"Our apartment in Florence was much more than we expected! Our greeters were genuinely interested in our comfort and the rooms were the perfect size for our family of four! Great location in the heart of the city...felt like a short walk to everything. Really enjoyed coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening on the terrace. We used several of our greeter's recommendations for restaurants and were glad we did. Will definitely recommend Italy Perfect for any friends traveling to Italy!"

"Four of us spent 12 “Italy Perfect” days in Florence in the Memoria apartment. We can attest to the accuracy of pictures and description of this apartment as displayed on the website. Italy Perfect provided a set of excellent guides to apartment living in Florence. Actually, this apartment exceeded our expectations. As foodies, the kitchen was better equipped than anticipated; we actually prepared several meals with fresh ingredients from the Central Market with contributions of Italian essentials (olive oil and balsamic vinegar) from former tenants. These former tenants also provided many tour books which were invaluable during our stay. We can’t imagine that there could be a better location than Memoria in Florence. Our greeter, Luca, directed us to a wonderful supermarket (Sapori & Dintorni Conad) just on the other side of the Ponte Vecchio. This market has everything you could possibly need or want. We were also able to walk to many great restaurants from our apartment. Our favorites were Trattoria Camillo, Golden View Open Bar and Restaurant and Bistro Del Mare. We also highly recommend the torta della nonna from Becagli and the schiacciata from Pugi. The torta is a custard filled pastry. The schiacciata is a Tuscan foccacia. Our stay included two day trips out of Florence. One day was on our own via train to Lucca and Pisa; the other day to Cinque Terre with Viator Tours. All the other days, we toured Florence on foot, a great way to work off those great meals we enjoyed. In summary, we highly recommend the Memoria apartment if you are looking for a centrally located air-conditioned, 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment with elevator, full kitchen, washer and dryer, wifi AND acceptance of credit card for payment. Please note we spent quite a bit of time searching for an apartment with this set of criteria."

"This is a well appointed apartment in a very central location. The rooftop deck was a great place to have breakfast or an evening drink watching the gondolas, water taxis and working boats on the canals below. Being at the intersection of three canals meant there was always something happening and the sound entering the apartment from the water enables you to experience the day to day life. The apartment is very comfortable. Locality is ideal, and getting lost along the streets of Venice is what makes a holiday here so unique. We would book this property again and recommend it to friends who are planning to visit."

"This is a great location! We walked everywhere and especially loved walking down the Via Bambuino to the Spanish Steps. Many great restaurants on this street! We also used the metro just outside our door, often. It was easy and convenient and with a Roma Pass did not even have to bother with metro tickets. We used Stefano to pick us up and return us to the airport. Thank you for the recommendation. The apartment was very small and we missed having windows for light during the day but it was a small price to pay for the location. And be prepared to use the living room for a closet! Our only complication was trying to find a supermarket for paper towels and toilet paper! Could not find the ones you recommended. Our greeter met us on arrival and was very helpful. We didn't need to call her for any help after that. Italy Perfect provided us with lots of useful information and we would definitely use your service again for any of the other cities where you have properties. Thank you!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this terrific apartment. The decor is lovely,s tarting with the marvelous frescoes as you enter the apartment. The apartment is quiet, spacious and very clean. The pretty terrace looks out over a lovely inner courtyard and we had many wonderful meals there contemplating the day's events. The location is well situated near the river and all of the major sites. There are numerous good restaurants, gelaterias and shops within minutes from your doorstep. Elisabetta greeted us at the apartment upon our arrival and was wonderful! The service provided by Italy Perfect was always prompt, courteous and efficient, making our stay in Florence all the more memorable. I would highly recommend Italy Perfect to anyone planning a trip to Italy."

"Tesoro was amazing!!!!The apt was perfect!Beautiful, comfortable and in an incredible location. It is very beautifully decorated and frescos!!! The apt was extremely quiet and private and looks into gardens - not on the street. Steps away from Santa Croce! The apt made our trip very special. We never got on a bus or a taxi - we walked everywhere because the location was so perfect. There is a very good Lebanese restaurant in the same block as the apt. We have already recommended the apt and Italy Perfect to friends.Pat helped us so much with the apt and planning our trip. She was wonderful. We stayed in the apt and we joined the "friends of the Uffizi" which allowed us to go in a long list of churches and museums(including the Academia!) for free and we did not have to wait in lines. That was great deal!"

