Beautiful apartment ! Amenities included. We were welcomed by the host in person who walked us through the apartment and all the services and explain how to use AC, and appliances. Host had cold water, coffee, sugar, spices and a bottle of wine for us! So nice to be able to have cold water and coffee after out journey to Roma. The apartment was spotless and clean It is on top floor but has an elevator- it is slow but works great especially for luggage. I would absolutely stay here again.

We loved it. The location was perfect. Bedrooms great- were able to use the 3rd bedroom so 2 of our 3 daughters had their own bedroom. Our oldest daughter (sadly) wasn't with us. Close grocery store was great. We loved Florence, the people, the food, the wine, the coffee the art, the history. Walked everywhere. The weather was incredible too!! Great place!! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

What a great stay. So close to Ponte Vecchio, but on a street that is super quiet and has minimal road traffic. Walkable to all the essential sites. The property is perfect for a long stay. It is two levels with a well appointed kitchen, dining and sitting room on the first floor and the bedroom and bathroom on the second. The patio is great for enjoying a classic Italian dinner or morning coffee. Would definitely stay here again. Check in with our greeter was great. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

AMORE was very comfortable and in an excellent location. We stayed for two weeks and everything functioned perfectly. The patio was a real treat and most enjoyable in the early AM for coffee and PM for cocktails. If we were to visit Florence again we would definitely stay in AMORE.

My wife and I stayed at the Sonata apartment in May 2026. The apartment is well designed, clean and complete with all the amenities you will need. The terrace was the ideal spot for coffee and an evening glass of wine. Our host were great and very accommodating. Lots of hot water, wifi was great and the washing machine outside on the terrace worked well. Check-in and check-out were very smooth. The Italy Perfect travel portal is easy to use and contains very helpful information about the apartment and surrounding areas. We loved this apartment’s location – extremely quiet but close to everything. The grocery store is very close and there are many restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. Highly recommend eating at Emma Pizzeria con Cucina. Many of the popular sites in Rome are within a 10–20-minute walk. Taxis were easy to request through the Freenow app and picked up right at the front door. We would absolutely stay here again.

This place is really amazing. Old world charm with modern amenities. The location is literally right in the middle of the tourist area, which is great for a short walk to everything. But apartment itself is up on the 5th floor, so far enough away from the chaos. The balcony is nice because you can still hear and feel the energy without it being overwhelming. Our host, was extremely hospitable, quickly responsive, and attentive to our every need. I'd stay there again if I ever went back.

We stayed with friends for 6 nights and had the best time! The neighborhood is quiet, but well-equipped with restaurants, pharmacies, a cocktail/wine bar, and several grocery stores. There's a great market within walking distance. We made good use of the two patios, with the option for sun or shade at any time of day. The kitchen was functional and nicely stocked, and our greeter was sweet and helpful. The shower had plenty of hot water and was quite large by Italian standards. We had zero complaints and would very happily return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Prisco apartment.The apartment is very large, and the natural light from the windows gives it an airy, open feel.The location is excellent, and makes all of Florence “walkable”. Light sleeper’s might be troubled by street noise from a very popular “Wine Window” nearby. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. We would rent this apartment again on a future stay.

This was a perfect property for a family of four in the center of Rome. All the main sites were within a 15-30 min. walking distance with many restaurants and any essentials located on the street just below the building. The restuarant just below the property was a wonderful dinner spot, and Molly's Garden just down the alley had an expansive breakfast menu with tasty breakfast burritos. The host was immediately responsive to any needs. Property was clean, very tastefully furnished with all listed amenities. So lovely to be greeted with complimentary bottled water and a bottle of champagne in the fridge! Evening noise was minimal; daytime was alive with bustling city sounds. Our family loved this property and would definitely stay again! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.

This apartment was incredibly spacious with a fantastic, well-thought-out layout that made our stay in Rome feel exceptionally comfortable. The location was absolutely wonderful, placing us just steps away from amazing sights and local charm while still offering a quiet retreat at the end of the day. Cleanliness was top-notch throughout the entire property, making it an easy five-star choice that we would absolutely book again.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights. The apartment is beautifully furnished and meticulously maintained. The apartment was very comfortable, the bed was terrific, the fresh croissants delivered each morning were delicious, and the location was perfect. Our host was great, easy to reach and very accommodating. Highly recommend arriving/departing by water taxi. We would gladly stay here again.

My wife and I stayed here for 8 nights. It was great for the 2 of us and obviously would easily handle a party of 4. Biggest pluses were the location & terrace. We did experience a little noise on the weekends, but this was eliminated by running the fans on the A/C. Beds were comfortable. Lots of hot water. Supermarket close by. Washer/Dryer worked well. Host was very accommodating and easy to reach. Would gladly stay here again.

Our stay at Bucine Loggetta was short but so memorable. The farm and the lodgings were superb, comfortable and beautiful. The staff there were very helpful. One highlight was having a cappuccino on the delightful terrace outside of Reception. The restoration of the old farm buildings into the accommodations was truly a marvel – the family truly put some love into that work. Beautiful two story home gave us the feel of living in Florence. Upstairs patio off the hall, though small, was a nice place to escape and have some wine and snacks. Getting to the home does require uphill walks almost wherever you go, but was doable for us who are in our late 60s. Living room is large and beautiful. Bedroom was large with high ceilings. Overall would not hesitate to book again.

The property was amazing. For Florence standards it was huge. Location was also perfect. In a very safe area and a very safe building. We have stayed in Florence many times in vacation rentals. And this was the best one by far yet. The best part about this apartment are the owners. They tell you what time to meet them there, and they are exactly on time. Then they take you up sit you down and tell you all about this apartment and everything you would ever need to know about the area. As I said, it was a very large apartment and the bedroom alone was the size of the other apartments we’ve stayed at in Florence. We will be back ASAP.

We operate a vacation rental company in Hawaii and have very high expectations when staying in other vacation rentals. Italy Perfect and the Alloro residence were both perfect for our one week stay in Venezia. The location is spectacular directly at the entry to the Grand Canal and footsteps away from San Marco and many other locations. Waking up in the morning and opening the tall windows and hearing the city come to life on the water is something very unique. In addition to having a well equipped ktichen to make breakfast the fresh croissants each morning for all 7 days were such a treat. The villa was immaculate with high end amenities. We have stayed on past trips at the St Regis directly next door. The Villa includes discount for the St Regis bar and restaurants but the villas is much larger with the benefits of home at a much lower price than a canal facing hotel room. Our only hesitation with this review is our hope that word doesn't get out so that we will not be able to rent this again. We are already planning our trip back next year.
