The Prisco apartment was a wonderful place to stay in Florence. The location was ideal being within walking distance of everything in older part of the city. Our hosts were great and were very helpful and responsive. The only thing we could have asked for would be for more useful cooking utensils. We loved cooking in and having dinner by one of the open kitchen windows and would have done more of that if we could have. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you

My husband and I just spent 8 days at this lovely apartment. The location is excellent, the pictures are descriptive, it was a warm and inviting place to call home for our week in Rome. This was a wonderful apartment in central Florence. Feeling like we had stepped back in time, it was comfortable and clean. The outdoor space was ideal for breakfast and a glass of wine at night. Hosts were excellent. Many fine restaurants close by (best was Giovanni's). Hope to return soon.

We were very impressed by this apartment, and it worked well for our family of 2 parents and 3 children (age 4-10). Location is awesome. The space was larger than expected, with two good size bedrooms and bathrooms, a full kitchen, and large sitting room. The hosts were super responsive and helpful with check in and questions.

Staying at the Borgo Vespa is one of the most memorable times in our extensive travels. Our host was fantastic and perfectly arranged our transportation, shopping and dinner reservations. The villa is set in one of the most beautiful areas in Tuscany just a short train ride from Rome. There’s history galore. So quiet, so relaxing, endless grounds with amazing gardens to wander, roads to walk or bike, and a relaxing pool area. I want Maria’s recipe for her to-die-for lasagna! You’ll never forget your stay here. The Vespa was spacious, spotless and beautifully furnished.

It has been a dream of mine to visit Italy and staying at Strozzi was a memorable experience. The place is a combination of old-world charm and cool architecture right in the heart of several designer boutiques. Palazzo Strozzi was also located on the same street where we admired a current digital art exhibition. Everything was convenient and right at your doorstep, from the bakery, a mini-mart, several good restaurants, little shops and walking distance to the Santa Maria Novella train station. It was fun to stroll down this street and sightseeing. Our hosts were so welcoming and gave us a lot of tips and places to go. This is the place to stay in Florence and would highly recommend it to our friends and family.

Seeing Tuscany and staying at Borgo Bersagliere was a dream come true for me. It is such a special place, so peaceful, quiet and relaxing. The apartment has such a historical background that it has a true feel of a traditional Tuscan style architecture. Borgo Bersagliere was tastefully furnished and decorated with antique furniture, the grounds beautiful with nice views all around, the living room, bedroom, bath and kitchen are comfortable with modern convenience. We would go out in the day sightseeing in the nearby towns and come back to the place and feel all relax and cozy. The night air was so cool and you could smell jasmine wafting through the air. Our host was so incredibly nice and helpful in making our stay memorable. I would definitely return and recommend the place to all my friends and relatives.

We loved our stay at the Lorenzo. We were able to check in early to accommodate our train schedule and we were greeted with a lovely basket of snacks, luxury bath supplies, washer/dryer, spotless & comfortable rooms and an absolutely stunning view out over the rooftops of Florence, including the Duomo. The location was fantastic and safe. Our three teenagers were able to explore on their own and we could easily walk anywhere we wanted to go in the city. I highly recommend the Lorenzo for anyone looking for the feel of a luxury hotel with the space and comfort of an apartment.

We so enjoyed our stay at the Elegante Tre. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out and we appreciated the welcome goodies in the kitchen. Everything was spotlessly clean, our host, Barbara, was full of helpful information and the location was lovely....we walked everywhere and felt very safe. Bravo!

AMAZING! The 16th century farm house was so beautiful! The bathrooms were so nicely modernized but the charm throughout the house was comfortable and beautiful. Our host was there to greet us and show us around. He provided fruit, milk, eggs, cookies, coffee, and olive oil from their own trees to get us started. He also arranged for us two separate personal wine tours with driver. Eleanora, the chef was incredible! She was sooooo adorable and her meals were scrumptious!!! We chose to have her prepare most of our dinners there. I miss her so already! We visited Siena, Montepulciano, Orvieta , Florence and a nearby lake town.

The apartment was fantastic as was Daniela our local host. We had my wife and an adult son for a week. The location was excellent as we were close to the Piazza del Popolo with many shops and restaurants that we excellent. The apartment was very secure with not only the inside door to the building but an outdoor car door to the street. We could not be more satisfied and would not hesitate to book this location again.

