"It was all excellent. Modern and clean. Well located. I would rent that place again or something from you in another city. [It was a pleasure. We would be delighted to rent to you again! The Italy Perfect Team]"
"Villa Aurora proved to be exactly what our family needed in Rome after 10 days of biking and sightseeing in southern Italy. There was plenty of room for the whole family to spread out and enjoy being in a quiet garden in the city. The location was at the top of Piazza del Popolo, so, easy to walk to lots of historical sights, shopping, and great restaurants nearby. Our host and house keeper met us at the villa when we arrived with a warm welcome and a freshly made fruit tart which the family enjoyed. Spaska, the housekeeper, proved to be a gem for us. She was warm and friendly and was at the villa daily for cleaning service for a couple of hours. The famous Ristorante Alfredo is less than .8 of a mile away of Via del Corso and it didn't disappoint. They invented the Fettucine Alfredo where we first went in 1989 and it still is excellent. Our teen-aged grandchildren who are foodies were impressed. Clemente alla Maddalena was a great lunch out of the hot sunny day and near lots of shopping and on our way to the Pantheon. Waiters were very friendly and the food was first rate if a bit pricey but worth it. Aside from historical sight seeing, eating and shopping, the real savior of our trip was Pat Byrne at Italy Perfect. She saved us by finding this wonderful villa 3 days before we left for Italy when our original apartment with another company cancelled on us. Pat also went the extra mile by sending us tips on sightseeing and some wonderful restaurants too.I have already referred many of our friends to Italy Perfect and I would certainly use Italy Perfect again in the future without hesitation. [We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay! We look forward to welcoming you again! The Italy Perfect Team]"
"Everything was perfect! Spacious, beautiful, clean!! You have thought of everything! Warm Croissants delivered every morning was everyone's favorite! [We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your stay! The Italy Perfect Team]"
"The Cassia apartment was perfection! We are a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 children and the apartment worked great for us. Everyone had their own adorable room and plenty of space to hang out in as well. The private roof top terrace was my favorite. I sat out on it every evening with a glass of prosecco listening to the bells of Venice and looking at the canal, it was magical. The apartment is comfortable and beautifully decorated. The warm daily croissants were and added bonus. The location is 7 minutes from San Marco square, very centrally located but down a quiet alley. They also provide a notebook with restaurant suggestions, which was very helpful. This is our second time renting with Italy Perfect and we will definitely rent again with them, Pat and the crew make it so easy! [Thank you for your great review! We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay! We look forward to welcoming you again! The Italy Perfect Team]"
"We absolutely LOVED staying at Borgo Chiarentana. The Tiglio apartment was perfect for our family of 4, my husband and I and our 2 adult children. The setting was idyllic, could not have asked for a better introduction to the Tuscan countryside. The grounds are expansive and a swim in the pool was so refreshing. Loreena was incredibly welcoming and so helpful to us in recommending restaurants, and even called around Nfor us to book reservations. We were pleased to find in the kitchen, a welcome basket--bottle of wine, loaf of bread, meat and cheese and of course, olive oil from the estate. We were lucky enough to have the olive oil tasting dinner the first night we arrived. It was such a pleasure to meet Donata, and hear about the estate and the oils produced there. Our stay was much too short as we spent most days exploring the countryside, but it was so nice to come home to Tiglio at the end of the day. The whole time we kept talking about going back with extended family. I would highly recommend this property! We also booked another property with Italy perfectNiccolo Ginestre, which was also wonderful. I wouldnt hesitate to book any property through Italy PerfectIt was easy and perfect, start to finish!"
"We loved our stay there, and Lorena, who was essentially our concierge, was delightful and so helpful. Traveling most of the day and arriving late in the afternoon, it was really nice to have the basics already on hand when we got there. We were invited to dinner onsite later that night with the other guests, and it was absolutely superb: some of the best pasta I’ve ever had in my life. It’s also very centrally located to some of our favorite Italian wine regions (Montepulciano, Montalcino). "
"Schönes Appartement und nette, sehr hilfreiche Unterstützung von Gastgeberin Daniela. Nice apartment and nice, very helpful support from hostess Daniela."
