Excellent location, view is incredible. and managed well. Has everything you would need for a long-term stay. Spacious, well appointed. The only "issue" was that the clothed dryer did not DRY. The device is either not functioning or the device does not dry clothes in a manner in-which we are accustomed. We utilized the clothes racks located in the apartment and the beautiful Florence breeze!!

Well appointed for a long stay. Clean, open, airy. Good elevator and door locks. Great location!! Dryer was inefficient. [Thank you! All dryers in Italy are slow.]

Such a lovely stay. The flat was nice and the terrace was lovely although it doesn’t get any sun, it was such a treat to have an outside bit. Isabel was very kind and helped with any questions I had. The location was ideal and close to everything you might need. Would definitely recommend to friends

Apartment was nice and very clean. Bathrooms were large and luxurious. Location is convenient and Florence is very walkable. Be aware that kitchen area is limited as there is no oven and no toaster and the coffee pot is a Nespresso (no drip Coffee). Washers and dryer were available but the dryer took forever. Our greeter was awesome and offered help and suggestions to make our stay extra nice. We would stay here again!

We intend to return to Rome (we loved it and the people) and we definitely will stay at this house again. The house was extremely comfortable and beautiful. The location to the city cant be beat, it is perfect! You are right in the city yet in a private garden. The bed was so comfortable I had to investigate the make of the sheets :) . And our hostess was so kind as to show us around the area so we could find the shops that first night. 5 stars all around!

We were met by our wonderful hosts and shown this lovely historic apartment which was their family home growing up. The beautiful original tile and gorgeous full length French windows and doors that you can open are amazing. We loved opening them to see the activity and bustle below. The home has a second set of insulated glass doors that have been added to the bedroom to make it very quiet for sleeping. You are walking distance to everything here and wonderful restaurants just steps away. Thank you both for sharing your home with us, it was a true Italian Old World experience

This place is lovely. A jewel box! And we have stayed in many Paris Perfect apartments in Paris over the years. The owner is great. Greeted very well by our host. It is small, but perfect for a couple. Fully equipped and I mean fully. Cold A/C. 4th floor European with lift in a small building in a perfect location at the foot of the Ponte Vecchio. Location could not be any better - you can walk everywhere and the shopping, museums, and restaurants are all right there. Beautiful marble floors and really nice terrace. Grocery is immediately next door to the building. Also a nice little bar to the left where you can have a 3 Euro beer and some antipasti or a sandwich. I would buy this place if owner would sell it to me!!! So impressed with it and the people of Florence. OK and the wine and the food and the art and the music.

Large apartment that is a walkup with at least 25 steps. Fully equipped kitchen, gas cooktop, full size fridge. 2 bathrooms, one with a tub. A/C is nice and cold. You could hang meat! Master bedroom is internal and does not face the alley so it is pitch black dark with the shutters closed - another plus. Gorgeous hardwood floors. Formal dining room. Nice faux marble finishes around the doors. Gorgeous wooden celling must be 14 ft high. Our host was wonderful and brought us an ice tray for the freezer and a brand new toaster so we could toast the wonderful bread of Rome. Helped with our noon departure so we didn't have to be out at exactly 10 AM. Lovely gal. Went above and beyond.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Florence. The apartment is in a perfect location and the views from the terrace were absolutely stunning. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, and exactly as described. Check in was super easy and our host was a super helpful and very easy to get in touch with. I highly recommend booking with Italy Perfect. They were fabulous from the instant we booked to the time we checked out. They also provided a comprehensive list of MANY restaurants, shops, and, suggestions that were fabulous.

We enjoyed the hospitality at Michaela. What wonderful hosts! Not only did they explain the apartment, they pointed out places on a city map to see during our visit. The location is close to the SMN train station, bakery, grocery, museums, dining options and shopping. The clean and well-furnished interior made for a great stay. Michaela offers a quiet location. The kitchenette was fine for breakfasts. If you're planning on cooking substantial meals, you might consider the full kitchen in Prisco, which is next door.

Beautiful flat, in the heart of Rome. Immediate access to a plethora of amazing restaurants and local shops as soon as you’re out the door. All rooms came filled with amenities and were beautifully maintained. Hosts are amazingly good at communicating. And check in process is a breeze.

We spent four nights at the Lorenzo in June. It was quite warm at that time so the air conditioning was wonderful. The apartment is beautifully decorated and immaculate. Our host was there to greet us and show how to work things. She also provided us with some welcoming snacks and food. We were traveling with our son, his wife, and two grandsons (8 and 10) so the Lorenzo was large enough to give everyone some space. The beds were very comfortable. There were very nice bathroom amenities. Everything seemed very well thought out to make it comfortable for guests. My grandsons enjoyed the candies that were left out "just for them". We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. Our host also recommended some restaurants which was greatly appreciated. It was so nice to stay somewhere that was even nicer than anticipated. The entire family thought the Lorenzo was the best place we stayed during our entire trip. Thank you to our host and Italy Perfect!

We loved our stay here. The apartment is in a very central location but equally not too touristy. Some very good recommendations for bakeries and restaurants and bars which are very nearby, full of Italians, locals and tourists alike, and very friendly staff. The owners who met us were like meeting lovely and friendly Italian Nonni. Like staying with your grandparents. The apartment was comfortable and relaxed, very private and safe, and the internal courtyard balcony was secluded and lovely. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay here and can’t thank Miki and Franco enough for their hospitality. Staying here was so convenient to EVERYTHING! We were steps away from wonderful restaurants, bakeries and all this gorgeous city has to offer. I especially loved the historical details of this lovely home and enjoyed opening the beautiful French windows and doors and having coffee or wine. We would love to stay again sometime?

My family and I stayed here for a week in June and loved this apartment. The location is perfect walking distance to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and more. There is a grocery store nearby and many wonderful restaurants to pick from. And for Americans used to Air Conditioning there are fully functional AC units in each bedroom and living room that will keep the whole family nice and cool during the summer months!
