"I had the most wonderful stay at the Palazzo Treves; it could not have been more perfect. The spectacular view, convenient location, beautifully designed rooms, expert staff, daily warm croissants and cleaning service....wow! As I told Barbara, the secretary, I plan to return - for the next Biennale or hopefully before."
"Francesco was a fantastic host. His property was beautiful and well maintained. The villa had all the modern conveniences you would want without sacrificing the authenticity of a Tuscan villa. The views of the vineyard and olive trees were beautiful. I highly recommend this villa and we will return for our next visit."
"Our week in Venice was superb, every aspect enhanced by residence in the handsome Menta Apertment and the kind support of the Palazzo staff. We are sincerely grateful to have been in the excellent care of Italy Perfect once again. With special thanks to you, Jean"
"Just wanted to let you know we had a wonderful time in Italy in August!Thank you so much for all of your help. I also wanted to mention that the driver we had, Benjamin, was absolutely wonderful and I appreciated the recommendation. He helped make our trip even better, sharing all kinds of information with us on our long drives to and from Rome. And the tours were fantastic! We loved Medici. Thanks again! "My husband and I loved the Renata apartment. The location near the Spanish Step was perfect and although we were in Rome during a heat wave the apartment's air conditioning held up just fine...which is not always the case in Rome. The preplanning Italy Perfect did was right on target. We also rented the Valentina and Zegno apartments as we had twelve in our group. All the apartments were as advertised, although it's a bit difficult to hear the bell or buzzer in the Zegno apartment as you have to enter past the manager's office and the door was always closed. I had groceries delivered to each apartment in advance, although the grocery store is just a very short 5 min walk and it's easy to go and get exactly what you want. Because we were a large group I made some dinner reservations and these restaurants stood out in the area and treated us well. Al 34 and Il Gabriella. If the adults want to get away AD Hoc is a great place, small and reservations a must. We used Family Twist to arrange our group tours and I can't say enough about them, they were wonderful. I have used Italy Perfect and Paris Perfect and highly recommend them to anyone. [We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay! The Italy Perfect Team]"

Gianluca is a very friendly host and was a great help with any advice we needed I am a very picky Canadian girl and want the best for my family I will make sure to let all my friends and family know that this is definitely the place to stay.. Grazie mille!! [We are thrilled to hear that you had an amazing stay! We look forward to welcoming you again! The Italy Perfect Team]"
"Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Colleen, my children and myself are all grateful for the advice and services you gave us in making our trip to the Chianti region of Tuscany so fun, easy and memorable. our stay at Bucine agriturismo was wonderful and all that we wanted, and more! The sisters Mariana & Antonia and the staff were so great, offering hospitality, tips and access to so many fun places and events. First, the 3 bedroom Limonia was perfect for us 5. The pool was big, clean and refreshing. Both breakfast and dinners were tasty and fun. Even loved the nearby town of Bucine and its market. Mariana set us up with 5 tickets to Arrezzo’s Friday night, pre joust neighborhood dinner. So fun and special to be able to get access to such a long standing, local event. Met so many nice Arrezzians. Thanks again for listening to us, interpreting what we wanted into the perfect stay. We would like to return again, while using you as our guide to the right place in the right location. Cannot wait!"

"We were so pleased with our choice of the Minerva's Treasure apartment. It looks exactly like the photos and our stay got off to a great start with sweet greeter Daniela welcoming us at the apartment, showing us how to use the appliances, explaining things and best of all with a bottle of wine, cookies, juice and a cold bottle of water in the fridge. Great way to start our stay! It was hot in Rome and the A/C worked wonderfully well. Liked having two full bathrooms, they are not large but done in high quality marble, what more can you want when in the best part of the center of Rome! Kitchen was just perfect for us. Supermarket is a short walk & we enjoyed breakfast each morning in the apartment before heading out to explore Rome. Back bedroom is super quiet. Front bedroom and living room get traffic noise from street that parallels the river but Lisa had explained that so we knew to expect it. Favorite neighborhood restaurants were Buca di Ripetta and and Pizza Re. Both just 2 blocks away. Thank you Italy Perfect for a perfect stay in Rome!"
