"The Paolina apartment was exactly as described on the website. Affordable, clean and conveniently located. We enjoyed our stay immensely."

"I spent hours looking over multiple website reviews for multiple company's when we were looking for an apartment in Florence.Knowing you can't please every one all of the time I finally settled on Italy Perfect as they came closest. I was not disappointed. The apartment was as advertised. The local greeter/manager was wonderful and helpful. Italy perfect provided a host of information ahead of time that was very useful. The restaurants suggested were amazing, although it is hard to find bad food in Florence. The Piazza St. Croce. Was a wonderful location. I had been to Florence before but we had missed this gem of a place. It was great. We ate out most nights but one night went to a local market and cooked a huge dinner at home. We had everything we needed. It was worth the effort spending all that time on the Internet to find this group. They responded to email promptly at all timesSome of the other groups I queried took days to get back to me. In summary, we had an amazing time and could not have had a better experience. I will use this company again."

"We enjoyed our stay in Florence and in Prisco apartment. We had an excellent stay. The location was perfect for walking to every thing. Franco and Miki are wonderful hosts, very attentive to the needs of their guests. The apartment was very attractive, and fully equipped, lovely furnishings. The kitchen could use a good omelette pan.The location is ideal. Nothing is too far away. It is close to SITA bus station and main railway station making out of town day trip travel very easy. The butcher, a bakery, sausage and cheese shops are on the same street. A vegetable market is on a next street. One can never forget Rosticceria for freshly roasted chicken, meat and vegetables when one did not want to cook or go out to restaurant. We made evening dinners from pre-prepared ingredients that were every bit as good as any restaurant meal. We enjoyed shopping for fresh pasta, marinated vegetables, fresh vegetables, meat etc. at the Central Market which is very close. We really enjoyed shopping in Oltrano side just off the bridge for fresh vegetables, fresh eggs and biscotti next door to vegetable market. One can not forget Conad off Ponte Vecchio Bridge in Oltrano for dairy products and day to day groceries etc. The two restaurants next to the building are also good as also Cavalli's across the street. One really enjoys various window displays as you walk by the very upmarket stores in the immediate neighbour hood. The apartment was spacious. The bed room was really noise free when the door was closed to the living room. The kitchen, dining and living room area had three large windows bringing in hustle and bustle of the street and lot of day light as well"

"Four of us (my wife, son, his wife, and I) spent a week in Florence in mid-February. Our visit was immeasurably enhanced by our renting "Vespucci." We found the apartment spacious, clean, and possessing of all the conveniences we needed, including a great kitchen and internet. The location was perfect for us--just a block from the arno and a 15-minute walk to the historic center of town. Moreover, the owners live on the same floor and were there to answer any questions we had. Not only will I certainly recommend the apartment to friends and family, but my wife and I will certainly stay there again when we return to beautiful Firenze."

"I have rented Eurpean holiday apartments on numerous occasions. Not only is this apartment well-equipped, charming, and perfectly located, but the hosts are friendly, delightful, and efficient. And full-marks to Italy Perfect for providing a fine list of suggested restaurants."

"We thought we would never find an affordable apartment for six week stay in Rome but finally we found Paolina! It was quite inexpensive for such a good area and so convenient to shops, metro, restaurants. It was well maintained. It is quite small but we were very happy with it for our Rome experience. Thank you Italy Perfect for your courteous service. Antoine & Noelle"

"Casetta Bonsi was perfect for our week stay in Florence. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Even though it is cozy for 4, it worked out well. The sleeping option is great - the sofa turns into two separate single beds, easy to arrange, easy to put away. The owner, Maurizio, was extremely gracious and gave us a thorough tour of the house. The welcome gift of wine, fruit, goodies and flowers was greatly appreciated after a day of travel. Their info list has great suggestions. The high-end market is only 5 minutes away. There's an ATM just down the hill. We always ate breakfast at the house and even cooked a few dinners. We found the kitchen fully-stocked and extremely clean. Everything was extremely clean and welcoming. Casetta is up a steep hill - not appropriate for all, but great for keeping down the crowds and for working off the gelato. The location couldn't be better. We loved wandering the Oltrarno neighborhood. Great sites, craftsmen stores, window shopping with not so many tourists. Fabulous gelato and restaurants near by. We especially enjoyed La Casalinga and Il Cantinone (you need reservations). Golden View Open Bar, just down the hill, is more expensive but has great food, amazing views (reserve a window table for a view of the Arno and Ponte Vecchio) and jazz most nights in one of the dining rooms. Don't miss the Brancacci Chapel with Masaccio's frecoes (reservations required). The church is also interesting with fabulous perspective art. We found the Florence Card invaluable to avoid lines and to save money. There's the added benefit that we went into some sites for a quick visit that we would have skipped had they not been free. Italy Perfect was amazing. Lisa helped me select Casetta and gave me loads of useful suggestions. The materials Italy Perfect sends after you reserve with them are thorough and very practical (using a phone, what to expect). Casetta Bonsi is a great house in the perfect location. We highly recommend staying in Casetta Bonsi - near all the sites, but in a "real" neighborhood in a real house."

