"We absolutely loved our stay in our apartment. So perfectly furnished and located that it was the perfect place to start and end our day while we stayed in Florence. The apartment was clean, well lit and very relaxing with everything you needed for the week. We were welcomed with a wonderful food and drink package that lasted thru the week. Having a washer and dryer was a welcome treat mid way through the week. We were so centrally located just steps from everything Florence had to offer, we even had our favorite restaurant and coffee shop located a few steps from the door. The hostess is also a art tour guide so we got great advice on what to see and where to eat that worked out perfectly. We are so pleased we stayed there and can’t wait to return to our favorite city in Italy! [Thank you so much, we are delighted you enjoyed your stay! The Italy Perfect Team]"

"This apartment is in a perfect location for exploring Florence. It is spacious, and more than enough space for our family of four. Don't miss the Sant'Ambrogio market for lunch. Thanks to Italy Perfect for a wonderful stay. [Thank you so much! The Italy Perfect Team]"
"That is the word I use to describe my entire experience in Venice with Italy Perfect. We stayed in the Menta apartment, which is one of the most beautifully appointed apartments I have been in. From the outrageously fun decorating to the perfect expresso machine, Italy Perfect, like Paris Perfect, provides its guests with all of the amenities one could want. The location is so central to all that is Venice. A stone's throw from St. Mark's Square, and a fun winding walk to the Rialto Bridge, Menta is in a beautiful Palazzo, with a private dock. The greeter Roy was lovely and very accessible. I highly recommend taking a tour with Rita Satori, as Italy Perfect suggested. She gave us an entirely new perspective of Venice. My recommendation would be to get a good map of Venice and then have fun getting lost meandering the city! You will always find your way back! We really enjoyed our time in Venice thanks to Italy Perfect with only one regret - we should have stayed longer!! Thanks Lisa!! [Thank you Lauren, we are delighted that you had a magical stay! "I can't say enough about how amazing Italy Perfect was. I had been trying to use AirBnb and HomeAway for weeks attempting to navigate the perfect location for a group of us in Florence. Every time I would find a place it would be already booked (although the sites didn't show that). I was about to give up when I discovered Italy Perfect literally days before departing. They were amazing. So incredibly helpful, I even spoke to someone on the phone who offered to go buy gifts I wanted to give my fellow travelers when we arrived. The customer service was beyond compare. The apartment was better than I ever could have imagined. Comfortable, clean, and just plain easy. It truly felt like home. The location was absolutely perfect. I can't wait to go back and stay there again... or check out another one of their properties. From now on I will skip right past those other sites and go straight to Italy Perfect. I wish I would have realized that earlier and not wasted my time with all the stress!! [Thank you Andrejka, we are delighted you enjoyed your stay and look forward to welcoming you again! The Italy Perfect Team]"
"After staying a week in Florence,we rented a car and drove to our villa Bucine Belvedere. Our intention was to use this location as our base as we explored surrounding Tuscan cities and villages. The location of the villa was a bit more remote than we had anticipated. After leaving the paved roads, you travel a gravel road in order to arrive at the villa. The surroundings were breathtaking. With the Appenine Mountains as a backdrop, you overlook lush vineyards and a fishing lake. When walking the paths, you are amazed by the awesomeness of the scenery and the eerie ( but welcomed) quietness of this spot. There are a number of old buildings left from the 1500 and a beautiful castle looming above the villa. Our separate villa was charming, with a terrace overlooking plum trees, olive trees and a giant rosemary bush. The pool.a short walk away, was glistening and spotless. The inside of our villa was rustic and clean and very comfortable. The main building contained a bar area,a cozy and large living room and a kitchen and dining area if you wanted to have your meals there. Best of all were the people on the premises. The woman who cooked our meals did a great job and we enjoyed practicing our Italian as we conversed with her. The meals were amazing and so beautifully prepared.A young woman on the premises was very helpful in suggesting where to explore and how to get to our locations. There is a Coop close by so you can shop for what you need . On one of our return trips from Siena we came across a wonderful family restaurant, frequented by many locals called IL Bivacco. We went back several times and would highly recommend it. Wonderful food and authentic local atmosphere. We think that Bucine Belvedere was wonderful as was our treatment while we were there, The only drawback for some might be the remoteness of the location, but it's beauty and it's people transcends that only drawback. Again, thanks to Italy Perfect for the recommendation. "

