We stayed in the Ginerva apartment, it was perfect in every way. Stylish and spacious. The location was great for seeing all the major sights within walking distance. There were four of us and we catered some meals and found that it was like a home from home. High quality bed linen also appreciated!

"We had a great trip in Rome. My husband and I stayed in the Paolina apartment for 5 nights and we found it to be a very convenient location, just a few steps from the metro. The kitchen is great for a quick breakfast, but not suited to doing more than heating food. Much better to get your espresso at the cafe on the corner! The apartment was clean and aside from typical city noises, it was quiet. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"My wife and I were in Florence for 1 week. With only one week, you need to see as many things in as short a time as possible, so a central location is imperative! Well, the Strozzi apt was perfect for location. Also, the bed was great, the apt. comfortable and the owners very nice. Couldn't have been improved upon."

"My wife and I were pleasantly surprised by this property. It was even nicer than it appeared in the photos. Everything went off without a hitch. The greeter, Paola, was waiting for us, explained everything well and gave us a nice tour of the neighborhood. The location was great. We ate dinner on the terrace every night after the first. Everything was wonderful. The owners were very attentive and helpful. We couldn't ask for more. It was Italy perfect!"

We used the kitchen for breakfast and light meals. Unfortunately the wi-fin was unreliable. Our hosts, Luciana and Luigi, were gracious, friendly, and helpful. We felt part of the neighborhood and enjoyed the experience. I would recommend Italy Perfect. It was relatively easy to make our reservations and plan our trip."

"We were in Florence to be married, so needless to say, we wanted the perfect place to call home for a week. Casseta Bonsi was all we had hoped it would be and more. The location could not have been better. We walked Florence easily from our neighborhood. The surrounding cafe's, restaurants, florist, grocery, and deli's were all fantastic. The house itself is so charming and well equipped. We both hated to leave and in fact, felt we could easily live there.....forever! Maurizio was attentive, available, and very helpful. He and his wife were sincere in there wishes for our happiness. We miss the church bells. I would wholeheartedly recommend Casseta Bonsi to anyone planning a stay in Florence."

"Allen and I enjoyed our five week stay in the Prisco Apt. in Florence Italy. ( This was our second extended stay in that apartment. ) All remained the same as when we said good bye a year ago - except, and this was very important to us, for a much improved internet connection. Absolutely enjoyed revisiting old favorites ( Ristorante Pensavo Peggio on Via Del Moro, Dei Frescobaldi on Via die Magazzini, ,Perche No? on Via de Tavolini , etc. ) and discovering new ones including Farmaceutica of Santa Maria Novella on Via della Scala, Antico Sertificio Fiorentino (silk factory) on Via Bartolini, Casa Rodolfo Silviero (small museum) on Lungarno Serristori, etc. Love Florence, love the Prisco and hope to return again soon ."

"My husband and I have stayed at Casetta Bonsi three times. The location is perfect. Casetta Bonsi is immaculate, convenient, lovely and just a wonderful place to stay. From Florence, we are able to take trains and buses to various locations in Italy. The host is extremely helpful and cooperative. The terrace is a real plus. Our favorite restaurants in the Oltrano section are Bordino's, La Mangiatoia (very local), I-Tarocchi. We also like Il Caminetto which is near the Duomo. For great ceramics and friendly service, I recommend A. Carnesecchi, Marino Mazierli located at Via Guicciardini, 4R in Florence. For gelato, Cantina Del Gelato at Via De Bardi, 31 is outstanding."

"The apartment at Santa Croce surpassed our expectations---The square provided a wonderful setting to enjoy the beauty and energy of Florence--the staff in the building provided superior service---The apartment was very comfortable but the elevator was quite small---Having windows above the square provided an outstanding way to see and hear all activity---Having windows look out on the square is a "must.""

"Wonderful visit to Florence in April, made all the more enjoyable by the owners who were extremely helpful and kind. The location was perfect; within walking distance to all the museums and art galleries, shopping and restaurants,with a bakery next door and a deli just down the street. Highly recommended."