"
After a frenetic - but fabulous - week in Rome, it was marvelous to relax our pace just a bit and enjoy five beautiful days in Florence. Our apartment was modern and huge by European standards, immaculate, with very comfortable beds and sofas and a well appointed and easy to use kitchen. The bathrooms were so nice and roomy. The apartment is located in a limited traffic zone, so it was very quiet. There is a small cafe/bakery immediately across the street (very nice selection of pastries) and a grocery store and several good restaurants in the surrounding blocks. October is still a popular tourist time, but the crowds were manageable and we felt very safe, day and night. On our arrival we were met by our greeter who not only has lived in the city for over twenty years, but also lives across the hall, so she was very knowledgeable and accessible all during our stay. Our sightseeing days usually began with a walk along the serene Arno River. It was very easy then to walk to the main tourist attractions and they are fantastic: the Duomo, Uffizi Museum, Academia (you must see David!) and the Ponte Vecchio. Prior reservations are strongly suggested for Uffizi and Academia. Florence is a beautiful city and this apartment was a wonderful "home" away from home.

"This was our second time staying in stay at Serenata and we loved it, the rooftop terrace is the best. the apartment was great as expected and Paola goes above and beyond her call of duty. Venice is a very special place for us as is the apartment. We'll be back..."

"I want to tell you how much we enjoyed our rental in December! The Zegno apartment was exactly as described by you, and we especially enjoyed the amount of light provided by the big windows in the living room and the view down the streets with their gorgeous decorations for Christmas. It is also lovely that the area is mostly pedestrian-only, which makes it nice and quiet. We walked all over Rome, but also enjoyed the proximity of taxi stands ... not always so easy to hail a taxi on the streets, and this was very handy at times. Stefano's transfer service was ontime and reliable ... a good recommendation. The housekeeper was never intrusive, and solved a hot water problem while we were out without any inconvenience to us. I rent homes all over the world, and have never been provided such comprehensive information on restaurants, etc., as you provided. Bravo! In short, we have nothing to criticize whatsoever .... it was a delightful experience and I have no hesitation to recommend you to my friends. Thanks SO much, and we wish you a happy and prosperous New Year! I look forward to dealing with you again sometime soon ....."

"We have rented many apartments in Florence. The Strozzi apartment is outstanding for 3 features 1) location 2) price and 3) management. The apartment is very comfortable and was exactly what we expected.. We will stay there again."

"We stayed in Florence in November 2012, and rented Casseta Bonsi. We arrived by train from Sorrento. We got a cab from the train station, just a short ride to the apartment. The owner was great and showed us around. It was nice to be able to spread out and overall the apartment was quiet, except there were some ladies at an adjacent apartment that were quite loud into the night. But that is not the fault of Casseta Bonsi. There is a sweet little terrace but we spent 95% of our time outside of the apartment we never used it. The shower was a bit tricky, I found myself fiddling with the water temp quite a bit even though we followed the directions of the owner precisely. The owners left us a nice bottle of wine and pastries, as well as flowers in the rooms. Very nice. Dined at a restaurant called Open Bar (right around the corner) and it was delicious. A super short walk to the Ponte Vecchio and over the river to other sights. Would stay in that location again for sure. Italy Perfect was very thorough and helpful with all my questions, I would definitely book with them again."

"On the whole the apartment, surrounding area and in general the experience was a very good one and I would recommend Italy perfect – thanks for all your help."

"Italy Perfect was so organized and professional. Loved how they did everything and full confidence in the Company. We went to Rome and Venice and had I known about them before I booked the others I would have stayed in all of their managed Apts. The Apt. was beautiful. Spacious and very clean. Nice kitchen and bedrooms, with Wi-fi. The owners were straight across the hall and were there if anything was needed. The locations was very quiet and in a nice neighborhood. A cafe was located right across the street with friendly owners and good food. This Apt is located away from the center of Florence, about 25 minute walk. It was close to the Ponte Vecchio Bridge (10 min walk) and about 10 minutes from the train station by Taxi. Had a wonderful stay and again the overall organization of the Company as well as the owners was great. I would stay with them again no doubt."

