"Thank you for all of your help. From Lisa at Italy Perfect (reservation and information), Francesco and his Mother (owners and hosts), location, price (2 families shared the cost), true TuscanyChianti feel, to proximity to Siena/Florence, if you want to get the feeling that you are an Italian vineyard and olive orchard owner, choose this for your next Italian getaway! You become part of it and it becomes part of you during your stay! We had a vehicle and would recommend it as a drive around the surrounding countryside visiting some of the small towns along the way is very rewarding and the trip to Siena/Florence is not that far! The driving is easy in the country compared to the need to use public transportation in Rome/Venice. You can relax at Casa San Vito, or head out for many an adventure, great food, and of course, a Gelato a day! Our weather was mid 80's w/some showers. Heat could be an issue, but wasn't for us. If you need luxury, this might not be your destination, but for a warm and accommodating location on a hillside overlooking the Chianti region seriously consider Casa San Vito!"
"Good location. A little small, but i knew that going in. Good services e.g. computer available with printer; heating magnificent. Nice people running it."
"We had a wonderful visit in Rome in a large part because our accommodations at Flaminio were so exceptional. The Flaminio is a classic Italian apartment with all the comforts of home. The location is perfect and you can easily walk to the Vatican, St. Peters (the cupola you can actually see from the terrace), the Pantheon, Forum and Colosseum. We loved spending time out on the terrace, shopping in the neighborhood markets, and dining out at some of the excellent restaurants in and around the Piazza del Popolo. The Flaminio was the first stop on a month-long trip around Italy and it proved to be a great choice and the right way to start our trip! [It was a pleasure, Doug, to work with you. The Italy Perfect Team.]"
"We were given a choice to stay at Pasquino since the common halls and outside of the building were being restored or go to another residence in the Veneto area at the expense of Italy Perfect. We chose to stay at Pasquino during the restoration because we enjoy this centralized area of Rome is close to most of the monuments and museums we can easily walk to. There are many good resturants, bakeries, gelato shops, and Campo dei Fiori where one can purchase fresh fruits, vegetables & meats. The apartment is very accommodating: two bedrooms, two baths, wonderful eat-in kitchen & dining room. There were a number of English speaking channels on the TV and some of the Italian channels were interesting as well. The owner and host was very helpful and accommodating. Thank you Joe for all your help. We heartily recommend Pasquino. [We are so pleased you opted to stay at Pasquino during the recent exterior facade restoration work. Glad that you enjoyed your stay & that the work is all finished! The Italy Perfect Team]"

"We just loved our stay at Prisco. The location is perfect, the apartment very comfortable and the owners very kind and helpful. We felt "at home"! We love to cook and the kitchen had all the things you need to prepare lovely meals (and you can shop at nearby Eataly). Within walking distance you can reach very good restaurants, one of my favorites is Trattoria Sostanza , sipping coffee and drink "aperitivo" at Cafe Giacosa it's a must ( in front of the apartment ) and eating panino tartufatto at Procacci. The shops around are very high quality, be sure to walk at Via della Vigna Nuova, and you will find lovely shops and La Duree to eat the best french macarons! We love Firenze and Tuscany and we definitely will came back, so we recommend this home away from home !! We do recommend Italy Perfect and Paris Perfect as we had rented apartments in both sites and were very satisfied ."
"The location is perfect - close to the Ponte Vechio and an excellent little supermarket. Great restaurants overlooking the Arno only a couple of minutes away. Most of the main sights are in easy walking distance. The house is ideal for a couple. Rooms are a good size and very well furnished. There were fresh flowers in every room and fruit and wine left for us. The owner is very helpful in welcoming us and organizing taxis. We were there for five nights. We had been to Florence a couple of times before, but just for a couple of days. Still so much more to see. We will be going back again to this house again! Incidentally for anyone going to Florence from the UK the flight from London City Airport is really good!"

