"This a great place to stay; large, comfortable, quiet, well located, and beautifully furnished. We particularly enjoyed dinner at the nearby Restorante Life on Via della Vite."

"I travelled with my family of 10. Five of us stayed in the Benozzo while the other five stayed in the S. Croce Tosca. It was spacious with comfortable amenitites (washer/dryer, dishwasher, all kitchen appliances,tv, etc.). There were 3 bedrooms and two and a half baths. The livingroom/diningroom was very comfortable and roomy. Well-situated and we could walk to many of the sites like the Uffizi Gallery, Accademia, Ponte Vecchio, churches, Duomo, shops, and restaurants. If you need a taxi, the station is just a few steps from the apartment building. S. Croce Benozzo is in the back of the building so very quiet. Since these apartments have different landlords, charges above the rental fee may differ. You will have to pay for the utilities. [The apartments in this building are all owned by the same family and have the same policies. The guest is referring to a different wifi payment policy at another apartment elsewhere in Florence that includes wifi in the price of the apartment. Italy Perfect] Instructions ask visitors to be considerate of the residents in the building. We reminded our children (ages 10-15) to keep their voices down, especially in the stairwell and to step lightly in the apartment. Our apartment was very clean and we tried to leave it that way. This is an apartment building so there is no concierge or valet service. The elevator is small so we used the stairs. Our family liked the space after being in hotel rooms for a few days. I appreciated the very efficient service I received from Italy Perfect. They always responded promptly to my emails."

"My family of 10 stayed in two apartments in this apartment building. One family of 5 stayed in the S. Croce Tosca. There were three bedrooms, a livingroom/diningroom area . two bathrooms, and a very functional kitchen with a long, rustic, dining table for informal dining. The apartment also had a washer and dryer. Very comfortable after staying in hotels in London and Rome. Visitors should be aware that these apartments are owned by different people, therefore, charges in addition to the rental fee differ. Some will charge for wifi and others will not. You will be charged for utilities, but it was fair. [All of the apartments in this building are owned by the same family. The guest is referring to apartments elsewhere in Florence where another member of her family stayed and that had wifi included in the price. Italy Perfect] Since some of the apartments are occupied by permanent residents, the info sheet asks visitors to be considerate. Children need to be reminded to keep their voices down in the stairways and to step lightly in the apartments. This apartment building is well-situated. There are shops, a market, San Clemente Church [Santa Croce], and outdoor cafes around the palazzo. I appreciated the taxi station a few steps away from the front door. Apartments in the back of the building are quieter because the ones in front face the square. Fun to people watch. Ideal for families with children at least 10 years old. This is strictly an apartment situation with no concierge, restaurant, etc. Italy Perfect was most helpful."

"The Tesoro is a spacious, nicely furnished apartment right off the Piazza Santa Crocce, a charming, well-located piazza. The apartment's terrace and living room overlook a quiet, interior, garden courtyard, and windows from the other rooms overlook interior sun/air wells which are very sleek and clean and devoid of anything unsightly. The building is well maintained and, best of all, very clean and quiet. Our greeter was prompt, personable and efficient and was able to get our air conditioning fixed right away, which brings me to my next thought. The downsides to apartment life in Italy are that one has to be so careful of power usage. We blew a fuse our first night, running the hairdryer while the two air conditioners were on. One never has to worry about those things in hotels, with their large power supplies. We did miss a concierge on premises too, but we grew accustomed to fending for ourselves. The only negative to the Tesoro was the permanent odor of cigarette smoke, which aggravated my allergies. However, the upsides of being in an apartment are considerable. After being in hotels for nearly two weeks prior, it was wonderful to have several spacious, nicely furnished rooms to relax in. The Tesoro also has 2-1/2 bathrooms, a very nice feature, and a nice kitchen. While we never cooked a meal in the apartment, it was nice to be able to have light snacks and meals which we brought in and not have to take all our meals in restaurants. All in all, I would recommend this apartment and Italy Perfect, which I found to be a reputable and responsive company. It goes to great lengths to provide renters with thorough information to ensure a positive experience."

"I wanted to give you our feedback on our stay in your apartment in Rome. We found it quite roomy and cheerful with everything we needed. The location was wonderful and close to everything. ..it was a bit noisy at night if one were trying to fall asleep but no one in our family complained. We loved our stay and look forward to returning!"

