"We had a lovely time staying at the Flaminio apartment October 23-29. Gianluca was most cordial and accommodating in all our needs. Being near the Flaminio Metro station was an added bonus. The WiFi in the apartment was the best signal we could get in our entire stay which was great."
"The Pasquino apartment, near Piazza Navona, is a beautifully furnished apartment with plenty of space that is very well kept. But its main advantage is its spectacular location, such that all of the major sites in Rome are within walking distance, while the apartment itself is very quiet. Given that much of the interesting activity in Rome happens fairly late in the evening by our standards, it was nice to go straight from being at the heart of activity to bed in only a few minutes. Baffetto Pizzeria, nearby, is excellent for very reasonable quality pizza (better than some of the other local tourist traps) but always has a queue - suggest turning up at opening time. The gelateria opposite it (Frigidarium) was the best we found in Rome, but it appears that others have found it too as it also often has queues. I strolled each morning to Il Fornaio (the bakery just on the other side of the main road) to pick up pastries for breakfast, and by the third visit they were recognising me and treating me as a regular, which is always nice. The presence of a nespresso machine in the apartment was greatly appreciated. Finally, there was some necessary building maintenance done during the period we stayed, but Italy Perfect kept in touch with us about what was going on and worked hard to make sure we weren't put out by this. Overall, strong recommend. "
"This was truly a lovely apartment. We have been to Florence many times and this was one of the best. Everything was so well thought out for the guest. The owners were more than gracious and helped us with anything we required. I would recommend the added gift basket for your arrival. It contains coffee, milk, OJ, bread, wine and all the food essentials you need so that you don't have to grocery shop on the day you arrive. There was plenty of closet and storage space. It is our favorite location. We never needed a taxi to get around. All our favorite restaurants were nearby. We plan to use this rental again whenever we return. It is our little "home away from home". "
"I am very happy that a friend recommended VRBO and then Italy Perfect to find accommodations for our trip to Firenze (Florence). We traveled there to see our daughter who is studying at Kent State University's Florence campus. Lisa from Italy Perfect was awesome to work with as we had lots of questions and she answered them all and helped us find the Casetta Bonsi. When we arrived at the Casetta, the owner Maurizio was there to greet us and give the tour and explain everything about our house to us. He was also very informative about the area. The Casetta was in a great location on the less busy south side of the Arno River a couple blocks from the Ponte Vecchio. There were lots of things to do and places to eat on our side of the river and everything we wanted to see was in close walking distance. Our house was very comfortable and much nicer and roomier than a hotel would have been. We highly recommend Italy Perfect and the Casetta Bonsi."
"My wife and I were pleasantly surprised by this property. It was even nicer than it appeared in the photos. Everything went off without a hitch. The greeter, Paola, was waiting for us, explained everything well and gave us a nice tour of the neighborhood. The location was great. We ate dinner on the terrace every night after the first. Everything was wonderful. The owners were very attentive and helpful. We couldn't ask for more. It was Italy perfect!"
"Centrally located, this charming two bedroom apartment exceeded our expectations by far. Traveling overseas with two children ages 5 and 8 is not always easy and this spacious apartment provided us with everything we could possibly need. Apartment Sabini, is located just minutes away from the Spanish Steps, upscale shops, taxi cab stand, two supermarkets, and many wonderful restaurants making our stay a memorable one. Additionally, we were able to sleep comfortably during the hot summer heat wave with the air condition. Lastly, Pat Byrne, owner of Italy Perfect, provided us with incredibly detailed information on Rome -- restaurants, shops, sights, etc. She served as our personal concierg -- she isincredibly detail oriented and responded to all my inquiries in a very timely manner. We will certainly choose to stay in apartment Sabini and use Italy Perfect again for future visits!!!"
"I enjoyed a week in Florence and loved the apartment's location. I was able to to get to delicious food, fantastic art and awesome shopping. What else could you want? The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of room for the two of us. The bathroom has a step so be careful! The hostess was VERY helpful she was available when needed for questions. The treats that were left for us was very special. The chocolates were divine."
"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Strozzi apartment in Florence. The owners were very kind and patient. We really appreciated them taking the time to show us how to use the appliances, open and lock the windows, doors etc. The location was fantastic for several reasons. We were very close to the train station, excellent restaurants and key attractions. We really appreciated that our apartment was on the inside of the building as this made it quiet. My only concern was the kitchen facilities. There was no real kitchen area. The fridge was located in a different area. The stove top, microwave and sink were located in a dining room cabinet. The stove top elements did not work efficiently and consequently we could not use them.
We appreciated the detailed information that Italy Perfect provided us with. It was great to have not only information about Italy but also our specific apt. and neighborhood. One small note is that the David's tea place has relocated to another street in the area. It is fabulous by the way! We would definitely recommend Italy Perfect to friends and have already done so."

