"Bucine Loggetta is approximately 10 minute drive to the town of Bucine. It is quiet, relaxing and well off the beaten path while at the same time unique in that it has a castle on site where the owners reside. You are surrounded by grapes, olive trees and well maintained gardens and landscaping including a large outdoor pool that too is well maintained. Reception personel are extremely helpful when needing assistance including recommendations on restaurants, shopping or use of the train. Dining is conveniently available on site however we found better options elsewhere but required to drive."

"We stayed at the Paquino apartment which is in a wonderful location. We were able to walk all over historic Rome and enjoyed this clean, spacious apartment. We found excellent small food shops nearby to stock the pantry. Both tea and coffee were already provided, so that was a huge plus the first morning! We loved Piazza Navona and ate in several of the restaurants there. At night it was alive with performance artists and people out for a stroll. Our son was especially pleased because at the Irish Pub just down the street he was able to watch his beloved Vikings play football one evening, even though they lost! We highly recommend this apartment."

"Thank you so much for welcoming us to the Paolina apartment. The apartment is charming, warm and cosy. It helped make our first (and hopefully not our last) vacation in Rome and exceptional experience. It gave us a good feeling every time we returned to the apartment. It felt like home. "

"A beautiful apartment with amazing views. And, most importantly, if you have been to Florence or not, the city is very noisy! This apartment was so quiet. We slept so well and walked everywhere. We were close to everything. Italy Perfect has done such an amazing job. Our host was wonderful and we will be booking again."

"Cassetta Bonsi was exactly as advertised. It was a lovely, charming home in a central location. The owner, Maurizio, was very accomodating and welcoming. He and his wife thought of everything a visitor to Florence would need. One thing I really appreciated were the household items one usually needs to purchase for a vacation rental - toilet paper, soap, kitchen products were already there. I would definitely recommend (and use for future visits) Cassetta Bonsi and Italy Perfect."

"My favorite city in the world and now a place to stay in the center of it. A spacious comfortable high ceilings old fashioned but nicely furnished apartment with a large living room, bedroom, dressing room and bathroom. The kitchenette was designed into a piece of furniture and everything you needed to cook was provided, although we only made breakfast. A few doors away was Trattoria Maryione where we enjoyed wonderful inexpensive family cooked dinners. Centrally located around the block from Gucci, and a short walk to the Duomo. Miki and Franco were excellent hosts and quickly responded to a problematic hair dryer. I would recommend this immaculate apartment and the ease of working with Italy Perfect."

"Our stay was just perfect. The accommodations were great and in a wonderful spot. The right distance from Florence and my favorite jewelry shop. Distances to other Tuscan towns very manageable. Everyone there was just wonderful."

"The apartment was wonderful, the location was wonderful and the service was wonderful."

"I was satisfied with the Tesoro apartment. I found it to be spacious and clean, and the appliances and equipment worked well. A special feature was the frescoes and other design attributes (e.g., ornate ceilings) of the apartment. The greeter was also helpful in her explanations of how to function in the apartment. In addition, I appreciated the information that you provided, and your courteous and informed responses to my questions in advance of my trip. I would recommend your company and the Tesoro apartment to others."

"My wife and I spent 5 days at "Tesoro" on Borgo Sante Croche in Florence. For those in search of a Florentine apartment experience set in a well located 700 year old former palace complete with some interesting frescos, 15' ceilings, and a quiet charming terrace, you will want to check this Vrbo out (Through Italyperfect.com). Fear not the place has been updated this century and features all the modern amenities including 5mbps Wi-Fi and a flat screen (so at least you'll have that on the Medicis). The pictures are accurate and the place is indeed lovely. The street is as old as Florence and sits just off the Piazza di Sante Croche plaza, conveniently adjacent to a tourist office which cheerfully served as our concierge. Less than a 10 minute walk to the center of old town.Based on the "gelato index" we derived (cost for the ubiquitous ice cream cone) the nearby stores are about half the price of the more neuvo/upscale west side. Plenty of small restaurants and amenities within a block or two. If there was a downside it could only be all the study abroad students that domicile nearby and seem to flock to nearby bars, though they never bothered us.The apartment is large by Florentine standards and works best as a one bedroom. The den can be made up for a second BR and includes a second full bath and comfortable bed (I know that because my wife slept there one night; don't ask). The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of utensils, plates, glasses, microwave, corkscrews, etc. Beautiful LR with Wbfp so probably cozy in the cold seasons. The master BR king bed is kind of odd, though maybe I'm just not European enough. Anyway, watch your step. Nice large master bath with smoked mirrors. Tesoro is one spiral flight up or via a small elevator, that we avoided.All-in a great stop for us and a rental that we will inquire about next time we are in Florence."

