This was a two month stay, and the host Francesco was great, he was very responsive to our needs and questions. The property is well situated to visit the Tuscan area, near enough to Florence and Sienna and all in between. The farmhouse is no frills, but has most of the necessities, with the exception of air condition, so I would caution using the months we did, it was very hot in Tuscany when we visited, and without A/C, it became pretty unbearable for us. Not the fault of the property, and they did not advertise A/C, but know that without A/C in the summer months it may be uncomfortable.

It’s location is in a great area full of bars and restaurants. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Perfect for three couples! Every time I wrote to our host, she responded quickly and politely. We all had a positive experience and would stay here again. They are wonderful hosts.
Very nive apartment in the heart of Monti close to EVERYTHING (Coliseo, Foro Romano, Parks, Supermarkets, etc). We were 8 (4 adults, 4 children) and were able to comfortably sleep. We would stay here again. Host is very responsive and accomodated many of our special requests. Well equipted kitchen and bathrooms. Great place to stay in Rome!
This was a wonderful location for our stay in Rome. Very close to Cavour station, but we enjoyed walking to the major attractions and seeing the beautiful surroundings. Great spot for our kids. Highly recommend it!
This was a very lovely apartment in the heart of Rome! Extended family of nine traveling in Rome, and this great apartment was just what we needed! Everyone had their own space, and there was even A/C in the extremely hot days we were there. Our host was very gracious and thorough in providing details about the apartment and Rome. So close to St. Mark's Square, this large apartment is a perfect retreat from the bustling streets of Venice. Luxurious and clean, with easy check in/check out, you will be sad to leave! If you want delicious croissants on your last day in Venice, don't check out before 8! Our requests to have them deliver extra croissants the morning before, was lost in translation. But the fridge had plenty of bottled water for hot days and butter and cream to whip up Fettuccine Alfredo, not a Venetian dish, but still buono!

Our stay in a Florence was simply spectacular. This home was huge, sparkling clean, extremely comfortable, and nice and cool during the heat wave. This charming Casetta is in the center of everything and walking distance to all you want to see with even more to discover. My mom and I found it hard to leave as we felt so at home. We would have our morning coffee on the terrace and wine during the evenings as we could hear cello playing in the distance. The design of the home was also perfection. I hope to be back again soon, thank you for a seamless stay and for making us fall in love with Florence.

Our family could not believe the timeless beauty of this location and the luxury of the villa. Getting together here strengthened our relationships and provided a lifetime of memories. We still tear up a bit when we think of the lovely week we spent there.

Perfect location, nice accommodations - roomy. Vacation Perfect was excellent about communications and coordinating arrival and departure. Also found us a driver when we were in a pinch because of a taxi strike. HIGHLY recommend

This apartment was lovely for our family of four. Plenty of space to relax and spread out. The kitchen was limited but more than enough for our needs. The option to rent additional apartments next door would be ideal for a large group or family. We also enjoyed the laundry amenity. The bathrooms were beautiful and spacious. We would definitely stay again - and hope to!

No review can do this apartment the justice it deserves! My family and I stayed at the S Croce Medici for a week in June and fell in love with the apartment and location. From a smooth and seamless check in until the end of our stay this apartment exceeded our needs with its spacious layout and fantastic views. We were even treated outside our windows with the semifinals of the Calcio Storico in the plaza and enjoyed watching such a unique sport. We would definitely stay here again! Note: for individuals 6 feet (1.8 meters) or taller be careful of bedroom and bathroom doorways. The doorways are shorter than what you may expect.

My family and I stayed here for a week in June and loved this apartment. The location is perfect walking distance to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and more. There is a grocery store nearby and many wonderful restaurants to pick from. And for Americans used to Air Conditioning there are fully functional AC units in each bedroom and living room that will keep the whole family nice and cool during the summer months!
