"My family and I spent a lovely 8 days in the Valentina and Renata apartments that form a huge living space for the 8 of us to enjoy. The apartments are comfortable, well appointed and HUGE for this area of Rome. We loved the cozy fireplaces in the living rooms as well as the 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. What an ideal setting for a family get together. Our host Marcella was delightful as was the greeter Edgard. We felt extremely welcome and cared for. The apartments are quiet even though we are just a block off the Via Condotti. You couldn’t ask for a better location to explore Rome from. There are numerous great restaurants in the area and most major sights are walkable. Italy Perfect has once again made our Rome stay memorable! [Thank you so much Steve. You are always welcome to come again.]"
"A little quirky but a lovely accommodation. The kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms etc were just fine. Walking distance to many nice places to eat. Note that this area is basically a series of cliffs or plateaus if you will, so in spite of what the map appears to show, you can't walk a block to the beach as you might in many seaside communities. (we knew this, but don't be surprised). The hosts (who we met briefly) were very nice. Their secretary, who manages guests, was a lovely person who provided a lot of helpful area information. If you arrive in a car, the driveway entrance is very (very!) tight. We had rented a Volvo V60 wagon and it would just fit. The street is narrow and busy, so it's a challenge to get into the driveway as you have to move back and forth several times in order to line up to get into the driveway. Once you arrive, it's a short walk to the train station. However you'll need to use a car for any extensive grocery shopping as it's not really walking distance if you plan to carry anything heavy. The local Conad is a short drive and has a parking lot - which is important as street parking in town is very difficult and you'd need to go to a paid lot. Minor nits: no outside lights are on at night so when arriving in foot (like after dinner) we had to use our phones' flashlights to see where we were going. The foliage on the footpaths to the apartment are very overgrown and it's like pushing your way thru the jungle in certain sections. There's no dryer. To air dry clothes you'd need to carry them up a narrow spiral staircase to the roof deck which is above the second floor. We used a local lavanderia which I'd recommend driving to and parking in the paid lot across the street for a euro or two. Be aware that getting laundry done that way on weekends is generally impossible. All in all though it's quirky but very nice. We'd rent it again. Our issues with the place are quite minor. [Thank you for your repeat business. We are pleased you enjoyed the wonderfully private Luna villa, and the walkability to many nice restaurants and the welcome hosts and their helpful secretary. It is accurate that there is no clothes dryer, as stated in the Luna description on the website, clothes dryers are still relatively uncommon in Italy. The Italy Perfect Team]"
"I just returned from spending a month at MINERVA’S TREASURE in Rome, Italy. Every step of the way working with Italy Perfect was indeed PERFECT. The moment I arrived I was met by the most amazing greeter Daniela who walked me through everything I needed to know about the unit and the area. She was patient and took her time answering any questions I had. The apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated. The bed/mattress was extremely comfortable. The restaurants Daniela recommended were all superb. Casa Restaurant was steps away and so so delicious but just a few blocks away were other amazing eateries and shops. The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots, pans and utensils that I needed to prepare some delicious meals for myself during my stay. The location was perfect in every way. I walked everywhere. What a plus having a washer/dryer in the apartment. Rare in Italy. The Wifi was excellent so I was able to respond to work daily. I highly recommend using Italy Perfect as your vacation rental experts. I also have used Paris Perfect in the past. Two well run companies. [Thank you Carol, we are delighted you enjoyed your stay! "We had a wonderful week at Riposo Verde. The property is not quite as elegant as it appears in the photos; it is actually a bit rustic. But, it is large, comfortable and situated on a quiet plot of land with a garden and fruit trees. We were there in early October and enjoyed fresh tomatoes, yummy Concord grapes and other goodies that we incorporated into meals. The nearest town, San Casciano dei Bagni is delightful but has just one of everything. That said, we did several day trips to Orvieto (a must) and Civita de Bagnoreggio. This was fine for us, as we intended to have a quiet and relaxing trip. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped and made cooking a breeze. One thing you must do here:hire Elenora to make you a fabulous meal (or two). She does everything - shop, cook, serve and clean for the cost of a restaurant meal at La Fontanella. What a treat after a long day of sightseeing! The owner is a wonderful host and did everything he could to make our stay enjoyable. Also, he is a talented professional photographer and took a family photo of us at the end of our week. Riposo Verde is a lovely Tuscan idyll - go and enjoy!! This is our fourth Italy Perfect vacation and we will use them again - properties are well chosen, vetted and Lisa is always ready to be of assistance!! "
"My husband and I recently stayed in the Menta apartment for four nights and we are happy to report that it is an absolutely lovely apartment in every way. The location is terrific as it's very near Piazza San Marco and in a very quiet area. There is one, caveat, though. The Westin Hotel is currently doing major construction and the noise and vibration can be heard in the apartment during the day.Fortunately, the workers leave around 5 pm so it is quiet in the evening. The apartment is furnished beautiful and the bed is very comfortable. The apartment is beautifully maintained. The staff, including the secretary who will make dinner reservations, and the housekeeping staff were all extremely gracious and helpful. It is lovely having warm croissants delivered to the apartment daily. It is the only place we want to stay now when I'm in Venice. We highly recommend it at the risk of not being able to reserve it in the future because it is so popular. [Thank you Jan, we are happy you enjoyed staying at the Menta and are sorry for the construction noise during your stay. We look forward to welcoming you again! The Italy Perfect Team]"