"Casa San Vito was beautiful, nestled in very scenic surroundings. Only 5 minutes from the highway, we were able to travel to all the nearby areas (after we figured out the road signs). The webpage doesn't do it justice; the villa was much nicer in person. The rooms were large and clean, the villa was nicely decorated with antique furniture, and the host was very friendly and helpful. The view was outstanding!!"
"The Michaela apartment was in such an excellent location! THAT made our travels in Florence so convenient!"

"The apartment was great. Only a few minutes walk from Piazza del Popolo. Access to the subway was convenient too. Plenty of cafes near to satisfy the cappuccino or latte craving. Master bed is not North American standard pillow top - firm is an understatement. Second bedroom singles have foam mattresses and are much more comfortable. Caution if doing dishes the old fashion way - drain in the kitchen floor is subject to back up with high flows. TV has several [English language] news channels but nothing else unless you speak Italian. With only minor issues, would not hesitate to stay here again. Surrounding area is quiet and locals very welcoming. Was great to have an oasis next to the busy center of Rome. "
"The Pasquino apartment was exactly as pictured. Clean, roomy, and conveniently located. As a family with two teenagers, we appreciated the two bathrooms, two bedrooms and all the room in the apartment. No complaints on the wifi speed from the teenagers. Our greeter was very helpful in showing us the apartment, appliances and neighborhood. The location could not be beat. We were right around the corner from Piazza Navona, a mile away from the Vatican and a little over a mile to the Colosseum. We walked everywhere! Plenty of restaurants and gelato shops right outside the door. The grocery store is very close and so is Campo de' Fiore. It was so nice to have some staples in the apartment. Taxi stand was close by for our longer trip to the catacombs. We miss hearing the nightly accordion music from the restaurants below. We felt safe in neighborhood. Enjoyed all the restaurants. We ate at the restaurants at Piazza Pasquino (right outside the door), Piazza Navona, Piazza Rotunda (Pantheon) and Campo de' Fiore. Note worthy restaurants - Piazza Pasquino : Cul de Sac, Pizzeria di Baffetto; Campo de' Fiore - Obica. We would recommend Italy Perfect to a friend and we will use them again for our next Italy trip. Italy Perfect was easy to work with, supplied great trip planning resources and answered all my questions during the planning process. We used one of transportation services recommended by Italy Perfect, Stefano. Their drivers were friendly and prompt. Thanks to Italy Perfect and the Pasquino apartment we had an awesome trip. [Dear Anna Maria. We all thank you for your comments and appreciation. It is mutual. The Italy Perfect Team.]"
"Our weeklong stay in Prisco Apartment was a most enjoyable experience. The apartment was quite large, very well appointed (the kitchen was beautifully done and would rival any kitchen in the US), beautifully decorated, and perfectly located. It more than met our expectations. The owners, Miki and Franco, were very helpful in getting us settled in and satisfied our every need, even going beyond the norm by presenting us with a bottle of Champagne and a nice bottle of Italian wine to help us celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. The apartment was very comfortable and it really felt as if we were coming home when we returned each afternoon from our visit to the wonders of Florence. It was truly our home away from home. The locations is perfect, about 10 to 20 minute walk from all of the many exciting attractions of Florence and less than a 10 minute walk from the train station. It is close to excellent restaurants and just a couple of doors away from a wonderful bakery that became our stop each day upon our return to the apartment. My wife and I are in our early 70's so the fact that there was an elevator was an important feature for us. The streets of Florence can be quite noisy both day and night, but the triple-paned door installed on the bedroom window kept the noise out so it never effected our sleep. We would definitely return to this apartment if and when we are back in Florence. I have already recommended the Prisco apartment to our friends and told them that they must check out the many offerings of Italy Perfect if they are planning a visit to Italy. Once you have stayed in an apartment you will never return to a hotel room. The arrangements for our stay were handled without difficulty and the information provided by Italy Perfect prior to our arrival in Florence was of great assistance in getting us off on the right foot. Thanks to all for everything done to make our stay in Florence so perfect and so very memorable."
"We loved our week in Casetta Bonsi! Maurizio was a wonderful host - waiting for us upon our arrival and making taxi arrangements for our departure. In addition to the beautiful and welcoming furnishings, the wine, pastries, fruit and candy provided were a thoughtful surprise. The location is ideal - off of a quiet street and near the Ponte Vecchio and many restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere and nothing seemed too far. We loved many nearby restaurants - Casalinga, Quattro Leone, Osteria del Cinghale Bianco, Gusta pizza were some favorites. Cantina del Gelato was a daily stop as well. We would recommend Casetta Bonsi and Italy Perfect to anyone seeking a wonderful Florence experience. We hope to return soon!"
