We lived our stay at the Prisco apartment. Our hosts were very accommodating and great to get to know. They gave us a beautiful welcome basket, arranged taxis and could not be nicer. We like to cook so the kitchen was important. It had everything you could need. Location was perfect. Close to everything. We would stay again.

My family and I stayed here over the Christmas holidays and had a wonderful time. The apartment is spacious and well stocked with all the amenities you might need. We mostly ate out but the times we cooked a light meal, the kitchen was really nice. Check in was very easy and everyone at Vacation Perfect was incredibly helpful. There a lots of wonderful restaurants nearby. We walked to many of the sites nearby, including the Vatican, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and the Pantheon.

We have just returned from the Zegno Apartment and our magical trip to Rome! What an incredible experience for all 6 of us (2 parents, 2 adult children and 2 grandparents). We had been planning this trip since 2019 and was delayed due to COVID. The Italy Perfect staff, especially Pat and Sonia, were absolutely wonderful. When the world was panicking, Pat was always there to take my call and answer my questions. She worked with my family to continue our reservations and I am overjoyed that she did. This apartment was perfect for my family – plenty of space for everyone to have privacy and their own refuge. The location was ideal. We walked to the majority of the attractions, with the exception of the Vatican and Colosseum. We were close enough to the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, and the right next door to the Spanish Steps. Sonia was responsive and pleasant when arranging for transportation to and from the airport and also the Vatican. The entire city was decorated for Christmas and the weather was ideal. We had perfect sunsets with glorious colors. There was a lot of details that went into this trip but all that hard work paid off! It was a trip of lifetime. When I go back to Rome, I will definitely book through Italy Perfect and will continue to highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you again for everything!

The apartment was beyond our wildest dreams. It's very large and beautifully decorated. The view onto the Canal simply can't be beat. Elvira and the staff are lovely and the location is ideal. We can't wait to return! Thank you for a magical vacation. It truly was "perfect."

We enjoyed a wonderful, albeit too short, stay in the Benozzo apartment in Palazzo Antellesi. Wonderfully and conveniently located to what we wanted to experience in Florence--just walk out the door and get to it! Francesca, one of the on-site people, was very sweet and accommodating. The apartment is elegant and well provisioned. We highly recommend a stay there and will definitely return.

The apartment was just as described, incredibly comfortable and perfectly located (very quiet too!). Italy Perfect and Elvira made our arrival and departure so straightforward, and the little touches like croissants in the morning were the icing on the cake of a brilliant trip to Venice. We’d definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the apartment for nine nights. It was exactly as we had hoped: clean, comfortable, well equipped, and well located. The location at the end of the Ponte Vecchio couldn't be better, being as central as it is. The apartment was very spacious, larger than it looks in the photos. It was very well appointed with ample closet space for three adults as well as laundry facilities and a fully-equipped kitchen. Isabel was very attentive to our every need and was very gracious in welcoming us, explaining how to work everything, and even gave us a nice walk around the neighborhood to show us convenient locations for groceries, ATM, gelato, etc., and offered to give us a more extensive tour later in our stay. Everything about our stay was perfect and we were very pleased.

The location is incredible. The apartment is well serviced. It would be nice if there were fewer single beds and more larger beds. The kitchen is totally serviceable. The floor is not at all level, which takes some getting used to but feels totally appropriate for Venice. Would definitely recommend.

FRANCESCO WAS THE BEST HOST WE HAVE HAD IN THE 22+ YEARS WE HAVE BEEN GONG TO ITALY. GREAT COUNTRY LIVING EXPERIENCE. GREAT WIFI. GREAT LOCATION BETWEEN FLORENCE AND SIENNA TO SEE A LOT OF TUSCANY. BUT YOU CAN'T BE A TIMID DRIVER. GETS SOME USED TO DRIVING ON THOSE NARROW ROADS BUT THAT'S WHAT MAKES THE EXPERIENCE MEMORABLE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS TO EXPERIENCE REAL ITALIAN COUNTRY SIDE LIVING.