"When we walked into crowded, noisy, Piazza Santa Croce on a warm sunny fall day, the first inclination was to say "Oh, no, we've made a bad choice." for accommodations. To our absolute delight, the apartment we rented did not open over the Piazza and the noise was minimal. The apartment was very well furnished and extremely comfortable. Other than a wonky microwave, things worked well. The only drawbacks were the odd location of a step in the bathroom and the step inside the door, possibly due to renovations and the only way to lay new pipes and wires. The top of the door frame to the kitchen is low, so anyone over 6 feet tall will need to be extra careful not to hit it with his/her head. The staff who welcomed us were helpful and thorough in explaining the instructions relevant to the property. We would definitely look at Italy Perfect for a future trip. [Thank you Verona, we are happy you enjoyed your stay! The Italy Perfect Team]"
"We had six enjoyable, comfortable nights in the Serenata apartment. Everything was as advertised or better. We greatly enjoyed the terrace/deck that gave us a wonderfully entertaining view of two busy canals below. The apartment is in a modern, clean building in a bustling neighborhood. There is easy access to a grocery store and many cafes and restaurants. Despite its location near Piazza San Marco, the apartment is very quiet. We heard no noise once we closed the windows and the door to the deck. We were greeted by Paola. She was most hospitable and welcoming and gave us a thorough tour through the apartment, explaining everything in detail. She then took us on a walk to the supermarket and pointed out shops and restaurants. We had called her the day before we arrived and she gave us clear and explicit instructions as to where to meet her. She was prompt and did not keep us waiting. We couldn't have had a more worry-free arrival and departure. There was no uncertainty; Paola was right there when she said she'd be. Part of staying in Venice is the experience of wandering the streets and alleys and getting lost. That was mostly a pleasant experience, but we learned not to trust Google Maps to get us to our destination. It's a good idea to have a paper map to compare with what's on your phone. We would wholeheartedly recommend this apartment, and we are grateful to Paola for her gracious welcome and her thorough explanations of the apartment and the neighborhood. [Thank you so much Bill and Linda, we are happy you enjoyed your stay! The Italy Perfect Team]"

"Comfortable centrally located apartment within walking distance of duomo and Arno River. Our greeter was very friendly and showed us on a map all of the locations of the major sites. We went to a restaurant she recommended Antica Restaurant di Cambi . She carefully explained all of the features of the apartment and how to work the appliances. The area is very quiet at night. Nearby are lovely shops, many restaurants and just across the Santa Trinita bridge is a good grocery store. I would recommend booking with Italy Perfect. [Thank you Pat, we are happy you enjoyed your stay! The Italy Perfect Team]"
"The apartment was beautiful. The location was perfect. Daniela the greeter, was super sweet and helpful. I will book the same apartment for my next trip to Rome just because of her. I would highly recommend Italy perfect. [Thank you Patricia! The Italy Perfect Team] "
"Villa Panorama lived up to our expectations and we had a most enjoyable week there. It has excellent facilities with more than enough room for a group of 8 to 10 people. I would highly recommend it.That said I have high expectations for such a place given the cost and these were not met in several small ways. This comes from not ensuring that over time all facilities are maintained to a high standard. Examples: insufficient wine glasses (attended to immediately by the manager); terrible pillows; no toiletries at all; light above the stove out etc. My main concern was that the English speaking greeter was not there to greet us, instead a lovely gentleman who spoke no English. It must be realised that travellers spend huge money on these places and look forward to the stay immensely. If it is not “perfect” especially on arrival then the enjoyment of the stay is diminished.Fix these little things up and Villa P would be outstanding. I would highly recommend Italy Perfect. [Thank you very much for your review. We are delighted you had an enjoyable week. We are so sorry that the English speaking manager had an unexpected and last-minute true emergency and had to send someone who didn’t speak English. As you wrote before, she was there the next day and organized everything for you. The Italy Perfect Team] "
"Our apartment was very comfortable and of a good size. Clean and well maintained. But what stood out the most was the view. We had an incredible view of the entire Santa Croce area and sitting on the patio at night was wonderful. And if you want to be in good shape don't take the small elevator since walking up and down the 4-5 floors offset much of the eating we did. Nice place and great location. Italy Perfect did a great job. [Thsnk you so much Andy, we are pleased you had a wonderfull time! The Italy Perfect Team]"
"Matt and I want to let you know that we thoroughly enjoyed Elisabetta's apartment and talking with her about her life. She is a fascinating and kind person. We are back home and miss the charm, food, wine, and scenery of Italy. Grazie mille, Sharon"
"The minute we stepped into this fabulous villa, our vacation started with “ahhhh” and ‘oooohhh”s. Where do I start? Here are some of the highlights: 1. Villa itself is beautiful, inside and outside; 2. All the bedrooms and other rooms are well appointed; 3. Friendly staff made the stay more enjoyable; 4. 40 minute walk down to Florence city center is lovely and easy; We plan to get back there in the warmer month and highly recommend it to everyone.Thank you Italy Perfect and a special shout out to Pat Byrne for her professional service. [Thank you! So pleased you enjoyed your stay.]"
