We loved our stay! Lovely little apartment, well-located. Loved the host's recommendation of restaurants in the area, but make sure not to miss Kohaku, a truly outstanding Japanese restaurant right across the street.

We had a wonderful stay in the Galvani apartment. Comfortable and spacious and easy walk to the heart of Florence activities. Our Italy Perfect contact was responsive, especially when we were without hot running water one morning, and was quickly rectified. The only addition I would recommend would be a clothes air hanger to dry clothes after washing. Otherwise everything was perfect. Definitely recommended!

Perfect location everything within walking distance and very safe area. Beautiful home. Had everything we needed for a family of four for a week in Rome. Loved that the second bedroom had two separate beds that my 6’3 215lb sons said were very comfortable. Having two beautiful bathrooms was great. There are several flights of steep steps to get to the apartment but there is a small slow elevator if you need it.

Our stay here was very nice, offering privacy and not in the chaos of the city center. The pictures do not do it justice! It's adorable and still very convenient to all activities, restaurants, shopping, etc. Unfortunately, it was relatively cool inside for most of our stay, with the average temperature of 18.2 Celsius or 65 Fahrenheit. I would imagine this is ideal in the spring, summer, and autumn.

Rosa apartment made us feel like we had always stayed there! With spacious rooms, a well-stocked kitchen and very well located, it provided all we needed to enjoy the holiday season in comfort and joy as a family. Next time in Rome, we would definitely come back to Rosa and its surroundings!

Loved our stay! The apartment is fabulous. Gorgeous ceilings, plenty of space.Our wonderful host was quick to answer any questions we had, and got us into an unoccupied flat with a terrace overlooking Piazza Santa Croce, from which we were able to enjoy the fireworks and New Year's Eve celebrations.

This apartment is great in every aspect. Great location, nice building that’s quiet, well appointed and comfortable. It worked for our family of 8 as one of the apartments for four, with renting an additional apartment in the same building. Larger than most elevator for the ease of walking up and fantastic host for any questions or issues.

We rented this for two family couples along with the close Allegro apartment and couldn’t have been happier. This apartment is set up very well, and you could never complain about the amazing terrace. Views all around and extra seating when we gathered as a group. Host was amazing as always, as we have come to expect from Italy / Paris Perfect!

Our extended family had a wonderful time for Christmas and the house was perfect! A fantastic location near major sites. Excellent shops nearby. The house itself is laid out in a way that allows everyone to have their own personal space but with common areas that easily accommodated our large family. Checking in and out were a breeze. We highly recommend this property!

Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful. The apartment was a good size and had all we needed. The location was outstanding - minutes from the train station, major sites, grocery store, restaurants and bakery.

We stayed at this Florence apartment from November 23, 2025, and vacated on the morning of November 27, 2025, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The unit is centrally located, making it incredibly easy to walk everywhere—including major sights, restaurants, and even the train station. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, providing a welcoming place to relax after full days of exploring the city. Our host was wonderful—professional, respectful, and courteous throughout our stay. Her attention to detail and responsiveness made the experience seamless. We would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a well-located, comfortable stay in Florence and would happily stay here again.

Wonderful location, spacious, clean, well equipped. Vibrant atmosphere with the apartment overlooking the Piazza. Sites and restaurants were for the most part walkable. We would stay again. Funky front door lock! Practice makes perfect.

Our stay was a great one. Location was near to everything we needed. Our laundry area was just outside our door in a small room. Great restaurant, pastry/coffee shop just a few steps from our apartment, also, a wine window. Our visit was late November and the outdoor decorations were so pretty. Also visited a Christmas market and saw street performers in front of the Duomo…..fabulous!!!

Over the years I have rented from Paris Perfect four times. The apartments and the service is par excellence. When I decided to rent in Florence, Italy Perfect was the obvious choice. The apartment in Florence was marvelous. The location superb. Here’s to more Perfect vacations with you. Happy Thanksgiving