"Landolfo was an amazing property. The house was beautiful. Kitchen was fully equipped. The pool and pool house were fantastic. Views were breathtaking. Great location to visit nearby Florence, Arezzo , Greve etc. Can't say enough wonderful things about Barbara Antonette and Luanna. They took great care of us while we were there and the home cooking was the BEST food we had the entire trip. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. It was the perfect week! Only suggestions : WIFI by the pool and a quick tutorial of where the circuit breakers/ water pumps are since we had to reset them a few times . Not big deal at all, just nice to know. [We are glad that you enjoyed your stay! Thank you for your suggestion, we will forward it on to the owners. The Italy Perfect Team]"

"Such a beautiful apartment, right in the heart of Florence, within 10 minutes walk to all points of interest. It was perfect for our family of four! The apartment had a kitchen with all the necessary utensils, kettle for tea/coffee, wine glasses, etc. The bathroom was spacious, with a very nice shower, and there was even a washing machine (much appreciated). The beds were beautiful and comfortable, and it was incredibly quiet, even though we were right downtown. Our hosts were so kind and accommodating, and they provided very helpful information on where to go and what to do. We will definitely be back![We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay! "We just LOVED our week here at the 3 bedroom Villa (La Limonaia). We experienced true Tuscan hospitality in an authentic Italian "Borgo". The location is just spectacular. Surrounded by a working winery and situated at the end of a dirt road in the quiet hills of Tuscany. We had our own entrance to a 2 story self catering villa. Our view of the castle made walking out of our home for the week all the more spectacular. Furnishings are authentic and characteristic to the area with Italian antiques. Bathrooms are clean and more contemporary. Our family of 5 used this location to explore many different areas of Tuscany and to attend a wedding near Florence. We felt it was centrally located for our itinerary as many of the popular hill towns are within an equal radius. After our long journey from the US, We took advantage of the lovely dinner and breakfast at the property on the first night. It was lovely, welcoming and delicious. Unfortunately, the weather did not allow us to enjoy the beautiful pool area during our stay. One of the suggestions I would have for guests interested in staying here would to make sure your car is higher off the ground to navigate the bumpy dirt road to the Borgo. Our rental was low profile and it was difficult not to "bottom out" or scrape the underside of the vehicle on many spots along the way to and from the main road. The staff was always available and helpful for suggestions and recommendations for other dining in the region, directions, etc. The best internet is located in the lobby which is decorated with comfortable sofas and lovely art. Since it is difficult, this day and age, to disconnect from necessary responsibilities at home, it would be nice if WiFi connectivity could be attained in the rooms. Being able to communicate enables us to travel more. Realistically, what makes this place so special is the warmth and hospitality of the hosts. We felt like we were part of the family and would definitely consider staying here again. "
"We had a lovely stay there. The staff was really wonderful and the apartment was very large and charming. The unit isn’t luxury in the classic American sense - more comfort, charm and character than pure luxury, but it was exactly what we were looking for and very comfortable. We always try to stay at places that are unique and allow us to feel like we are living there rather than staying in a hotel and this place is exactly that.It also has a lovely courtyard and beautiful grounds."
"We had a wonderful stay in Florence, Italy. The Vespucci apartment was a quite comfortable respite each evening after seeing the sights or dinner. It was such a nice home away from home. Our hosts were very kind and accommodating. The apartment was within easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see or do. Great experience. [We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay! "We always wanted to spend Easter in Italy, and Italy Perfect made that a reality. We spoke with Kelly and Lisa, and everything they told us about the property and location was spot on. They gave us valuable tips and helped us hone in on our location. I would 100% recommend Italy Perfect for anyone wanting a villa vacation in Tuscany. Seven of us stayed at L'Albery Bello in mid-April over the Easter week. We rented a car and drove from the Rome airport. The location was perfect for Tuscany as it is an easy 2 hour drive from Rome. We were greeted by Barbara, and she was absolutely awesome. Her English was fine, and she was willing to do whatever it took to make us happy. The cook, LouAnna, made us excellent dinners and they even have wine for sale at reasonable prices (if you forget to stock up at the grocery). Barbara cleaned every day and the villa was spotless. She even emptied the fireplace ashes and restocked with fresh firewood each afternoon. We had 7 people with us, but the living areas within the villa were big enough to accommodate many more. We were so comfortable that we skipped one of our planned excursions to just relax at the villa. The pool wasn't open yet as it was mid-April, but I could imagine it being even more relaxing at the pool. The only slight downside to the villa was the queen beds upstairs. They were a little firm for our taste. The twins downstairs