Enjoyed my stay at the Carina apartment. Lisa from Italy Perfect promised me I'd love it and I did! It was so centrally located, everything walkable but the best part was the terrace! I couldn't belive I had my own private terrace right in the historic center. As a mobile professional it was the perfect work-from-home apartment I could have ever imagined.

Our stay at the Amore apartment was everythign we hoped it would be to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. Location is great, so easy to walk to all the sites. Loved the street for it's good restaurants. Little pizza place just down the block has delicious pizza. Enotoca further down the block has amazing wine selection and Tuscany specialities. We would stay at Amore again in a heartbeat!

Felt like we'd stepped into a scene from Under the Tuscan Sun. Roomy villa loaded with old world charm, great location, greenery and views. We were very comfortable. Furnishing are homey, not fancy but we liked it that way. Enjoyed the kitchen preparing meals together. Celebrated a big birthday under the stars one evening with a very special dinner in the garden. Loved it!

It was beautiful that time of year in October. The house was close to the little village and we drove into town for dinner a couple of nights. We used it as a home base to visit other sites in Tuscany. The home was so comfortable. Everything was lovely, and we could not have been happier there!

This apartment (Barsanti) is now a favorite for Florence. There is a small terrace with views, good air-conditioning, well-equipped kitchen and a perfect location. The management is very helpful. I would go back in an instant.

Our 2020 vacation that was delayed until 2022 was worth the wait. Marvelous stay at this fine property, convenient location for exploring the region by car & even a day trip to Florence by train. Little train station in nearby town was handy for that. Service was impeccable as was housekeeping. Onsite restaurant excellent. This was our third time booking with Italy Perfect and they've never steered us wrong.
The Gordons
Our family gathered from across the world to enjoy each other in the embrace of Tuscany. This villa worked perfectly. We renewed our family love for each other and the children built relationships with each other. The interior was comfortable with excellent beds and bathrooms. Many little highlights from times past. Good kitchen. We went on day trips a lot and had lunch out, then simple dinners. The rambling property gave us places to gather as well as opportunities for solitude. One of our crew spent, understandably, all her time photographing the splendid views. Italy Perfect served us well.

We chose this villa for the good facilities and it exceeded our expectations. Fine and comfortable accommodations for everyone. The gated estate is very quiet and peaceful, but a quick trip into Rignano for shops and local eateries. We needed fuss-free relaxation and it was delivered. This is a good central starting point for visiting all over Tuscany. Note 3 stories, no elevator. We recommend.

Not only is the villa beautiful, the service was excellent. Our stay here is a milestone in our family history as we gathered to enjoy each other, good food and rambling around Tuscany. Some relaxed on the property. Young adults took the train into Florence. Super. Italy Perfect’s service is, as it says, perfect.

We felt the depth of time and fascinating history in this lovely home and region in the Rocca Villa. It was not hard to reach and has so many interesting aspects. Views to die for. Summer dining on the terrace magical. The bedroom in the ancient tower had to be selected by a drawing, sooo cool. The furnishings were comfy if not fancy. Loved walking around the area and even to the nearby town. Our host really helped make this stay a memory for life. We recommend!

The Panorama was just what I was looking for in Italy. My group of 4 couples had more than enough space to enjoy the views and pool. The kitchen and back patio were the best part, as we spent lots of time preparing and eating delicious food. We had a Birthday Party prepared by the Chef that was wonderful. Our Host was amazing! Pat at Italy Perfect was a great resource as well. Can’t wait for our next trip with the Perfect Group

Wonderful hosts who gave us a thorough review of the apartment, the neighborhood and local transportation. Central location for shops (very upscale), restaurants, groceries, and tourist attractions. We look forward to staying at this location again in the future.

We were so pleased with the Prisco apartment and our hosts. Everything was within a 10-minute walk: restaurants, public transportation, tourist sites, upscale shopping, pharmacies.. everything you can wish for. Our hosts took the time to show us how everything worked in the apartment and where all the favorite places were on a map of the area. The kitchen was well equipped so it was easy to make a few authentic homemade Italian dinners with the fresh ingredients I found at the local market. We felt very safe and comfortable.

The apartment and location nothing short of fabulous. Traveled with family of 6 (aged 8-78) and each had their own (5) bedrooms. Location is just outside (2 blocks) the old city (Prati) easily accessible by cab or very short walk. Apartment is huge with 15 feet ceiling and beautifully decorated. This is the way a Rome trip is meant to be. Best part for me is that the apartment in every room is incredibly quiet. As a New Yorker I needed that break when on vacation. All good, sites etc easily accessible. Only negative I would say is that while the apartment is air conditioned it was still a tad warm be it in we were in a July heat wave. I think air conditioner adequate but it was just my American sensibility and used to freezing AC even in hottest days of summer. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location, nicely decorated, comfortable apartment. We loved staying here - the piazza down below is wonderful and so popular! The family room is nice and large and such a good gathering space. Everything was nice and new and there was lovely soap and plenty of towels. Check in was easy, as was check-out. Such a good value for the money - would definitely stay here again and that's saying a lot! The VP team is so easy to work with. Great experience.

The house is perfect! At the top of a Tuscany hill, surrounded by olives trees on one side and grapes on the other, the house is big, spacious, cool, calm, quiet, and has all the necessary equipment. The views of the countryside are amazing at sunset. We booked it for a family vacation of 2 weeks in August. Even in the hot summer of August, the house stays cold and comfortable. Not further than 20/40 minutes from all the landmarks (Florence, San Gimignano, Colle du Val d’Elsa, Sienna…), it is the ideal Tuscan getaway. There are a lot of local producers of oil and wine in the nearby area. But most of all, our host was wonderful! He was available all the time to give us precious tips and help us in any capacity. So, if you are planning to discover the region with family or friends, this is the perfect house! Don’t miss it!

Spent a week here with my daughter and best friend. Couldn't have chosen a more perfect place. AC worked well. Apt was decorated nicely. Bathrooms were roomy. Location couldn't have been better. Zero issues with anything. Just a great place to stay.
