk to the Duomo from the villa, which usually meant we window shopped most of the way. We walked down the hill on narrow streets (be careful of cars driving past) almost every day. The walk back up the hill to the villa is not too strenuous. But you can easily catch a cab in town to take you back to the villa. Cristiana is the contact for the Dante Villa and Italy Perfect. She was there to greet us when we arrived and explained all the aspects of the villa to us, including the importance of the electrical bill and air conditioning. Always make sure to turn the air off in each of the rooms when leaving for the day and keep the doors closed, which helps to keep the house cool. Cristiana was such a joy to work with and a big help in providing and arranging all of our activities, which included a cooking class at the villa to help celebrate birthdays. Since we were a large party, Cristiana arranged to have a local car service available to us during our stay. We used them for our travels to the cities of San Gimignano and Siena as well as travel to some really great wineries in the Chianti region. The drivers were very knowledgeable about the history of the region. Luca was one of our driver’s for the week and suggested we go to Castello della Paneretta winery for a tour and tasting. It was a wonderful experience. He then took us to Osteria Capanna del Gallo for an unforgettable dining experience. The food was amazing but the outdoor venue overlooking the Tuscan hills and sunset made for a great ending to a wonderful day! Our experience with Italy Perfect has been wonderful. All of our needs were met and between Cristiana and Pieris at the villa, we had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back soon as Florence is one of our favorite Italian cities. [We are delighted to hear that you had a wonderful time in Italy! We look forward to welcoming you again! The Italy Perfect Team]"
"We absolutely have nothing but raves for this apartment and the manager, Gianluca. Italy Perfect helped arrange our ride to and from the airport. The driver was waiting for us and couldn't have been nicer. When we arrived at the apartment, Gianluca was already there to help us with our bags (the elevator was a blessing) and to show us what we needed to know about the apartment. The apartment itself was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay, including a wireless printer, which was essential since we stayed for over 2 months. From the online description, and because we are used to a larger living space, my husband and I were concerned that the apartment might be too small for our extended 9-week stay. Our concerns were unnecessary. The living room/dining area were generously sized and the kitchen was brand new. We actually ate lunch out everyday and cooked dinner at home with the exception of just 7 nights in total. We had fun at the green markets and the Roman supermarkets and the apartment's well-equipped kitchen made food prep easy. The master bedroom was comfortable and large enough. The second bedroom is really only large enough for one person, but we used it for our college age daughter who visited for 5 days and to store clothing. It was great to have the extra bathroom as well. The master bathroom is small, but it's divided into two rooms, so we found it was just fine. Gianluca was very responsive to all of our questions and just a delight to work with. We had no issues with the apartment, but had questions with calling cabs and finding office supplies, which he solved for us immediately. I highly recommend the Sabini Apartment. The location couldn't have been better. We walked everywhere. It's safe and we made many friends with the shopkeepers and hair salon stylists across the street. Any questions, just ask. [We are thrilled that you enjoyed your stay! We look forward to working with you again! The Italy Perfect Team]"
"Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Colleen, my children and myself are all grateful for the advice and services you gave us in making our trip to the Chianti region of Tuscany so fun, easy and memorable. our stay at Bucine agriturismo was wonderful and all that we wanted, and more! The sisters Mariana & Antonia and the staff were so great, offering hospitality, tips and access to so many fun places and events. First, the 3 bedroom Limonia was perfect for us 5. The pool was big, clean and refreshing. Both breakfast and dinners were tasty and fun. Even loved the nearby town of Bucine and its market. Mariana set us up with 5 tickets to Arrezzo’s Friday night, pre joust neighborhood dinner. So fun and special to be able to get access to such a long standing, local event. Met so many nice Arrezzians. Thanks again for listening to us, interpreting what we wanted into the perfect stay. We would like to return again, while using you as our guide to the right place in the right location. Cannot wait!"