"As two sisters who travel everywhere we felt Casetta Bonsi was perfect for us. The location was in the best area being only five minutes to Ponte Vecchio and only half and hour to saunter to the train station. Maurizio and Gabriella were wonderful hosts who welcomed us with a package of fresh fruit,wine,pastry and fresh flowers. Maurizio gave us information about the local area and suggested the nearby travel agent instead of queueing at the station to book our train tickets for our onward journey. This was so easy to do for only a 2 euro fee. We bought our groceries and some ready to eat meals at the S&D supermarket at the bottom of our street. The restaurant Alfredo over the Arno had a wonderful view of Ponte Vecchio and we only had to walk up the hill to our home afterwards. We would certainly recommend Italy Perfect to anyone thinking of visiting Florence and would love to stay in Casetta Bonsi again."

"Paola met us at the water bus stop and showed us how to get to the apt. We were happy about that since venice can be a little difficult to navigate. The apt. was very clean and as pictured in the ad. Perfect location, short walk to San Marco square and meet points for tours. Yet, off the beaten path to avoid the noise from the square. We found some very nice small neighborhood restaurants and shops. The apt. was perfect for my husband and I but could accommodate 4 people if you don't mind sharing a bathroom.The patio overlooking the canal was very nice and we enjoyed sitting on it with a glass of wine. I highly recommend the apt. and Italy Perfect. They were very easy to work with and provided a great deal of information about the area, which was helpful."

"The accommodations were perfect and exactly as outlined and presented. I knew the location was perfect and it really was fantastic - views, convenience. The owner was more than helpful - with a list of her preferred restaurants and their attributes - perfecto! We used your recommendations for transportation services for getting everyone to and from the airport and also for a day trip to Pompei where Stefano also arranged for a great guide. Christina your recommended guide for the Vatican was exceptional - actually our 11 year old grandson said she was #1 on his highlights of the trip."

"I spent hours looking over multiple website reviews for multiple company's when we were looking for an apartment in Florence.Knowing you can't please every one all of the time I finally settled on Italy Perfect as they came closest. I was not disappointed. The apartment was as advertised. The local greeter/manager was wonderful and helpful. Italy perfect provided a host of information ahead of time that was very useful. The restaurants suggested were amazing, although it is hard to find bad food in Florence. The Piazza St. Croce. Was a wonderful location. I had been to Florence before but we had missed this gem of a place. It was great. We ate out most nights but one night went to a local market and cooked a huge dinner at home. We had everything we needed. It was worth the effort spending all that time on the Internet to find this group. They responded to email promptly at all timesSome of the other groups I queried took days to get back to me. In summary, we had an amazing time and could not have had a better experience. I will use this company again."

"We enjoyed our stay in Florence and in Prisco apartment. We had an excellent stay. The location was perfect for walking to every thing. Franco and Miki are wonderful hosts, very attentive to the needs of their guests. The apartment was very attractive, and fully equipped, lovely furnishings. The kitchen could use a good omelette pan.The location is ideal. Nothing is too far away. It is close to SITA bus station and main railway station making out of town day trip travel very easy. The butcher, a bakery, sausage and cheese shops are on the same street. A vegetable market is on a next street. One can never forget Rosticceria for freshly roasted chicken, meat and vegetables when one did not want to cook or go out to restaurant. We made evening dinners from pre-prepared ingredients that were every bit as good as any restaurant meal. We enjoyed shopping for fresh pasta, marinated vegetables, fresh vegetables,meat etc. at the Central Market which is very close. We really enjoyed shopping in Oltrano side just off the bridge for fresh vegetables, fresh eggs and biscotti next door to vegetable market. One can not forget Conad off Ponte Vecchio Bridge in Oltrano for dairy products and day to day groceries etc. The two restaurants next to the building are also good as also Cavalli's across the street. One really enjoys various window displays as you walk by the very upmarket stores in the immediate neighbour hood. The apartment was spacious. The bed room was really noise free when the door was closed to the living room. The kitchen, dining and living room area had three large windows bringing in hustle and bustle of the street and lot of day light as well"

"Four of us (my wife, son, his wife, and I) spent a week in Florence in mid-February. Our visit was immeasurably enhanced by our renting "Vespucci." We found the apartment spacious, clean, and possessing of all the conveniences we needed, including a great kitchen and internet. The location was perfect for us--just a block from the arno and a 15-minute walk to the historic center of town. Moreover, the owners live on the same floor and were there to answer any questions we had. Not only will I certainly recommend the apartment to friends and family, but my wife and I will certainly stay there again when we return to beautiful Firenze."
