"The location was absolutely great. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. There was the issue of mosquitoes.[Thank you so much. We love that location, too. Yes, there can be mosquitoes in Florence. The owner said she showed you the mosquito appliances. The Italy Perfect Team]"
"Apartment was as pictured, clean and well equipped. The greeter was there when we arrived so that was seamless. The terrace was wonderful. The location was excellent and within walking distance to everything. After a day out in the city it was very nice to come home to a quiet, well equipped place to relax. I'd highly recommend it."
"I stayed in ZenZero for the entire sunmmer. I cannot say enough about Italy Perfect, Palazzo Treves, or my host and hostess, The Marquess and Marchesa Berlinghieri. The setting and accommodations are superlative, the housekeeping staff is meticulous, and the flats themselves are gorgeous. I have stayed at most of the world's finest hotels. If you are not satisfied with this vacation rental vendor or the Palazzo or the hosts, there is something wrong with you. I left feeling like a Venetian in every sense of the word.[We are thrilled that you enjoyed your stay with us! The Italy Perfect Team]"
"Memoria apartment is in the best location imaginable! The balcony overlooks the Arno River, right at the foot of the Ponte Vecchio. The view is spectacular. You can see some of the famous sites of Florence 4 stories up as you enjoy your glass of wine. The flat is spacious and modern, with every amenity you can imagine (including an American-style washer and dryer, very unusual to find in Italy). And I mean EVERY amenity, including many guide books in English, books on Florence art, and much more. The kitchen is thoroughly equipped and then some. You can walk to the famous Florence sites in minutes. Isabel, the manager, is a gem. She quickly responds to messages and phone calls, and she gets things done immediately (not that we had any problems, just a few questions about getting around). She's a great help in guiding your way around Florence. Our experience booking with Italy Perfect was, well...perfect. Email and phone communication was great, everything was better than we were told it would be. We will certainly book through Italy Perfect again. [Thank you for your great review! We are thrilled that you enjoyed your stay! The Italy Perfect Team]"

"This apartment is fantastic - quiet, elegant and very spacious. We also rented the adjoining Benozzo and that was a wonderful combination for a large family. We have been staying in the Palazzo for over 15 years and every property is great and the service and welcoming spirit is a real treat. [We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay! We look forward to your return! The Italy Perfect Team]"
"Beautifully restored farm house. Great attention to detail. In the middle of farm land, so very quiet. Owner very accommodating. Not close to food stores or restaurants, but has a great kitchen. Would recommend this property. [Thank you for your good review! The Italy Perfect Team]"
"Loved the apartment it’s exactly as advertised. Elvira and staff were kind and wonderful to us. Location could not be better. Will stay again. Also pat was great up front![Thank you for your review! We look forward to welcoming you again! The Italy Perfect Team]"
"Our family spent a week in Florence, we stayed at the Felicita apartment, and it was perfect. The location next to the Ponte Vecchio was great, close to the Uffizi and Palazzo Vecchio and the Boboli Gardens. We loved the view of the Palazzo Pitti from our balcony. We liked the tasteful decor of the apartment and the convenience of a washer and drier. For Breakfasts we recommend Artiginale nearby, also check out the restaurants around Santo Spirito for a more laid back vibe than the other side of the Arno. The apartment was clean, well appointed, and very confortable. [We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay! The Italy Perfect Team]"
"My husband and I loved the Renata apartment. The location near the Spanish Step was perfect and although we were in Rome during a heat wave the apartment's air conditioning held up just fine...which is not always the case in Rome. The preplanning Italy Perfect did was right on target. We also rented the Valentina and Zegno apartments as we had twelve in our group. All the apartments were as advertised, although it's a bit difficult to hear the bell or buzzer in the Zegno apartment as you have to enter past the manager's office and the door was always closed. I had groceries delivered to each apartment in advance, although the grocery store is just a very short 5 min walk and it's easy to go and get exactly what you want. Because we were a large group I made some dinner reservations and these restaurants stood out in the area and treated us well. Al 34 and Il Gabriella. If the adults want to get away AD Hoc is a great place, small and reservations a must. We used Family Twist to arrange our group tours and I can't say enough about them, they were wonderful. I have used Italy Perfect and Paris Perfect and highly recommend them to anyone. [We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay! The Italy Perfect Team] "