"Paola met us at the water bus stop and showed us how to get to the apt. We were happy about that since venice can be a little difficult to navigate. The apt. was very clean and as pictured in the ad. Perfect location, short walk to San Marco square and meet points for tours. Yet, off the beaten path to avoid the noise from the square. We found some very nice small neighborhood restaurants and shops. The apt. was perfect for my husband and I but could accommodate 4 people if you don't mind sharing a bathroom. The patio overlooking the canal was very nice and we enjoyed sitting on it with a glass of wine. I highly recommend the apt. and Italy Perfect. They were very easy to work with and provided a great deal of information about the area, which was helpful."
"The Sabini apartment was perfect for our stay in Rome. The location was terrific, with restaurants, coffee bars, and gelato close by. The Spanish Steps is just a few blocks away, where you can pick up a taxi for a short ride to other parts of town. The apartment itself was very clean and safe. The beds were very comfortable. Having a clothes washer and dryer was important, as well as a nice kitchen for breakfast prep. The greeter was very helpful. Overall, a great place to stay. We would definitely stay there again."

"The apartment was perfect for me while I was attending school. It was clean and comfortable with nice decorating touches...would be fine for two people.
There are a lot of stairs, which I did not mind (I'm over 60) but the apartment is not for you if stairs are a problem.
I felt completely safe in the neighborhood. The main tourist sites and shopping are all close but just outside where crowds gather."
"We are 65 and 72 years young and rented this apartment for 11 days. Miki and Franco were wonderful to work with, always ready to give you a helping hand. They both speak enough English that we were able to communicate really well. We were loaned a cell phone by them and we just paid for the minutes that we used. There was a great bottle of wine waiting on the table for us when we arrived and Miki personally was there to greet us. Loved having a washing machine in the apartment. Both the bed and the pull out couch had the most comfortable mattresses. We loved being just few doors from a bakery. Lots and lots of restuarants in area. The elevator always worked, and when the front door to the lobby was closed nothing was heard from the street. The apartment was quiet and comfortable. We loved being just 10 minutes walking distance from the bus and train stations. No need to rent a car while in this part of historical Florence. Nor would you want to drive one there, streets too narrow. This was our first experience in Florence, and we felt we made the very best decision in renting this apartment that was so close to so many interesting things to visit and do, which in turn made this a wonderful first experience. We would very highly recommend this apartment or any of the other three that Miki and Franco have. We felt this was a very safe area in which to have your homebase in while you were visiting areas of Florence and other parts of Italy by bus or train. We would definitely recommend Italy Perfect to anyone who is considering doing a rental in Italy."
"We enjoyed our entire time in Italy, but we'd have to say that the time we spent at Casa San Vita in Tuscany was our favorite! The Casa is perfectly located for day trips to the amazing hill towns in the region. We loved our morning coffee on the patio with those beautiful views and eating dinner in the warm, cozy kitchen. It was a joy to come home in the evening, open the shutters and let in the views and the fresh air! Francesco and Franca were wonderful - we enjoyed our tour of the Cantina and their gifts of wine and olive oil. The little grocery store in Romita was great - they have all of the basics and were very friendly and helpful. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed Casa San Vito and we hope to return for a longer visit!"

"We loved the Flaminio and ItalyPerfect. The apartment was just beautiful, and it was totally geared toward tourists. We wish we’d have thought of looking at ItalyPerfect when needed a last-minute place to stay in Florence, but we didn’t think of it. Here’s how our apartment in Rome totally out-impressed our apartment in Florence: • The Flaminio is a fifth-floor with an elevator, incredibly helpful for people hauling luggage. Our apartment in Florence was up six flights and had no elevator. • The Flaminio had built-in amenities for tourists, including an electrical outlet that needed no converter to charge devices and soap dispensers in both showers. It also came with a Mr. Coffee and a lovely welcome basket of coffee, pasta, wine, and crackers. Our Florence apartment didn’t have any of those things, and we even had to make coffee in a Euro-style coffee percolator (took longer and didn’t taste right). • The Flaminio had an awesome balcony we sat out while sipping wine. Our Florence apartment said it had a terrace, but it was small and overlooked an internal roof. Bleck. We also found some great restaurants near the Flaminio: • Osteria St. Ana—Yum! Great food, and the waiters were so nice. http://osteriastana.it/ • Cacio di Pepe—An Anthony Bourdain recco that was simple and delicious. Two bowls of pasta, a bottle of house wine, and bread all for 22 Euro. Just 10 minutes walk across the river from the Flaminio. [Thanks so much for the compliments and the restaurant reviews! The Italy Perfect Team] "
