"Thank you for all of your help. From Lisa at Italy Perfect (reservation and information), Francesco and his Mother (owners and hosts), location, price (2 families shared the cost), true TuscanyChianti feel, to proximity to Siena/Florence, if you want to get the feeling that you are an Italian vineyard and olive orchard owner, choose this for your next Italian getaway! You become part of it and it becomes part of you during your stay! We had a vehicle and would recommend it as a drive around the surrounding countryside visiting some of the small towns along the way is very rewarding and the trip to Siena/Florence is not that far! The driving is easy in the country compared to the need to use public transportation in Rome/Venice. You can relax at Casa San Vito, or head out for many an adventure, great food, and of course, a Gelato a day! Our weather was mid 80's w/some showers. Heat could be an issue, but wasn't for us. If you need luxury, this might not be your destination, but for a warm and accommodating location on a hillside overlooking the Chianti region seriously consider Casa San Vito!"
"This lovely apartment on a quiet closed street off Via del Babuino is a perfect location for seeing Rome. It is fully equipped, accommodated 4 adults and a mature child perfectly, and has a marvelously landscaped terrace for outdoor living. It is only blocks away from the Spanish Steps. Transporation, greeting and instructions were all handled very professionally with gracious English speaking personnel. The owner offered a warm personal welcome with flowers and wine, and Italy Perfect handled the reservation process most efficiently. The only problem was an initial difficulty establishing an Internet connection, which could have been a firewall problem in our laptop. In short, a wonderful way to experience Rome. A hidden gem of a casual restaurant not to be missed for lunch and a wine bar 17:00 - 20:00 in the Piazza Venezia/Piazza Navona area is Enoteca Corsi in Via del Gesu' at #87-88, just north of the Corso V. Emmanuele."
"We had a wonderful time on our recent trip to Florence. The apartment (Tesoro) was great…no complaints. There were three of us, so it was very spacious. We loved having breakfast or a snack on the outdoor terrace, overlooking the courtyard and garden (we were blessed with fantastic weather, so we were able to take advantage of this outdoor space)…listening to the birds, and the sounds of the neighborhood. The best thing about the apartment, in our opinion, is the location. It is situated in a location that is within walking distance to so many sights and attractions. If you like to walk, you can get anywhere in Florence from this location. Also, the apartment’s owner was very gracious, warm and friendly when we met her upon our arrival and the day of our departure. We found it very easy to find our way around the city, and were able to locate convenience/grocery stores, and great restaurants in the area. We tried to avoid anything that looked “touristy”, and that formula usually resulted in some great, authentic food with friendly service. Florence is a city that everyone should visit! "This little villa tucked off a side street and behind a locked gate was perfect for me. Very private and safe. Although not in Sorrento (a 25 minute walk away) it was in the adjoining town of Sant'Agata. Hotels and eateries very close. The hosts live next door and were very welcoming and helpful. Spacious, very clean, large rooms by Italian standards and beautiful. Easy 20 minute walk to center of Sant'Agata and market, bank, etc. if you want to buy food and cook while there. No view of the sea but its one block away and the lush, mature tropical garden surrounding the little villa more than makes up for it. Only minus is no internet and even with an aircard the tall foliage of the garden prevents a signal."
"Apologies for this belated message to let you know how perfect the accommodations were! We thoroughly enjoyed the apartment (especially the terrace, which was absolutely beautiful) and we were so pleased to meet the owner Our time in Rome was wonderful and we look forward to returning soon."
"My husband and I were in Italy to celebrate our 25th anniversary. The Bucine Loggetta exceeded our expectations. The setting was magnificent, our cottage was very comfortable, and the staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The location was a little out of the way, but we had no difficulty getting to where we wanted to go. Our only disappointment was the weather- it was rainy and cool, so we were not able to utilize the terrace or the pool. We would recommend Italy Perfect highly."
"We are back in England after an exciting and amazing visit to Italy. We wanted to thank you for the excellent information you supplied to us before our trip, we found it very helpful and all of our travel arrangements went very smoothly. Our apartment was lovely and Chiara was so kind to us leaving lovely thoughtful little welcome gifts. We have been very pleased with the service we have received from your company and wouldn't hesitate to use you again."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Vespucci. It is an excellent apartment, very well appointed with everything we needed, including lots of guide books and tips. The owner is a superb hostess, who was especially helpful in guiding us through the car parking ordeal when we arrived just minutes before a performance at Teatro Comunale. It might be nice to mention the proximity to Florence's main concert hall/opera house for those who might want to get tickets in advance. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet, but we were able to easily walk everywhere, even twice to Piazza Michaelangelo across the city. However if you want to spend a lot of time in the Santa Croce area, this is on the other side of town. We especially recommend the sculpture museum at the Bargello and the museum behind the Duomo. They are smaller, accessible and superb. We also enjoyed San Miniato, a church with a wonderful view of the city."
"Perfect location. Beautiful and well kept apartment. A friendly and helpful owner available at all times. Italy Perfect delivered what it offered in a very professional way. I will certainly be a repeat customer."