"My husband and I spent a week in late October at Bucine Limonaia with our two grown children and their "significant others." We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were attractive, spacious, comfortable, and very clean; it was particularly nice to have a bathroom (with stall shower!)for each couple. The grounds were lovely and meticulously maintained. The staff were uniformly helpful, with particularly excellent restaurant recommendations. Don't miss the Osteria Alle Corte di Bacco in nearby Ambra and La Bottega di Duddova in the tiny hilltop village of Duddova, also close by. Another suggestion from the staff that we are very glad we followed: don't drive into Florence. We had a car and used it to visit the smaller Tuscan towns, but driving/parking in the city isn't worth the trouble. The trains from Bucine are frequent, they get you there in an hour, and the city is very walkable. A caution: if you visit in cool weather, use the heat in the unit sparingly--it is VERY expensive and will eat up your security deposit in no time. Other minor quibbles that would lead me to give the place 4.5 stars rather than 5: we found the dishwasher in the unit temperamental, the wifi in the common area was down for half our stay, and the the unit's living and dining areas could use an additional lamp or two. But these are trivial matters in the overall scheme of things, and I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend Bucine Limonaia to anyone looking to spend time in the gorgeous Chianti countryside."

"We spent 4 days in Venice in late October. This apartment is located close to all major sites and made a great home base for our visit. Like others, we enjoyed the terrace and the major gondola activity below! Apartment is well stocked, bathroom & shower great and nice to be able to do some laundry. Only complaint, bed is basically on floor, so for us over 60's folks a little uncomfortable. We would recommend this location to friends for future trips. Pao, hostess, was extremely helpful, especially on our last day when San marco was flooded and our departure plans needed to change,"

"Our hosts were terrific - warm and welcoming - as was our experience booking through Italy Perfect. The apartment was well maintained, spacious, and included essential amenities. Prisco is extremely well located and yet the anomaly of being situated at the junction of three streets creates an astounding noise level. The owners have attempted to address this problem by sound-proofing the bedroom, which is quiet with the door shut, but airless. [Note from ItalyPerfect: there is a combination fan/air conditioner in the bedroom.] If you are counting on using the sleeper sofa in the living room, that guest or guests will need ear-plugs. I would recommend one of the interior units in the same building. The materials provided by Italy Perfect, and their responsiveness and overall efficiency were greatly appreciated. We would definitely use this company again."

"This was our second stay at the beautiful Casetta and hopefully not our last. We truly feel at home there and this is thanks to the thoughtfulness of Maurizio and Gabrielle, our wonderful hosts who think of all the things required to make a traveller's stay comfortable. Our special treats on arrival were very much appreciated. Casetta Bonsi is also one of the cleanest apartments we have ever stayed in. It is handy to have the kitchen with its many untensils to cook in if the occasion arises, and also the washing machine. There are also many restaurants and cafes to choose from within walking distance, but if you do want to cook there is a supermarket just down the hill with a very wide range including much fresh Tuscan produce. There is also a very good gelataria near the supermarket as well. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe and we enjoyed walking to the Bardini & Boboli Gardens, which are just up the hill. There is a little terrace in the Bardini Gardens where you can get a coffee or wine and look out over a terrific view of Florence. We walked everywhere from the Casetta. There is so much to see and do and it is especially rewarding to get out early and investigate the city before it becomes crowded. If you enjoy art, a visit to the Convent of San Marco to see the Fra Angelico paintings was very enjoyable. We got there first thing when it opened and had the place to ourselves for some time. The short bus trip up the hill to Fiesole is also good to do on a clear day. The Santa Croce Basilica is also amazing and the attached leather school interesting to visit. We highly recommend Casetta Bonsi and dream of returning in the future. Thank you also to Italy Perfect for all your valued assistance."

"We arrived in Florence at 12.30pm, resigned to the fact that we would be waiting until 5pm to see Casetta Bonsi, as this is the usual check-in time. Therefore we were over the moon when Maurizio phoned me as the train pulled into the station to say that everything was ready for us. He and his wife Gabrielle were waiting for us, and showed us around the house, explaining things as they went. We loved the extra touches such as the bathroom, kitchen and laundry supplies, and of course the welcome wine and biscuits. Casetta Bonsi is very close to the Ponte Vecchio, grocery store, restaurants and souvenir shops but is very quiet. It is comfortably furnished and has a lovely little balcony perfect to sit and relax. We ate out every night, using the list Maurizio gave us as our guide, and enjoyed each dining experience. We'll be recommending Casetta Bonsi to our friends, and hope to stay here again if we return to Florence."