"The apartment is bright and sunny. Great deck with excellant views. This apartment is the heart of the tourist district so life in the city starts around 7 am and ends around midnight which is great. The roofdeck overlooks the busy canals.
There is easy easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. You are steps from San Marco and the Bridge of Sighs. 20 minuet walk to museums and 30 minuet walk to beautiful shady parks.
Paola the greeter is wonderful. Friendly, helpful and one of the nicest people I have met traveling.
I would recommend Italy Perfect to friend. NO surprises. The apratment was represente well in the pictures and description. Getting there was easy. Got off the plan, called Paola, was at the apartment when I got off the vaparetto. Great!"
"Our family spent 4 nights at the Sabini in July 2012. Rome was so busy, and very hot: we loved having a convenient city oasis. Plenty of stylish space for our family, including a separate bathroom for the kids (a real plus). The windows must be fairly new - no street noise at all when closed. Streamlined, sleek new kitchen with basic cooking gear & a very large refrigerator. Comfortable living dining room with plenty of seating for our family.
The apartment is well located on a quieter street just a block from the very busy Spanish steps and an easy walk to the metro. Right across the street is a bar/tabac for your morning coffee, plus a nice restaurant for supper. Many many shops and restaurants in a 5 minute stroll from the apartment - it was hard to decide where to eat!
We walked all over, and used the metro to get out to the Colosseum and Vatican City. The apartment had lots of guidebooks and maps too, supplementing our own. It was easy meeting our greeter, Rosie, and she did a great job of showing us how all the appliances work.
We would definitely use Italy Perfect again and recommend it to friends as well."
"My 2 adult daughters and I enjoyed 5 wonderful days in the Solare apartment. It was a 4-flight walk up...but not a big deal. The steps were not difficult. Just don't forget anything in the apartment! The location was perfect: just a couple of blocks to the Academia Gallery and a couple of blocks to the Duomo and the market centrale. It's a short walk from the train station, Santa Maria Novella. In fact, once you learn the streets, you will realize that you can walk everywhere. Chiara (owner) was in the apartment on time and went over every detail with us. She was lovely...she gave us a gift basket with pasta, sauce, cheese, biscotti and wine! We had our first night's meal in the apartment. She gave us detergent for the washing machine. The WIFI was perfect...had absoultely no problems. She even left us a cell phone in case we needed to contact her. The murphy bed in the living room was very comfortable, as was the bed in the master bedroom. Chiara has a journal in the wall unit of the living room where everyone can write comments. The restaurant recommended by all was a place called ZaZa's which is located behind the mercato centrale. Go there! The food is fantastic, portions are large and the prices are reasonable. Across the way is a great gelato place...they make their own. Definitely go to the mercato centrale and buy fresh pasta, vegetables, etc. Cook in your apartment and taste the fantastic flavor of fresh food! We took a side trip to Siena and San Gimignano. Siena was great: wine tour, tuscan pizza, tour of the church (with a tour guide). San Gimignano was a tourist trap. Pretty shops, nothing else. Oh yes! We took a cooking course in Florence. That was fantastic. They give you the recipes and we made them for Father's Day dinner. The name of the company was La Tavola and we booked it through Viator. Wish we could have taken more courses. Have a great trip and enjoy the apartment! Gloria, Jackie & Christine"
"The apartment was the best place we stayed on our entire trip. It was lovely. Thanks for all your assistance in making this a very memorable trip."
