Our stay there was wonderful, our host took excellent care of us. The place is very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed although we ate out most meals. The morning croissants were excellent. It was very nice to be able to arrive and depart through the water taxi canal doors, we saw many people lugging their bags across the bumpy pavement - but we didn't have to. Would definitely stay again... The host is a Gem!

We just returned from a (5) night stay in the S Croce Tosca. We've stayed in Florence several times before and this by far were the best accommodations we've experienced. It's perfect for two couples as it's laid out in a way to have bedroom privacy and also great common area in the living room and kitchen. The building has been updated and is appointed with everything that you may need to make your stay a great one. Its location in Santa Croce is also very convenient to all areas of the city. Upon arrival we were greeter was friendly, showed us around, and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend the Tosca and plan to return again.

We and two grandson cousins, 13 and 15 years of age, had such a marvelous August 2023 week based in the stylish, well-appointed Pasquino apartment and charming, exquisitely located Piazza di Pasquino neighborhood that one boy titled his Instagram to friends "Trip of a Life." Rather than repeat all of the superb comments expressed in reviews, with which we concur, the following are some local favorites: Entoteca Cul de Sac and Pasquino, right below our windows in the piazza, for casual, street-side dining, and down adjacent Via del Governo Vecchio, Cantina e Cucina for great pizza, Supermercato Carrefour Express, and two wonderful gelato spots. Just behind Campo di Fiori is delightful Il Fornaio bakery on Via Dei Baullari for morning pastries and Michelin noted Luciano Cucina Italiana in Piazza del Teatro di Pompeo for outstanding food and welcome. Walking is the best way to all major monuments, but taxis are always available early morning on at the stand nearby on Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, good transport even to the ancient port city Ostia Antica, an exceptional out-of-city excursion, with return by train from Ostia an easy trip. A special neighborhood moment was watching from the Cul de Sac terrace a single-person political statement at the famous Pasquino talking statue. With thanks to Pat for this our third Italy Perfect rental to again set a perfect stage for happy, memorable travel adventure with grandchildren.

Fantastic apartment, truly one of a kind. Exquisite design. Close to everything but at the same time quiet at night. Excellent restaurants in the same street as the apartment. We loved it!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Florence in this beautiful apartment. It was the family home and you can see that they still care for it greatly. We ordered a welcome basket for two people, and there was so much food and snacks that we had more than enough. Guests should be aware that there is a surcharge for electricity use, but still definitely worth the stay in this beautiful place.

We had such an amazing time and we would love to stay again! Our host was the most amazing host! She gave us so many amazing recommendations and was very responsive. Any time we needed anything, she’d be there immediately to help us out! On the day we left, we had a tight schedule to catch the train and she was there to help us catch a taxi and we were all checked out. We loved the patio space and enjoyed sitting on the patio and listening to the street music and enjoying our drinks! The space was very clean and tidy. Everything is well laid out and there is everything you would need. There is also an elevator to reach the apartment which is very useful! Location is amazing as it is right in the central area by Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi. There are so many things to do, eat nearby.

The apartment is well located, on a very quiet street (even with a hotel opposite, no disturbance). The bedrooms and bathrooms are great. An available, attentive and very friendly host. This apartment is only a short (5 minute) walk from Piazza San Marco. That's great if you want to be close to the popular tourist destinations and transportation options. But, at least in August, this area was extremely crowded. Fortunately, at night the crowds thin out a bit, and the apartment is quiet. The kitchen is well-equipped, with electric tea pot, Nespresso and moka pot for making coffee, dishwasher, pots and pans, etc. But no microwave oven. The building has shared washing machines on the ground floor, but no dryers. The airconditioner units were really appreciated after a long day of walking the city. We enjoyed relaxing on the altana (rooftop terrace) and watching the gondolas and water taxis floating by below. One warning for other visitors: the checkout procedure requires leaving both key sets in the apartment, but you need a key to exit the ground floor lobby. So this probably required two persons: one to hold the front door open, and the other to leave the keys in the apt.

Hands down the best apartment we rented during our 3-week Italy vacation. Terrific location. Wish we'd found Italy Perfect sooner so that we could have booked all our accommodations with them. Thanks for everything, we will refer you to friends, especially Pat who was so helpful.

Excellent staff from reservation to departure. Superb location to start any Rome adventure. Our family of 3 felt safe walking at night and venturing around. There is a convenient Taxi station nearby if your travels require some driving. Overall, the apartment was very clean, well equipped and fresh. Our daughter indicated the smaller bed was not comfortable and sofas were not suitable for sleeping. Nonetheless, we had a fantastic stay and hope to return to explore more in the future.

Two couples traveling to Florence for the first time, really enjoyed our stay at the Allegro apartment. Lisa from Italy Perfect was super helpful with info and advice and the greeter was equally informative and gracious. Apartment is beautiful and location is excellent.

We loved our stay at the Amore apartment. Hands down the best apartment we've stayed in ever. The terrace is spectacular and the apartment is wonderfully furnished. Italy Perfect restaurant recommendations were spot on, greeter very friendly and helpful too.

Everything about our time in Florence was magical, so happy we found Italy Perfect and booked the Amore apartment. We had our coffee on the terrace in the morning and loved coming back after dinner to sit out, yet again, and admire the skyline and the incredible views. Was up early one morning and say a hot air balloon passing over, beautiful. Location was incredible, apartment was excellent. Highly recommended.