"From start to finish, our experience with Italy Perfect was perfect. Our stay was a family reunion of 11 people, including a 4.5 year old. There was plenty of room for our group. The grounds are absolutely impeccable - i am involved with golf course management and i have never seen such perfect grass and landscaping. The support staff that came every day did a very good job keeping our place neat. We had asked for snacks and breakfast materials to be there upon our arrival and all was there in great shape. One evening we used a local cook that our greeter arranged and that meal was the best i had in all of Italy. We loved having the pool to cool off after our excursions and it was great having a washing machine there, especially since we had already been travelling for a week. Our greeter was of immense help, particularly as she arranged transportation from the Naples airport at midnight for one of our group. She answered many of our questions over the week and was of immense help. The location was a bit of a challenge for those not used to driving in italy, but once we got the hang of it, it was fine. It fact there was a religious festival (St. Andrew)going on down the street for a few days while we were there, which added to our fun. The views from the decks and the main lawn are absolutely to die for and many evenings were spent overlooking the islands. The dining areas were perfect and the plates/cutlery and glasses were fabulous. Some of the details in the room were so thoughtful - there were wash clothes provided for us Americans, who are used to them, and fresh bars of Dove soap when we arrived. There is good hiking up the hill behind the place and the view from the very top is worth the effort. There are a few restaurants nearby but we weren't exactly clear on where they were - perhaps a little more clarity on that - and some info on when the nearby mini market is open/closed.I absolutely would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone. And, i would recommend Italy Perfect for their service; hope to try to use them again in another place."
"The home we stayed in was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed it! The daily housekeeping was a wonderful bonus. Everyone on property was exceptionally kind to us and upon arrival they had provided a few necessities as well as a fresh baked pie:) The location of the home is unbelievable...it is in the middle of a park, perched on a hill over looking Rome, it really couldn’t be any better! And the surrounding area is great with grocery stores nearby and a beautiful piazza with shops and dining galore as well as many beautiful old Churches to admire and pray within. My biggest complement however must go to Pat who literally saved my vacation. The property I had originally reserved for Rome was flooded by a pipe bursting and damaging the entire space so 36 hours before I was to leave for Rome I found Pat and she generously took control, found this amazing home for us and arranged a private English speaking driver and very quickly had everything reserved and under control. To me she is an angel in disguise and completely saved a trip that felt doomed! Thank you Pat!! [Thank you. We were delighted to be able to save the situation so you could stay in such a lovely place! The Italy Perfect Team]"
"This was our first time renting a villa and from an online agency and (normally hotel people but a 5 year old necessitates space) were hesitant to say the least. We found Italy Prefect online being recommended by one of the travel magazines and decided to try them out. Service timing etc was impeccably and on point. As to the Villa, what can we say, very impressed luxury farmhouse villa. Nice open living spaces, big well stocked kitchen, large private swimming pool with its own kitchen (it is removed from the main house). House is 15 mins drive from a large supermarket but we found with the quantity of food the ladies were cooking any trip to the supermarket was an indulgence. Onto the 2 ladies, Barbara who cleans and is the property manager was wonderfully sweet efficient and got it done. Luana the old Nona who does the cooking, we had the most exceptional food every day. She did not understand the concept that portion sizes were a bit to big for us. Without blinking changed the menu to suit my vegetarian mother and non beef eating father. As a testament our 5 year old ate whatever she cooked including greens, barley and tomatoes) and no mention of wanting anything familiar. Only issue we had was the google coordinates were slightly off but Barbara came to fetch us. We will be back to this villa and will be using Italy Perfect. [Thank you for your great review! We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your stay! The Italy Perfect Team]"
"This was our second stay at Minerva's Treasure. Love the location, we love to walk so we were up early each morning and walked 4 miles in the Borghese Gardens which is about a 5 minute walk from the apartment, before the heat of the day, such a wonderful way to experience Rome. Also like that there is a taxi stand in nearby Piazza del Popolo, so convenient. Living room is so elegant, and sofa long enough for good naps! [Thank you for your repeat business! The Italy Perfect Team] Apartment has a good layout and it is in a quality, well maintained building. Also good water pressure in the showers, something that can be problematic in parts of Rome. Can't wait to return again. Grazie Pat, Lisa and Daniela for taking such good care of us! "