"We enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our family of 4. It was great location close to many restaurants, shopping, Trevi fountain, Spanish Steps and much more. Italy perfect was great....someone was there to greet us, walked us through the apartment, gave tips and helped with transportation coordination to and from the airport. We use Italy Perfect and would stay at the Sabini property again. [We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay! The Italy Perfect Team]"
"This is the second time we have used Italy Perfect and again it was a wonderful experience. Our greeter was lovely and Edgar was very friendly and helpful. The Zegno apartment was great and two years ago Valentina was terrific. These two places are located in the same building very close to the Spanish steps and great shopping. I highly recommend Italy Perfect and Pat provided exceptional service. [We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay! The Italy Perfect Team]"
"It was all excellent. Modern and clean. Well located. I would rent that place again or something from you in another city. [It was a pleasure. We would be delighted to rent to you again! The Italy Perfect Team]"
"Villa Aurora proved to be exactly what our family needed in Rome after 10 days of biking and sightseeing in southern Italy. There was plenty of room for the whole family to spread out and enjoy being in a quiet garden in the city. The location was at the top of Piazza del Popolo, so, easy to walk to lots of historical sights, shopping, and great restaurants nearby. Our host and house keeper met us at the villa when we arrived with a warm welcome and a freshly made fruit tart which the family enjoyed. Spaska, the housekeeper, proved to be a gem for us. She was warm and friendly and was at the villa daily for cleaning service for a couple of hours. The famous Ristorante Alfredo is less than .8 of a mile away of Via del Corso and it didn't disappoint. They invented the Fettucine Alfredo where we first went in 1989 and it still is excellent. Our teen-aged grandchildren who are foodies were impressed. Clemente alla Maddalena was a great lunch out of the hot sunny day and near lots of shopping and on our way to the Pantheon. Waiters were very friendly and the food was first rate if a bit pricey but worth it. Aside from historical sight seeing, eating and shopping, the real savior of our trip was Pat Byrne at Italy Perfect. She saved us by finding this wonderful villa 3 days before we left for Italy when our original apartment with another company cancelled on us. Pat also went the extra mile by sending us tips on sightseeing and some wonderful restaurants too.I have already referred many of our friends to Italy Perfect and I would certainly use Italy Perfect again in the future without hesitation. [We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay! We look forward to welcoming you again! The Italy Perfect Team]"
"Everything was perfect! Spacious, beautiful, clean!! You have thought of everything! Warm Croissants delivered every morning was everyone's favorite! [We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your stay! The Italy Perfect Team]"
"The Cassia apartment was perfection! We are a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 children and the apartment worked great for us. Everyone had their own adorable room and plenty of space to hang out in as well. The private roof top terrace was my favorite. I sat out on it every evening with a glass of prosecco listening to the bells of Venice and looking at the canal, it was magical. The apartment is comfortable and beautifully decorated. The warm daily croissants were and added bonus. The location is 7 minutes from San Marco square, very centrally located but down a quiet alley. They also provide a notebook with restaurant suggestions, which was very helpful. This is our second time renting with Italy Perfect and we will definitely rent again with them, Pat and the crew make it so easy! [Thank you for your great review! We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay! We look forward to welcoming you again! The Italy Perfect Team]"
"We absolutely LOVED staying at Borgo Chiarentana. The Tiglio apartment was perfect for our family of 4, my husband and I and our 2 adult children. The setting was idyllic, could not have asked for a better introduction to the Tuscan countryside. The grounds are expansive and a swim in the pool was so refreshing. Loreena was incredibly welcoming and so helpful to us in recommending restaurants, and even called around Nfor us to book reservations. We were pleased to find in the kitchen, a welcome basket--bottle of wine, loaf of bread, meat and cheese and of course, olive oil from the estate. We were lucky enough to have the olive oil tasting dinner the first night we arrived. It was such a pleasure to meet Donata, and hear about the estate and the oils produced there. Our stay was much too short as we spent most days exploring the countryside, but it was so nice to come home to Tiglio at the end of the day. The whole time we kept talking about going back with extended family. I would highly recommend this property! We also booked another property with Italy perfectNiccolo Ginestre, which was also wonderful. I wouldnt hesitate to book any property through Italy PerfectIt was easy and perfect, start to finish!"