"I just had to drop you a note to THANK YOU for the marvellous villa. It was everything that I had imagined and even more. The weather was superb for the week and we enjoyed more than one glass of wine on the patio. Francesco was very helpful and accommodating but we really didn't see much of him or his family. We enjoyed our time in Florence - the bus was fantastic from Bottai - and we loved just exploring the area around San Casciano. Our time in Italy was just fantastic and finishing off our time at the Villa just seemed to be the icing on the cake. I have no words to express our appreciation for having such a welcoming and comforting home base! Who knows, our travels may take us to that area again. Thank you again, Lisa, for all of your assistance, your references and your answers to my many endless questions. I just had to drop you a note to THANK YOU for the marvellous villa. "I was only in Florence 4 days visiting friends but I found the overall experience at the Michaela very good. The hosts were excellent, very helpful and willing to do anything needed. I was very familiar with the area and highly recommend the coffee across the street at Cafe Giacosa - the best cappucino in the world I am sure! Being right in the centre of the best shopping area I thought the apartment would be noisy but it was not.The only problem I expereinced was the lack of screens on the window. It was October and I did not turn on the air-conditioning, didn't realize there were mosquitos - so I had lots of bites.Very safe even when I returned late at night.Highly recommend the place and the company."
"Of the 3 homes we rented in during our 3 week love affair with Italy this home stood above all others. Our greeter was professional and made sure we were well acquainted with the home and surrounding neighborhoods. The location could not have been better. We especially enjoyed the balcony in the evenings with a lovely glass of wine. If we will not hesitate to stay here again and recommend it to our friends. Excellent value. [Thank you so much for your kind review! The Italy Perfect Team]"
"The Pasquino Property was everything advertised and then some. My family of 5 felt completely comfortable, like a home away from home. We could leave the apartment and walk anywhere in Rome. Piazza Novona being in our backyard. Even better all financial transactions we're completed in U.S. Dollars and well ahead of our arrival. This is unlike some rentals that want a wad of local currency in hand when you arrive. Lisa answered all of our questions before we arrived, and our greeter answered all local questions. Stephano Car was a great service, grabbed our bags and took us right from the airport to our apartment, and was waiting outside the door when we left for home. I highly recommend Italy Perfect to anyone."
"With my wife we spent wonderful time here, Firenze. As Italian Perfect offered us a cozy room with well equipment, so we could enjoyed our time comfortably. There are a lot of kitchen accessories and many kinds of glasses, so we enjoyed home-made dinners and Italian wines when I wanted Japanese foods. My wife enjoyed church bells in mornings and flute sounds that a player gave a performance in building corners in quite nights. We would like to express our sincere thanks to Italy Perfect and supporters for our staying in Firenze. And, of course, we will recommend Italy Perfect apartment and good management to our friends. Best regards,Masako & Mike"

"The accommodation was just as we hoped - we couldn't fault it. Casetta Bonsi is ideally placed - very close to the Ponte Vecchio yet far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. Not too much of a walk up the steepish road behind Casetta Bonsi are the Bardini Gardens which enjoy a beautiful view over Florence. As we stayed in Florence for almost two weeks we found the "Friends of the Uffizi" pass worked well. It allowed us to visit the Uffizi as many times as we wished. Entrance for "Friends" is through Door 2 and on the occasions we visited we went quickly through. Door 2 also leads to the "Friends" Office where the passes can be purchased. The pass also gives free access to the Pitti Palace, Boboli Gardens, Bardini gardens, the Accademia and a number of other galleries. The Café "O" opposite the Sapori supermarket serves delicious coffee, sandwiches and cannolis. The price is not expensive unless you sit at the tables by the windows looking onto the Arno. Since arriving home we have recommended Casetta Bonsi and Italy Perfect to our friends."

"Our trip to Italy was the fulfilment of a dream. We were celebrating two retirements after more than 80 combined years of working, and also our fortieth wedding anniversary. We'd been to Venice several times over the years and always said, "Wouldn't it be nice to just stay a bit longer..."We found Serenata online, and booked it for over three weeks. What can I say? The place is wonderful. A moment's walk from San Marco. From the secure entrance, up the miniscule elevator...to our lovely apartment. Spotless, spacious and comfortable. Lots of windows with shutters. Everything has been thought of. We made every dinner and every breakfast, and most lunches in the thoughtfully-designed kitchen. We had everything we needed, and the kitchen is easy to keep clean. The bathroom is large and bright with room to store toiletries, two sinks, an excellent shower and a window with translucent glass. The bedroom is small, the bed comfortable, and there is closet space. There's a washer downstairs in a locked area. There is a comfortable living room with flat screen tv , also a dining area for all meals. There's also a storage area off the bedroom and it's spotless too: no bugs, no ants, no creatures other than the two of us, (other than those tiny, wicked Venetian mosquitoes) .