We visited Rome, Florence, and Venice and stayed at Italy Perfect properties at all three stops (Elegante in Rome, S. Croce Medici in Florence, and Cassia in Venice). We had an amazing time and would highly recommend Italy Perfect to anyone! I was especially appreciative of the excellent services offered by Italy Perfect staff that ensured we had unforgettable experiences everywhere we went (e.g. airport transfers, background on locations, tips and tricks, etc.). We spent four weeks at Casetta Bonsi in October 2021. Since we were there for an extended period, we settled in and became very familiar with the house and surroundings; more so compared to the usual one-two week visit. The house proved to be very comfortable. The upstairs bedroom is large and has plenty of closet space. The bed was very good. The bathroom also is fairly large and features new, modern furnishings. The terrace is small but good for sitting out in for morning coffee. The downstairs seating and dining areas were great for lounging around during the evening. The kitchen is small but functional, and fairly well-equipped. (Note, however, that while there is a microwave, it doesn't have an oven.) The dishwasher and clothes washer were an added bonus. As other reviewers have noted, the location is exceptional. The main tourist areas are steps away. Plus, the Bardini and Boboli gardens are a short walk up the hill (past a house where Galileo once lived); both are lovely and a great respite from the crowds (although, TBH, it wasn't so crowded when we were there). Finally, the owner, Maurizio, was very friendly and accommodating. We needed his help with a couple of very minor things, and he was super helpful and responsive. Recommended heartily and unconditionally! [Thank you very much, Andrew, for enjoying Casetta Bonsi and Florence!]

This was our second time staying in this lovely, historic building. We previously stayed in an apartment on the third floor where we had bird's-eye view of the exciting Calcio Storico in June 2018. We didn't think we could beat that apartment, but for this trip we were lucky to get the Miravista with its fabulous balcony! The weather was wonderful. We enjoyed coffee in the morning and wine in the evenings looking out at the facade of Santa Croce on one side and the Duomo on the other. A great place to people watch and take in the beauty of the skyline. The apartment was well-equipped, spacious, and beautiful. The elevator was improved from our last trip and it was great for hauling luggage. We were pleased to be greeted by the Countessa who helped us become acquainted with the apartment and general area. We have really fallen in love this these accommodations and the neighborhood, and are looking forward to our next trip to this beautiful city. We can't think of a more ideal location or better accommodations ... and truly a great value!

The only thing I wish had done differently is that I we had scheduled a longer stay. This was a great location. I want to echo what other reviewers have said about the Italy Perfect team. This is our second trip using the Italy Perfect and I can not say enough positive things about working with them. They are friendly and personable ... you feel like you're deal with a family member who wants you to have the perfect experience. They provided all kinds of recommendations for hosts and private guides. I also want to mention that having Matteo and Marco help with transportation from the airport and to the train station was indispensable to our getting our bearings and feeling confident that we were in the right location. Parking was a challenge, but they took care of everything and we never felt disoriented or stressed, as is sometimes the case when you've flown for 15 hours and arrive exhausted. The location and accommodations were also just what we needed for our group of 5 which included a grandmother and two teenagers on their first European trip. The host who greeted us was helpful with recommendations about where to eat and general orientation to the neighborhood. It is an excellent location with Piazza Novonne right around the corner, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, and so much more only minutes away ... everything was so walk-able, and beautiful, and safe. The bedding was very good, and the bathrooms and kitchen were updated and extremely nice. And, since the weather was hot, it was nice to have rooms that had screens on the windows, something that is somewhat rare in my experience in Rome. We will definitely consider this apartment and location again. Thanks to Pat and the whole team at IP ... they rock!

We loved staying in this house. The house easily accomodated three women. Hairdryers in both bath rooms Our only negative was that we had to buy paper products - no tissues (did have toilet tissue), no napkins/papertowels in the kitchen and only one cloth towel. We would have been fine with cloth napkins, but there was nothing. I know it sounds picky but it was an irritant. Other than that it was wonderful, and the grounds were incredible. We got there in early October so it was too cool for us to swim, but the pool was lovely! [We are delighted you so enjoyed the house and your stay. Very sorry you couldn't find the paper items. The manager would have popped over with those items in minutes had you called. The Italy Perfect Team]

We loved the apartment - very spacious and beautiful bathrooms! It was in a great location with many restaurants nearby. The kitchen was lovely with new appliances, including a dishwasher! Our only problem was with the antique door lock. It took several tries every time we had to unlock the door. But other than that, I would definitely stay there again.
