We were very pleased with our 60th birthday get away at Vista Serena. (same estate) The Italy Perfect folks were very helpful and once we made it to Vista Serena (same estate) all the team there were fantastic. We were greeted by our hosts who was just delightful and help in any way she could to make our stay wonderful. The first night she recommended a wonderful family-owned restaurant up the street for dinner. We visited it a number of times. The local market within walking distance was very helpful to keep us stocked of food for our family of 8 as well as stopping into the clothing linen shop that has been there for over 80 years was also a win! We did have to utilize the ride service quite a bit we all agreed that was better than trying to drive the curves of the Amalfi, not to mentioned it made it so everyone could enjoy Limoncello. Since we had 8 family members we would have needed a very large van and none of us would have wanted to drive that on the Amalfi. So highly recommend Private Day Tours by Gianluca! He was very accommodating and willing to try to get us a car when we needed it spur of the moment. I will say taking the local taxis from Sorrento was easy to get back to the Villa and a bit more cost effective as long as you knew exactly how to tell them to get to the villa, the castle on the hill finally did the trick as a landmark for most. We would love to come back and enjoy the beautiful Villa and wonderful linen sheets as well as see our host.

This was an absolutely perfect stay. From the beginning, communication with Italy Perfect was easy and responsive. The greeter, was lovely to work with. She accommodated an early arrival and helped with reserving an early morning taxi. The apartment was beautiful and perfectly located near all the wonderful restaurants and attractions. Taxis were available just outside the door. There was an extensive collection of travel books and Italy Perfect's restaurant list was helpful. The apartment's manual had all the information we needed about the apartment and some great restaurant suggestions. We hope to return to this wonderful apartment and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and convenient home for a stay in Florence. How about that view!

Greeter was awesome, we had a toilet that wouldn't flush the first day and she sent the plumber right over the second day. It was needed as we had 4 couples from our family. Very comfortable beds, great location. Were able to walk to lots of things, and the train was close as well.

We enjoyed this villa Fresia inmensely. The villa was very much as described and easily fullfilled our expectations. The countryside was beautiful, the swimming pool very enjoyable and the managers were available to answer any question or help out with any issue we might raise. Chef excellent. The location near Lucca is quite wonderful.

We really did find family love here. Sorry to be a little sappy, but the villas was wonderful and the location excellent. The nearby towns are classic Tuscany. Manager excellent. What else is there?

We had a wonderful 4-day stay at the beautiful Casetta Bonsi. The unit was very clean. It situated in a more local neighborhood on the south side of the Arno River, away from the tourist crowds, though it is only a short walk from Ponte Vecchio bridge, which becomes very lively at night. Checkin instructions were clear and we were greeted by our host who gave us a walk around of the home. The home is equipped with everything you need for your stay. The upstairs bedroom is quite spacious and can be turned into two single beds. The living room couch on the main floor was also converted into two single beds. We were four people and felt very comfortable. The unit has one bathroom with a stand-up shower and the water pressure was great. Be cautious of leaving the windows open and consider using bug repellent as you will be dealing with mosquitoes that will feast on you at night. There is also a nice balcony with a view of the Torre di Arnolfo medieval tower. Overall, this is one of the best short terms stays that I’ve experienced.

We had a wonderful stay. Enjoyed the terrace. Took long walks along the river, people-watched at Campo dei Fiori, coffee & maritozzo at Roscioli, explored the Roman Forum, shopped on Via dei Coronari...and already started to plan our return stay at the Sonata apartment.

A great little place in a perfect part of Florence. A great value for the money. So many things nearby, from market, coffee pasty to gelato and restaurants. All the great sights are an easy walk, and the Oltrarno neighborhood is a great find. Place is small, but everything we needed. So glad we stayed there.

This was an exquisite apartment that was beautifully furnished with first rate linens, towels, dishes, and pans. The beds were super comfortable. Every kitchen item was provided that you could possibly need. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper. The host even provided some croissants and milk. The AC worked great. The patio was perfect for morning coffee and breakfast; it even overlooked the Tuscan hillside from the outdoor sofa! The patio was noisy in the morning when all the businesses were opening but the apartment itself was very quiet and private. There is a tiny elevator in the building that worked great. As others said, it only fits one person plus your suitcase or two persons at a time. The location was great and very safe. There was a lot of shopping on the same street and some great restaurants very close. It was a short walk across the bridge to most of the sights. This apartment is highly recommended.

This was the most amazing property! We fell in love as soon as we walked in. The wraparound balcony was amazing and was the perfect place to unwind after sightseeing. The interior furnishings were luxurious and comfortable. If this is on your short list of places to stay in Florence…book it!!! You won’t regret it! 10/10! Would stay here again!

Three older couples stayed for five nights and we all loved the apartment. We each had large bedrooms with comfortable beds and our own spacious bathrooms. The living room area is larger than appears in the photos and we all enjoyed our evenings here with a glass of wine talking about our day. The hot water in the shower was always constant and having the washer and dryer available was so helpful in our travels. The coffee machine was a great touch and the location is one of our favorites in Florence. We all agree we would stay here again.