"Note from Italy Perfect: This review is for the L'Albero Bella villa on the same estate, a 3 minute walk from Villa Landolfo. It is managed equally as professionally and wonderfully as Villa Landolfo. We always wanted to spend Easter in Italy, and Italy Perfect made that a reality. We spoke with Kelly and Lisa, and everything they told us about the property and location was spot on. They gave us valuable tips and helped us hone in on our location. I would 100% recommend Italy Perfect for anyone wanting a villa vacation in Tuscany. Seven of us stayed at L'Albery Bello in mid-April of 2019 over the Easter week. We rented a car and drove from the Rome airport. The location was perfect for Tuscany as it is an easy 2 hour drive from Rome. We were greeted by Barbara, and she was absolutely awesome. Her English was fine, and she was willing to do whatever it took to make us happy. The cook, LouAnna, made us excellent dinners and they even have wine for sale at reasonable prices (if you forget to stock up at the grocery). Barbara cleaned every day and the villa was spotless. She even emptied the fireplace ashes and restocked with fresh firewood each afternoon. We had 7 people with us, but the living areas within the villa were big enough to accommodate many more. We were so comfortable that we skipped one of our planned excursions to just relax at the villa. The pool wasn't open yet as it was mid-April, but I could imagine it being even more relaxing at the pool. The only slight downside to the villa was the queen beds upstairs. They were a little firm for our taste. The twins downstairs were actually a bit more comfortable. It wasn't enough to cause an issue, it's just that we prefer a softer mattress. I can't say enough about Barbara and how nice it was to see her every day for a week. On our last day, she introduced us to her husband, and when we left, there were hugs and kisses to go around (and maybe a few tears). We will definitely look to see her on our next trip to Tuscany. From our villa, Florence is within an hour's drive, and Siena is 40 minutes. There are many other small towns to see that are less than 30 minutes. I was a bit nervous to drive from town to town, but the roads were more than easy to navigate. I would recommend using google maps, but make sure to download "offline maps" as the GPS will still work without data reception. We never got lost using this trick. For anyone who is a wine lover, Montalcino is a must see. It is about 45 minutes from the villa by car. We tasted Brunello at local vineyards and spent some time in the city of Montalcino. The San Polino winery was our favorite, and we had a case shipped back to the U.S. The town of Lucignano is a 5 minute drive, or 20 minute walk. The 2 main restaurants in Lucignano are excellent, and the Gelato was the highlight. The owner of the Gelato shop spoke perfect English, and he was very excited to tell us about everything local to the area (very helpful). We spent one afternoon just walking through the town, having lunch at the La Tavernetta and or course having gelato for dessert. Overall, I would definitely recommend Italy Perfect for anyone looking to rent in Italy. L'Albero Bello was an excellent place to stay for the 7 of us. Whether or not we go back isn't the question, it's just a matter of when... [We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your trip! We look forward to working with you again! The Italy Perfect Team]"
"We had a wonderful stay at your property! Clean, lovely staff, and a great center to enjoy hilltop towns close by in the region! Perfect way to share with friends! Having a kitchen and living room gave us the opportunity to share our day and plan for the next day’s adventure. We would definitely stay again! For me, this was one of my favorite parts and part of my bucket list. Beautiful property! Thank you for the grand hospitality!"
"We had a wonderful time in Florence. Our apartment was quiet, very comfortable, clean and spacious. It was also close to the main historical sites and high-end shopping. Laura was a delight to work with, explained things well and couldn't be more helpful. All in all, we had a great time and would recommend Italy Perfect without hesitation. [Thank you for your kind review. We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay with us. The Italy Perfect Team.]"
"The house was one of the warmest we've been to whilst travelling throughout the north of Italy during winter. It was also clean and well appointed. It is quaint and close to the main train and bus stations. We loved how it was situated, in a place that was easy to walk to all the main attractions in Florence. There was more than one supermarket less than 5 minutes away by foot. It was a little bit small for a family of four and, with the apartment being on the third floor, it isn't too practical if you are travelling with large suitcases. Frankly, though, apart from this it was a very pleasant stay. Sharon and Chiara both saw to it that we were well accommodated both, before arriving and that we enjoyed our vacation as we were leaving."
