"We just want to thank you for making our stay in Rome so wonderful. The apartment was great, roomy, clean and perfect for our family. We had some trouble with the air conditioning but our local contact was great at fixing it quickly. The apartment was a wonderful location. We could walk everywhere easily and always grab a cab at the piazza popolo. You need not worry that it is out of the way.We also highly recommend the outdoor air market around the corner to purchase bread, produce, fruits. We loved meeting the shop owners and had incredible breakfasts and lunches to pack. ItalyPerfect is also associated with great guides, drivers, etc. and we highly recommend leveraging their expertise. "

"Prisco apartment is very centrally located. It is close to many sites and a short walk to cross the Arno on the Santa Trinita bridge. We were able to walk everywhere. Because it is so centrally located it is in a very noisy busy area. The apartment has heavy windows and a double door system for the balcony. It keeps out most of the noise very well. The trade off is the windows and doors have to be kept shut for it to be quiet inside. The hosts are the owners and take great pride in their apartment. It is large, lovely and decorated with many personal touches. One of the owners actually grew up in the apartment when it included the entire second floor. Our orientation by the owners was very thorough but it was hard to remember everything. A notebook with diagrams about how to work such things as the oven, which is tricky, and the TV, etc would be helpful. We never could figure them out. We enjoyed our stay in Prisco and would recommend it if someone wanted to stay close to the action and didn't mind keeping the doors and windows closed all the time."
"Cassetta Bonsi was exactly as advertised. It was a lovely, charming home in a central location. The owner, Maurizio, was very accomodating and welcoming. He and his wife thought of everything a visitor to Florence would need. One thing I really appreciated were the household items one usually needs to purchase for a vacation rental - toilet paper, soap, kitchen products were already there. I would definitely recommend (and use for future visits) Cassetta Bonsi and Italy Perfect."

"We had wonderful time in Venice. My dream came true. The apartment was very nice. It was a pleasure to have a breakfast on the terrace. Paola is wonderful person and showed us everything we need. Even better, she took us to the groceries store. Venice was exactly what I expected and more. I will keep marvelous souvenirs."
"My family and I stayed at the Sabini apartment over the Easter Holiday. It was wonderful. The apartment was modern, sparkling clean and had everything you would need. There were also helpful suggestions and instructions all written in english. It was in a great location -- we walked everywhere. It was also very close to the metro, which we used all the time. We got a weekly pass for the metro and it worked out great. The street had some action, but as soon as you closed the windows in the living room, it was extremely quiet. There was a nice grocery store around the corner, as well as a terrific place to get cappuccino, espresso, and snacks on the next street called "Trinita Bar". They were so nice there and remembered us and what we ordered from the first time we went in -- it's right near the Trinita Church. Pat Byrnes from Italy Perfect recommended a driver, and Stefano was right there when we got off the plane with my name. When he took us back to the airport, he was punctual. Also, our greeter was waiting for us outside the apartment when we arrived and she showed us everything in the apartment. She was wonderful. Also, the rental company we used -- Italy Perfect -- was very professional. Pat Byrnes was very efficient and helpful. You should feel very comfortable renting from this company. I couldn't have had a better time in Rome. We will definitely stay at the Sabini apartment again if I am ever lucky enough to go back to Rome."
"My husband and I stayed in the Solare apartment for 5 nights in September. It was perfect. The owner keeps the place immaculate and well equipped. It is the only time we have stayed in a vacation rental that the owners photos actually don't convey how great the apartment is decorated and the space used. You feel like a resident of the city but as a visitor it is a great location for walking to museums, and all historical points of interest in the city center.Neighborhood markets, restaurants, bakeries all within a block or two yet the Solare offers privacy (4th floor)and comfort. The owner is terrific and very helpful."
"The Strozzi apartment in Florence was a real highlight of our month-long trip through Europe. The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything. It was a short walk from the train station. But it was also a short walk to everything else in Florence. I was initially concerned that it would be noisy based on the location. But the windows open to the back of the building and it proved to the be the most comfortable and quietest of all our accomodations. In addition to a large bed in the master bedroom, there are two twin beds as part of the fold out sofa for our two children. The kitchen is a little unusual because there is a small stove and sink in a cabinet in the living room and the refrigerator is in the walk-in closet between the master bedroom and bathroom. But we ate most of our meals out and it worked well for the few meals we had at the apartment. Part of the apartment's comfort was the well functioning air conditioning. It worked quiet and effective. I would highly recommend the Strozzi apartment to anyone visiting Florence and I hope we can return soon. Brian Goncher
PS we made a great search of the best gelato in Florence. There are lot of great shops to choose from, but we found Perche No! to have the best overall gelato. Have fun with your own search."
