"Oh my gosh, the trip was the most beautiful experience we could have asked for.  Wonderful!!!  Thank you for your services! I would go back tonight if I had the chance.  The Medici Apartment in Florence is simply the most beautiful apartment in the world.  Perfect for our big group.  Stately and palatial, with every accommodation we could want.  Huge windows open onto the square where excitement and life take place before your eyes.  Felt like living in a Renaissance Palace!!!  Renee, who manages the Pallazzo, was so wonderful and kind and warm.  We most enjoyed the sights, the activity on the Piazza, the local cafes in the Ambrogio (sp?) neighborhood, the art, the palatial, restful apartment. The art, the art, the art! Noise was an issue but we got a system down of using the air conditioners and fans at night to drown out the partying on the square.  It turned out fine and we got used to the system of windows closed and white noise on.  No other drawbacks or problems at all - everything was truly perfect.  The noise wouldn't have bothered us if we didn't have to be up in the AM with the kids, if we could have slept late like the locals it would have been fine. perfect, the perfect location - walked everywhere and best gellati in the world was only two blocks away. the Medici Apartment is right in the middle of things - the ONLY place to stay in Florence is what we all decided. The Ambrogio neighborhood was perfect, very authentic and no tourists, The Standa market was perfect - we went there daily to get food to cook in our apartment every night.  We ate out only once and enjoyed great dinners around the huge dining room table. The leather school behind Santa Croce was wonderful! Tips: Try to live like a local, get off the beaten path, book museum tickets ahead of time from home to avoid lines. Your service was wonderful and thorough and helpful in every way.  Seriously."

"We had a fabulous time at the castle. It was the perfect base to visit around tuscany and we especially enjoyed meeting other families from around the world. We spent our eves with our new friends. The children played while the grown-ups drank wine looking out over the countryside. Thank you for all your help!"

Bellina

"Our Bellina apartment was wonderful! My husband and I were so happy there. Jim would go out early am and bring me a coffee. Then he'd head out and get something simple for breakfast while I got dressed to start our day. A couple of days we brought dinner in. We did tons of walking and enjoying Rome (some times getting home around 7pm) Nothing better than getting in the shower, having some wine and enjoying a dinner in. We did our big eating at lunch time. Jim got to know a lot of the store keepers on our street! They were all great. Thanks you for sending us so much information about Italy. We read it twice before we left and really benefited from it. Also a great big thank you for giving us Stefano's name for a driver. He picked us up at the airport and took us back to the airport. We were so happy with him. He's a great guy and very reliable. I have recommended our apartment to a lot of our friends. You all are a great find. Again, Thanks. I highly recommend the Bellina apartment!! A great location!!!"

Casa San Vito

Casa San Vito

"We had a great time in Italy. We loved Tuscany. Casa San Vito was wonderful. The various family members there were friendly and helpful. It couldn't have been better -- well, maybe, if it hadn't rained so much. But that didn't slow us down. Our bottom line is that Claire and I would love to go back for another stay at San Vito. We cooked at home most nights and enjoyed living like the Italian families in the area. Thanks for setting this up for us. If you want to use us as a referral for someone to talk with about the Casa, we'd be glad to do that."
