I stayed for a week at this very comfortable and well-located apartment in the center of Rome, just a couple blocks for Piazza Navona with my husband and my two adolescent kids. The location if perfect, close to the main attractions, to nice restaurants with a convenience store very close by. The apartment was complete with washing machine, laundry machine pans, and everything that we could have needed. I definitely recommend it.

2 of us stayed for 3 weeks over Christmas & New Years during the Jubiliee. An incredible temple “Congregacao dos Padres da Doutrina Crista” is right outside the master bedroom window, and is a few steps from the entrance to the flat. The flat is on the 3rd floor, there is a small elevator, simple to use, but the exercise from the stairs was wonderful. We walked 10+ miles a day, just about everything is walkable from this location. Very quiet area but close enough to everything. The Carrefour market is just around the corner and has everything you need for quick snacks or to make a meal at home. The kitchen had all the necessary tools to eat in. The 2 full bathrooms was A DREAM - we were both able to get ready at the same time each day so we could make the most of exploring Rome. Water heater worked incredibly. The washer/dryer combo was “ok” but good for Italy (took a long time but better than nothing! We used a few times for our basic laundry needs). 100% recommend & would book again.

We had a wonderful stay for our first visit to Florence. Everything was just as the pictures depicted and we were very comfortable and did not want for anything. Our greeter was lovely and helpful when we needed it. The location can't be beat - so close to everything. We walked everywhere - no need to even think about a taxi or Uber. This is my second stay with a Perfect property and I'm looking forward to the next trip.

This spot could not be more perfect. The moment we arrived on our street we knew it was the place for us! Great restaurants nearby, fabulous shopping, and close to all the landmarks. We stayed there with our college aged children and it was the perfect size for the four of us. The balcony is a bonus! The kitchen is tiny, but that really doesn’t matter, because all we used it for was making coffee and pouring the fabulous wine we bought. The accommodations are terrific.

The Ginevra apartment, and service from Italy Perfect, exceeded my expectations. If you want an apartment on one of the prime Spanish Steps streets, don't hesitiate to book Ginevra. Simply charming location! Love the brightness of the apartment. It was a comfortable retreat from the bustling streets of Rome.

This apartment worked very well for our group of four. The location is central but quiet. The apartment is very clean and well-maintained. The kitchen is small but works fine for small meals. We very much enjoyed our stay.

You can’t beat the location of the Matilde apartment. So central to everything yet serene and quiet at night. The bedrooms are spacious. The living area is tight for 4 people and the kitchen is very small. We were there for a week and the lack of a gathering area started to be an issue. Don’t think it would be a big deal for a few nights.

Our family of 4 adults enjoyed the Pasquino apartment very much: wonderful location, very comfortable and well equipped. We all thought the apartment was great. It is a bit noisy as it is near restaurants and cafes, but that is part of the charm and it is not noisy for sleeping. The apartment is well insulated when the windows are shut. We would definitely stay in the apartment again.

This was our third time booking a villa through Italy Perfect. We trust their knowledge not only of every property they represent but great tips and recommendations for things to see and do in the area. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Dorata, very comfortable home, wonderful location near scenice town of San Casciano and an easy drive to Florence and Siena. Learned it was a former convent way back when, neat to learn a bit about the history. I highly recommend this villa.

The Melodia Villa was exactly what I was looking for to enjoy a week in Tuscany & it I could not have been happier with this choice. The knowledgeable Italy Perfect staff gave excellent advice to help me choose this villa based on my family's requirements and things we wanted to see and do. Melodia is fantastic - all the modern conveniences in a beautiful rustic setting. Gorgeous views, all amenities. We loved it!!

Trying to avoid too much emotion but we adored this villa. The family gathered here for a splendid late summer visit. We really appreciated the location so close to charming San Casciano, a really short drive and has everything you want in a Tuscan town. Mecca for our wine lovers. Other towns nearby really fun to explore. Something that worked super for our multi-generation group were the five or six gathering places indoors and out so that people would comfortably group together or separate to their desire. I couldn't stop feasting on the views of woods, orchards, vineyards and cypress trees marching across the horizon. My husband and I claimed the "cottage" and loved the play of light through the stone walls. He loved exploring the villa's different parts thinking about when long ago they were built and for what purpose. Highly recommend villa and Italy Perfect. Lesley A.

The special features here really drew in our group. Although the appearance is beautifully rustic, the facilities are modern, top notch and eco. Views are gorgeous across the fields and flowers. We had to work hard to get our crew away from all the possibilities right at the villa: soccer, volleyball, billiards, amazing gym, saunas and more. We had the chef come, wine tasting and a cooking lesson right there. Fun trying to figure out the uses of a cool collection of antique agricultural machines. The local town of Foiano is a beautiful medieval village and we stumbled in to find the local farmer's market on Monday. The village of Lucignano really charming. So much more. Stay here. Analisa
The apartment was spacious, sparsely but adequately furnished (I'm thinking of the kitchen and living room) and the helpful responses for the small issues that arose, quickly addressed. While a bit large for the two of us, it was the perfect size once my daughter and her husband arrived - the set up of the bedrooms on opposite sides of the apartment and two full separate bathrooms allowed everyone privacy and, when a stomach bug made an unwelcome visit, allowed for some space between the sick and the well! I would recommend the apartment to anyone but it is probably best for a group of two or more.

We had a great stay at the Prisco apartment. The family has 3 apartments in the same building, and all are great. We have stayed in 2 of the 3 and always look forward to staying here. The location is perfect in central Florence. That does make it noisy at times, but that's life in any big city. The owners are a wonderful couple who go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Highly recommend. I know we'll be back!

This was our second stay in a Vacation Perfect apartment - love, love, love them! The local contacts were very responsive in both cases, and Vacation Perfect was extremely accommodating in our rescheduling plans during Covid, etc. The apartment suited our needs perfectly, and we enjoyed the small streets in our area - shopping, restaurants, wandering. The windows shut out noise very well, except the 1 bedroom facing Via Coronari, but we hit several weekends and holidays - totally understandable considering we were in the heart of Rome! Can’t wait to use this service again - any plans to expand locations to additional countries? I’m on board!