"We can't wait to return to Casa San Vito. We loved the location, views and everything worked out ideally for us."
"I wanted to write and thank you, and Miki and Franco, for my stay in Firenze. I had a glorious time. My daughter Caitlin and I wandered to the Italian Riviera and all around Tuscany, and had an absolutely memorable experience. It was so nice to return at the end of the day to "my" place on Via della Spada. The apartment was perfect for my needs and the location, well, perfect. I must tell you, during the end of my stay I was alone for the day as my daughter was attending class. I wandered to Fiesole and found myself having lunch at a wonderful restaurant recommended by Miki. An American couple sat down at the same restaurant a short time later and we began a conversation. It was revealed that we were both visiting our respective children and the conversation moved on to where we were staying. We both began to report on the wonderful apartments we had in a great location in Firenze and then ultimately realized we're staying a few doors apart [at the Prisco apartment] and we both booked through Italy Perfect. Maggie and her husband Bob were delightful people and we all laughed about how "small" the world has indeed become. Thanks again Lisa; this will be a memory that both my daughter and I will cherish."
"The Flaminio apartment was very nice for our family of 4. Our greeter was there as agreed upon and we were very fortunate that it worked out to get into the apartment by about 12:30 or 1 pm.It was nice to have the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and the air conditioning worked very well. We did not use the kitchen much - but it was nice to have the refrigerator to store drinks and snacks. It was too hot while we were there to be on the terrace, but nice to have the outdoor space if we would have been able to use it. The area of the apartment is quite residential and not a tourist area at all. Pros - it is quieter, Cons - it is a bit further of a walk from the main sights and not many cafe's or grocery stores close by. Our favorite place for breakfast was FlamBar which was about a 5 block walk away. Located on Via Flaminia, 67/69 the service was great, very friendly - great cappuccinos and morning pastry. Since we were there in August perhaps some the cafes that might normally be open were closed for holiday. Overall it was a very nice stay! [Thank you so much. The thing about August is that many shops in the more residential areas are closed, but a 5 minute walk from here, across Piazza del Popolo avails you of many restaurants and shops. In cooler weather I'm sure you would find the short walk to famous sights more bearable. The Italy Perfect Team]"

"This apartment was perfect for our family of four. The facilities in the apartment were clean, comfortable and attractive. We felt at home immediately. Our two daughters - 10 and 12 years old - loved their beds under the cupboards. Our greeter was gracious and helpful. The highlight, however, was stepping out into Piazza Navona less than 50m from your front door leaving you in a perfect position to explore historical Rome by foot.It was everything we could have wanted in terms of facilities and location. [Thank you so much, Emma. We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay! The Italy Perfect Team]"
"A large, light, quiet apartment within a short walking distance of everything one wants to see in the old section of Florence and the train station. A big, workable kitchen, adequate bathroom, comfortable furnishings. The owners were very helpful - providing us with restaurant, travel and shopping information."
"We stayed at Cassetta Bonsi in early September. The location is ideal for seeing all of the Florence sights. The house is extremely well maintained and the owner is very helpful. His English is excellent and he will arrange for a cab to pick you up when you depart. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a nice little balcony to have an an espresso and croissant in the morning or a glass of wine and some cheese in the evening. We didn't cook in, but you could in this house. The only negative is that to get to the house there is a rather steep hill of about 50 yards to climb. The cabs will drop you off and pick up at the door, but otherwise you will have to climb the hill. It's good for working off all of the great meals that you will be consuming. There are a number of good restaurants in the Oltrano District and in the evenings, it's a little quieter than the north side of the Arno. The owner has a list of restaurants. Also there is a grocery store just down the street, along with several bakeries, and a good gelato shop. Everything that you will need is just a short walk away. We would strongly recommend Cassetta Bonsi. It's a winner. We would also recommend that you buy the Firenze Museum Card. It's 72 Euros and good for three days and will work in most of the museums. It doesn't save you much money, but it's allows you to bypass all of the lines, except for the Duomo. A great way to see this part of Italy is to spend 3 or 4 days in Florence and then rent a villa in the South Central part of Tuscany. We day tripped for 5 days and saw all the significant Tuscan towns. Take your GPS loaded with a European map and driving is not a problem. We tried to stay on the back roads whenever possible. We stayed about 30 miles south of Florence at Casa Rossa, which is another Italy Perfect property. I have now rented 3 properties from this company. 2 from Italy Perfect and 1 from Paris Perfect. I strongly recommend using this company. They are most helpful and so far, I've been very happy with their properties."