"The gorgeous Vela apartment had my family feeling like royalty! Across the river from the Uffizi Gallery, the views were beautiful and we were close to everything we had planned - a cooking class (Eating Italy), a city tour (CrisRomanGuide), the Accademia, Ponte Vecchio shopping and watching the sunset from Piazzale Michelangelo. We even caught the high speed train one day for a quick trip to Venice! Well appointed and very comfortable, the Vela suited the five of us perfectly. Groceries, wine and gelato are a quick 3min walk around the corner, as well as numerous cafes! Having a washing machine and air conditioning during the July heat wave helped us all feel comfortable and relaxed after busy days of seeing the sights. We spent three weeks in Italy and our favorite accommodations were the ones booked through Lisa. I HIGHLY recommend this property and Italy Perfect!!! [Thank you Jane, we are pleased you enjoyed your stay! The Italy Perfect Team]"
"We have returned again and again to this very special destination, near the small town of Bucine. We had never stayed here in June and really enjoyed this time of year and the use of the wonderful pool and the surrounding gardens. Our accommodations were perfect, clean, orderly and very quiet and private as always. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, an easy drive to Florence, Arezzo, Siena, the Chianti Mountains and Montelchino, etc. The small town of Bucine has a small but very good farmers market every Wednesday, they also have an excellent butcher who sends you home with some of his own homemade sausage as a little gift. The fruit/vegetable market next to him is also very good, and they are very friendly. There is an excellent laundry service right next to the COOP as you first enter the town, they wash, fold and iron your clothes, it is a wonderful service. We do not go to restaurants, but prefer to stay in and cook. We would definitely recommend to couples, families with small children, anyone, this very magical place. [Thank you so much Kristin! "Terrific location on the edge of Central Florence, close enough to walk easily to the major sites but far enough from the center to escape the crowds. On a very quiet street with a friendly cafe across the street and plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. The rooms are large and well furnished with lots of storage space. Screens on the windows allow open windows and plenty of cross ventilation. The balcony is pleasant for morning coffee. When it came time to move luggage in and out, and at the end of a long day the lift was particularly welcome. We were met by the owners who were very friendly and helped us with suggestions and tips a couple of times during our stay. We would love to stay here again and will recommend it to our friends. [Thank you Ivan, we are pleased you enjoyed your stay and look forward to welcoming you back! The Italy Perfect Team]"
"We absolutely loved our stay at the enchanting Alloro apartment in Venice (we actually stayed an extra night)! Beautifully decorated apartment with fabulous Venetian terrazzo floors in a lovey historic building overlooking the Grand Canal. We could have spent all day just staring out the windows with a glass of wine or espresso enjoying the sights and sounds below. Gondolas floated by with opera singers or guitarists serenading their passengers and incredible sunrises and sunsets cast long, warm light onto the majestic old buildings which made us feel like we were in a renaissance painting! It was so nice to take a break from the streets and still enjoy the best of Venice from the apartment. We had a delicious dinner at Da Fiori, and loved walking around the canals and discovering this romantic city. The apartment is in a very convenient location, minutes from Piazza San Marco, and an easy walk to everything. Italy Perfect took care of every detail and more importantly was completely available during our stay. It was also so nice to have a local contact for any questions or recommendations. [Thank you Christina! The Italy Perfect Team]"
"Thank you for a perfect stay at La Camerata Fiorentina. The apartment exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully decorated and very well stocked with high end amenities, very nice linens and a wonderful kitchen. The daily housekeeping service was a nice bonus for a rental. The location is perfect for both the tourist areas and the Oltrano trendy restaurants, just a quick hop across the bridge. We used your recommendations for local drivers who were wonderful and always on time. The service from your company was excellent from start to finish. I am anxious to return and enjoy this exquisite property again and to try your properties in Paris and London."
"From the moment we drove up to the incredibly charming, comfortable, casually elegant Riposo Verde in late October, I was thrilled. I immediately walked through the entire house and around the grounds and had (mentally) moved in within the first hour. The villa is so inviting and so wonderfully livable...I really can't describe how instantly relaxed and at home I felt. What a perfect stay; the views & privacy, the deluxe beds, sheets...well appointed kitchen, comfortable, cozy sofas, etc...even the fragrance of the reed diffusers were divine. So much attention to detail. It really was like something out of a high-end interiors magazine or a movie, but not pretentious or precious. And I haven't even mentioned the countryside....Tuscany at its most beautiful. The lovely village of San Casciano dei Bagni is a short, easy 5 minute drive from the house, (try Ristorante Daniela for a special evening out), with many surrounding villages nearby. There is an upscale spa called Fonteverde just outside the town, but there are also free rustic thermal springs right below the center of town...take your suits and a picnic and make an afternoon or evening of it! So much to explore, but with a home this truly special and lovely, you may be tempted to stock up on food, wine & books and simply lounge by the pool or fireside and soak in this most marvelous of domiciles. Thank you Italy Perfect, for the opportunity to live my Tuscan dream."
