"Accomodations were great! i enjoyed the good taste of the furniture, the roof top balconey, the sweet kitchen.( very small draw back that there was no internet conection). If you like to be very close to the center of lost of tourist, is perfect location, we perfer away from the crowds. Italy perfect service was just Great! thank you Pat Byrne. mimi"

Our accommodations were outstanding. The landlord lives right across the hall and is very friendly and helpful in so many ways. The apartment is in an excellent and safe neighborhood. It is easy to get to any place of interest on foot. I would highly recommend to future guests the ristorante antico de cambi in Oltrano for the famous bistecca fiorentina. It is within easy walking distance. For a change of pace from wonderful italian food, there is a great japonese-italiano restaurant next to the neighborhood market at the end of Magenta Street. It is named Hoseki. The service of Italy Perfect is excellent; they think of everything that a tourist needs to know.

What a beautiful apartment and what an amazing location! It couldn't have been better. It was also a very nice convenience to have the washing machine. The bed was so comfortable and the pillows were probably the best away from home I have ever slept on. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is that we loved it and were not ready to leave! When we return to Florence, we will be in touch! Thanks so much. "The Strozzi apartment in Florence was a real highlight of our month-long trip through Europe. The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything. It was a short walk from the train station. But it was also a short walk to everything else in Florence. I was initially concerned that it would be noisy based on the location. But the windows open to the back of the building and it proved to the be the most comfortable and quietest of all our accomodations. In addition to a large bed in the master bedroom, there are two twin beds as part of the fold out sofa for our two children. The kitchen is a little unusual because there is a small stove and sink in a cabinet in the living room and the refrigerator is in the walk-in closet between the master bedroom and bathroom. But we ate most of our meals out and it worked well for the few meals we had at the apartment. Part of the apartment's comfort was the well functioning air conditioning. It worked quiet and effective. I would highly recommend the Strozzi apartment to anyone visiting Florence and I hope we can return soon. "We had a FABULOUS time in Florence (despite the 95 degree heat.....yikes!) and we loved the Strozzi apartment itself as well as the location! Miki and her husband were very nice people and we enjoyed meeting them. We will be sure to spread the word about Italy Perfect and the Strozzi apartment. We loved this place! The location was fabulous, very close/within walking distance to shopping, great restaurants, tourist attractions. The king size bed was quite comfortable. During our visit Florence was in the middle of a heatwave, but we were very comfortable in the air-conditioning of this apartment. We ate at restaurants during our visit, but one could easily make small, basic meals in the kitchenette. Quiet/convenient location. Small but dependable elevator. Would not recommend this place if you're traveling with children."

"We stayed in this apartment for six nights at the end of a fourteen night stay throughout Italy. As we were staying in hotels the freedom of the apartment was most welcome. The location within a short walking distance from the main railway station was beneficial as it allowed the opportunity to journey beyond Florence on short day excursions. The location was very convenient to most of the main city attractions and to restaurants and shopping which are just at your doorstep. The service provided on our arrival was both welcoming and informative. The free and unlimited access to the internet was without doubt a bonus. If we had any complaints it was with the cooking facilities and whilst we were warned about this on reading previous comments, we were disappointed that the facility was so limited as one of the reasons for selecting an apartment was to have the facility of eating in on occasions however this would not put us off recommending this property to others. All in all a very relaxing and enjoyable end to our holiday."

"I was in Florence for a week by myself and Michaela was perfect for me. I know Florence very well and the location is within walking distance of everything and very close to the main tourist sites. The apartment itself is very quiet and private, the bathroom is clean and modern, free computer access and printing is available, and Miki and Franco couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. I would definitely return to Michaela if I were in Florence again by myself."

"We had 9 days in the Strozzi in May and this was a perfect place and location. 10mins walk from the train station and every major site in Firenze. Just above a bakery for fresh breakfast and surrounded by good restaurant choices. For those who can afford it also too close to Gucci, Fendi, Bulgari, LVT. Great apartment with enough room to spread out and make yourself at home. Wifi to keep yourelf connected and balconies to relax on. Franco and Miki met us when we arrived and that was the perfect start to our stay with some nice Santovino to welcome us. Thank you Lisa and Italy perfect for the great organisation and helpful information. Try this you can't go wrong."