I have left the altana to the end of my review. This terrace was wonderful. We sat here and watched the tourists and the gondolas, we rested and read, we sipped wine... The altana is well-built, covered for a bit of sun protection, and has lovely flowers and a lemon tree. There's a sturdy table and four chairs, and a view of the dome. And the bells.......ahhhhhhhhh.
Paola was awesome. She was willing to leave us alone but at the same time she was willing to assist with anything we needed. She checked in frequently. When 'high tide' happened, and other tourists were stuck with ruined shoes and drenched socks, there we were in our gumboots provided for just such an occasion. (Other tourists expressed their envy). There's a beautiful big umbrella too. I refused to leave it in the umbrella receptacle in one museum one rainy day because I was afraid it would be stolen. No one argued.
There's a decent grocery store a couple of minutes away, and a better store on the Strada Nuova, between Rialto and the train station. There's an ATM half a block from the apartment.
Thanks, italyperfectThanks, Paola. Thanks, Venice. We can hardly wait to return."

"Our accommodations were wonderful. Very clean and updated decor. The kitchen was completely furnished and the appliances were new. This particular apartment was on the top floor (66 steps) with no elevator. It's doable but not if you can't do stairs. I highly recommend this apartment."
"We obviously like this location because it is the second time we have rented here. Miki and Franco are very accommodating, friendly and helpful. I strongly suggest the visitor brush up on their Italian because it is helpful when meeting Miki and Franco and helpful in general. The apartment was very clean and cute and the location is central to most of the major attractions. Although it is very close to the train station, you would not know it because the surrounding area is very upscale with the convenience of restaurants, food stores and shops nearby. I would strongly recommend this apartment and Italy Perfect. One more thing I will mention is that while we like to think that we are immersing ourselves in the Italian culture by renting an apartment, the reality is that it is easier dealing with an American related agency and Lisa Byrne is very professional with great follow through on requests and information."
"We just got back from Italy. We were very happy with our accommodations in Rome and in Tuscany. At Casa San Vito we enjoyed meeting Francesco and his family. The house was perfect and of course we loved Tuscany. I have told numerous people about your website and recommended accommodations. Hopefully we can do it again sometime perhaps in Paris."
"I just returned from 11 wonderful nights in Firenze, Italy. I decided on this trip to rent an apartment due to the length of my stay and chose to rent the Michaela, a studio apartment from ItalyPerfect.com. Lisa was so very helpful and professional throughout the planning stages and answered all my questions which were so much appreciated.
The apartment is perfectly located in the fashion shopping district (which for me was not a good thing, but I kept my promise not to splurge and I didn’t) close to Via Tornabuoni, is about a ten minute walk to and from the Santa Maria Novella (SMN) train station and it's on a bus route as well and you can walk to all the major sites that Firenze has to offer. The apartment itself suited my needs perfectly as I was traveling solo. The apartment is fairly quiet for it being in a very busy thoroughfare. The apartment is very attractive, had a lovely welcoming basket of wine, chocolate, etc., the room was a good-size, very comfortable and it had everything I wanted with a modern bathroom. And if you’re wondering, the apartment building has an elevator, so no need to struggle with your luggage up the stairs. You can keep in touch with family and friends or get caught up on the latest headline news with easy access to the internet with the computer work station just outside your door.
As Firenze happens to be my favorite destination in Italy I’m already thinking and planning my next trip to Italy and will definitely book my stay with italyperfect.com for all my future accommodations throughout Europe and especially Firenze and will definitely recommend using them to one an all. "