We spent a heavenly month in "Memoria." The location can't be beat, on the 5th floor (with elevator) of a post-war building right over the Ponte Vecchio and the arched corridor leading to the Uffizi. The apartment is spacious, with fantastic light and views across the Arno. There is a small balcony outside big picture windows in the living room. The windows do a good job of keeping out the noise, but we loved sitting on the terrace and hearing the nightly musicians play on the bridge. The bed in the main bedroom was comfortable, and there is lots of closet space. We loved having a washer AND dryer, as well as a dishwasher. The kitchen is not the most modern, but it has everything you need. Isabel was an excellent, gracious greeter and always available to help if we had questions during our stay. There's a Conad chain grocery store just across the bridge, so that was convenient. And of course, there are wonderful restaurants, museums, and historical sites within close walking distance. There's a great gelateria and caffè right next door, and the famed (and tiny) Buca dell'Orafo trattoria is only a half-block away. Many great restaurants within a block or two! For a splurge, try the Golden View... Memoria is in the heart of the tourist district, so it might not have the same character as other more "Florentine" neighborhoods (which have small specialty shops for bread, meats, cheeses, wine); but that's more than made up for by the spectacular views and openness, the central location, and the charm of the apartment. This is the third time we have rented an apartment with Italy Perfect, and we can't say enough about the service and the wonderful way the staff handles rentals. We will definitely be back and would love to stay in Memoria again! Mille grazie!

This was our 15th year of extended stays in Europe and we have used numerous apartment rental companies over that time. We can truthfully say that Vacation Perfect is without a doubt the very best. This past two-month long stay in Paris and Italy in the Marsannay and Pasquino apartments was nothing short of perfect. Along with a side trip to Tuscany in another of Vacation Perfect’s apartments our extended stay was a delight. These were the 3rd, 4th and 5th apartments we’ve rented from VP over the years and they have all been spotlessly clean, well equipped, stylishly decorated, individually unique, centrally located, easily accessible and problem free. Lisa and Pat, along with the rest of the VP team are knowledgeable, instantly helpful and totally dedicated to their clients. The Pasquino apartment is everything we’ve just described. Centrally located in the heart of the Roma action. Yet, the apartment has been recently redesigned to allow you to partake in the nightlife down on the piazza below from your windows or shut it out when sleep beckons. Rome, unlike any other city in Europe is itself a museum and the everywhere you turn is another historical gem. During our month long stay we took a side trip to Tuscany for a few days and stayed at another VP villa. Again, we weren’t disappointed. The Borgo Vespa is a beautiful, rustic elegance in the Tuscan countryside. It was a last-minute decision and Pat and her team made it happen without a hitch. We have already booked another apartment with VP for the Fall of 2022 and are anxiously looking forward to our stay. There’s an obvious reason the company is called Vacation “Perfect.”

This apartment is now a favorite for Florence. There is a small terrace with views, good air-conditioning, well-equipped kitchen and a perfect location. The management is very helpful. I would go back in an instant.

We absolutely loved this property! Perfect location for walking around! The unit was very clean and had everything you could want! We also loved the gift basket it was very nice having some extra things there to eat and drink! Thanks again for letting us enjoy your beautiful place! We'd love to visit again and probably will! We loved staying at the Memoria apartment. Wonderful location right at the entrance to the Ponte Vecchio bridge. We enjoyed listening to the music when it was played on the bridge from our balcony. Apartment is well appointed, nice couches and chairs in living room with sliding glass doors to the balcony. Kitchen had all the items needed cooking. 2 Bedrooms, one with a nice comfortable queen bed and the other with 2 twins that slept us 3 women comfortably. 2 baths, one with tub shower combo. The 2nd bath was small but had a walk-in shower. Very nice both a washer and dryer. The air conditioning in each room can be controlled individually. Isabel met us at the apartment and went over all the essentials of the apartment and then took us around to show us the best bank, some good restaurants (we ate at both & would highly recommend!), and some places for jewelry & leather. She was responsive, helpful and pleasant. She even met with one of us in the early morning for a power walk. This was truly a lovely stay and we'd love to stay again if ever in Florence.
