The apartment was absolutely stunning, clean and had everything you needed. There was more than enough room for the five of us. Everything is very walkable and we ate it several very good restaurants within blocks. Check in with very easy and we enjoyed the snacks and other goodies left for us. We had an amazing time and didn't want to leave! We will be back and we will be renting the London in Paris apartments as well. Thank you again to our wonderful hosts!!

"I could not have picked a more perfect place to stay in beautiful Venezia. Paola greeted me at the water taxi and escorted me to her lovely flat. She also walked me to the local grocery store so I could buy food for the week. The flat was location on a quiet side street blocks from the Piazza St. Marco, surrounded by amazing restaurants. Paola was a gracious host and was always available for any questions. I will be making this an annual trip to her place. Thank you again Paola. [It was a delight to host you, Donna. "I was really comfortable in this flat. (We originally scheduled a different flat from ItalyPerfect, but there was a problem with the air conditioning in that one, so they gave us this much larger flat to substitute.) The place was just enormous, with five bedrooms and three bathrooms. The think I liked most was that the kitchen was well-stocked: I've stayed in so many AirBnBs in the past without adequate kitchen equipment. The apartment was very quiet, which is important to me. The noise from the street isn't very much because it isn't a busy street and if you shut the windows it isn't noticeable at all. The local host, Barbara, was quite helpful and friendly. They sent a housekeeper once a week to do the cleaning which was really helpful for us."

"Our stay, reserved just a few weeks before arrival, came together beautifully thanks to Italy Perfect's fast work and their Rome-based team. The apartment itself is lovely and the neighborhood is wonderful. They organized a good driver service from Venice and to Positano, an electric golf cart for touring and other services that enhanced our comfort and eased our concerns."

"When at the last minute our family vacation to Portugal fell apart we had to pivot quickly and opted for a trip to Rome. In reading the reviews and descriptions of various AirBnBs we settled on this apartment overlooking Piazza de Pasquino. Our driving reason was the mentions regarding the friendliness of the ItalyPerfect staff. They did not disappoint. Within 15 minutes of booking we were on the phone with Pat and she walked us through everything and put us at ease. That alone was enough for us to know we had made the right decision in booking. The apartment itself matched the photos exactly. Charming, lots of space, all the amenities. My family loved the apartment. I know there are some comments in the reviews on street noise. While my wife Michelle and I both love our quiet rural home where you can hear a pin drop in the states we both agreed you can't trade where this apartment is for the times in the evening where performers in the Piazza could be heard entertaining people dining below. Why do we have this feeling? You are steps from Piazza Navona. There are a dozen great restaurants that are less than a 5 minute walk from the apartment. We absolutely loved the restaurant across the street and went there multiple times (their Sicilian fried eggplant was simply amazing). One day we walked to the Vatican, Spanish steps and the Pantheon. There is also a street market that has fresh fruits and vegetables every morning less than 5 minute walk away. Do not hesitate to book this apartment. You will not regret the experience the location provides. My wife and twin 12 year old daughters also wholeheartedly agree!"

"The tasteful holiday apartment (on the fourth floor with elevator!) Is right in the middle of it all. 5 minutes by foot from St. Mark's Square and a supermarket, 10 minutes to the Rialto Bridge, 15 minutes to Fondamente Nove for trips to Murano, Burano etc. And then the wonderful view from the roof terrace of the surrounding roofs and towers - but also of the gondolas on the Channels. You almost don't want to move out of the apartment at all ... It was a pleasure to work with you! [Please come again. The Italy Perfect Team]"