"Traveling with four kids and two adults was challenging throughout Europe but this apartment fit us well. The apartment may actually have been too big as we never used the living room or dining room. The kitchen has couches and chairs so like all good parties we ended up spending time as a family in the kitchen. St. Croce Square is a great place to be, you feel like you are in the heart of everything. Though we had most breakfasts in the apartment at the foot of the stairs is a great place to eat.(Ristorante Boccadama) In fact we liked it so mush we ate there twice, a little crazy thinking how many other great places in Florence we could have gone. While we are talking food, Great burgers and beer are to be found at "Off the Hook" just down the road and if you are really craving a change from Italian food there is also a great Raman noodle place also just a little ways from the apartment. Having come from an all included apartment in Venice it was a surprise to us when the apparent managers started talking us through all of the changes we would face. Tourest charges, electricity and gas charges all seemed overwhelming. We did do laundry but hung it out and kept the AC low so sleeping was a bit uncomfortable. When we checked out total extra fees were 30 euro! Darn if I had not been so spooked by the fees we would have been a lot more comfortable! Bad dad... Stay here and enjoy! [Thank you David! "The apartment we rented from Italy Perfect was just that — perfect. Beautiful place, amazing views and outstanding location. Accessing the apartment was easy as we were met at the door and shown around. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and located in a wonderful part of the city. The building also had an incredibly helpful doorman (Paolo) who assisted us with everything we needed. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. "
"Great apartment in wonderful area of Florence. Overall price was reasonable but would have preferred one lump sum price instead of extras (i.e, gas). Apartment was beautifully furnished with everything that you would need or want. [We are happy you enjoyed the S. Croce Medici apartment and the wonderful location. We'll pass your feedback along to the owner but glad you were aware, even before reserving, that the utilities are paid separately based on your usage. We carefully ensure all potential guests are fully informed of this common practice in Italy where utilities are 6x the prices in North America. The Italy Perfect Team]"
"This apartment could not be better situated. It provided us with a perfect location to explore and enjoy Rome. It was well equipped and comfortable as well. We were able to make arrangements to be met at the airport and driven to the apartment, where we were welcomed again. Everything went as smoothly as a dream. We will highly recommend Italy Perfect to our friends! [Thank you Meredith! The Italy Perfect Team]"
"My friends and I enjoyed a really great stay at Regina Alta in November. The views were magnificent and the location was great for exploring the region. We enjoyed a day in Lucca, an afternoon exploring all the Montecatini has to offer including lunch at in the quaint village of Montecatini Alto - fantastic views. The villa is large and comfortable. "
"We were very happy with our stay in the Palazzo. It was a great location and everything about the lovely apartment- beautifully appointed - made our stay in Florence as nice as it could possibly be.The mild November weather even allowed for us to spend time outside on the rooftop terrace with superb views of Santa Croce, the activities of the piazza below, and surroundings. There were many good places nearby to eat - Il Cernacchino for sandwiches, La Maremma, and Boccadama, among them, which was always friendly and accommodating, either for cappuccino in the morning or a nice meal one evening. We took advantage of the travel tips on the Italy Perfect blog -very helpful. Also appreciated the assistance with reservation details and excellent service from Lisa and all others associated with Italy Perfect.Have recommended our experience to others and will continue to do so.Many thanks! "
"My wife, brother-in-law and sister-in-law and I all want to thank you for recommending Regina Bella for our first time trip to Tuscany. It had everything we had wished for. Our dreams were fulfilled. Would love to come back again. "
"I wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know that our trip to Tuscany and Rome was wonderful. Your help and your website really made our trip run very smoothly. We found Bucine to be a wonderful, serene spot in the Tuscan hills and being off the beaten path only added to the magic. The accommodations were beautiful, clean and well tended. Dinner and breakfast were tasty. Antonella is personable, kind and attentive. Her suggestions for dinner and towns to explore were spot on. We would be very happy to go back. Thank you for connecting us with a special place."
