We enjoyed the hospitality at Michaela. What wonderful hosts! Not only did they explain the apartment, they pointed out places on a city map to see during our visit. The location is close to the SMN train station, bakery, grocery, museums, dining options and shopping. The clean and well-furnished interior made for a great stay. Michaela offers a quiet location. The kitchenette was fine for breakfasts. If you're planning on cooking substantial meals, you might consider the full kitchen in Prisco, which is next door.

Beautiful flat, in the heart of Rome. Immediate access to a plethora of amazing restaurants and local shops as soon as you’re out the door. All rooms came filled with amenities and were beautifully maintained. Hosts are amazingly good at communicating. And check in process is a breeze.

We spent four nights at the Lorenzo in June. It was quite warm at that time so the air conditioning was wonderful. The apartment is beautifully decorated and immaculate. Our host was there to greet us and show how to work things. She also provided us with some welcoming snacks and food. We were traveling with our son, his wife, and two grandsons (8 and 10) so the Lorenzo was large enough to give everyone some space. The beds were very comfortable. There were very nice bathroom amenities. Everything seemed very well thought out to make it comfortable for guests. My grandsons enjoyed the candies that were left out "just for them". We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. Our host also recommended some restaurants which was greatly appreciated. It was so nice to stay somewhere that was even nicer than anticipated. The entire family thought the Lorenzo was the best place we stayed during our entire trip. We loved our stay here. The apartment is in a very central location but equally not too touristy. Some very good recommendations for bakeries and restaurants and bars which are very nearby, full of Italians, locals and tourists alike, and very friendly staff. The owners who met us were like meeting lovely and friendly Italian Nonni. Like staying with your grandparents. The apartment was comfortable and relaxed, very private and safe, and the internal courtyard balcony was secluded and lovely. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay here and can’t thank Miki and Franco enough for their hospitality. Staying here was so convenient to EVERYTHING! We were steps away from wonderful restaurants, bakeries and all this gorgeous city has to offer. I especially loved the historical details of this lovely home and enjoyed opening the beautiful French windows and doors and having coffee or wine. We would love to stay again sometime?

My family and I stayed here for a week in June and loved this apartment. The location is perfect walking distance to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and more. There is a grocery store nearby and many wonderful restaurants to pick from. And for Americans used to Air Conditioning there are fully functional AC units in each bedroom and living room that will keep the whole family nice and cool during the summer months!

Franco and Miki are amazing hosts. This apartment is located in the heart of Florence within walking distance of everything. We had a car during our trip to Italy but parked our car for all 3 nights in Florence at the garage that Franco suggested which was within walking distance. The apartment is huge with all amenities and is very luxurious with a very authentic feel of Florence. I can't stress enough on how helpful Franco and Miki were as hosts helping us out with everything. Just a week before our trip to Florence from NYC I injured my leg playing Tennis and wasn't able to walk much when I arrived in Italy (bummer that I was not able to reschedule our vacation). I had given Franco a heads up on this. He was so kind that he came with his car to the apartment, unloaded all the bags from our car into his apartment and then he followed me in his car to the parking garage and dropped me in his car back to the apartment since I wasn't able to walk much due to my walking boot/cast attached to my leg. He then explained everything in detail in the apartment along with his wife Miki that we really had no questions left to ask during the stay. When we were checking out, he again helped me by taking me to a luggage shop to buy an extra luggage bag to hold all the new things we shopped for while in Florence. And just to say, he is an 80 year old man who is kind and extremely helpful. I can't thank him enough for his hospitality especially with my mobility issues with my injured leg. Definitely recommend this beautiful home and the hosts as they will do everything possible to make you feel welcome!

Florence is difficult to communicate with photographs. It’s immense beauty is too large for a single image. This apartment follows that trend: it’s character and it’s location is too rich to encapsulate in an AirBnb listing. The neighborhood is top notch. The hosts are warm and inviting. The space is grand! You’ll look back on this booking as the best money you ever spent in Italy.

This apartment was amazing. The huge balcony overlooking the city was perfect to relax on and the location was right in the heart of Florence. The host for check in was super responsive and very helpful. Overall great experience here in a beautiful apartment.

If you’re searching for beautiful Tuscany villa in the most scenic setting, your search is over! We enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Frantoio Villa, it was our dream vacation. The villa is spacious, beautifully appointments and the grounds are magnificent. It made for a most special family vacation. Italy Perfect highly recommended!

No review can do this apartment the justice it deserves! My family and I stayed at the S Croce Medici for a week in June and fell in love with the apartment and location. From a smooth and seamless check in until the end of our stay this apartment exceeded our needs with its spacious layout and fantastic views. We were even treated outside our windows with the semifinals of the Calcio Storico in the plaza and enjoyed watching such a unique sport. We would definitely stay here again! Note: for individuals 6 feet (1.8 meters) or taller be careful of bedroom and bathroom doorways. The doorways are shorter than what you may expect. But I still give this apartment a 11/10!

The bathrooms were so nicely modernized but the charm throughout the house was comfortable and beautiful. Our host, Martino was there to greet us and show us around. He provided fruit, milk, eggs, cookies, coffee, and olive oil from their own trees to get us started. He also arranged for us two separate personal wine tours with driver. Eleanora, the chef was incredible! She was sooooo adorable and her meals were scrumptious!!! We chose to have her prepare most of our dinners there. I miss her so already! We visited Sienna, Montepulciano, Orvieta , Florence and a nearby lake town.

Loved our stay at the Graziosa villa. Scenic location, friendly host, great service from Italy Perfect team. Love the nearby town of San Casciano dei Bagni & the nice restaurants there. Did day trips to Orvieto and wine tasting in Montepulciano.

Apartment was clean and comfortable, terrace was a huge bonus. Really good hisitic center location. Greeter was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Loved the restaurants by Piazza Santo Spirito especially Gusto pizza.

Villa Felice was perfect for our extended family. Spent time sightseeing in the mornings and poolside in the afternoons. Excellent location for exploring the region which included a day trip into Florence with a private tour guide arranged by Italy Perfect, a shopping excursion to the luxury outlet mall nearby which made our teenage daughters happy, Chianti wine tasting in Greve. We had the perfect experience, thank for your guidance on choosing Villa Felice.

This apartment (Fermi) was lovely for our family of four. Plenty of space to relax and spread out. The kitchen was limited but more than enough for our needs. The option to rent additional apartments next door would be ideal for a large group or family. We also enjoyed the laundry amenity. The bathrooms were beautiful and spacious. We would definitely stay again - and hope to!

We'd had our hearts set on re-vising this special corner of Tuscany and finally, after 15 years, our dream came true. The perfect way to retrace the region we first experienced on our honeymoon 15 years ago, this time with kids and in-law's with us. The Rocca villa was perfect for us. Loved sightseeing in charming towns of Arezzo, Anghiari, Cortona. Greeter friendly and helpful with loads of local info.

The Frantoio Villa was even better than the photos. Enjoyed a relaxing time sightseeing, swimming and savoring excellent Tucan specialties. Everyone in our group loved their stay, me included!
