"We stayed at Sabini for 6 nights. It was a fabulous stay. The apartment was great -- clean, modern and comfortable. The location was also fantastic - just a 5 minute walk from the Spanish Steps. Our greeter recommended Sofia's, a restaurant across the street, and we ended up eating there twice. The couple that owned it were very friendly and the food was great!"
"We spent 8 nights at Solare and were very comfortable. We especially liked staying in the residential area, but very close to all the tourist sights. We are very fit so walked everywhere and the stairs did not bother us at all. Every amenity that you would need is close by, grocery store, bank, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, Market, gelato, and everyone is very friendly. The apt is very clean, and well set up. You must shop at the market and make some meals at home. Chiara met us and spent a good 30 minutes showing us how everything worked, where everything was and gave us extra information. The welcome basket is a lovely touch and very much appreciated. There was even chocolates on our night stand. This is a very well set up Rental Property and the Wi Fi Internet is very good..We were in Florence for the heat wave this August so were pleased to have the air conditioning in the bedroom and living room, which worked very well. Thanks Chiara.
We took several tours with ArtViva Walking Tours of Florence and were very pleased with their guides and small groups. The Market Tour and Italian cooking lesson was so much fun. Some restaurants we enjoyed were,
Ristorante Pepo, Via Rosina on the way to the Mercato Market.
La Giostra Ristorante, a very nice restaurant On Borgo Pinti.
Ristorante la Maremma on Via Verdi near Plaza Santa Croce. We felt very safe in this area . Italy Perfect sent us all the information we would need to stay in Florence, sight see and enjoy Italian life. They are very easy to work with and I would definitely use them again and stay at this apt."

"This apartment was great for us. We have two kids. 10 and 12. The greeters were fabulous and went over everything in full detail. They made it easy to check in and waited for us to arrive. They even helped with the luggage from the small elevators. The building is gorgeous. The front room turns into the kids room as do many apt. for vacation rentals. The kitchen needs a little improvement as it was very clean and functional but it was builit like a cabinet as shown, but the refrigerator was in a totally separate room. They just need to bring one in closer. The Rest was perfect. The rooms were a good size. The washer was very useful and closets were huge. The apartment was quiet and the location was absolutely the best ever. I could not have landed us in a better spot. Every restaurant and sight is practically right out your door. Best of the best. Hit Grom For Florence's best Gelato and for fun shopping hit the stalls. The apartment lands you with in five minutes of the Uffitzi, the Duomo and just about any pastry your heart desires."
"Visiting Tuscany is always a great pleasure but having the opportunity to live in an original farmhouse such as Casa San Vito for a week made the trip to this region truly memorable. The house was charming because it was so well kept, spotless and filled with family heirlooms. One could sense immediately the pride that Francesco, Franca and Julio took in this home. Everything possible was done to make us comfortable and it was marvelous to have so much space.
Our trip was enhanced by the personal touches such as gifts of wine from the family winery. The grapes were growing just outside our windows, so we knew exactly where the wine came from!
Casa San Vito is central to the Chianti Road, Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano and Florence. We had a wonderful time exploring the neighbourhood as well as the countryside and were rewarded with magnificent views of this amazing country. The views for the framhouse were breathtaking. Franca and Francesco were always willing to give directions and advice on where to go and what to see. Their recommendations provided us with opportunities to see and do things we would not have done on our own.
We were fortunate to dine at La Tenda Rossa in Cerbaia and the food was extraordinary. A trip to Radda in Chianti and the town of San Casciano is well worth the time.
July is very hot in Italy, but despite the heat, Casa San Vito remained very cool and the large windows which provided a cross draft helped to keep us cool!
I would recommend Casa San Vito to anyone who wishes to see Tuscany in a very different way; like a local instead of a tourist. I hope to return again in the near future. An amazing holiday!"
