[This review is for the neighboring Vista Serena.] Our two weeks in June was very special and worth it for our family. The villas are impressive, showing the care and appreciation of the owners whose family has owned them for hundreds of years. Views are timeless. The gardens are so lovely; the trees were dripping with apricots, lemons and cherries. We cherished the housekeeper with her giant heart. She took such great care of us and the villa. We explored the local area and walked many times to the little Il Montano restaurant for morning expresso and local dishes for lunch and dinner and felt that they had adopted us. We explored the peninsula and found every secret beach. Sorrento was our favorite town. Took your advice and celebrated a birthday at brunch in the Excelsior Vittoria. They treated us like gold! Everyone worked hard to make us happy. Everything you said about driving was right. No issues. We have stayed with Paris Perfect and London Perfect and found Italy Perfect a fine service, too.

This is a wonderful apartment in a great area of Rome, central but a little away from the crowds. I had a very special experience. I have worshiped the artist Caravaggio since I studied art in high school. Seeking Caravaggio art was a crusade of our visit to Italy. My Italy Perfect contact told me that this apartment was Caravaggio's studio in the late 1500s. OMG, that closed the deal. And when I arrived, I was welcomed by Caravaggio prints in the window of a little shop nearby. We would have loved the apartment in any case but the spirit of my inspiration Caravaggio made it an experience I will treasure for life.

This was a spacious, comfortable, very clean apartment, in a wonderful location with great views. The doors leading onto the balcony from each room and the balcony itself were lovely. There is a great supermarket around the corner and a relaxed local caffe. The apt is close to everything, yet it's really nice to be on this side of the Arno. I've been to Florence a few times and always stayed on the other side and never fully enjoyed my stay. Here, it's a little apart from the tourists and noise, but close enough to get to anything quickly. The kitchen was very easy to use, and we enjoyed the Nespresso machine.

The apartment is in a fantastic location, is exceptionally clean, and has a great layout. We appreciated the comfortable beds and blackout curtains to help with jet lag. [Review for Sisto Cascata in the same building and with the same management.]

We stayed for the month of July and loved our experience. The apartment is close to everything in Florence for tourists, but also near neighborhoods like Oltrarno, a much less busy area with many excellent shops and restaurants. The space had plenty of room and was quite comfortable, with a great view of the Ponte Vecchio and the Arno from the balcony. Good A/C and windows kept the place cool and generally quiet. (You are in a prime tourism area, so you will hear some late night music and such but we never found it disturbing -- could barely notice -- when windows were closed.) Special thank you to our local host, who was extremely helpful and responsive.

Relaxing and quiet yet close to main attractions. The apartment has a few quirky things for travels from outside Europe but that’s counterbalanced by the uniqueness of the location. The porch is very charming.

We enjoyed a fabulous stay at the Coppede' apartment. It's a wonderful apartment in the prestigious Coppede' neighborhood. Blissful mornings on the terrace for coffee, sightseeing or exploring the many beautiful parks nearby. Loved the convenience of the neibhborhood, good supermarket around the corner, sweet cafe', many good restaurants. Highly recommend this apartment!

We returned to Rome to enjoy again all its rich sites, people, food and music. Having never visited this district before, we were delighted and are now Coppede geeks reveling in the fascinating, fanciful architecture. It is so great to be in a normal neighborhood with shops and restaurants without tour groups. We walked through the nearby parks and into the center of Rome discovering sites and shops along the way. This apartment is super, high, bright and a terrace on which to soak in the Roman sun. Wonderful host. Thank you, Italy Perfect!

Perfect location, awesome service (Thank you to our greeter!), beautiful apartment, very comfortable beds, everything we needed for a fantastic stay in Florence. Kudos also for the great concierge services for transportation to and from the airport (Thank you to our driver!) and for a wonderful day trip to Siena (Thank you to our guide!) Reservation process and email interactions with staff were very efficient and pleasant as well! Highly recommend!

The apartment was beautiful, clean and spacious. Well equipped with everything we needed for a 5 night stay. The location was perfect, we ate in the restaurants within the square, which were recommended and delicious. The AC was a dream to come back to and the beds were extremely comfortable. We were surprised with how busy the local area was and how quiet it was. Would definitely stay again, loved the location, everything was in walking distance!

Highly recommended!! A lovely, well-appointed apartment. Quality and comfortable furnishings and beds. Well functioning air conditioning. Probably to best night’s sleep we had during our three week trip. Photos are accurate representation of the apartment. Even more lovely in person! Conveniently located near Ponte Vecchio and steps away from wonderful restaurants and shopping. The host was very responsive to all messages. Check in and check out were very easy. A handy guidebook was provided for household and appliance operations as well as local recommendations.

Our hosts were very caring and helpful hosts, they made me feel very welcome and supported. We were in communication before I arrived, they showed me how everything worked, offered to help me with a taxi to the airport and allowed me to leave my luggage for a few hours and use the bathroom before I departed. The apartment was very clean, very well located, quiet and I'd stay there again.

Best place to stay in Florence!! Beautiful apartment. Immaculately clean, comfortable,and well appointed. Marble bathrooms, washer/dryer and much more. Perfect location close to attractions, shopping and restaurants. Our greeter was wonderful. She showed us great places to eat and introduced us to local long running family businesses that sold beautiful jewelry and leather goods at good prices. The apartment is certainly “Italy Perfect!” and our greeter is definitely 5 star!!

Perfectly located in the historical center of Florence. Air Conditioning through the apartment made it very comfortable. The incredible views from the spacious balcony made this our favorite apartment during our stay in Italy.

Our stay at this charming apartment in the heart of Rome was nothing short of perfect. The location is unbeatable — The apartment itself is super clean and incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities made it feel like a true home away from home. How great was having the second bathroom! The bed was cozy, the kitchen well-equipped, and the terrace provided a lovely relaxing space after exploring the city. Communication with the host was seamless; they were always available to assist with any queries or provide recommendations. Their hospitality truly enhanced our experience, making our stay even more enjoyable. Strongly recommend!!!!!

Loved this place! This place was exactly as shown and as described. It was gorgeous, clean, spacious, and the host was extremely responsive. The host met us at the home and walked us through the unit so that we knew exactly how to do everything. It was well-stocked and comfortable. It was perfect for our party of 9. We couldn't recommend it more. Would absolutely go back!
