Our stay was a great one. Location was near to everything we needed. Our laundry area was just outside our door in a small room. Great restaurant, pastry/coffee shop just a few steps from our apartment, also, a wine window. Our visit was late November and the outdoor decorations were so pretty. Also visited a Christmas market and saw street performers in front of the Duomo…..fabulous!!!

Over the years I have rented from Paris Perfect four times. The apartments and the service is par excellence. When I decided to rent in Florence, Italy Perfect was the obvious choice. The apartment in Florence was marvelous. The location superb. Here’s to more Perfect vacations with you. Happy Thanksgiving

Excellent location, beautiful apartment, and a very welcoming host! Our family of 4, two adults w/ our college-aged sons, enjoyed having the living room to hang out together and the kitchen for coffee/tea, etc.

The location is Perfect! Few minuts literally from the major fashion brands Gucci, Prada, Louis Vuitton etc. and at a walking distance many of the main historical places, Spagna, Pantheon, Trevi etc. Bars, restaurants, supermarket, and a traditional wet market nearby. Everything in the apartment worked without problem, including the air conditioning, and a very good water pressure in the shower. Communications with Italy Perfect, and the greeter were quick and satisfactory.

We had a wonderful time at Vista Flora - Il Galletto. The villa was ideal for us in every respect. It was comfortably furnished and had everything we needed from a coffee maker, washer and hair dryers! The location was ideal, walking distance to a small market and several restaurants including Il Montano and Zio Sam’s. Our favorite was ANTICA Casale - we ate there a few times! The grounds were beautiful with olive trees and lemon groves. We would walk in the neighborhood every morning after our coffee. The views were spectacular and there was a lovely pool. The villa was close enough for trips to Sorrento and Positano which we did a few times. We were so happy to come back to our lovely and serene villa after the hustle and bustle of the more touristy towns. The housekeeper was terrific and was flexible in working around our schedule to visit the villa for cleaning. It was ideal and would love to go back!

Our friends reserved the Prisco and then we booked Michaela. We had the entire suite to ourselves and felt very safe in the heart of the designer shopping area of Florence. We were within walking distance of the train station, Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, Mercado Central, the grocery, and so many beautiful plazas. We were at My Bakery (3 doors away) nearly daily and the Tratteria Merone next door a couple of times. Our hosts, were most gracious. We were comfortable here during our 3 week stay - with zero problems. Having 2 bathrooms was a plus & we had everything needed in the kitchen. Fresh linens were provided each week which provided an opportunity for our hosts to check in on us. I would stay here again as we loved the area & always felt safe day & night.

We had an amazing stay in the Concerto apartment during our visit to Florence in early November. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Florence steps from the Ponte Vecchio and close to public transportation. The balcony had great views. The apartment was spotless, well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. Our contact, was extremely responsive and went above and beyond which made the whole experience a joy. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.

We loved our stay here! The apartment is super modern, beautifully designed, and really spacious. The host met us when we arrived, which made check-in easy and smooth. The location is very convenient, close to everything we needed, and the hosts were great to communicate with. We also really appreciated how quickly they responded when we reached out about an issue. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this apartment!

The location is really wonderful and pretty easy walking to just about everything. It's also an evocative old building - beautiful and unique. There are the normal challenges of such a thing like variable water pressure and no screens on windows, but those are small things to manage for such a lovely, historical place to stay. The bed was comfortable, the two bathrooms were a plus, and we found the kitchen well stocked for our needs with a coffee maker, kettle and microwave. Access to a washing machine was much appreciated. We were certainly grateful the elevator was working while we were there and it's quite fun to operate. The hosts are charming and the check in process is very thorough as they make sure you understand how everything operates and how all costs are considered. They were also very helpful with the map and understanding where we were located in the city and offered excellent suggestions for where to eat or get take away. There's a supermarket a short walk away and quality restaurants all around with a wonderful bakery practically next door. They even helped arrange for a taxi for us upon departure!

We just returned from a two week stay at the Strozzi Apartment, our second visit in two years. Best of all, nothing has changed. The apartment is comfortable and is located in a perfect sport for walking to all the best Florence attractions. We were 11 minutes from the train station eight minutes from the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio. We used the location to walk 5-6 miles a day and the take the train to Lucca and other local towns. Our hosts were terrific, responsive hosts and we were treated like gold. If you want to be in the middle of things, this is your place.

My daughter and I were in Florence for a dear friend’s wedding. We needed space to get ready and room to relax between festivities. One day while my daughter was busy with the wedding activities, I spent the entire day resting in the apartment. It was a nice repose. There was some construction going on during the day, but that could have been a temporary thing. It was very peaceful at night.

Pasquino apartment was a perfect apartment for two couples. Ideal location near Piazza Navona with easy access to taxis, fabulous restaurants and so many must-see places in Rome.

Wonderful apartment in a great location with more than enough room for five adults. Beautifully furnished, very clean, comfortable beds and well equipped for all of our needs. We have used Vacation Perfect in London several times, they NEVER disappoint and this was no exception! Thank you Italy Perfect for your outstanding hospitality!

Nous avons passé un très agréble séjour à cet appartement à distance de marche de beaucoup de sites historiques de musées et de restos. L'appartement complètement rénové, se situe dans un viel immeuble sur une petite rue qui nous a fait sentir un peu romains. Merci nous le recommandons vivement.
Translation: We had a very pleasant stay at this apartment, within walking distance of many historic sites, museums, and restaurants. The apartment, completely renovated, is located in an old building on a small street that made us feel a bit Roman. Thank you—we highly recommend it.

We stayed in Prisco for 5 weeks in Sept-Oct 2025. The apartment is a large 1 BR with high ceilings and a bright, airy feeling from 3 large floor-to-ceiling windows in the KIT-LR area. It has a spacious, comfortable vibe. The MBR is huge. The bath is updated and modern. The photos in the Italy Perfect brochure accurately display the property. The apartment is on the third floor of the building. The apartment lies at the intersection of 3 active streets. There is much pedestrian traffic going by, but few cars. The LR & KIT can be noisy at times. YET it is interesting to sit in the KIT & watch the many people walking by going to & from the nearby train station. Noise is not an issue in the MBR. It is very quiet due to sound insulation. The neighborhood is fantastic. The apartment is located in a very upscale neighborhood. Many high-end designer shops are a few blocks away. I did not see a more upscale neighborhood in our 5 weeks in Florence. Many of the major attractions are within a 15 minute walk. I loved walking thru the narrow, back streets in the charming area between the Apartment & the Palazzo Vecchio. There are OK small restaurants in the area. The food is similar in most. Two that stood out were Il Barretto and Il Morellino, both a 10 minute walk. There is high-quality take-out food at Rostaria Spada, associated with Restorante La Spada, 5 minutes away. Beware of the much Hyped Tuscan steaks. They are generally tough & chewy. Other: The apartment is generally well equipped but needs a dishwasher for people staying for more than a few days. In our 35 days in Prisco, the elevator broke down 3X. It is 60 steps from the ground floor to the apartment. I could manage that, but my wife is disabled and had difficulty with the steps. I would definitely rent Prisco again in the future. Florence is wonderful.
