Incredible location in a fantastic neighborhood only a few short blocks to the Spanish Steps and world class shopping. The restaurants were amazing and there were no shortage of things to do steps from the front door. Beautifully decorated, and super comfortable to hang out in after days of site seeing. The AC works great and was a sweet relief which made for very comfortable night’s sleep for our family of five. We would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Rome!

Christmas Eve, our hosts personally welcomed us to their absolutely charming apartment. They took the time to explain how everything works and guided us through how to use the washing machine! They selected perfect items for our welcome basket which we ordered ahead of time since we were arriving late afternoon on Christmas Eve. Absolutely "Italian" and delicious. The Prisco offers a very large bedroom with an amazing comfortable bed. We slept very well each of the 11 nights we were there. Our hosts also shared tour books/information on the Uffuzi, Ponte Vecchio, local restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores! They utilized a map of Florence to show us points of interest including the train station, central market (do not miss!) and where to dispose of our trash and recyclables. The Prisco gives you an old-world experience with all the modern conveniences. Exceptional location to wander around the quaint streets of Florence including the Oltrarno on the other side of the Arno. We clocked at least 5 miles each day. Thanks to the hosts for making our holiday vacation in Florence "Perfect!!"

The Alloro is a fantastic apartment in a great location in Venice. We arrived by water taxi to a private dock. Staff was waiting and took our bags to the room. Fresh croissants in the morning and really helpful concierge. We will try to stay here again someday if we are fortunate enough to return to Venice soon.

My mom and have spent a little under a month around Italy and one of longest stayed was in Florence. We absolutely adored this city and the location of our stay. We were steps away from Ponte Vecchio and about a 10min walk to the cathedral, Duomo and tower. (Close enough that I was able to rush to the Firenze FC football store to buy a jersey before checkout!) After booking almost 10 stays and multiple cities, I was bound to have at least one hiccup in my itinerary. Thankfully Italy Perfect team and our check-in host, were so accommodating and understanding and adapted to our last minute need to change. Our first day, I had to contact our host for an issue with the hot water in the morning, by that afternoon all was resolved. They acted professionally and efficiently to ensure a comfortable stay for us. No doubt that if you need something, it will be accommodated for you. Thank you to the team for helping us in our stay and for this wonderful home!

What a pleasure to be among the first guests to stay at the Splendida apartment. We loved the location and the views are endless! Finding an apartment like this, totally updated, with such incredible views, is not easy and we were delighted with it. The greeter was so nice as were the luxury toiletries and fine linens on the beds. Highly recommended!

Our hosts were the best. They meet us upon arrival and at checkout to see us off. The apartment is in the middle of the city center of Florence. Everything was absolute perfection. We will be back as soon as possible.

Florence was wonderful. We found many excellent restaurants to enjoy in the neighborhood and the house was comfortable. There is one steep block to reach Casetta but we were aware of it so it was not a concern. Casetta was the cleanest place we have ever stayed! Thank you Italy Perfect.

This apartment could not be more perfect. Beautiful but also very comfortable, nicely stocked with water, bread, etc. Responsive and friendly staff. Amazing views of the Grand Canal and the location is in the heart of everything.

My husband and I just spent 5 weeks at this wonderful apartment. We loved having two terraces, I never grew tired of seeing the light change over the Roman rooftops. Every issue we encountered was skillfully addressed by either the host or the Italy Perfect team (our second trip with Italy Perfect and far from our last). The apartment is clean, calm, a refuge to the magical chaos of Rome.

The apartment is very cool. We really appreciated the quality antiques in the formal palazzo. The street below is busy with pedestrians but sound is fine with windows closed. Bed good. We organized a chef through the property and the meal was fabulous. Good service by Italy Perfect.

We spent a week in Elegante over the Thanksgiving vacation and it was spectacular. Very centrally located, exactly as shown in the pictures, and the check-in/check-out process was exceptionally smooth. Our greeter was very accommodating on our arrival schedule and also had a number of great suggestions for local restaurants. We really can't say enough great things about our experience in flat as well as the overall experience with Italy Perfect. We will certainly look nowhere else when we come back!

My husband and I were fortunate to spend two weeks in this comfortable and easy living apartment. The location is convenient to almost everything in Central Rome and every day we discovered more delightful shops, restaurants and piazzas in the extended neighborhood. You can walk everywhere and a conveniently located taxi stand is a block away if one needs to go farther afield. After a few days, we felt like we were a part of the scene out the door. The exuberant night time noises outside on Piazza Pasquino were noticeable, (even in November!) but keeping the windows closed helps. That said, the apartment is very comfortable so we slept well overall. The check-in with greeter was flawless and very helpful. (Do remember to bring converter plugs.) Communication with Italy Perfect staffers was also VERY helpful and the info kits supplied by the company are truly invaluable traveller guides. An excellent experience, from start to finish!

We stayed in the Prisco for a week in November. The apartment was perfect and was a wonderful gathering place for our family members who were staying in the Strozzi and Michaela apartments just across the hall. Our hosts were wonderful as always. This was our fourth time to stay in one of their apartments. Just a perfect stay!

We were all happy with this apartment. The location is so good, a 5 min walk to Trevi Fountain! Everything was clean. Air conditioning worked in the summer. What else could you want?

We were absolutely "over the moon" with our gorgeous villa, the beautiful grounds and gardens, and the amazing staff! And, well, then there are the incredible Galli Islands right in front of you... The villa is impeccably maintained by the attentive, friendly staff, and they worked hard to be sure all our requests were met. The location of the villa is ideal - walking distance to a few local restaurants and a delightful cooking school (Antico Casale), a short drive to Sorrento, and also close to Positano. There is a terrific car service/tour service (PrivateDayTours.com) which we used extensively. The service is actually located in Piano di Sorrento. Our 4 weeks at Vista Galli flew by - it was a perfect vacation in every way.