"Romulus was everything we dreamed of for a perfect place to stay in the heart of Rome - but feeling like we were tucked away a very short walk to the Piazza Navona. The charming Bramante Renaissance Cloisters were just a step away. They have wonderful art shows and café on the second floor. In fact up and down every street near our apartment were fabulous small restaurants. The apartment itself was terrific. Everything we needed was there - and more. Kitchen small but very well equipped. Furniture was very comfortable (I often think European couches and beds are not good - but this was perfect) Another good thing - the lighting was excellent in living room, bedrooms and bathrooms. This was the kind of place I could stay for a length of time as it was very comfortable. Such fun to stay in an apartment building where many people live all the time. I felt part of the scene! We did have a favorite restaurant - and went twice. It is short walk from Pantheon so not far away. Try Osteria del Sostegno. One of those fantastic places at the end of a side alley. [Thank you Barb, we are pleased you enjoyed your stay! The Italy Perfect Team]"
"The accommodations were better than described. We were very pleased to find the apartment to be such a wonderful place in terms of spaciousness, decor, and location. The kitchen was well equipped and the apartment met our needs in every way. We will recommend to our friends and tell them all about it. If they come to Florence, we will let them know that they should stay here. We would rate Tosca a 10, for sure. As to any other comments, the only unusual thing is the requirement to take out the trash upon check out, especially since taking it out involves carrying it a couple of blocks away to the trash dumpster. But, we enjoyed the place so much, we are happy to meet this requirement. Thank you so much. We really did enjoy our stay here and will certainly recommend it to others! [Thanks so much! "The view of the Duomo filled every window of this lovely apartment. It was like being Helena Bonham Carter’s character from the movie A Room with a View, only we were closer! The apartment was located about five minutes away from the Duomo on Via De Tornabuni. A wonderful street in itself, full of designer stores, and every evening a woman sang Italian opera in the square. It was magical. The apartment its self is situated in a beautiful building that was once a traditional Florentine palace. The rooms were lovely and the air-conditioning was perfect, and very necessary for the time we were there. It was really comfortable and we felt very special opening the huge wooden door next to Hermes to enter in to the building. It was a lovely experience and I would highly recommend the apartment. [Thanks so much. The Italy Perfect Team]"
"Perfect information, perfect service, perfect vacation! I have lived in Rome, Italy for two years many years ago and have spent a great deal of time there. I found the Italy Perfect website, knowing exactly what I wanted. Italy Perfect was able to give me a great deal of detailed information about the rental apartment. Their notes prior to our leaving were extremely detailed and helpful. I will certainly return to them in the future. I am completely confident that anyplace rented through Italy Perfect will be...perfect! [What can we say when we have perfect guests! The Italy Perfect Team] "
"We spent over a week, off-season, at the Bucine Belvedere apartment in October and have nothing but great things to say about the property, the staff, the location and the overall experience. We also loved being there in October! The accommodations are very nice and the grounds are spectacular. We had excellent meals at the restaurant, both breakfast and dinner, and loved wandering the grounds when we had a few spare minutes. It was not swimming pool season, though the pool looked very inviting. Some of party had a lovely tea with the owner in the castle. The property is an easy drive from Florence, 45 minutes, but feels remote. A lot of great day trips--San Gimignano, Montepuliciano, Cortona, Arezzo, etc.Very easy drives. Marianna's restaurant recommendations were great--we particularly loved Duddova, which is about 10 minutes away. The restaurant has about 5 tables and is fun by the Leonardo family. We had a blast, as well as an excellent meal. Overall our stay was lovely and we would be delighted to visit again. A very special place. [Thank you so much for your review and the recommendations. "We absolutely loved Castello Niccolo. The property is beautiful, the pool is fantastic ( a great respite after a busy day of sightseeing ). We loved our little villa, it was perfect for our family of 4. We loved being able to cook a few of our dinners in and dine al fresco on our lovely patio. Our boys loved the ping pong, and it was beautiful to sit up on the top grass in the late afternoon and enjoy a bottle of the house wine watching the sun set. The location is fabulous for day trips to Siena (Antica Osteria da Divo), Florence (Anywhere in Oltrarno), Pisa (didn't eat there), San Gimignano (the wine bar off the fountain square, fabulous patio downstairs looking over hills), etc. We found it to be ideal, and so nice to have a lovely home base to go back to at the end of a fun, busy day. The fish/seafood restaurant in Borgo is fabulous, especially if it's your first night... literally a 1 minute drive down the hill and left into the tiny town. The food and service were fabulous, a great way to start the week off after a day of travel from Venice. The crazy rusted "Jetsons" looking building on the hill just past Borgo is the Antinori vineyard!!! We didn't figure this out until our last day. Great place, cool modern architecture and, of course, fabulous wine. There were, however, a few things that were detractors from what would have been a perfect Tuscan week. 1. The mosquitos were eating our poor kids alive; given that there was no air conditioning (at least as far as we could tell) in our villa, we had to leave our windows open at night, which we wanted to do anyways (you're in Tuscany, of course you want the windows open!). So, unfortunately, they were covered in very itchy red bites the whole time we were there. Don't know if the Italian mostquitos are a different type, as they are very different bites from the ones we're used to in Vancouver...seem to last way longer and be way more red and itchy. 