Our second stay at this wonderful apartment. The views are spectacular. The location is perfect with proximity to the main attractions and proximity to less-touristy neighborhoods.

My husband and I just spent 5 weeks at this wonderful apartment. We loved having two terraces, I never grew tired of seeing the light change over the Roman rooftops. Every issue we encountered was skillfully addressed by either the host or the Italy Perfect team (our second trip with Italy Perfect and far from our last). The apartment is clean, calm, a refuge to the magical chaos of Rome.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It was a great location! Several very good restaurants on the same street and very easy walking distance to many of the top attractions in Florence. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Check-in and out were very easy and we had great communication with the host. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice and convenient place to stay in Florence

The L'Albero Villa was exactly what we dreamed of...and more. The location, easy walk into Lucignano was so wonderful. We were 4 couples & enjoyed exploaring Tuscany, wine tasting, terrific restaurants. Our time together at the villa was priceless - laughing, cooking together, sharing stories, playing card, planning the next day's adventure. The Italy Perfect team was amazingly knowledgeable and professional. They really know Italy and provided such helpful advice before, during and after the booking pricess. Highly recommended!

Beautiful unit as described. Fully renovated and new furnishings. Great views from the terrace. Owner let us check out 30 minutes later to better match our train departure. It’s the top floor, so if elevator isn’t working for any reason like someone forgets to close all the elevator doors you do have to walk up potentially 6 flights to figure out where it might be stuck. Only happened once on our trip.

We enjoyed our stay at Prisco. The owners were very helpful and welcoming. The location is perfect and it was great to have such a spacious place. Lots of restaurants nearby. We could walk everywhere.

We loved our stay at this beautiful place! Right in the heart of the city center, located next to all the attractions, with magnificent views from the flat. My absolute favorite part was the terrace, I can imagine how amazing it must be when the weather gets warmer, a true gem! I highly recommend this property! It was a true pleasure to be welcomed by a wonderful host who was so helpful and guided us through every step how to reach Florence and provided all the valuable tips about any questions we had. And the apartment was furnished with virtually everything we needed - and more - plus a complimentary bottle of wine. We were completely happy with our experience. Loved our 10-day stay in Florence with Italy Perfect. Giotto apartment was excellent and roomy for 6 of us. Enjoyed people-watching out the windows to the piazza below. Highly recommended this apartment and great location.
The apartment is clean, spacious, and well-appointed in an excellent location. The owners were friendly and made sure that the apartment was ready at the time of our arrival. We found excellent restaurants on our street (Via Della Spade) and we walked everywhere in Florence (Duomo, Uffizi, Oltrarno, Piazzale Michelangelo, Santa Croce, Piazza Signoria, Palazzo Vecchio, etc). It's an easy walk, even with luggage, from the train station. We like this apartment so much we have stayed in it twice and will stay here again during out next visit.

We had a wonderful stay at ItalyPerfect’s place for one week. Everything was smooth from the first moment till checkout. The location of the apartment was fabulous, in walking distance to Rome’s major attractions. There were plenty of restaurants to suit all tastes and some grocery stores in a neighborhood. The apartment itself was just as described: very cozy, freshly renovated, clean and well-appointed and had a comfortable bed and lounge. The kitchen was great to cook in. The lovely terrace was a wonderful bonus to enjoy the quiet warm evenings of our Roman holiday. I could not miss a small and slow but very charming elevator which was extremely helpful to get to third floor. I would definitely stay here again and recommend the Sonata apartment as a great place to explore Rome from.

We had a wonderful stay in the Giotto apartment, it was so comfortable and clean. It met our needs perfectly, we plan to book it again for next fall. Fantastic location. Appreciated the helpful recommendations from Italy Perfect and the attentive onsite staff.

Everything about this stay was perfect! The unit was spotless, spacious, and very well equipped. And the location was super convenient and easily walkable to the majority of the ancient city historic sites and attractions, and The Vatican. Located in a safe walkable neighborhood with many shops and restaurants within comfortable walking distance. Would strongly recommend for a central Rome location!

It is a great flat with amazing view from terrace. Location cannot be better, in the middle of everything but no street noise since it is a penthouse at 6th floor. Our host was also very helpful, will definitely recommend to anyone that wants to go this amazing city…

Our host greeted us at the property on our arrival and was highly attentive. She went through the property, keys and assisted us with local information. We had a query a few days later and was happy to assist us. The property was clean, fantastic location and secure. I would definitely return to this property, thank you to our host and Italy Perfect.
