"My wife and I were very pleased with the Prisco apartment in Florence. We stayed 8 nights at the end of February 2012, and everything proved to be "as advertised." The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and clean, with a modern bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. Italy Perfect provided a comprehensive information package prior to arrival, and Franco was waiting for us when we arrived. The location is outstanding! It just a few minutes walk to the train station in one direction and to the main tourist areas in the other. We enjoyed the numerous shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, but it's also just a short walk to just about everything else. We have no hesitation in recommending this apartment, and we intend to use Italy Perfect again in the future."

"The Giotto apartment was perfect for our girlfriends week-long getaway in Florence. Had such fun wandering the streets, shopping, hanging out in the apartment having cocktail and chatting before dinner and enjoyed nightly dinners out at the many wonderful restaurants nearby. Can't wait to return."

"Paolina was a great location but would never stay there for more than a few days because we missed the light and having no real windows. The smallness was a bit confining and having only one side of the bed to exit from was an inconvenience. [We were so glad to get this great location for you at the last minute when the weather caused you to get to Rome early. At least the budget price was right! Cheers, Italy Perfect]"

"After a cancelled flight and lost luggage we arrived rather worse for the wear but the outlook soon improved as soon as we settled in at the Donatello apartment. Everything was just as we had hoped, nice comfortable and so well located. Our difficult journey was quickly a thing of the past and we totatlly enjoyed our stay."

"We enjoyed the accommodation and its location. The apartments [Rome Pasquino and Florence Prisco] were well appointed and importantly for us the internet connection was consistently strong. The location was perfect. Well positioned walking distance to all the major attractions. There are many memorable locations and unfortunately we can't remember all the great restuarants by name, however, we were successful in wondering around and relying on instinct in terms of good restaurants. I would definitely recommend Italy Perfect to a friend. The apartments are consistently excellent."

"Everything at your doorstep at this very centrally located, large apartment. The apartment suited us quite well and we would stay here again if the occasion arises. Some noise from the piazza below, but that's to be expected for this location."

"Excellent service from our greeter; we called him for help on locating a venue. The apartment is compact but has everything you need. It's all about location, location, location! Steps from the Metro make getting to all point in Rome very easy. Do check out the market several doors down for snacks, coffee. We also found another market 2-3 blocks over and down for meat, cheese, produce...fun to have all your snacks at home."

"We have many wonderful memories of our recent stay at the Belvedere apartment. It suited our family very well, found some great restaurants in the area, there is a handy small supermarket close by too. Thank for the private tour guide tips and Marco the recommended private driver was so nice."

"Smooth arrival, good instructions made it easy. Apartment was just as pictured, everything was enjoyable. Liked the views of the piazza from the living roo and kitchen windows. Italy Perfect's good information prepared us for the noise from the piazza at night the the master bedroom gets, not a big problem but could be bothersome if you're a light sleeper. Aside from that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"We enjoyed your tiny but charming apartment. It had everything we needed - thank you. Your recommended driver, Stefano, was prompt and very helpful in getting us from the airport to the apartment. We were endeared to Carlo your greeter for his efficiency in explaining everything and for answering our phone calls (2) per a location we could not fine. Thanks to Carlo we saw Rome Volley versus Sisley Volley Belluno, a sport we love and saw our friend from Sisley Belluno's team play. :) We loved the location near the metro - we did not realize how valuable this location would be. We used the metro each day we were there. Thank you for opening your sweet apartment to us."

"We stayed here in 2009 and there is very little we can add to our review then. The location is excellent in two respects 1.It is in a quiet street yet only five minutes flat walk (no bridges or steps) from St Marks Square 2.The view from the flat is stupendous, not only from the main room but also from the roof terrace. Both overlook a canal junction which is usually busy with commercial traffic in the early morning and then, for the rest of the day with gondolas. There is a gondolier’s station visible from the apartment and the passing traffic presents a never ending stream of entertainment. The flat itself is spacious and comfortable; the kitchen is a little small but is adequate. Once again the TV did not work; there was some problem with the Sky Italia connection with the satellite. This required a Sky technician to attend and this appeared to be not possible. However we managed well enough with a DVD player we had brought with us. We visited during a heatwave and there was some form of centrally controlled air conditioning throughout the block of flats we were part of but this never seemed to work effectively. There were two fans in the flat which provided some relief but we were very glad of proper air conditioning when we moved to Florence the following week. We ate a couple of times at our favourite restaurant – Bistrot de Venise, a short walk away in Calle dei Fabbri, and on our last night treated ourselves to expensive drinks sitting outside Florians in St Marks Square. listening to the music. We very much enjoyed our second visit and we look forward to a third."