were actually a bit more comfortable. It wasn't enough to cause an issue, it's just that we prefer a softer mattress. I can't say enough about Barbara and how nice it was to see her every day for a week. On our last day, she introduced us to her husband, and when we left, there were hugs and kisses to go around (and maybe a few tears). We will definitely look to see her on our next trip to Tuscany. From our villa, Florence is within an hour's drive, and Siena is 40 minutes. There are many other small towns to see that are less than 30 minutes. I was a bit nervous to drive from town to town, but the roads were more than easy to navigate. I would recommend using google maps, but make sure to download "offline maps" as the GPS will still work without data reception. We never got lost using this trick. For anyone who is a wine lover, Montalcino is a must see. It is about 45 minutes from the villa by car. We tasted Brunello at local vineyards and spent some time in the city of Montalcino. The San Polino winery was our favorite, and we had a case shipped back to the U.S. The town of Lucignano is a 5 minute drive, or 20 minute walk. The 2 main restaurants in Lucignano are excellent, and the Gelato was the highlight. The owner of the Gelato shop spoke perfect English, and he was very excited to tell us about everything local to the area (very helpful). We spent one afternoon just walking through the town, having lunch at the La Tavernetta and or course having gelato for dessert.Overall, I would definitely recommend Italy Perfect for anyone looking to rent in Italy. L'Albero Bello was an excellent place to stay for the 7 of us. Whether or not we go back isn't the question, it's just a matter of when... [We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your trip! We look forward to working with you again! The Italy Perfect Team]"
"The apartment was perfect for our family of four. Very comfortable and in a terrific location central to all the sights. Daniela and Italy Perfect really made sure everything went smoothly. Very much appreciated! Our middle school boys thought this was our best vacation ever!"
"Chiara welcomed us warmly to her wonderful apartment in Florence. The apartment is well maintained providing all the amenities for a comfortable stay. It was a great location to experience Florence on foot. A welcome basket was provided which was a lovely touch! Yes there are stairs however if you are fit, they will not be a problem. [Thank you for your review! We are thrilled that you enjoyed your stay! The Italy Perfect Team]"
"We arrived at the airport to our name being displayed right in front of us and we were escorted directly in comfort to our beautiful apartment. Thank you for recommending Rocco’s transport service. They arrived early to bring us back to the airport too. This apartment was beautiful and to meet Beatrice who kindly had some goodies for us to enjoy was delightful. The location of this fabulous apt. Is beyond amazing. We walked everywhere to all the sites. To the Vatican we took a taxi but wandered back. The best shops and restaurants were all within walking distance. Carolina plus the apartments book and perfect Italy had great recommendations we used. We also highly recommend Carolina who Italy Perfect also suggested as a guide. Carolina was the most amazing guide and lovely lady. Our 16 year old son learned so much from a book she used that we bought one. His history teacher texted me to tell us how much our son enjoyed the author and guide and what a trip!! We absolutely loved the terrace for breakfast and a glass of wine at night. The owner obviously loves gardening and the lemon trees made us feel like we were in the country not the center of Rome!! This apartment felt extremely safe and was quiet for being in the location it was. Thank you perfect Italy for your amazing suggestions and accommodations. We have highly recommended you to our friends and for the first time kept a file of this trip. We will be back again sometime to Rome and hopefully to this apartment. [Thank you for your great review! We are so glad that you had an amazing trip! The Italy Perfect Team]"
"A 3 minute walk to Piazza Republic, a 2 min walk to Arno, a 5 min walk to piazza Signore and Duomo. You are very centro and well located. Apartment is clean and great for a couple. There is a 2nd BR w a double mattress but it is on the small side. Living room has great seating area with a large L shaped sofa. Kitchen is small but doable. All in all would recommend someone to stay there.[Thank you so much for your great review! We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay with us. The Italy Perfect Team.]"
"We have returned again and again to this very special destination, near the small town of Bucine. We had never stayed here in June and really enjoyed this time of year and the use of the wonderful pool and the surrounding gardens. Our accommodations were perfect, clean, orderly and very quiet and private as always. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, an easy drive to Florence, Arezzo, Siena, the Chianti Mountains and Montelchino, etc. The small town of Bucine has a small but very good farmers market every Wednesday, they also have an excellent butcher who sends you home with some of his own homemade sausage as a little gift. The fruit/vegetable market next to him is also very good, and they are very friendly. There is an excellent laundry service right next to the COOP as you first enter the town, they wash, fold and iron your clothes, it is a wonderful service. We do not go to restaurants, but prefer to stay in and cook. We would definitely recommend to couples, families with small children, anyone, this very magical place. "