"My family used your apartment in Florence over the New Year holiday and really enjoyed it. You have a beautiful apartment in a terrific location. "
"This apartment had wonderful light, was fully equipped, and was in a wonderful location. We enjoyed coffee on the little balcony and having two baths was a plus. Everything you would need is nearby: pharmacy, money exchange, markets, restaurants and bars. The only down side was that the shower did not work properly or else we were not able to get it to work properly. We did get an excellent orientation from Daniela. Italy Perfect was easy and helpful to deal with. I would rent this apartment again. [Thank you very much for your review and for enjoying the apartment and that great neighborhood. We’ll check the shower, for sure. The Italy Perfect Team]"
"We very enjoyed the apartment and location! It was perfectly located and everyone there was very kind! The Florence apartment and people there were perfect as promised!Thank you for kindness and patience! "
"The Sereneta is a charming apt, with all the modern conveniences but still with venitian decor and views. The rooftop terrace is wonderful, a lovely place for a morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine. Even the garbage barge or dhl delivery boat are quaint, illustrating how venitians cope with modern day life. The location was good, not far from the grand canal and st marks but away from the noise. Grocery stores, cheese shops and places to buy wine were nearby. We went to several cities in Italy, and Venice was the highlight of our stay. Perhaps Italy Perfect could reserve a water taxi in advance, making getting to the apt easier w/luggage or have the greeter meet guests at the train station. Perhaps the greeter should call the guests to confirm the arrival time, introduce herself, take a little bit of the travel burden off the traveler. But I would recommend Italy Perfect based on the accommodations we rented in Rome and Venice. Apartments just give you a little more room than a hotel suite. Ciao from Italy.[We are delighted you enjoyed your stay at the Serenata apartment. Thank you for the suggestion to have us arrange water taxis & meet guests at the train station. We used to offer the service of reserving a water taxi for this apartment but never got any takers; we thought it was because of the additional reservation fee. We do include arrangement of water taxi service for our luxury Venice apartments and could consider adding that service to the more affordable apartments. The greeter doesn’t wait at the station or airport for guests because of travel delays that frequently occur, which is why the guests call the greeter with arrival updates as we indicated to you, however that is another paid service we could add. The ItalyPerfect Team]"
"Gorgeous apartment with great views of Arno. Close to everything, but quiet enough to rest. Only issue was very uncomfortable pillows in all bedrooms. [Thank you Julie, we are sorry you found the pillows to be uncomfortable. The Italy Perfect Team]"
"The view from the terrace of the Basilica is even better than the pictures on the website. The building is charming, the apartment is very comfortable and close to everything in Florence. The building manager was prompt, explained everything and was available if needed. The views from the terrace especially at sunset were spectacular. Our first evening we were serenaded by a lone violinist playing the most beautiful music in the middle of the piazza. The apartment was quiet at night. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. I would highly recommend staying in any of the apartments in this building. I would most definitely stay here again when in Florence."
"We had a wonderful time at this property. Our family of six fit perfectly with the layout and amenities of Bucine Limonaia. Marianna was a wonderful host and the location was perfect for day trips in Tuscany. The atmosphere was very peaceful and rejuvenating while allowing easy access to sites in the area. We would have no hesitation staying here again during our next visit to the region. Great memories! [Thank you so much, we are happy you enjoyed your stay! The Italy Perfect Team]"
"We stayed at Divine Dante for 7 nights and had a wonderful time. The villa is located outside of Florence, close to Fiesole, and is absolutely beautiful. Situated on beautifully landscaped, lush grounds the hundreds years old villa was recently(+/- 2 years ago) renovated and has modern conveniences/luxury in an old world setting. We loved the villa and it's spacious, very comfortable bedrooms and en suite bathrooms all on 2nd or 3rd floors. The main floor was beautiful with a very modern, efficient kitchen, large dining room, and sitting rooms, laundry, and a porch. The entire property was very tasteful and well appointed. There is a very helpful, professional house manager who made beds, cleaned rooms, prepared coffee, and was an excellent resource for the villa, the neighborhood, and for Florence. The villa is wonderful but in warm weather the first floor, which is not air conditioned as is the upper floors and does not have screens on all windows, got uncomfortably warm.[We are delighted you enjoyed your stay! The Italy Perfect Team]"
"If you love a tranquil setting in the country, set in the midst of medieval villages, fortresses and castles, this is a perfect place for your family vacation. After spending four days in the heat and bustle of Rome, Riposa Verde was a heavenly respite with it's cool breezes, gorgeous olive trees, and swimming pool. The nearby town of San Casciano Dei Bagni could not be more charming with it's own castle and delicious little stores. Our favorite days started off by going into town and bringing back pastries, honey, cheese, salami, raviolis and fruit from the delightful, little Italian specialty stores. Days were sprinkled with road trips to nearby sights and lounging by the pool, reading books. Favorite day trips included visiting Siena, Orvieto, Assisi (recommend stopping in Solomeo and Deruta along the way), Pienza, climbing the medieval tower of Radicofani, and a gorgeous drive for a beach day in Monte Argentario, stopping in Pitigliano along the way. At night, we were treated to the best dinner of our lives at the Fighini Castle up the road. Worth it to order the seven course dinner. Ristorante Daniela and La Fontanella are not to be missed. On Saturdays/Sundays, lunch at Santa Chiara in Sarteano was fantastic. But maybe the best part of all, was coming home to dinners prepared by Eleonora. Such a very special place to spend a magical time with your family![Thank you Jana, we are delighted you enjoyed your stay! The Italy Perfect Team]"
"This apartment is on the outer edge of the tourist area but only a few blocks from everything. For someone who wants to have some of their meals in the apartment it is ideal. It is only about 7 short blocks from a terrific outdoor market for fruits, vegetables, cheese, bread, meat, etc. There is an outdoor terrace overlooking the piazza which is fabulous. We ate more than half our meals there. It is a 15 minute or less walk to any attraction. The only downside to the apartment at all is that there are steps up or down between the rooms which you have to pay attention to, especially at night. Other than that, it is perfect, very clean, well furnished and a joy to experience. “Thank you for staying with us at Italy Perfect; we loved hearing about your experiences in the neighborhood, please come back soon!
