It's like having your own little home with a private terrace in Florence! Excellent communication from the host, greeted upon arrival and shown the ins and outs of the home and the area. And, a lovely bottle of wine and treats as a welcome gift from the host. We would stay again.

The space was perfectly located in Florence, convenient to everything! We loved sitting on the balcony late morning enjoying our coffee and the sounds of Florence waking up. Our host was so helpful and responsive. We have nothing but great things to say!!

Right in the middle of where you want to be but fabulously serene, high up above the hustle and bustle. A perfectly placed, comfortable retreat, well equipped with everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay!

This place was absolutely amazing! The location was perfect, walking distance to shops and food. Our host met us when we checked in and gave us a tour of the place, he was nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this place if your staying in Florence!!

Great location in the heart of downtown. Couldn’t be better.Cleanliness and amenities were perfect.Bedroom was well sound-proofed but main living area seemed to pick up every sound from the street below but this was a minor inconvenience.The owners met us at the property and helped pre-book a taxi when we left at 5am on last day.Would definitely stay here again when we return to Firenze.

Bellissimo! We had a wonderful time in this very comfortable apartment in a safe and accessible part of Rome. Check in was a breeze and we enjoyed arranged transport to and from the airport through the hosts. Our family of four had more than enough space and enjoyed snacks on the terrace, with church bells ringing in the background. We walked everywhere and with cafes, a grocery store, pharmacy and restaurants within 3 min of the apartment, the neighborhood had everything we needed…and more. The Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Trastevere, Chiesa Gesu, Capitoline Steps and so many other sites are within a 15 min walk, making so much of the city very accessible. With kind and friendly hosts…We would return in a heartbeat!

This was our fifth trip to Florence and decided this time to get an apartment. Amore was the perfect spot and the terrace was the perfect apertivo spot. Great location, clean and updated with all the amenities we needed. I would note that street noise is prevalent until about 1am most nights. We used noise machines and that drowned it out so it didn't bother us. Transportation two from the airport was set up by our hosts as well. We have used this company for Paris and Rome as well and will continue to the next time we visit! Ciao!!

This amazing apartment is steps from the Ponte Vecchio. The busy street noise is not heard inside the apartment. Which made for peaceful restful nights. The decor is beautiful and the veranda is nice and private above the hustle and the bustle of the street. Wonderful to be close to everything in Firenze but have the privacy and coziness of an elevated apartment. Definitely on my “return to” list.

We have stayed in the Prisco multiple times and can say that it is a fantastic apartment, spacious and centrally located. The bakery downstairs is a plus! Miki and Franco are great hosts and see to your every need throughout your stay. The apartment is beautifully furnished and has everything you need. We have also stayed in their other two apartments, the Strozzi and the Michaela, both of which are wonderful as well.

Our family had a terrific stay at Valentina Grande. The location is incredible and right in the heart of a beautiful area full of luxury shopping, delicious restaurants and wonderful sights and museums. The apartment is spacious with lovely rooms to gather, a very equipped kitchen and nicely updated and modern but with authentic Italian charm and decor. We would definitely return here--it was very comfortable and quite luxurious to have so many bedrooms and bathrooms in the heart of Rome.

We could not have been more pleased with this newly renovated and perfectly located apartment! The apartment had ample space so that our family of 4 was not on top of one another and a wonderful, full kitchen for making breakfasts. Italy Perfect hosts checked in on us several times and offered us excellent local recommendations. I highly recommend Italy Perfect and this apartment!

This apartment is lovely, clean and in a perfect location. The street is well lit and safe. There is an elevator. The water pressure on the 5th floor is good and hot water never runs out! Communication before and during our stay was excellent. Beds and pillows are very comfy and plenty of towels. The balcony is sunny and a wonderful addition to the space. Highly recommend this apt.

The Sonata is a truly beautiful apartment in an absolutely perfect location. Although very close to crowded areas of Rome's historic center, it is quiet and flooded with light. All of the decor is tasteful and comfortable, with all types of convenient details carefully provided. The kitchen is particularly well-appointed, with up-to-date appliances and all the china and utensils anyone could need. While the elevator is slow and funky, it works just fine -- I used it every day. Just as outstanding as the apartment itself was the warm and helpful support we received from Italy Perfect. We felt as if we had friends in Rome. The only warning I have for future guests is that the lack of a dining table could make "eating in" a bit challenging for groups larger than two. (My husband and I were the only occupants of the apartment on our trip.) My guess, however, is that the superbly helpful team at Italy Perfect would come up with a practical suggestion for a larger group.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The apartment was beautiful and MASSIVE. It exceeded all of our expectations. I would recommend staying here over any high end hotel - the room were spacious and so comfortable with all of the amenities plus some offered at a 5 star hotel. Looking forward to visiting one of the Venice locations on my next visit.
