We loved it. The location was perfect. Bedrooms great- were able to use the 3rd bedroom so 2 of our 3 daughters had their own bedroom. Our oldest daughter (sadly) wasn't with us. Close grocery store was great. We loved Florence, the people, the food, the wine, the coffee the art, the history. Walked everywhere. The weather was incredible too!! Great place!! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

This place is really amazing. Old world charm with modern amenities. The location is literally right in the middle of the tourist area, which is great for a short walk to everything. But apartment itself is up on the 5th floor, so far enough away from the chaos. The balcony is nice because you can still hear and feel the energy without it being overwhelming. Our host, was extremely hospitable, quickly responsive, and attentive to our every need. I'd stay there again if I ever went back.

My wife and I stayed here for 8 nights. It was great for the 2 of us and obviously would easily handle a party of 4. Biggest pluses were the location & terrace. We did experience a little noise on the weekends, but this was eliminated by running the fans on the A/C. Beds were comfortable. Lots of hot water. Supermarket close by. Washer/Dryer worked well. Host was very accommodating and easy to reach. Would gladly stay here again.

Our stay at Bucine Loggetta was short but so memorable. The farm and the lodgings were superb, comfortable and beautiful. The staff there were very helpful. One highlight was having a cappuccino on the delightful terrace outside of Reception. The restoration of the old farm buildings into the accommodations was truly a marvel – the family truly put some love into that work. We operate a vacation rental company in Hawaii and have very high expectations when staying in other vacation rentals. Italy Perfect and the Alloro residence were both perfect for our one week stay in Venezia. The location is spectacular directly at the entry to the Grand Canal and footsteps away from San Marco and many other locations. Waking up in the morning and opening the tall windows and hearing the city come to life on the water is something very unique. In addition to having a well equipped ktichen to make breakfast the fresh croissants each morning for all 7 days were such a treat. The villa was immaculate with high end amenities. We have stayed on past trips at the St Regis directly next door. The Villa includes discount for the St Regis bar and restaurants but the villas is much larger with the benefits of home at a much lower price than a canal facing hotel room. Our only hesitation with this review is our hope that word doesn't get out so that we will not be able to rent this again. We are already planning our trip back next year.

We enjoyed a long-term rental in this terrific apartment overlooking one of Florence's prettiest churches and most vibrant piazzas, which hosts an occasional market, renaissance parade, and performance. (Notwithstanding, the place is super quiet). The rooms are comfortable and stylish, with a fully functional kitchen (altho there are tons of excellent restaurants, coffee shops, and gelateria in the neighborhood). Over the course of our time here, we hosted multiple friends, who loved their accommodations. We walked everywhere (blockbuster museums, sites, the Arno, and theaters are within easy reach). Management are amazingly responsive and helpful. We will always treasure our time here.

This apartment is absolutely fantastic. The house is clean and spacious, and the host's and property manager were the best to work with. They reply to messages super fast, offered great suggestions and really try to make everything great. The property manager also offered additional services in a way that was super helpful, she made my wife and kids feel even more comfortable.

I would rent this apartment every time we come back to Florence. The location was absolutely perfect and central to everything. It was clean and modern and comfortable. It was the perfect space for our family of 4. We were all sad to have to leave! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a lovely stay at the Michaela Apt. Gracious hosts and the location was perfect. There is a supermarket, bakery, great restaurants and high end shopping nearby! The apt is in an older building but has a elevator which was most helpful with our bags coming and going. There isn’t an oven but a stovetop, coffee and tea pot, refrigerator, dishes, cutlery - basically everything you need for simple cooking! The water pressure was low (not unexpected in an older building) but the shower did the trick ! I would recommend the apt and hosts!

The apartment was in a perfect location for us. Our group included three adults and our infant, so we needed a crib, and an elevator to lug up all of our bags. While it was a very old building, it had an elevator installed, although it was very small and slow (as expected) so we only used that when we arrived and when we left. The apartment was small but modern, and had a beautiful terrace as well as a very functional dual washer/dryer - the first combination machine I've used in Europe that actually is able to dry clothes! The apartment was very functional for our stay, but the service provided by our hosts sent it over the top. They arranged a car to pick us up from the train station and to take us to the airport, and helped us carry our bags when we arrived and even when we departed. They were so helpful in providing recommendations and just helping us out, and it made our stay so much more enjoyable. Thank you!

Appartamento molto bello e ben tenuto, si trova molto in centro ed ho apprezzato molto l'isolamento con l'esterno. Durante il week-end infatti le strade sono rumorose ma nelle camere non si sentivano rumori.
Translation: The apartment is very nice and well-maintained. It's centrally located, and I really appreciated how isolated it is from the outside world. On weekends, the streets are noisy, but I couldn't hear any noise in the rooms.

The apartment was a perfect spot for us on our first trip to Rome. The location was excellent, making walking to the major attractions easy. Grocers are nearby, as well as coffee/espresso, and many restaurants. The apartment is among other residential units, so we were mindful of our volume and movement habits during our stay. Additionally, the communication with our host and her assistant were excellent. I appreciated the binder of info on how to use the appliances as well as the instructional videos on the home’s website linked to VacationPerfect. We had a fantastic time and would be happy to stay here again!

We very much enjoyed our time in Florence. The location of the Allegro property was perfect. We were able to walk to all of our various tours and restaurants and grocery stores were very close by. The beds were comfortable and while reviewing the towels might seem odd-they were great too! The only other feedback I would provide is that the kitchen area is quite compact so cooking dinners 'in' was a bit challenging. A great excuse to eat out! A final shout out to our greeter for rescuing us when we foolishly managed to lock ourselves on the balcony as we were heading to the train station on our last morning. We very much appreciated her help.

Fantastic location, easy walk to all of the sites in the city. The apartment was a good size for our family of four. The balcony is such a great feature. Fantastic host, always prompt with responses, very willing to offer suggestions on shopping, restaurants, points of interest, etc. The personalized service we received from our host really made us feel welcome and appreciated.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The location is perfect - right in the centre, making it easy to explore everything the city has to offer. It was especially great being so central as it meant we could head out to see the sights, then easily pop back to the apartment to give the kids a rest and grab a quick bite to eat before heading out again. Despite being in such a busy area, the apartment still felt like a peaceful escape, particularly being on the 5th floor where it was noticeably quieter than the streets below. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, and our host went above and beyond to help us during our stay, which made a real difference. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Florence.

Great place right in the center of Florence. Everything was within walkable distance, with the Ponte Vechhio at a stone's throw away. The apartment itself was very clean and spacious and had a balcony with a calm breeze. The host and our greeter were very responsive and helped us navigate our flight delays and check in. Would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Florence for the first time because this place is 15 mins from Uffizi, Galleria and the Duomo.

The apartment was perfect for the 4 of us. It is very centrally located so we were able to walk to meet up with our tours as well as easily get to restaurants, supermarkets and spots for gelato. The kitchen is really well stocked so we had no difficulty cooking a few meals in as well. Overall a very enjoyable stay and we would highly recommend this rental.