"Accommodations were fine and the location great for walking to sites. If you should come by car, get directions as Gps was outdated on streets open. Also for parking. Italy Perfect was helpful making plans for our stay."

"Thank you. We had a wonderful time in your apartment. The greeter gave us all information on the apt plus walked with me to the food store.Amazingly, I found my way back! The apartment was spacious light and airy and with a large terrace with flowers. There was plenty of room to spread out. We could hear the gondoliers singing as they went by. There were many staples such as oil, vinegar, salt, pepper with which to cook in addition to kitchen equipment . We spent many days wondering the alleys of Venice and loved it! This is a perfect location for your first trip to Venice. We did not do a gondola ride this time , as we waited until the end of our stay but the weather got worse. Now we have to return, what a problem! Wonderful location and apartment. I found this apt through Italy Perfect and would recommend checking their site for apts.I did not use them for Florence, Italy, and was very disappointed with my apt although it was in a fantastic area."

"The Alcove apartment was spacious and gave us room to relax and spread out as we were staying for 2 weeks. The advantage of this unit is that it looks out on the piazza but the bedrooms are in the back so you cannot hear the noise at night. It was the best of accommodations and I would happily book it again! Santa Croce is a great location - 5 minutes walking from both the Arno and the della Signoria. Numerous good restaurants nearby, too many to detail here. It is very crowded during the day but gets quiet in the evening. Also there were several performances in the evening on the piazza so we had the opportunity to see a rock opera, a band and a soccer/rugby tournament at various times. (Apparently, the piazza is a performance venue during the summer.) My only criticism of the building is that occasionally the elevator would go out but the staff was always very responsive to that or any other concerns. During our time there, we used 2 of your recommendations: Marco Stivo the driver and the Tavola cooking school. Each provided excellent services and made our time there more enjoyable. I would happily recommend Italy Perfect to friends, etc. and look forward to returning to Florence, most likely in 2 years. Thanks for all your help."

"This is a beautiful apartment, very thoughtfully and comfortably equipped and very lovely. It feels like an elegant family home, not a tourist rental apartment. The owners are delightful and extremely helpful, showing us how to operate all of the appliances and pointed out everything we needed. It was perfect for two people--this is the second time we have stayed in this apartment. We loved it. The location is great, easy to walk to all the Florence sights and close to restaurants and shops. It is important to realize that the kitchen is a small kitchenette contained in an armoire, so any cooking needs to be simple. We had breakfast in the apartment, and brought back carryout a couple of times for dinner. The only other downside is some noise coming up through the interior courtyard at night."

"We enjoyed our stay at Casetta Bonsi immensely. The location and surrounding area are perfectly situated for getting a sense of old Florence without sacrificing creature comforts. There is an excellent grocery, florist, restaurant (the Golden View), and cafe (Cafe Ponte Vecchio) nearby. It was a joy to cross the Ponte Vecchio each day to go into the heart of Florence on foot to see the treasures. If you live in Casetta Bonsi for a week you will get lots of exercise climbing the hill as you return from your adventures each day. If you're out of shape, you'll stop to rest halfway up for the first couple of days; but by the third day you'll be ecstatic that you can make the climb in one stretch! We recommend purchasing a Firenze Card online in advance. It makes your major museum access simple and speedy. Italy Perfect and Maurizio, owner of Casetta Bonsi, work together to insure your visit to Florence IS perfect. Ciao"