"I just had to drop you a note to THANK YOU for the marvellous villa. It was everything that I had imagined and even more. The weather was superb for the week and we enjoyed more than one glass of wine on the patio. Francesco was very helpful and accommodating but we really didn't see much of him or his family. We enjoyed our time in Florence - the bus was fantastic from Bottai - and we loved just exploring the area around San Casciano. Our time in Italy was just fantastic and finishing off our time at the Villa just seemed to be the icing on the cake. I have no words to express our appreciation for having such a welcoming and comforting home base! Who knows, our travels may take us to that area again. Thank you again, Lisa, for all of your assistance, your references and your answers to my many endless questions. I just had to drop you a note to THANK YOU for the marvellous villa. "You can't go wrong at this apartment. Located a block from the Arno, it is spacious (by foreign apartment standards) and has an elevator which is somewhat rare.. ;-) Neighborhood restaurants and markets are all within blocks. The rail station is about 8 blocks. Main attractions are a little farther, but within walking disrtance if you're hearty. Or just have the folks at the corner coffee bar call a taxi for you. The owner is in the apartment across the hall so any problems or questions can be easily address. She teaches English at the University and is full of info and fun to talk to."
"If you want to feel like a local, this is the place. Solare is centrally located to many of Florence's top attractions. We had a wondeful experience in this unit. Everything you need is located nearby. It also is a very economical choice and very well maintained. The only drawback is the lack of an elevator. After a long day, the steps could be tiring. Nicely decorated. … great people watching from the windows…felt like we were locals…. welcome basket was a nice touch."

"Valentina was almost heaven. The view from our corner was wonderful. We were serenaded every day. We loved the local market, restaurants and our neighbors. We will definitely stay in Valentina when we return to Rome."
"We had a delightful stay in the Solare apartment. Everything was just as it appears on the website, clean, bright and comfortable. A lot of care has been taken to ensure guests are comfortable. We really appreciated the very nice welcome greeting and had a delightful stay in the apartment. We recommend it highly. The location was perfect, we walked everywhere. Plenty of good restaurants in the neighborhood."
"We had a great time in the Michaela apartment for two weeks in April, 2010. The hosts, Miki and Franco, went out of their way to help us out. We did a lot of cooking in so they brought us extra pans, etc. If you do cook in a lot you can expect to have a utility bill when you leave. A reasonable bill, just expect it. Having an Internet connection on location was an extra plus. Great location, we walked everywhere. If you plan to visit a lot of museums look into the 'Friends of the Uffizi' card. It saves you standing in some long lines. Thank you for the nice feedback! Electricity and gas are charged separately for stays of more than a week as stated in the apartment information. The price for 7 nights or less includes a utility allowance to defray utility costs. These guests incurred modest utility charges for their 2 week stay. We apologize for any confusion over this. Lisa, Italy Perfect."

"This apartment was very clean, roomy and light-filled.There are many great books, umbrellas, a spare room for luggage, and a great kitchen. The wifi worked well and we had 2 computers with us. The location next to the river was beautiful and within 2 blocks we found a great supermarket, butcher, and deli. Within 10 minutes (walking) were many great restaurants. Our hosts were very helpful and concerned that we were happy. As Italy Perfect recommends, travel with ear plugs. This is a noisy city, either with traffic and pedestrian noise or adjacent apartment noise due to very old building structure. We could hear a good bit of noise from the apartment above but the ear plugs worked well for sleeping. We cooked 2 delicious meals and the kitchen and roominess of the apartment made my husband, myself, and our adult daughter perfectly content. Although the apartment is located towards the perimeter of the city, if we got too tired we took a taxi. They were everywhere, professional and reasonably priced (under 10 euro from the Duomo). Il Latini was a fun, good place for dinner. Unfortunately the others are not coming to mind. The best gelato is across the 2nd bridge. Wish I could have some now! Ciao for now."
"The location was excellent. We visited a lot of sites and walked to all of them. Our apartment was spacious and comfortable, even though we did not spend a great deal of time in it. The owner was very helpful. It is nice to get information from someone in the city. The cell phone in the apartment was not used often but it was a great idea and did come in handy."
"I had a great time in Florence staying at La Torella. It could not have been better. The location is perfect. The apartment is delightful. It would not, however, be for someone who doesn't like to climb stairs! But I'm an old mountain goat and thought it just right. Since I was working some of the time. I loved the terrace. On sunny days I would sit out there working, facing eastward up river."
"Hosts were super; location extremely quiet; nice size; amenities were more than adequate; markets, restaurants, stores, ATM’s all very convenient… river and neighborhood location was great for us as a family…again..Roberto was an awesome host along with his wife…she called a cab for us that was greatly appreciated…."
"My wife and I absolutely loved the apartment, the location of the apartment, and Venice. We had visited Venice a few years ago; however we were only there a few days and always wanted to make it back for a longer stay. It worked out perfect for us, because we were fortunate to experience Carnivale for half of our week in Venice and then just like someone flipped a switch, Carnivale was over and we were able to enjoy Venice without the crowds. My wife and I first visited Italy about five years ago and this was our third trip back. We both love visiting Italy not only because of the beauty of the Country, the history, the architecture, the art, but also because the Italian people we have met and come in contact with are so kind and friendly. We were really not expecting the disorganized and brusk reception that we received in Venice from the apartment greeter. I have to say that we were very pleased with the service we received from Italy Perfect and we could not have been happier with Serenata. Serenata is truly a gem of an apartment for visiting Venice, the location could not have been better in our opinion, the furnishings and accommodations made it our little home away from home that we became very attached to. When we visit Venice again we would definitely book Serenata, although perhaps we might request a different greeter."