"We had a wonderful time on our recent trip to Florence. The apartment (Tesoro) was great…no complaints. There were three of us, so it was very spacious. We loved having breakfast or a snack on the outdoor terrace, overlooking the courtyard and garden (we were blessed with fantastic weather, so we were able to take advantage of this outdoor space)…listening to the birds, and the sounds of the neighborhood. The best thing about the apartment, in our opinion, is the location. It is situated in a location that is within walking distance to so many sights and attractions. If you like to walk, you can get anywhere in Florence from this location. Also, the apartment’s owner was very gracious, warm and friendly when we met her upon our arrival and the day of our departure. We found it very easy to find our way around the city, and were able to locate convenience/grocery stores, and great restaurants in the area. We tried to avoid anything that looked “touristy”, and that formula usually resulted in some great, authentic food with friendly service. Florence is a city that everyone should visit! "My husband and I were in Italy to celebrate our 25th anniversary. The Bucine Loggetta exceeded our expectations. The setting was magnificent, our cottage was very comfortable, and the staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The location was a little out of the way, but we had no difficulty getting to where we wanted to go. Our only disappointment was the weather- it was rainy and cool, so we were not able to utilize the terrace or the pool. We would recommend Italy Perfect highly."

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Vespucci. It is an excellent apartment, very well appointed with everything we needed, including lots of guide books and tips. The owner is a superb hostess, who was especially helpful in guiding us through the car parking ordeal. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet, but we were able to easily walk everywhere, even twice to Piazza Michaelangelo across the city. However if you want to spend a lot of time in the Santa Croce area, this is on the other side of town. We especially recommend the sculpture museum at the Bargello and the museum behind the Duomo. They are smaller, accessible and superb. We also enjoyed San Miniato, a church with a wonderful view of the city.

You can't go wrong at this apartment. Located a block from the Arno, it is spacious (by foreign apartment standards) and has an elevator which is somewhat rare.. ;-) Neighborhood restaurants and markets are all within blocks. The rail station is about 8 blocks. Main attractions are a little farther, but within walking disrtance if you're hearty. Or just have the folks at the corner coffee bar call a taxi for you. The owner is in the apartment across the hall so any problems or questions can be easily address. She is full of info and fun to talk to.

"We had a great time in the Michaela apartment for two weeks in April, 2010. The hosts, Miki and Franco, went out of their way to help us out. We did a lot of cooking in so they brought us extra pans,etc. If you do cook in a lot you can expect to have a utility bill when you leave. A reasonable bill, just expect it. Having an Internet connection on location was an extra plus. Great location, we walked everywhere. If you plan to visit a lot of museums look into the 'Friends of the Uffizi' card. It saves you standing in some long lines. Thank you for the nice feedback! Electricity and gas are charged separately for stays of more than a week as stated in the apartment information. The price for 7 nights or less includes a utility allowance to defray utility costs. These guests incurred modest utility charges for their 2 week stay. We apologize for any confusion over this. "This apartment was very clean, roomy and light-filled.There are many great books, umbrellas, a spare room for luggage, and a great kitchen. The wifi worked well and we had 2 computers with us. The location next to the river was beautiful and within 2 blocks we found a great supermarket, butcher, and deli. Within 10 minutes (walking) were many great restaurants. Our hosts were very helpful and concerned that we were happy. As Italy Perfect recommends, travel with ear plugs. This is a noisy city, either with traffic and pedestrian noise or adjacent apartment noise due to very old building structure. We could hear a good bit of noise from the apartment above but the ear plugs worked well for sleeping. We cooked 2 delicious meals and the kitchen and roominess of the apartment made my husband, myself, and our adult daughter perfectly content. Although the apartment is located towards the perimeter of the city, if we got too tired we took a taxi. They were everywhere, professional and reasonably priced (under 10 euro from the Duomo). Il Latini was a fun, good place for dinner. Unfortunately the others are not coming to mind. The best gelato is across the 2nd bridge. Wish I could have some now! Ciao for now."

The location was excellent. We visited a lot of sites and walked to all of them. Our apartment was spacious and comfortable, even though we did not spend a great deal of time in it. The owner was very helpful. It is nice to get information from someone in the city.

"My wife and I absolutely loved the apartment, the location of the apartment, and Venice. We had visited Venice a few years ago; however we were only there a few days and always wanted to make it back for a longer stay. It worked out perfect for us, because we were fortunate to experience Carnivale for half of our week in Venice and then just like someone flipped a switch, Carnivale was over and we were able to enjoy Venice without the crowds. My wife and I first visited Italy about five years ago and this was our third trip back. We both love visiting Italy not only because of the beauty of the Country, the history, the architecture, the art, but also because the Italian people we have met and come in contact with are so kind and friendly. We were really not expecting the disorganized and brusk reception that we received in Venice from the apartment greeter. I have to say that we were very pleased with the service we received from Italy Perfect and we could not have been happier with Serenata. Serenata is truly a gem of an apartment for visiting Venice, the location could not have been better in our opinion, the furnishings and accommodations made it our little home away from home that we became very attached to. When we visit Venice again we would definitely book Serenata, although perhaps we might request a different greeter."
