"We had a great time in Italy. We loved Tuscany. Casa San Vito was wonderful. The various family members there were friendly and helpful. It couldn't have been better -- well, maybe, if it hadn't rained so much. But that didn't slow us down. Our bottom line is that Claire and I would love to go back for another stay at San Vito. We cooked at home most nights and enjoyed living like the Italian families in the area. Thanks for setting this up for us. If you want to use us as a referral for someone to talk with about the Casa, we'd be glad to do that."

"I wanted to write and thank you, and Miki and Franco, for my stay in Firenze. I had a glorious time. My daughter Caitlin and I wandered to the Italian Riviera and all around Tuscany, and had an absolutely memorable experience. It was so nice to return at the end of the day to "my" place on Via della Spada. The apartment was perfect for my needs and the location, well, perfect. I must tell you, during the end of my stay I was alone for the day as my daughter was attending class. I wandered to Fiesole and found myself having lunch at a wonderful restaurant recommended by Miki. An American couple sat down at the same restaurant a short time later and we began a conversation. It was revealed that we were both visiting our respective children and the conversation moved on to where we were staying. We both began to report on the wonderful apartments we had in a great location in Firenze and then ultimately realized we're staying a few doors apart [at the Prisco apartment] and we both booked through Italy Perfect. Maggie and her husband Bob were delightful people and we all laughed about how "small" the world has indeed become. Thanks again Lisa; this will be a memory that both my daughter and I will cherish."

"We were a bit nervous on our drive to the house this being our first time driving in the Italian countryside, the narrow, winding roads, and rather inconspicuous signage had us a bit on edge. But as we neared the house, we spotted it in the distance. It was pretty as a picture! We made our way down the gravel road between vineyards and olive groves, and arrived at the house. Once inside, we were charmed by everything: The kitchen fireplace, the enormous patio overlooking the countryside, the modern conveniences tucked into the rustic, homey environment. After a quick run to the adorable “mini market” back up the road, we were ready to settle in. Our dear friends from Paris had rented the house across the courtyard. We all met outside for a glass of the “house wine” – literally, the wine made in the ground floor of Casa Rosa – and some wonderful Italian food. It was just like the movies! The owners were delightful – they had just completed their harvest, and were literally making their wine during our stay. They invited us into their winery to sample some “fresh” wine and watch them stomping grapes – explaining that they were using the “must” to make grappa. Throughout our stay we enjoyed Tuscany from our comfortable home base of Casa Rosa. We had fabulous meals, enjoyed fantastic sights, and took away amazing memories. Thank you for making our trip to Tuscany an experience of a lifetime."

"All three apartments in Florence (Prisco, Michaela and Strozzi) worked out great. We loved having everyone in the same building (and hallway). That was perfect. The units were exactly as advertised and they were in a GREAT location in Florence. We liked it a lot and would definitely stay there again if we came back to Florence in the future. Two of our favorite restaurants were a stone's throw away -- Il Latini and Osteria Bella Donne."

"We really enjoyed our time at Casa San Vito, making day trips into Firenze and all the other spots we wanted to see. The home was pretty much as we expected/described on the website. We felt the location was ideal. Even Pisa/Livorno were no more than 90 minute drives. Our weather was ideal, but in August, that's expected. As all other guests have remarked, the hosts are fabulous people... everything was great."

"I felt very safe and comfortable in the apartments [Michaela and Prisco]. Miki and Franco went out of their way to help me with some things unrelated to the apartment, and I had everything I could possibly need. The neighborhood is great and I absolutely loved being right in the center of town, able to come and go easily and utilize the kitchen and the quiet for inbetween all of my sightseeing and Florence activities. It was so easy to communicate with Lisa- she always responds promptly and kindly to any inquiries. I highly recommend the apartments offered through Italy Perfect."

"Casa San Vito was a highlight of our family's Italy vacation. The house is just as it is described on the website and it is a great value. We enjoyed getting to visit with Francesco and his parents who were extremely gracious and generous. The location is great for side trips: We went to Pisa, Viareggio (beach town), Carrara (marble quarries), San Gimignano, Siena, Volterra, and several Chianti wine towns. You can take a bus into Florence from a nearby village and avoid the hassle of driving in the city, a huge plus. Hanging out at the house and relaxing is equally enjoyable. The nearby town of San Casciano is a handy base for groceries, restaurants and shopping. We prepared dinner at home several nights, and had some great meals in the nearby restaurants. Our week and a half at San Vito exceeded our expectations. We'd love to return."