"The Michaela apartment was perfect for our needs. The compact kitchen is fully equipped and I enjoyed cooking many meals with the wonderful ingredients purchased at the Mercato Centrale...be sure to taste the abundant samples at Perini! The bathroom is spacious and immaculate, the bed is very comfortable. The computer room felt like an extension of the apartment, an added bonus. Most importantly Miki and Franco are wonderful hosts. They welcomed us warmly, took pride in giving us a tour, and showed us how things work. We loved the neighborhood and walked everywhere. A favorite restaurant is La Spada, very reasonable especially for take out. The info packet from Italy Perfect was very comprehensive and helpful. We have rented from Paris Perfect also and our future European travel plans will always include one of your excellent apartments. Thank you."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The layout was perfect for 4 of of with 2 full baths and bedrooms. Everything was as represented. The location was close to everything (walking 10 minutes or less) to the Metro, Piazza del Poupolo., shopping, restaurants, etc. However, the apartment was quiet and peaceful in a beautiful building.Would definitely stay here again. Our greeter was responsive and provided lots of useful information. The apartment was clean and contained everything we needed to have a full meal or snack. The wifi was great; we did not use the TV. Washer was great; dryer is typical for the area so we used the drying rack which worked just fine We did have a problem with the hot water but it was quickly addressed and was no one's fault Would not hesitate to return to this apartment and would definitely use Italy Perfect again.[Thank you very much! The Italy Perfect Team]"
"This was a wonderful apartment, with plenty of room, for our family time in Rome. The location is superb. It is nicely furnished and very charming. It was very quiet with the windows closed, but you could step right out of the door and find lots of activity and plenty of things to do. I would definitely stay there again and will use Italy Perfect for other locations to visit. The check in went off without a glitch [Super, thank you so much. The Italy Perfect Team]"
"We were met by Miki and Franco the hosts who were welcoming and delightful. The apartment was spacious, very clean and well ordered even with a stock of milk, coffee and a gift bottle of wine. All the appliances were in excellent condition and the kitchen is substantial and could support advanced cooking. The location is outstanding with easy access to all the main attractions. The information on local restaurants and services was excellent. The entire stay was without problem. It was cold during our visit and the heat is not functional at night apparently due to local law and this made the apartment somewhat uncomfortable after 9pm on some nights. Additional space heaters would be a great plus. Overall we would rate the Prisco as excellent and would strongly recommend it."
"This small house was as good as we could possibly have hoped for our stay in Florence. The house itself is spacious, immaculately clean, and well-furnished. We particularly enjoyed the terrace on the second floor. There is a washing machine, which we used twice -- this is something any traveler will appreciate. The kitchen is small but quite functional. Our hosts were extremely welcoming. They gave us a bottle wine, fruit, some chocolates, and flowers, together with suggestions about restaurants, stores, and other things in the neighborhood. We had all the supplies we needed, and usually take for granted --- dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, tablets for the dishwasher. Great towels, too. The location was, for our purposes, ideal, in the Oltrarno, away from the dense concentrations of tourists in the Centro Storico. It is perhaps 300 meters from the Palazzo Pitti, 150 from the south end of the Ponte Vecchio, another 600 or 700 meters from the start of the walk to the Piazzale Michelangelo, and not far from the entrance to the Bardini Gardens, off the Via de Bardi. We found several outstanding restaurants and shops in the Oltrarno, some very close, others within easy walking distance. At night, other than the usual city noises, it was quiet. And since the house stands alone, on its own plot of ground, there were no residents above and below us. So -- a private house, on a quiet side street, in Florence, a few minutes' walk from the Uffizi, the Piazza della Signoria, from osterias and trattorias and restaurants that never fail to delight -- you could hardly do better. We have already recommended Italy Perfect to our friends and will continue to do so. Not everyone wants to travel as we do -- most of the people we know go on guided tours, with essentially everything arranged for them, lodging, transportation, meals. We prefer to travel on our own. We were particularly impressed with the information that Italy Perfect provided for us, about the house, the locality, telephones, travel tips, and recommendations. In short, we felt we were at home. When we returned to the house after a day in the city, and turned the key in the door, it was like coming home."