"The Prisco was exactly what we expected based on the description/photos of the unit on the Italy Perfect site . The rooms were very clean, spacious and bright. Everything worked (except for occasional problems w/ the internet connection ). The location couldn't have been better - close to everything . The owners were attentive and gracious - checking in regularly w/ us to make sure everything was OK. Places we'd recommend include the following:Salumeria ( down the block on Via Spada) for fresh pasta on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.( We especially enjoyed their truffle ravioli/truffle sauce and their potato ravioli w/ a butter, sage and parmesan sauce. ) Ristorante Pensavo Peggio (Via Del Moro, 51R) for excellent, reasonably priced food . (Try the bread soup, the mushroom pasta, and/or the beef.) Enoteca Pontevecchio (Corso Dei Tintori, 21R) for a fabulous selection of oils and wines that the owners will gladly ship to your home. (Tony , the owner, makes all who enter his shop feel at home. His English is excellent.) Cantinetta Dei Verrazzano (Via Dei Tavolini, 18/20R) for good multigrain bread and superb biscotti. Perche No (across the street from Cantinetta Dei Verrazzano) for delicious gelato . (Try the cinnamon gelato.) Pampaloni (Via Porta Rossa, 99/R ) for exquisite silver and gold objects including jewelry. Ermini (Via Borgo S. Lorenzo 3/R) for fabulous fabrics, ties, and scarves. Sciccherie (Via Dello Sprone 9/11Rosso - other side of the river) for beautiful Italian handcrafted items. There were many other wonderful places we discovered walking the streets of Florence - too many to list here. We had a great stay. A big part of the good experience was the apartment. We'd definitely stay here again. Thanks, Italy Perfect for helping us make this connection."

"We had a wonderful time here, and the highlight had to be the terrace located right outside of the living room. We were on the top floor and the terrace overlooked canals, gondolas and rooftops - the view was fabulous. We enjoyed espresso and wine on the terrace and being able to spend time relaxing outdoors was a highlight of our stay. The inside of the apartment was nice as well, with updated kitchen and bathrooms and plenty of living space. We learned to use the espresso pot on the stove and would have enjoyed using the kitchen to cook, if only we'd had the time. The apartment was clean and the building included a washing machine (on another floor.) And the woman who met us to show us the apartment was helpful and thorough; she got us off to a nice start with a couple of recommendations for dinner and wine. (She also accommodated us when we arrived earlier than check-in time - very nice, considering that we were suffering from jet lag!) We had such a wonderful time in Venice, and to be able to see the canals and the city from our terrace was something we will never forget. We highly recommend this well-situated apartment."

"Strozzi was perfect for our week long visit to Florence. Very conveniently situated close to the Duomo. Also lots of lovely food shops in the same street which we took full advantage. The apartment was very well equipped and comfortable. Miki and Franco, the owners were extremely thorough introducing us to the apartment and the area. We recommend Il Latini restaurant close to the apartment for an unforgettable eating experience and good food. We had a wonderful time in Florence. I have already recommended Italy Perfect to friends. They provide an excellent service. We rented another apartment from them in Sorrento also lovely."

"Florence is a mad bustling city but this Casetta felt like an escape and some tranquility when we needed it. Maurizio is lovely and showed us everything we needed and got us settled In well. Also thank you to Gabriela your wife who was responsible for the little touches around the place that made it feel like home. The red wine and little treats we're muchly appreciated. The Casetta is homey but perfectly functional. We ate here at least once every day. The kitchen has everything you could ever need for meals while on holiday. To sum up as I am waffling. Did we enjoy our stay here.. Yes.. Would we stay here again equally yes. Negatives.. Well it can be a little noisy but that's what you get if you want to be in the thick of it all.. Again thank you both and extra thank you to Lisa at Italy Perfect who was fab."

"Great accommodations with an incredible location. It was easy to travel between Pisa, Venice, and Cinque Terre using Florence as our home base. The train stations is so close as well as all sites to see in Florence. The owner, Franco, greeted us as well as treated us to breakfast the morning we were leaving. I highly recommend this rental as well as Italy Perfect."

"We had a very good time in this pleasant apartment. It had the charme and spirit of the city and was comfortable and well equipped. We especially loved the balcony and the elevator and also the elegant building which is very conveniently located in a very nice and central area of the city. The several little shops and restaurants around were also very convenient. I would definitely recommend this apartment and also Italy Perfect to my friends."

"The accommodation was beautiful, fabulous kitchen and bathroom with an outside deck with wonderful views. The location was just the ticket for a first-time visitor to Venice, particularly useful was the nearby Co-Op supermarket. We had breakfast at home every morning, much tastier than the mostly ordinary food available in nearby restaurants. We found that restaurants were much better away from San Marco - try the area around the Peggy Guggenheim. That said, Planet Pizza is great and close by. Hang the expense and take a gondola ride too. If I ever come back to Venice, I would book into this apartment without hesitation."