"If you are in the market for an apartment in Florence, I would highly recommend working with Italy Perfect and also strongly consider renting the Artemesia apartment. The apartment is clean, spacious, and overall very beautiful one of the best I have ever stayed in while visiting Europe. The apartment complex itself is centrally located and extremely close to all the key sites and historic landmarks of Florence--the Duomo is literally steps away. The apartment is just north of the river on one of the most prestigious streets of Florence.I found the apartment to be safe and secure with controlled/locked entry with an added plus of having a safe for your valuables. Special mention must be made to the support team of the apartment from the amazing doorman to the administrative support staff. The entire team were always very kind and helpful and put in the extra effort to address any questions or needs you would have from the time of your arrival to your final departure.I found the welcome package I received to be most valuable.Besides the location, security, and beauty of this apartment there are other key aspects of having a comfortable stay in an apartment that the Artemisia fully provides: it is very close to shopping, a bank/ATM, places to eat, and the disposal of your daily/weekly trash. I want to thank Italy Perfect for helping make my stay in Florence so memorable. I highly recommend this apartment and plan to rent this apartment again very soon. Bob [Thank you so much for your great review! We look forward to working with you again! The Italy Perfect Team]"
"We absolutely LOVED staying at LaFoce Chiarentana. The Tiglio apartment was perfect for our family of 4, my husband and I and our 2 adult children. The setting was idyllic, could not have asked for a better introduction to the Tuscan countryside. The grounds are expansive and a swim in the pool was so refreshing. Loreena was incredibly welcoming and so helpful to us in recommending restaurants, and even called around Nfor us to book reservations. We were pleased to find in the kitchen, a welcome basket--bottle of wine, loaf of bread, meat and cheese and of course, olive oil from the estate. We were lucky enough to have the olive oil tasting dinner the first night we arrived. It was such a pleasure to meet Donata, and hear about the estate and the oils produced there. Our stay was much too short as we spent most days exploring the countryside, but it was so nice to come “home” to Tiglio at the end of the day. The whole time we kept talking about going back with extended family. I would highly recommend this property! We also booked another property with Italy perfect—Niccolo Ginestre, which was also wonderful. I wouldn’t hesitate to book any property through Italy Perfect—It was easy and perfect, start to finish!"
"My wife, 2 kids, and I spent 5 nights in this beautiful, historic, but updated villa overlooking the piazza of Santa Croce church. The large 3 BR/3BA apartment was just updated, and we were the first guests since the renovation was completed. The apartment has modern, sleek and expensive appliances including a washer AND dryer!! The location is breathtaking as you can look out your windows directly onto the piazza of Santa Croce, and look at the beautiful church as well. Despite being right next to the piazza, we didn't hear any noise from the outside because of the sound-proof windows. Any small inconveniences we may have experienced were quickly rectified once we brought it to on site team's attention (Wi-Fi and how to use appliances). This is the 4th time we have utilized Italy Perfect for trips to Italy during the past 9 years, and we have never been let down. Pat is always very patient with my many questions and requests, and I consider her to be a friend as well as an excellent source of information. If you are interested in high end leather, the School of Leather located on the back side of the Santa Croce Basilica is a must see. We rented a car and went to Arezzo, 50 minutes south, and also went to Maranello (Ferrari Museum) and Modena (about 90 minutes north). If you are interested in Balsamic vinegar and would like to experience the oldest producer in the area, check out Acetaia Cavedoni: http://www.acetaiacavedoni.it/ This family business has been around since 1860 and our 90 minute private tour with Marcello was amazing, complete with bread, cheese, salumeria, dessert, lambrusco, expresso and plenty of balsamic vinegar. Our taxi ride to Fiesole, 15 minutes from the apartment atop a large hill, provided one of the most breathtaking views I have seen in my 4 trips to Italy. Eating at La Reggia degli Etruschi, in Fiesole, was phenomenal!! On a final note, the building is very secure, has great air conditioning in every room, is large, clean and we did not see a single bug or spider in the apartment the whole time. Many thanks to all for making our trip to Florence special!"