"The Serenata apartment exceeded all expectations. The location is extremely central but just removed from the maddening crowds. The interior of the property was impeccable and clean but the balcony itself would have been worth the rental price. It was the perfect place to enjoy a mid-afternoon/evening snack and glass of wine while watching the world go by.
We hope to be back in Venice again soon and hope that this property will be available. Would highly recommend!"
"Sabini apartment was perfect. It was exactly as displayed in your ad.The location was great.5 minute walk to metro and Spanish Steps, 5-10 minutes to Trevi Fountain.Restaurants everywhere. Our greeter was on call if we needed her, which we did one time and she was very responsive. The a/c felt wonderful and cooled the place down very quickly which was great because we had 90 degree weather in July. I would recommend using Italy Perfect because it took a lot of the guess work out of everything. The information which we received on phones, utilities, restaurants, tours, etc.was so informative.I was originally going to use VRBO or HomeAway, but was concerned about whether I was legitimately renting something that would be there since I was in a foreign country and have heard of scams happening to others. I would definitely recommend Italy Perfect and will use your company again on my next trip to Italy which I hope will be within the next year or two."
"The Solare apartment was perfect for our week in Florence. We were able to walk to all of the major attractions, and it is an easy walk to the train station and to the central market. We did not mind the stairs at all. The owner was so gracious and showed us how to use everything in the apartment. She even left us a gift basket and cold water in the fridge. We had our two children (ages 9 and 12) with us, and they loved the Murphy bed in their room. The wireless connection worked great, and we cooked every meal in the well equipped kitchen. We hope to return to this wonderful apartment next summer."

"The location of this apt. is perfect. You are walking distance to everything. The greeters are thorough and thoughtful. We loved the "community" computer area. Very useful as we didn't pack a printer! The apt. was lovely. The air conditioner worked great. The only change would be to put the refrigerator closer to the "kitchen" area. Even a smaller frig/freezer or better yet move the kitchen cabinet w/sink...to the back room where frig is and swap out the closet, put that in Livining room. Make it part of the room. We loved this apt. besides that. The apt. had lots of thoughtful touches. We can't wait to visit another Italy Perfect site again!"
"Thank you for all of your help. From Lisa at Italy Perfect (reservation and information), Francesco and his Mother (owners and hosts), location, price (2 families shared the cost), true TuscanyChianti feel, to proximity to Siena/Florence, if you want to get the feeling that you are an Italian vineyard and olive orchard owner, choose this for your next Italian getaway! You become part of it and it becomes part of you during your stay! We had a vehicle and would recommend it as a drive around the surrounding countryside visiting some of the small towns along the way is very rewarding and the trip to Siena/Florence is not that far! The driving is easy in the country compared to the need to use public transportation in Rome/Venice. You can relax at Casa San Vito, or head out for many an adventure, great food, and of course, a Gelato a day! Our weather was mid 80's w/some showers. Heat could be an issue, but wasn't for us. If you need luxury, this might not be your destination, but for a warm and accommodating location on a hillside overlooking the Chianti region seriously consider Casa San Vito!"
"Good location. A little small, but i knew that going in. Good services e.g. computer available with printer; heating magnificent. Nice people running it."
"We had a wonderful visit in Rome in a large part because our accommodations at Flaminio were so exceptional. The Flaminio is a classic Italian apartment with all the comforts of home. The location is perfect and you can easily walk to the Vatican, St. Peters (the cupola you can actually see from the terrace), the Pantheon, Forum and Colosseum. We loved spending time out on the terrace, shopping in the neighborhood markets, and dining out at some of the excellent restaurants in and around the Piazza del Popolo. The Flaminio was the first stop on a month-long trip around Italy and it proved to be a great choice and the right way to start our trip! [It was a pleasure, Doug, to work with you. The Italy Perfect Team.]"