"This is a charming one-bedroom apartment behind the St. Mark's Basilica. You really can't have a better location in Venice. The apartment has a spacious living room with chairs and a very comfortable sleeper couch. There is a dining table and seating for 2 in the kitchen. The kitchen also has a dishwasher which is great. There is a washing machine on the first floor for the unit. The highlight of the apartment is the terrace. Up a few steps from the living room is a charming terrace with seating for 4 overlooking the rooftops and the church and belltower. Just below the terrace gondolas go by. Absolutely charming. The greeter was great and recommended her local water taxi (Maximo) who we used and received a discount. I highly recommend this apartment."
"My wife and I along with our three daughters stayed in the Sabini apartment in Rome in March 2012. We were very pleased with our entire experience with Italy Perfect. The apartment was clean and well maintained, and the reservation staff as well as the local property assistant were professional and took care of all our needs. We highly recommend Italy Perfect and look forward to staying in another Italy Perfect property soon."
"I stayed here with my two daughters who are 11 and 15, and it worked perfectly. When we booked, Lisa was great and quick in responding. Chiara, our hostess in Florence was sweet, and great at going over the details of the apartment. Solare was very clean and well stocked to meet our needs while on holiday. Good location, short walk to all the attractions in the City centre, close to a small grocery. As noted in the property details, this is a top floor apartment, so it does have a lot of stairs, but this was not an issue for us. We did enjoy one day of shopping at the Centrale Mercati, which has lots of vendors with fresh foods and is almost just around the corner. We purchased pasta and Pesto from one of the merchants there, and had a wonderful pasta meal, probably the best Pesto I have ever had.Did also get a chance to eat at Za Za which is a very short walk, the food was excellent and service friendly.
Would have no hesitation recommending Italy Perfect or Solare to anyone looking for a charming place to stay in Florence."
"We had a FABULOUS time in Florence (despite the 95 degree heat.....yikes!) and we loved the Strozzi apartment itself as well as the location! Miki and her husband were very nice people and we enjoyed meeting them. We will be sure to spread the word about Italy Perfect and the Strozzi apartment. We loved this place! The location was fabulous, very close/within walking distance to shopping, great restaurants, tourist attractions. The king size bed was quite comfortable. During our visit Florence was in the middle of a heatwave, but we were very comfortable in the air-conditioning of this apartment. We ate at restaurants during our visit, but one could easily make small, basic meals in the kitchenette. Quiet/convenient location. Small but dependable elevator. Would not recommend this place if you're traveling with children."
"It was a lovely house in a lovely setting. We so enjoyed our stay. Francesco & his mother Franca who greeted us were absolutely charming. I wanted to tell you what a great time we had at Casa San Vito. The place was perfect, neat, clean, and had every amenity we could want. Even your EXCEEDINGLY THOROUGH directions. Instructions were really great, especially for the how-to-get-there directions. We would definitely stay there again. I hope we get the opportunity."

"We loved the apartment in Florence - Miki, Marco and Franco were wonderful hosts - nothing was too much for them - the apartment was spotless, cute cosy and comfy. Having the shared study [private computer workroom available to Prisco, Strozzi, Michaela guests] with internet and the use of Skype was an added bonus, as were the other interesting guests."
"Our stay at the Flaminio was wonderful! Our greeter was prompt and very informative. He was very responsive at one point later in our stay when we were concerned that we had locked ourselves out of the apartment. (We didn't!!). The location was a couple of blocks from the Piazza del Popolo and the Borghese Park and we felt this was fine. It's not in the main touristy areas, but we were not interested in staying where massive crowds are (when we visit NYC, we DON'T stay in Times Square). The apartment was clean, spacious and the perfect space to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Subway and taxi access were close by. It was easy to get acclimated to the surrounding areas. Our only issue was that taxi drivers had difficulty finding the apartment due to several one way streets nearby. We quickly learned this and always carried a copy of the map provided by Italy Perfect which showed the exact location of the apartment. This helped tremendously!! We would most definitely use Italy Perfect again, and would definitely stay at the Flaminio apartment. [We agree on this great location, a little away from the crowds, yet very convenient. We are so glad you enjoyed the apartment and our service. The Italy Perfect Team] "
"Thanks for assisting us with our Pasquino Apartment; we enjoyed our experience at the apartment and it was perfect for exploring Rome.We enjoyed the restaurants in the area and also found a small supermarket nearby. Our greeter Giuseppe was very helpful and we appreciated his information and excellent tips. We also used Rocco for our transfers and found him and his drivers gave excellent service. Many thanks for our wonderful experience in your Pasquino Apartment. Kind regards, Gail Turnham"