"Amazing pre trip service from Pat who was super helpful and during our trip hostess, Barbara who was utterly exceptional - helpful, supportive, and responsive no matter what time of day - and whatever the request - she got us into places we could never have done without her, an incredible place, and location, truly wonderful hospitality and thoughtful touches including welcoming bellinis, truly an exceptional holiday I would throughly recommend this to anyone thinking of visiting Venice. "The apartment was simply lovely, with large sunny rooms, elegantly appointed in a very convenient and beautiful neighborhood.The Italy Perfect contact was gracious, professional and a perfect hostess as she outfitted our kitchen with delicious provisions of wine and fruit as a welcome gift. The space absorbed the company of niece, friends, sister, and cousin very easily. We even had a dinner party with more family, the dining room is lovely and the kitchen worked with cousin and two sous-chef nieces.Recommend to all whom I talk to! "While we had high hopes for our family week in Florence with our 3 grown up children; Miravista clearly exceeded our expectations. It was a very comfortable, nicely understated decorated, with good 2 1/2 bathrooms and ample kitchen, sunny penthouse. While it had a good modern elevator, other than the day we arrived and departed with the luggage, the 5 of us (age 63, 61, our children 34, 31 and 29) always preferred the fun of enjoying to walk up and down the 92 steps; particularly after a nice dinner. Unfortunately, the weather was a bit cold as to enjoy the beautiful terrace overlooking the Plaza and the mountains; if it were spring or summer we would have spent long hours there... Waking up and having a leisure breakfast in front of the large window and terrace overlooking the Plaza was a fantastic way to start the day. The restaurant below was one of the best we had and at good prices; the owners and staff were incredibly friendly; we spent new year's eve with them. The location was great; just a 3 block walk to most of the landmarks...and yet quiet enough from the bulk of the tourists. Finally, the host was very educated and made our checkin / checkout a breeze. In addition, Pat Byrne was incredibly friendly and efficient and was making sure our reservation, paperwork and itinerary was up to date....Thank you Pat & Madelyne!"

"Our family of 5 had the most perfect stay at this property over the Christmas and New Year holidays. The owner clearly knows how to accommodate every need with organic bath soaps and shampoo, fluffy towels, bathrobes, a basketful of hairdryers, first aid kit, and a well outfitted kitchen for quick breakfasts or a night in. Art and history books are carefully laid out on the coffee table, little dishes of Italian candy are in each room, as well as subtly scented diffusers that do not overwhelm like air fresheners from back at home. There is absolutely no clutter. The penthouse is spotless, and is cleanest rental we’ve come across in all of our travels. We enjoyed having so much space for privacy and to come together to read and chat. Be sure to book the additional expense for the sauna. It was very convenient and easy to use after a long day sightseeing and walking. This is a professionally maintained rental property and the expertise shows from our communications, checking in and out, to the generous pantry basics on our arrival. We were greeted with a basket of dried fruit, Prosecco, pastries, and a fridge filled with eggs, milk, juice, butter, and prosciutto. It was so nice to have this all on hand for our first breakfast, slowly eating and watching Florence come to life through the windows. And because we enjoy the noise that comes with an urban center, we opened the window a bit to hear people walking by, Vespas zooming along, and shopkeepers beginning their day. No guidebook could have prepared us for the exceptional view of Florence’s skyline. The photos in the property listing are accurate, but to see the sunrise and sunset over the rooftops and church was an experience we will never forget. We were lucky to catch glimpses of the New Year’s Eve fireworks as well as an incredible New Year concert at Theater Verdi just across the street. Our stay was so easy, we didn’t have to make extra runs for supplies or worry about anything really, but just enjoy all that Florence offers."

"This charming apartment is really well located - easy walk to all of the most interesting parts of Florence. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is well provisioned so that it is easy to eat at home. Every aspect of the apartment is comfortable. The building is secure. Our hosts were charming and directed us to very good restaurants nearby. We loved it and we loved Florence."

"My family and I spent most of December through early January at the Strozzi, Prisco and Michaela apartments. The accommodations were perfect for 3 couples with both privacy within each unit and the ability to be together in the larger Strozzi unit for meals and Christmas dinner. The units are located on a very busy street, close to every type of restaurant and shop the city offers. And, it is all just steps from Piazza della Repubblica, and a couple blocks more from there to the Duomo. The owners were attentive and accommodating - bringing us extra dining chairs for the 6 of us to share meals together in the large and well appointed kitchen in Prisco; gifting us with a Panettone at Christmas and offering many suggestions for restaurants and shopping. As we travel to Florence frequently, we found the location to be a centralized hub for walking throughout the city. [Thank you for your lovely review Susan!
