This Casetta is quite possibly the best place we've ever stayed, between my wife and I, we've traveled to over a dozen countries and stayed in a variety of hotels, bnbs and rentals. Nothing really comes close to this stay in Florence. You are close to everything, but on the quieter side of the Arno river. You truly feel like you are staying in the a Renaissance home, with antique furnishings to match, along with modern comforts to ensure you can make the most of your stay. We are a celiac couple and we had no trouble finding restaurants nearby or gathering supplies for our own meals at home. The terrace is almost always hidden from the sun and overlooks the tower of piazza della signora. We spent morning and evening hours sitting and soaking up the sounds of bird calls and the locals. I really can't recommend it enough, with a very helpful host who can answer questions and provide recommendations (like a remote, but local hotel concierge). I felt you are hesitant, this reviewer is telling you to book if before someone else grabs the memories you could have here.

Beautiful, spacious, well-appointed apartment in the heart of Florence! It was conveniently located and nicely decorated. The terrace was lovely for morning coffee or peaceful afternoon reading.

We have stayed in Serenata three times now. You can't beat the location. It's close to all the action but just a couple blocks off the main square. The views from the windows and rooftop terrace are spectacular. You can see the rooftops of Venice as well as the gondolas glide by. The apartment is extremely comfortable, clean and updated.

Dette var det perfekte sted å bo i Firenze, midt i folkelivet men likevel hevet over støyen. Kort avstand til alt, severdigheter, restauranter, attraksjoner mm. Leiligheten var ren og pen og alt fungerte. Og takterrassen var super! Isabel var lett å kommunisere med, svarte raskt og gav oss all nødvendig informasjon. Hun var svært behjelpelig når det gjaldt de ønskene vi hadde. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake!

Walking distance to everything: sights, restaurants, attractions, and more. The apartment was clean, tidy, and everything worked well. And the rooftop terrace was fantastic! Our local contact was easy to communicate with, responded quickly, and provided all the necessary information. She was very helpful with our requests. We’d love to come back!

Such a beautiful home to stay at. The location was absolutely perfect and close to everything. The deck was amazing to sit and sip a glass of wine on and listen to the music in the street. Would go back again in a second.

Lovely little house, great location. Walking distance to just about everything you will want to see. Our greeter, was pleasant and helpful. A bottle of wine and sweet treats were left for us upon our arrival. Would highly recommend this place. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The hill you must walk up to get to the house might be a challenge to some. We are in our 70s and in good shape, and so it was not a problem for us.

This flat was perfect! Lovely and close to everything we wanted to see and do in Rome. The team were very helpful including pointing us to a grocery and some restaurants. We would stay again and tell our friends about it!

This was the 3rd year my wife and I stayed at Pasquino. That kind of sums it up. The apartment is very nice with everything you need for either a comfortable long or short stay. Pictures of the apartment on the Italy Perfect website are accurate. And the location is great, pretty much walking distance anywhere in Rome while ideally located adjacent to Piazza Navona and close to Campo di Fiori. Italy Perfect is great to work with, helpful with any questions and our greeter is more than that. Very helpful. Overall, Pasquino is a superior experience.

Great location a few mins walk to the river, museums, and the duomo! Very clean and well maintained, and the local contact was very welcoming and helpful!

What fun we had spending 12 nights at the Memoria! The location is absolutely perfect! You can see everything surrounding the magnificent Ponte Vecchio!!! It is near everything -- an outstanding walk to the museums, restaurants, piazzas, stores, markets, and even a spot to rent kayaks on the Arno! We had a glorious time on the balcony watching sunsets, people, the Arno "crew" teams paddling, shopkeepers opening their stores, etc., etc., etc. We hope to visit again!

We spent a week in the Concerto apartment. The location is excellent. The apartment has been recently renovated and is nice looking and functional. The kitchen is well equipped. Overall a great apartment!

The villa was amazing! We were three couples, and the well-appointed home fit our needs perfectly. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the pool house was an added bonus. The hostess, staff and gardener were extremely helpful and attentive. The location was ideal to access the quiet town of Lucignano where we found restaurants, butcher, and a grocery store. The lack of tourists was a nice change from some of the more tourist driven towns and fortresses. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in the villa.

Beautifully renovated flat in the heart beat of Florence. Wonderful beds and linens and every amenity you need and much more than you get in most in Italy! We loved our stay!! We enjoyed taking the stairs but there is also a lift which is always a bonus! Beautiful place and we could have stayed forever! Loved the balcony as well! Oh and the hair dryer was great!! Short walk to our favorite Santo Spirito and anywhere else you want to go! You won’t be disappointed here!!!