2. The highway noise from below. There are a few mentions on the website and reviews of some "possible" noise from the highway that runs below the villa. I would like to point out that this is not only a possibility, but a guarantee, all day and most of the night. While it is not really loud, it is a constant drone in the background, that I found very annoying when you're supposed to be in the peaceful Tuscan countryside. Granted, I live on acreage and it is silent at my home other than wildlife, so I am somewhat spoiled. I just think that this should be more clearly laid out in the description, because I found it to be a major detractor in my overall enjoyment of the place. Again, I will say that the average person coming from a city or town that is used to traffic/highway noise may not even really notice or be bothered by it, but it was a sore point for me. Overall, great spot, would return if we could stay up in the castello and hopefully avoid most of the highway noise. Grazie!
Thank you so much for your enthusiastic review. It is a great spot, beautiful and convenient, too. So sorry you missed the information in the documents and links we provided explaining that there are virtually no screens in Italy and recommending mosquito repellant and describing the mosquito repellant devices that are in the apartment. We will ask the management to point those out to future guests. As for the sound of the road below, we can understand that if you live in the silent countryside, you definitely would hear something in the distance especially if the wind is blowing towards the property. Thank you again!
"Our holiday at Niccolo Ginestre was just fantastic. The house was perfect for my husband and I and our three young children. Each morning or afternoon we would visit the spectacular pool to cool off as the temperature was quite hot during our visit.
At the Castello we really enjoyed the wine tasting and castle visit as well as the amazing body massages - definately visit the health and wellness spa!
The surrounding towns of Greve, Castella in Chianti, San Gimano and San Casciano are gorgeous. Dinner at del Nonna's (San Casciano) is a must as is a visit to market day. The cellar tour and wine tasting lunch at Castello di Verrazzano is also a highlight."
"We just had a wonderful stay in the Canonica apartment in Chianti. Thanks to Italy Perfect's great website, and recommendations, we found this to be the perfect villa for our family of 6--we went with our four children, ages 8, 6, 3, 1. The villa grounds are wonderful, there is even a little playground that was a nice surprise! The reception staff are wonderfully helpful, even helped me with our Elba Ferry booking, which had to be done in Italian. The villa was very spacious, and so charming. We were happy to find that we did not need air conditioning in September, and the mosquitoes were not too bad.The views from every window were breathtaking. We found the Chianti region to be full of wonderful destinations, and the nearby town of San Casciano was very pretty, with a big playgound overlooking the valley. The co-op there is really the best deal for food to stock the kitchen, but a bit tricky to find, so on your first night just go to the local bodega. Market days in the hill towns are really fun, and the reception will offer a nice schedule of the nearby ones. Overall we really loved our time here and hope to come back one day! Thanks so much, Pat for your Italy Discovery Journal, we enjoyed the tidbits and activities in it as much as our kids did!"
"Die Wohnung hat unseren Erwartungen voll entsprochen. Sie war gross, komfortabel und das alles an bester Lage in der Verlängerung der Ponte Vecchio. Der vorhandene Lift macht es einfach, um in das vierte Geschoss der Wohnung zu kommen. Um das Problem eines piepsenden Bewegungsmelder hat sich Italy Perfect umgehend gekümmert und gelöst. [The apartment fully met our expectations. It was big, comfortable and all in a prime location in the extension of the Ponte Vecchio. The existing elevator makes it easy to get to the fourth floor of the apartment. Italy Perfect immediately addressed and resolved the problem of a beeping motion detector.] Thank you very much, very nice to read your positive review! We're glad you enjoyed your stay. The Italy Perfect Team"
"Amazing pre trip service from Pat who was super helpful and during our trip hostess, Barbara who was utterly exceptional - helpful, supportive, and responsive no matter what time of day - and whatever the request - she got us into places we could never have done without her, an incredible place, and location, truly wonderful hospitality and thoughtful touches including welcoming bellinis, truly an exceptional holiday I would throughly recommend this to anyone thinking of visiting Venice. Do it now while it’s quiet !"