"We were given a choice to stay at Pasquino since the common halls and outside of the building were being restored or go to another residence in the Veneto area at the expense of Italy Perfect. We chose to stay at Pasquino during the restoration because we enjoy this centralized area of Rome is close to most of the monuments and museums we can easily walk to. There are many good resturants, bakeries, gelato shops, and Campo dei Fiori where one can purchase fresh fruits, vegetables & meats. The apartment is very accommodating: two bedrooms, two baths, wonderful eat-in kitchen & dining room. There were a number of English speaking channels on the TV and some of the Italian channels were interesting as well. The owner and host was very helpful and accommodating. Thank you Joe for all your help. We heartily recommend Pasquino. [We are so pleased you opted to stay at Pasquino during the recent exterior facade restoration work. Glad that you enjoyed your stay & that the work is all finished! The Italy Perfect Team]"

"We just loved our stay at Prisco. The location is perfect, the apartment very comfortable and the owners very kind and helpful. We felt "at home"! We love to cook and the kitchen had all the things you need to prepare lovely meals (and you can shop at nearby Eataly). Within walking distance you can reach very good restaurants, one of my favorites is Trattoria Sostanza , sipping coffee and drink "aperitivo" at Cafe Giacosa it's a must ( in front of the apartment ) and eating panino tartufatto at Procacci. The shops around are very high quality, be sure to walk at Via della Vigna Nuova, and you will find lovely shops and La Duree to eat the best french macarons! We love Firenze and Tuscany and we definitely will came back, so we recommend this home away from home !! We do recommend Italy Perfect and Paris Perfect as we had rented apartments in both sites and were very satisfied ."
"The location is perfect - close to the Ponte Vechio and an excellent little supermarket. Great restaurants overlooking the Arno only a couple of minutes away. Most of the main sights are in easy walking distance. The house is ideal for a couple. Rooms are a good size and very well furnished. There were fresh flowers in every room and fruit and wine left for us. The owner is very helpful in welcoming us and organizing taxis. We were there for five nights. We had been to Florence a couple of times before, but just for a couple of days. Still so much more to see. We will be going back again to this house again! Incidentally for anyone going to Florence from the UK the flight from London City Airport is really good!"

"The apartment is bright and sunny. Great deck with excellant views. This apartment is the heart of the tourist district so life in the city starts around 7 am and ends around midnight which is great. The roofdeck overlooks the busy canals.
There is easy easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. You are steps from San Marco and the Bridge of Sighs. 20 minuet walk to museums and 30 minuet walk to beautiful shady parks.
Paola the greeter is wonderful. Friendly, helpful and one of the nicest people I have met traveling.
I would recommend Italy Perfect to friend. NO surprises. The apratment was represente well in the pictures and description. Getting there was easy. Got off the plan, called Paola, was at the apartment when I got off the vaparetto. Great!"
"Our family spent 4 nights at the Sabini in July 2012. Rome was so busy, and very hot: we loved having a convenient city oasis. Plenty of stylish space for our family, including a separate bathroom for the kids (a real plus). The windows must be fairly new - no street noise at all when closed. Streamlined, sleek new kitchen with basic cooking gear & a very large refrigerator. Comfortable living dining room with plenty of seating for our family.
The apartment is well located on a quieter street just a block from the very busy Spanish steps and an easy walk to the metro. Right across the street is a bar/tabac for your morning coffee, plus a nice restaurant for supper. Many many shops and restaurants in a 5 minute stroll from the apartment - it was hard to decide where to eat!
We walked all over, and used the metro to get out to the Colosseum and Vatican City. The apartment had lots of guidebooks and maps too, supplementing our own. It was easy meeting our greeter, Rosie, and she did a great job of showing us how all the appliances work.
We would definitely use Italy Perfect again and recommend it to friends as well."
