Palazzo Treves was an awesome “home away from home.” Vacation Perfect made check in so easy and on site representative made our arrival and departure incredibly painless. The unit was clean, beautifully decorated and contained a great kitchen for my gluten free spouse (where she was able to prepare food that was delivered before our arrival). There was plenty of space to spread out over two floors and it has two wonderful terraces, with views of the grand canal and Venice’s rooftops, where we enjoyed early mornings and late nights. And the location along the grand canal and next to the St Regis Hotel made accessing the city so easy. Finally the maid service, private dock for arrival and fresh croissants in the morning made our stay really special. We’ll definitely be back for more!

Palazzo Tiziano was the perfect location for us with excellent options for dining, sightseeing, and relaxing at the end of the day. We appreciated to local feel of San Samuele and proximity to Campo Santo Stefano. Every room (and bed) was comfortable with a kitchen and bathrooms appointed with everything we needed for our stay. Our welcome host was excellent and helped us with anything we needed. My favorite part of our stay was the elegance and inviting foyer in this home. Every time we entered, we were reminded why this home and the City of Venice are special. Thank you for taking care of everything.

To say this place was perfect would be an understatement. Everything was thought of down to the smallest details. The hosts were one of the best we’ve ever had. Fantastic communication and they definitely went above and beyond. Highly recommend this place.

This apartment was a wonderful place to relax, enjoy the city, and explore the best of Florence. It was close enough to walk everywhere. The beds, kitchen, bathrooms and terrace were well appointed and even provided coffee for our first morning. I will stay here again when I return to Florence. Our host made sure that we had everything we needed and made us feel welcome immediately.

This apartment was quite spacious for 2 of us, and it was the best place to reset in the middle of the hot summer day in the cold AC to put our feet up before going out again to walk 30K steps per day. Insanely amazing location, with excellent local restaurants we continued to go back to at night for drinks and playing cards. The late check in was not a problem as there was a safe luggage storage literally 50 steps away for a few Euros, the beds were very comfortable, the laundry was great, the kitchen was large, 2 large bathrooms were modern with large countertops for all our toiletries (which I require!), and the bus stops were also just steps away. Everything was so close. I would go back hands-down. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper as it is a busy area but that's what we loved about it..it was bustling and made us feel like real locals. Beautiful apartment for a picky Californian used to spacious places.

The perfect location for exploring Florence. In the middle of everything but still quiet. The apartment had everything we need and was perfect for two couples. Having the terrace to relax in the mornings and evenings really made this apartment worth the price.

We're so grateful that Italy perfect's space was available for our recent stay in Rome. The apartment felt like home immediately and provided us with all the amenities and proximity we needed to explore the Centro Storico area. In addition, hosts went above and beyond to make us comfortable including personalized check in and check out. Can't really say enough about this place and hope to find it again when we return one day. Three thumbs up!!!

This property and the surrounding area is out of a story book! The host is lovely. We found it to be the perfect spot for exploring towns in southern Tuscany. I would love to stay there in cooler weather. We were there during the heat of summer and they provided fans which made it quite comfortable in the evenings. I was disappointed to discover that washer and dryer were for the whole building rather than in our apartment. So easy to book a great property through Vacation Perfect.

We stayed at Pierino based on a recommendation from friends who stayed there in March 2025 and could not have been more pleased! Everyone at Italy Perfect was a delight to work with and made everything from booking the apartment to checking in so easy. The apartment is just adorable and really felt like a home away from home. The location is perfect, with the Santa Croce neighborhood having such a cool vibe. We traveled with another couple, and the apartment perfectly accommodated us with each couple getting their own bedroom and bathroom. I would highly recommend a stay at Pierino!!

What a great stay. So close to Ponte Vecchio, but on a street that is super quiet and has minimal road traffic. Walkable to all the essential sites. The property is perfect for a long stay. It is two levels with a well appointed kitchen, dining and sitting room on the first floor and the bedroom and bathroom on the second. The patio is great for enjoying a classic Italian dinner or morning coffee. Would definitely stay here again. Check in with our greeter was great. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

AMORE was very comfortable and in an excellent location. We stayed for two weeks and everything functioned perfectly. The patio was a real treat and most enjoyable in the early AM for coffee and PM for cocktails. If we were to visit Florence again we would definitely stay in AMORE.

My wife and I stayed at the Sonata apartment in May 2026. The apartment is well designed, clean and complete with all the amenities you will need. The terrace was the ideal spot for coffee and an evening glass of wine. Our host were great and very accommodating. Lots of hot water, wifi was great and the washing machine outside on the terrace worked well. Check-in and check-out were very smooth. The Italy Perfect travel portal is easy to use and contains very helpful information about the apartment and surrounding areas. We loved this apartment’s location – extremely quiet but close to everything. The grocery store is very close and there are many restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. Highly recommend eating at Emma Pizzeria con Cucina. Many of the popular sites in Rome are within a 10–20-minute walk. Taxis were easy to request through the Freenow app and picked up right at the front door. We would absolutely stay here again.

This place is really amazing. Old world charm with modern amenities. The location is literally right in the middle of the tourist area, which is great for a short walk to everything. But apartment itself is up on the 5th floor, so far enough away from the chaos. The balcony is nice because you can still hear and feel the energy without it being overwhelming. Our host, was extremely hospitable, quickly responsive, and attentive to our every need. I'd stay there again if I ever went back.

We stayed with friends for 6 nights and had the best time! The neighborhood is quiet, but well-equipped with restaurants, pharmacies, a cocktail/wine bar, and several grocery stores. There's a great market within walking distance. We made good use of the two patios, with the option for sun or shade at any time of day. The kitchen was functional and nicely stocked, and our greeter was sweet and helpful. The shower had plenty of hot water and was quite large by Italian standards. We had zero complaints and would very happily return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Prisco apartment.The apartment is very large, and the natural light from the windows gives it an airy, open feel.The location is excellent, and makes all of Florence “walkable”. Light sleeper’s might be troubled by street noise from a very popular “Wine Window” nearby. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. We would rent this apartment again on a future stay.

This was a perfect property for a family of four in the center of Rome. All the main sites were within a 15-30 min. walking distance with many restaurants and any essentials located on the street just below the building. The restuarant just below the property was a wonderful dinner spot, and Molly's Garden just down the alley had an expansive breakfast menu with tasty breakfast burritos. The host was immediately responsive to any needs. Property was clean, very tastefully furnished with all listed amenities. So lovely to be greeted with complimentary bottled water and a bottle of champagne in the fridge! Evening noise was minimal; daytime was alive with bustling city sounds. Our family loved this property and would definitely stay again! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.
