The building is located in the center of Florence where the shopping is incomparable. You’re five minutes away from everything. The owners were gracious and wonderful hosts. The apartment is exactly as advertised. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony and had lots of room with a large sitting room bedroom dressing, room, and bathroom. I can’t wait to return!

A wonderful apartment in fabulous location. All of Florence was right out our door and walkable. Clean and comfortable with an elevator which was very nice to have. The best part was the balcony which was large and provided wonderful views of Florence including the Duomo. Particularly nice was hearing the singing in the streets at night. Almost like our own private concert while we enjoyed a glass of wine in the evening.

What a wonderful week in Italy! The apartment was perfect, matched the description to a tee. The location for us was easily accessible to numerous restaurants, shops and sights. Make sure you wear comfortable shoes and you will be good. We are not extra fit and the walking was okay for us. Italy Perfect set up our transportation from the airport and that is the way to go. We used IT taxi to the train terminal, download their app. Back to the apartment, it was the most lovely place to stay, all the amenities we needed. We learned to be patient for the elevator but is better than walking up the stairs! Cannot wait to return. Caio!

My wife and I had a wonderful time at the bellisima Prisco apartment! The amenities were top quality, huge kitchen for preparing meals and the space itself is absolutely grand. We could not have asked for a better location, as everything is within walking distance. Our hosts were the perfect attentive hosts who went out of their way to make sure that you were well taken care of and had everything you needed. Great attention to details, exquisite decor and extremely friendly and gracious hosts. Provided maps and directions, offered good places to grab a bite, and shop right down the street. Close to all the sights and right in middle of the shopping district. Perfect spot! Wifi was strong and having a washer and elevator helped! We can't wait to return to this perfetto stay in Firenze! Grazie Mille!!!

This was the perfect location to stay in Rome. Walking distance to all the sites and allowed us to experience a little more of a neighbourhood vibe. Coffee shops, grocery store, and restaurants are steps from the apartment. Bonus we found a dedicated gluten free bakery around the corner, which even my non-gluten free friends loved. The apartment was well appointed with everything you would need, bonus there is an elevator and air conditioned rooms that actually cool! Would highly recommend Sisto Fiume for anyone visiting Rome.

We absolutely loved the Sonata apartment. Beautifully appointed, easy check in and perfect location. We were able to walk to most everything. Loved being close to great restaurants in Piazza Navona and Piazza de Fiori. Five stars!

My elderly mom, my wife and I spent eight nights at the apartment and found it very comfortable. The apartment is well equipped and clean. The check in went very smoothly and the location can’t be beat. The elevator was a life saver for my mom. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay hear again if we returned to Florence.

We had a wonderful time staying in this apartment. The location is perfect, 10/10. We arrived early, the host helped us coordinate a spot to leave luggage to allow us to walk around Florence. We were so close to Ponte Vecchio & a short walk to sunsets at Piazzale Michelangelo, a grocery store and many good options for aperitivo and coffee. Would return again.

First of all, our host was amazing! She helped us check in early and gave us great recommendations about restaurants and shops around the apartment. We were able to enjoy the restaurants and gelato places that she had recommended and they were excellent! She even took us to a couple of different shops to help us find some excellent jewelry and shoes. Shop owners in the area knew exactly who she was. The apartment was in perfect condition. Great location! It was perfect for our group of four. All the amenities were excellent. We were able to cook some of our meals, and there was plenty of cookware and dishes. The guidebook in the apartment was excellent. Nicely done!

This apartment exceeded our expectations! It is in the heart of Florence and beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home. The hosts have thought of everything. The terrace is lovely, and it was nice to enjoy our morning coffee on it. We can't wait to try another property in another city.

Our greeter was such a great help on getting us settled in and giving great recommendations for food, gelato and things to do. She went the extra mile for us when I needed help with transportation. We’d happily stay at any of the Italy Perfect locations. If you really want to be in a great spot in Florence; stay here.

Our stay at the Pasquino apartment near Piaza Navona was perfect…my two daughters and my elderly mother were with me. The location is outstanding, all of the best sights in Rome are within easy walking distance, great restaurants are right outside the door or just down the street, the best gelato is a few blocks away, there is a wonderful little grocery market down the street as well. It was so much fun walking around at night enjoying a tiramisu or gelato and taking in the lively atmosphere around Piaza Navona and the fountain. Very comfortable beds and living space, as well as a fully equipped kitchen…it was an easy home away from home for us. It was hard to leave…but we’re hoping one day we’ll be back!

We stayed in Concerto for a week and could not have been happier. While this apartment is in one of the few remaining towers in Florence, it is completely up to date and beautifully renovated. The gorgeous terrace was our favorite place to relax and to enjoy our meals. Our host was extremely helpful and very friendly. I most definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who is travelling to Florence.
