"Strozzi was perfect for our week long visit to Florence. Very conveniently situated close to the Duomo. Also lots of lovely food shops in the same street which we took full advantage. The apartment was very well equipped and comfortable. Miki and Franco, the owners were extremely thorough introducing us to the apartment and the area. We recommend Il Latini restaurant close to the apartment for an unforgettable eating experience and good food. We had a wonderful time in Florence. I have already recommended Italy Perfect to friends. They provide an excellent service. We rented another apartment from them in Sorrento also lovely."

"Florence is a mad bustling city but this Casetta felt like an escape and some tranquility when we needed it. Maurizio is lovely and showed us everything we needed and got us settled In well. Also thank you to Gabriela your wife who was responsible for the little touches around the place that made it feel like home. The red wine and little treats we're muchly appreciated. The Casetta is homey but perfectly functional. We ate here at least once every day. The kitchen has everything you could ever need for meals while on holiday. To sum up as I am waffling. Did we enjoy our stay here.. Yes.. Would we stay here again equally yes. Negatives.. Well it can be a little noisy but that's what you get if you want to be in the thick of it all.. Again thank you both and extra thank you to Lisa at Italy Perfect who was fab."

"We spend 8 nights at Casa Rossa and it wasn't nearly long enough. It proved to be a perfect location for easy trips into Florence and still have amazing Tuscan countryside all around us. Driving into Florence was a bit daunting at first but we quickly found a few reliable parking garages and even got used to the scooters surging all around us in traffic. Our hosts were wonderful, warm and inviting. They make some of the best chianti we drank, right there. San Casciano was also very accessible and we had a picture perfect first night dinner at Osteria Cafe'del Popolano. The villa was perfect for us, casual and comfortable and plenty of room for 4. We intend to return as soon as we can. Italy Perfect is definitely worth recommending. Everything was clear and the preparation information was very helpful. Our only mistake was trying to do too much in too short an amount of time. We wish we had visited more of the surrounding towns but we feel that we really got to experience Florence and that was wonderful. Next trip we will stay longer, slow down a little more and soak in more of Tuscany."

"Great accommodations with an incredible location. It was easy to travel between Pisa, Venice, and Cinque Terre using Florence as our home base. The train stations is so close as well as all sites to see in Florence. The owner, Franco, greeted us as well as treated us to breakfast the morning we were leaving. I highly recommend this rental as well as Italy Perfect."

The villas are first class; the grounds are expansive, user friendly, and diverse;the food is unmatched;and the proximity for day trips is excellent. The staff is professional, informed and friendly...this was the best week of our 8 week tour through Italy. Great for any family or combination of people on holiday."

"we were a family of four...terrific apartment and location. Small kitchen but eating out is preferred so a minor issue. Apartment is a twelve minute walk from Sorrento center. Area restaurant (Moonlight) is excellent; downtown Sorrento is Basillica or Buco..both fantastic. Great apartment for couples, girlfriends, older, ...not young children."

"We had a very good time in this pleasant apartment. It had the charme and spirit of the city and was comfortable and well equipped. We especially loved the balcony and the elevator and also the elegant building which is very conveniently located in a very nice and central area of the city. The several little shops and restaurants around were also very convenient. I would definitely recommend this apartment and also Italy Perfect to my friends."

"The accommodation was beautiful, fabulous kitchen and bathroom with an outside deck with wonderful views. The location was just the ticket for a first-time visitor to Venice, particularly useful was the nearby Co-Op supermarket. We had breakfast at home every morning, much tastier than the mostly ordinary food available in nearby restaurants. We found that restaurants were much better away from San Marco - try the area around the Peggy Guggenheim. That said, Planet Pizza is great and close by. Hang the expense and take a gondola ride too. If I ever come back to Venice, I would book into this apartment without hesitation."

"The was by far the best accommodations in all of Florence. The Memoria apartment was at the foot of the Ponte Vecchio. Located on the fourh floor, it has panoramic views of the Arno River, the Ponte Vecchio and the Boboli Gardens. We were able to visit many areas on foot and took a few day trips to Siena and Lucca. The S.M. Novella Firenze train station was a 10 minute walk and much easier than renting a car. Some of the needed details for a stay would be that there is a grocery store right on the opposite side of the Ponte Vecchio (Conad) for household supplies and the heat should be turned on about 20 minutes before you need hot water for showering. We recommend Tratorria Nella for dinner and if time allows, a tour or the wineries and a cooking class. Shopping at the San Lorenzo market for personal items and at the Mercado Market for food are also a must. Italy Perfect was excellent and a pleasure to work with. We were met by Lucca on our arrival and he went through the apartment thoroughly so that we would be familiar with the accommodations. The apartment was furnished beautifully. The size was excellent and comfortable accommodated four adults. There was a small elevator so one person at a time but very reliable service. Upon leaving Lucca returned to ensure all was in order. Again, very efficient and hassle free. We would certainly refer friends and family to Italy Perfect and have done so already. Thank you for a wonderful vacation."

"The apartment was well appointed and very comfortable for 4 adults. The terrace views and the great location was awesome. I loved the terrace and painting from it was divine. We all enjoyed the sights and sounds. If you are a light sleeper the canal was a bit noisy in the evenings. Easy access to food stores and transportation. Very nice."

"The photos are accurate -- the view is gorgeous, with Capri always visible. The unit is about 60 feet above the water. The kitchen, while small, is usable. The deck is huge, with a table seating 8 where we ate most of our breakfasts and some lunches. It was very quiet at night. My only criticism is that the shower in the master bedroom was quite uncomfortable, with no water pressure and less room. The shared bathroom had a better one. The location is quite good -- it's a 5 minute drive from "downtown" Massa Lubrense, which is a nice small town with food shops. Sorrento is a 20-30 minute drive. There are many good restaurants in the area, with two decent ones a 1km walk along the water in Marina della Lobra. The owners, Luciana and Gino, were very responsive and helpful. Italy Perfect was a pleasure to deal with. I wouldn't recommend this for those with bum knees or hips due to the steep, narrow stairs"

"We found this apartment absolutely perfect for our family of four. The apartment was clean and spacious and really felt like our Italian home for the week. Indeed we were very sad to leave! A big thank you to Cythia as well for making us feel so welcome. It is a bit of a walk from the most popular part of the centre, however, after a day of negotiating the crowded center of Florence, we found it to be a bit of a relief, notwithstanding the extra walking. Also, the walk home (if you stray from the riverfront) provides an opportunity to stop in the shops on Orgnissanti for anything you may need for dinner. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment -- you will absolutely enjoy your stay here."
