From the moment we were greeted after a long day of travel, we looked around, settled in and felt at home. The location was ideal. We loved the market across the way and enjoyed our adventures and equally enjoyed retreating home to a meal on the terrace.

Absolutely loved this apartment. Excellent location—walked to the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain, for reference. It had everything we needed and was comfortable and clean. The air conditioning was essential and worked well. Elevator worked well for moving bags in and out, but is slow and hot for everyday use. We took the stairs most times. Absolutely loved our hosts—they responded immediately and were friendly and professional and solution oriented. We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend to others!

Nos encantó nuestra estadía. El apartamento es súper bonito, cómodo y tiene absolutamente todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. Todo estaba impecablemente limpio y muy bien preparado, con toallas, sábanas y amenities disponibles. Una de nuestras partes favoritas fue el hermoso balcón, donde disfrutamos muchísimo nuestras mañanas y también las noches. ❤️ La ubicación es excelente: está cerca de todo, a pocos pasos del Ponte Vecchio y a unos 15 minutos caminando de la estación de tren, lo que hizo que movernos por Florencia fuera muy fácil. Además, nuestro greeter fue encantador y muy amable al recibirnos y mostrarnos el apartamento. Nos hizo sentir muy bienvenidos desde el primer momento. Tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa y sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí en una próxima visita a Florencia. ¡Totalmente recomendado! ??✨
Translation: We loved our stay. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, and has absolutely everything needed to feel right at home. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-prepared, with towels, linens, and amenities provided. One of our favorite features was the lovely balcony, where we really enjoyed spending our mornings and evenings. ❤️ The location is excellent: it’s close to everything—just steps from the Ponte Vecchio and about a 15-minute walk from the train station—making it very easy to get around Florence. Plus, our greeter was delightful and very kind when welcoming us and showing us the apartment; she made us feel right at home from the very first moment. We had a wonderful experience and would certainly stay here again on a future visit to Florence. Highly recommended! ??✨

Really enjoyed the Minerva Treasure apartment, well situated in the Spanish Steps area. The artwork in the apartment is stunning. Enjoyed aperitivo at Canova Bar just a 2-minute walk. Dinner at Buca di Ripetta nearby. Had a great time in Rome!

Everything was perfect at L'Albero Bello. The 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms were perfect for our group. The spaces were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The town of Lucignano is charming and very authentic. A great place to get away from the crowds. Everyone in our group could not have been happier with the Villa and the swimming pool was a nice addition. We will be back!!

We had the most magical stay at this apartment! It was exactly as described and honestly even better than we could have hoped for!! The communication was great and very easy even with language differences. Our greeter was so lovely and made sure we knew all the ins/outs of the apt and set us up with everything we needed to start our trip off in the best way possible! The location of the apartment was amazing and everything you could want or need to see in Florence proper was easily accessible and walkable. As a family of four the space was so comfortable. We had the ability to come together in common space and also have quiet space if needed after a long day of exploring/adventuring. Having some of the more modern luxury amenities was much appreciated…namely air conditioning…given Italy was still in the middle of a late summer heatwave! Truly one of our favorite places we’ve stayed and would love to be able to come back again in the future!

Property was large spacious apartment in the center of Florence. Was close to and in walking distance to just about everything I wanted to do. Our hosts could not have been more gracious, kind, helpful hosts. The first night I went to buzz someone up and accidentally locked myself out of the apartment and our host had to come back and open the door for me and was very gracious about it. If the door shuts it locks automatically just FYI even though it has a bolt lock. Also, I was in Florence at the hottest time possible in August during what was considered a heat wave in Europe. There is air-conditioning in the apartment, but it is not like the US because there are restrictions on electricity use specifically air-conditioning in Florence. I found it a little difficult to cool it down at night if you don’t close the shutters during the day while you’re out. This would be a non-issue any other time of the year. Overall, really great experience. Excellent neighborhood felt safe walking around everywhere. Lots of great restaurants and bakery nearby. Overall had a really good time and would recommend..

11 / 10 stay; highly recommended accommodation! The apartment was super clean with nice modern touches and all the conveniences. The location was super walkable and well-situated for a first time trip Firenze. Great host and easily reachable!

The apartment was great. Fabulous location. Our greeter met us and was very responsive throughout. One of the A/C units was on the fritz when we arrived and it was fixed quickly.

We had a lovely stay in Florence. The apartment is located in an A+ location! It’s modern, well decorated, fully equipped, and the AC worked perfectly during hot days in July. The wrap around balcony was a definite plus. Our host was extremely responsive, helpful with recommendations, and even gave me a personal tour of her favorite spots. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect for 2 families with 4 teens among us. Good location. Walkable to center but not in the thick of it. Nice neighborhood. Good amenities. Well stocked kitchen. Excellent check in process.

The pearl of Florence! A great apartment in the heart of Florence with everything within walking distance. Wonderful host who was always there for us and had great tips. The fully equipped kitchen, the beds with their lovely bedding, and the terrace overlooking the Piazza del Duomo made our stay fantastic. Special thanks to our host. Grazie Mille!

Such a great place and it is located in the heart of Florence. Everything is in a 10 minute walking radius of the apartment. The host is super nice and very friendly and recommends lots of things and places to go to.