"Our extended family of 6 (ages 12-89) stayed at Bucine Poggio in June of 2013 and could not have been more pleased with the experience. Booking with Italy Perfect was very easy. The website was very informative and any questions I had were answered quickly and completely. The minute we arrived at Bucine Poggio, we were all in awe of the beauty of the grounds and the friendly and helpful staff. Bucine Poggio was perfect for our needs - immaculately clean and comfortably furnished. The kids enjoyed the sparkling pool just about every day. The restaurant served fabulous breakfasts and dinners. When we wanted to venture out to eat, the staff recommended some great places and even made reservations for us. We all loved the cooking class and have re-created the entire meal at home several times already. We made easy day trips to San Gimignano, Siena, Radda and Florence (by train from Bucine). We would love to return to Bucine Poggio some day!"

"We spent 5 nights at an apartment in the Piazza Santa Croce in July. The apartment was beautiful, extremely quiet even though on a busy square, and very spacious. There was lots of space for us all ( 2 adults and 2 teens) to get away from each other if needed! There was a washer and dryer which was very useful, and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was fantastic. Our Greeter was waiting for us and was incredibly helpful. She was available every day in the building for several hours and was a great source of information. The stay was far better than we expected and we would absolutely recommend this to our friends."

"What can we say but "WOW"!! The Elegante apartment was absolutely wonderful, so beautiful and spacious. We were impressed by your detailed photos and thought it was even better in person. Our daughter had just one request: "Can we please live here?". We wish! Loved the neighborhood, short walk to Piazza del Popolo, convenient subway access, friendly greeter and reliable driver you recommended. Lisa gave us many good travel tips, was very patient and responsive when answering our questions both prior to and after reserving. Thanks for everything."

"The apartment was spectacular – better than we had hoped. Great location, elegant (but not over the top) décor, functional kitchen, private bedrooms and excellent air conditioning. My wife and I were travelling with our two children (15 & 12) and were looking for an apartment with a central location and a patio/porch. Memoria was more than we had hoped it would be. Location allowed children to come and go and gave them a real sense of independence. Wonderful restaurants and shopping all around – even great gelato just outside the front door! I cannot recommend this apartment any more strongly – Fantastic for all!!!"

"All we can say is WOW! What a wonderful location, apartment, experience. Location - 3 minute walk to Piazza San Marco. 7 minute walk to the Vaporetto stops. Lots of restaurant choices within a few blocks of the front door. We especially liked the modern restaurant in the next building. It looks like it must be part of a chain, but the food was excellent and creative. Apartment - Clean, modern, beautifully furnished, big bathroom with 2 sinks. Excellent shower. Modern clean kitchen. And the rooftop deck is a wonderful spot to spend time watching the gondolas go by. And every 15 minutes or so in the early evening one goes by where they hired a singer and musician. That just can't be found anywhere else in the world. We highly recommend this apartment."

"We stayed in the Zegno Apartment for one week with our 3 teenagers. It was perfect. Spacious, beautiful and a fantastic place to relax after a busy day. We loved to hang out the window and watch the activities of the street below. The location was perfect, close to many fantastic restaurants and transportation. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again."

"The Serenata apartment exceeded all expectations. The location is extremely central but just removed from the maddening crowds. The interior of the property was impeccable and clean but the balcony itself would have been worth the rental price. It was the perfect place to enjoy a mid-afternoon/evening snack and glass of wine while watching the world go by. We hope to be back in Venice again soon and hope that this property will be available. Would highly recommend!"

"My family enjoyed the location of Prisco. The recommendations for local dining was great. Our only suggestion would be for a new fold out mattress within the couch or provide a topper. Its beyond worn- as you truly can feel the springs with no barrier in between. Once this is fixed- we would absolutely stay here again and we would recommend to family and friends. Italy Perfect provided a generous amount of information- Rick Steves yet more specific to our stay."

"As a single traveler, I had the wonderful stay at in the Micheala apartment. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable with a modern bath and well-equipped kitchen. Miki and Franco were charming hosts, greeting me and ensuring that everything was perfect for my 8 day stay! The location was outstanding. It's minutes to the train station in one direction and to the main tourist areas in the other. I really enjoyed numerous shops and restaurants in the immediate neighborhood. I have already recommended Italy Perfect to friends and shall look to Italy Perfect in the future."