"Just finished our first Adult Only trip and the Serenata apartment in Venice was perfect! Our greeter was friendly and very knowledgeable...the location was convenient...and the terrace was fabulous! Enjoyed "Pasta To Go" which is right around the corner on the terrace many nights and the large restaurant (Pomodorro) downstairs has a great happy hour with free appetizers every night from 5p-8p. The pictures do not do it justice. If it was closer we would be there every weekend! The Lido is a must especially on those hot muggy days. Thank you so much for such fabulous accommodations and hospitality! Sincerely, Bill & Dee"

"We recently returned from a wonderful stay in Florence, Italy. Our ItalyPerfect rental, Tesoro, was an ideal "home base" while there. The location was ideal for us. It was on a rather quiet side street, but very convenient to virtually everywhere. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The Medici frescos on the walls were amazing. The furnishings were very eclectic, but comfortable. The contact for checking in went very smoothly...she spoke fluent english and was quite helpful. We have already recommended Italy Perfect to several friends, and plan to contact you again for future visits. [Thank you very much. We look forward to seeing you again. Italy Perfect]"

"We stayed at Cassetta Bonsi in early September. The location is ideal for seeing all of the Florence sights. The house is extremely well maintained and the owner is very helpful. His English is excellent and he will arrange for a cab to pick you up when you depart. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a nice little balcony to have an an espresso and croissant in the morning or a glass of wine and some cheese in the evening. We didn't cook in, but you could in this house. The only negative is that to get to the house there is a rather steep hill of about 50 yards to climb. The cabs will drop you off and pick up at the door, but otherwise you will have to climb the hill. It's good for working off all of the great meals that you will be consuming. There are a number of good restaurants in the Oltrano District and in the evenings, it's a little quieter than the north side of the Arno. The owner has a list of restaurants. Also there is a grocery store just down the street, along with several bakeries, and a good gelato shop. Everything that you will need is just a short walk away. We would strongly recommend Cassetta Bonsi. It's a winner. We would also recommend that you buy the Firenze Museum Card. It's 72 Euros and good for three days and will work in most of the museums. It doesn't save you much money, but it's allows you to bypass all of the lines, except for the Duomo. A great way to see this part of Italy is to spend 3 or 4 days in Florence and then rent a villa in the South Central part of Tuscany. We day tripped for 5 days and saw all the significant Tuscan towns. Take your GPS loaded with a European map and driving is not a problem. We tried to stay on the back roads whenever possible. We stayed about 30 miles south of Florence at Casa Rossa, which is another Italy Perfect property. I have now rented 3 properties from this company. 2 from Italy Perfect and 1 from Paris Perfect. I strongly recommend using this company. They are most helpful and so far, I've been very happy with their properties."

"I cannot say enough about our zegno apt. In Rome. It was so spacious and beautiful. Large with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The via condotti area was so pretty and quite! Pedestrian only street with the finest designer shops next door. Staying in an apartment made our stay much more enjoyable than being in a hotel room. Supermarket right up the street so we were able to get groceries and convenient taxi stand at the Spanish steps. We would definitely stay in the zegno if we come to Rome again!"

"Our hosts were wonderful, the location of the apartment perfect. The apartment itself was all that we could hope for. No negatives."

"The apartment was perfect for 3 couples. Plenty of room to be together or separate. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms were large and modern. The area is amazingly central, we were walking distance from everything. The apartment was quiet. The concierge was extremely helpful. i would definitely return."

"We stayed in the Prisco Apt. In Florence for 5 special days the last week of August 2013. I can think of nothing bad about the whole experience. The apt was huge, comfortable, and complete with old world charm. The owners Miki and Franco were gracious and charming to deal with. The location couldn't be beat. Right in the heart of old Firenze, everything was an easy stroll from Prisco. We felt safe and secure in a fantastic spot. Thank you much Miki , Franco, and Italy perfect. It was perfect. Ciao"

"My wife and I found this the perfect place for our two-week Venice visit. Great central location; close to several main vaporeto stops. Quiet except for lovely gondolier serenades; Wonderful terrace where we ate dinner on most evenings. Well equipped kitchen. Nearby supermarket; If you don't want to cook nearby restaurants from inexpensive to deluxe. Spacious bathroom; Friendly helpful greeter. Although the apartment technically sleeps four (2 on a convertible in the L.R.) the entrance to the bath is through the bedroom, so it is ok for a family but trickier for two couples. We seldom used the Air Conditioning because the apt. has great cross ventilation. Highly recommended!"

"Our Zegno apartment in Rome was lovely. Just as advertised! Beautifully furnished and located just a very short walk from the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Stella McCartney's shop as well as other specialty shops, both high end and local. Also, the metro system was just to the left of the Spanish Steps for when we needed to go further in to the city. - After a long day of touring Rome it was so nice to come back to the apartment, have a glass of wine and relax. We appreciated the complementary bottle of wine too! The owner was very accommodating, easy to contact and always willing to help. - I can honestly say that when we return to Rome, we will be staying right here. Centrally located to so many things . Thanks again for a lovely time in Rome."

"We stayed in Bucine Limonaia for a week in August. It was perfect! It was a little difficult to find because signage is not great, but it was such a charming place! You drive past fields of sunflowers and vineyards, and through a tree lined road to get there. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful. The staff is wonderful and so helpful, which is the main reason we chose to stay here rather than in a solitary villa somewhere else. They helped us make reservations, coffee, gave us dining and travel advice,... Really, I felt like I was in the office every morning asking another question, and they were always friendly and ready to help me in any way they could. A+ for service! The pool was very nice to have because it was so hot in August! (Same for the A/C) The meals at the restaurant taken outside on the patio were outstanding, some of the best we had in Italy! They were also fantastic about my Gluten Free needs. My kids took the cooking class and we all dined on the patio of the castle. A special treat we all enjoyed! We also had a wonderful dinner nearby at a farmhouse/agrotourism spot in San Leolino which we would recommend, especially for Gluten Free travelers. We were able to travel to many towns in Tuscany with no problem, but it did take us longer than we expected since we didn't know where we were going, where to park once we got there, etc. We did have trouble finding a laundromat, but were able to get by without it. There was a dry cleaners though, actually 2 in Bucine. Overall, we LOVED our stay at Bucine Limonaia and would absolutely recommend it."