"We loved our stay there, and Lorena, who was essentially our concierge, was delightful and so helpful. Traveling most of the day and arriving late in the afternoon, it was really nice to have the basics already on hand when we got there. We were invited to dinner onsite later that night with the other guests, and it was absolutely superb: some of the best pasta I’ve ever had in my life. It’s also very centrally located to some of our favorite Italian wine regions (Montepulciano, Montalcino). "
"Schönes Appartement und nette, sehr hilfreiche Unterstützung von Gastgeberin Daniela. Nice apartment and nice, very helpful support from hostess Daniela."
"Note from Italy Perfect: This review is for the L'Albero Bella villa on the same estate, a 3 minute walk from Villa Landolfo. It is managed equally as professionally and wonderfully as Villa Landolfo. We always wanted to spend Easter in Italy, and Italy Perfect made that a reality. We spoke with Kelly and Lisa, and everything they told us about the property and location was spot on. They gave us valuable tips and helped us hone in on our location. I would 100% recommend Italy Perfect for anyone wanting a villa vacation in Tuscany. Seven of us stayed at L'Albery Bello in mid-April of 2019 over the Easter week. We rented a car and drove from the Rome airport. The location was perfect for Tuscany as it is an easy 2 hour drive from Rome. We were greeted by Barbara, and she was absolutely awesome. Her English was fine, and she was willing to do whatever it took to make us happy. The cook, LouAnna, made us excellent dinners and they even have wine for sale at reasonable prices (if you forget to stock up at the grocery). Barbara cleaned every day and the villa was spotless. She even emptied the fireplace ashes and restocked with fresh firewood each afternoon. We had 7 people with us, but the living areas within the villa were big enough to accommodate many more. We were so comfortable that we skipped one of our planned excursions to just relax at the villa. The pool wasn't open yet as it was mid-April, but I could imagine it being even more relaxing at the pool. The only slight downside to the villa was the queen beds upstairs. They were a little firm for our taste. The twins downstairs were actually a bit more comfortable. It wasn't enough to cause an issue, it's just that we prefer a softer mattress. I can't say enough about Barbara and how nice it was to see her every day for a week. On our last day, she introduced us to her husband, and when we left, there were hugs and kisses to go around (and maybe a few tears). We will definitely look to see her on our next trip to Tuscany. From our villa, Florence is within an hour's drive, and Siena is 40 minutes. There are many other small towns to see that are less than 30 minutes. I was a bit nervous to drive from town to town, but the roads were more than easy to navigate. I would recommend using google maps, but make sure to download "offline maps" as the GPS will still work without data reception. We never got lost using this trick. For anyone who is a wine lover, Montalcino is a must see. It is about 45 minutes from the villa by car. We tasted Brunello at local vineyards and spent some time in the city of Montalcino. The San Polino winery was our favorite, and we had a case shipped back to the U.S. The town of Lucignano is a 5 minute drive, or 20 minute walk. The 2 main restaurants in Lucignano are excellent, and the Gelato was the highlight. The owner of the Gelato shop spoke perfect English, and he was very excited to tell us about everything local to the area (very helpful). We spent one afternoon just walking through the town, having lunch at the La Tavernetta and or course having gelato for dessert. Overall, I would definitely recommend Italy Perfect for anyone looking to rent in Italy. L'Albero Bello was an excellent place to stay for the 7 of us. Whether or not we go back isn't the question, it's just a matter of when... [We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your trip! We look forward to working with you again! The Italy Perfect Team]"