"Casetta Bonsi is perfectly located for our needs. It is on a quiet street only a four minute walk from the Ponte Vecchio, gateway to the old town and the main attractions of Florence. Because it is outside of the tourist center it is peaceful but the Uffizi Gallery is only a 10 minute stroll away across the bridge. The neighborhood felt very safe. Florence experienced record heat during our stay. We used the bedroom air conditioner at night and were very comfortable. The rest of the house was pleasant in mornings and evenings without AC. It is spacious and well appointed for travelers. The kitchen, living room, bathroom were very nice. There is a wall safe and clothes washer that were very handy. Our host/owner/greeter was warm and friendly, gave us lots of useful information about the surroundings, went to great lengths to work with our schedule, and was otherwise unobtrusive. He went out of his way to help me deal with Italian bureaucracy. We ate at local restaurants suggested by our host. They were all good, but we fell in love with one he listed, La Casalinga. Just up the street from the Casetta is the beautiful Bardini Gardens, well worth the walk. The Boboli Gardens, adjacent to the Pitti Palace, are close by. The Bardini are much better. Must-see tourist attractions are the Ufizzi Gallery and Michelangelo's David. The Galileo Science Museum is worth a visit. Jewelry shopping on the Ponte Vecchio is a must, and shops selling Italian shoes and clothing are in the neighborhood."

"The apartment is bright and sunny. Great deck with excellant views. This apartment is the heart of the tourist district so life in the city starts around 7 am and ends around midnight which is great. The roofdeck overlooks the busy canals. There is easy easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. You are steps from San Marco and the Bridge of Sighs. 20 minuet walk to museums and 30 minuet walk to beautiful shady parks. Paola the greeter is wonderful. Friendly, helpful and one of the nicest people I have met traveling. I would recommend Italy Perfect to friend. NO surprises. The apratment was represente well in the pictures and description. Getting there was easy. Got off the plan, called Paola, was at the apartment when I got off the vaparetto. Great!"

"We stayed 4 nights at Casetta Bonsi. Our greeter was very thorough and patient in showing us everything about the place. The wine & treats at check-in were nice touches. The unit was quite spacious for the two of us. Although there were a few scooters, the street was relatively quiet. Everything we wanted to see was in easy walking distance."

"What a wonderful apartment, very spacious and bright. The location could not of been better! Walking distance to the Spanish Steps,Trevi Fountain, Pantheon.,Etc. My husband and I ate at local restaurants within a block from the apartment and they were all wonderful. Shopping was also right out side the door!! Daniela our greeter was fantastic. She was there upon arrival and even came over one night when we had trouble with the cable TV (we pushed the wrong button). The only negative was the apartment was hooked up to wifi but we would have to pay a small fee and mess around with other cables, usb, etc. I thought it was included in the rent and feel it should of been for the amount that we paid. We never used the internet. All in all we had a great week and we would stay here again if the internet issues were resolved! Thank you for your lovely comments, we are so pleased you enjoyed your stay. We're sorry that there was a problem with the internet, the greeter misinformed you that there was a fee. Internet is included in the rental price."

"This apartment is a work of art. Every time I walked in there was something to appreciate. The unique furniture, pictures, nick nacks and of course the wall and ceiling frescos were amazing !!!!! The location by the Piazza Santa Croce is great! Good shopping, and a lot of wonderful restaurants. Also very close to the major museums and cathedrals . Elisabetta our greeter was very nice. She came out to meet us when we got lost upon our arrival. I would recommend this apartment very highly !"

"An out of the way, idyllic setting to spend several days or weeks in Tuscany. It's located 10 minutes from Bucine (a train stop on the way to Florence or Arezzo-you need a car to go anywhere). The accommodations were wonderful, the people there are terrific; kind, patient and helpful. We had two dinners prepared at Bucine Loggetta and they were delicious as was their wine (from grapes grown on the property. We also bought food and wine from one of the markets we visited and had a lovely dinner on our patio. About an hour drive from most of the Tuscan hill towns, I would strongly urge getting a Garmin GPS (or one like it)-I don't think we could have navigated without it. The only thing that we regret is not taking a cooking class."
