"Great location, close to everything; extremely nice and helpful owners; charming, clean, and well equipped apartment, with little kitchen. The only problem we had was that the living room is not sound insulated as well as the bedroom, so it was harder to sleep well there."

"When we rented the apartment in Florence we had no idea just how much it would enhance our stay. Each day we returned to our HOME with appetizers in hand. Then we would sit on our private terrace, enjoying wonderful italian cheeses and wine while discussing our day. We were traveling with 2 twenty year olds and had we all returned to separate hotel rooms our experience would not have been shared or enjoyed nearly as much. We will travel this way from now on. "The apartment was quiet and well located. We were steps from the hub of action... Stores, tourist attractions and great food. The apartment was well appointed. Gelato in the freezer, soap for the wash machine and air conditioning for the heat of summer. We could walk to all of Florence from our lodging. We walked to the train station for a day trip to Pisa. We walked to all the restaurants and tourist sites. We slept well and each morning had coffee on our terrace. I would highly recommend this apartment and the service of Italy perfect. We were given helpful tips from Italy Perfect on trains and taxi's. The owner of the apartment gave us stories and information we felt appreciated and we appreciated all the service we were given. Hope to return in the future!"

"The Tesoro is so beautiful-just amazing! Elizabetta, our greeter was very accommodating. Our plane arrived early and she was happy to meet us at our convenience. The accommodations were done with very discerning taste. The furnishings alone were worth a fortune, the artwork is everywhere and much of it original, but the frescoes were indescribable. I thought I would arrive and be disappointed in their authenticity, quite the contrary. They are truly amazing. Other than that, the appointments were perfect. We had everything we needed and more. The apartment was large (even by American standards) and fully equipped with a well working AC (temps were over 100F). The location was very convenient to all of the florentine attractions. "Driving up the dirt road through an avenue of poplar trees with vineyards and olive trees in view we knew if was going to be a memorable stay. Emerging from within the trees was the castle which is within the property. Everyday we would marvel at the view from our villa over the Chianti hills and spent many hours swimming in the expansive pool overlooking countryside and the view of the castle. The villas were spacious and beautifully presented and the owners were welcoming and charming. The central location of the villas meant we could visit many Tuscan towns which we did after lunch each day returning later that day. We cannot wait to return."

"Wow. Serenata was the perfect rental for us. The location is super convenient and yet still set away and quiet. We spent hours and hours on the altana watching the world go by. If you like to cook, the kitchen has everything. We went to the markets - fish. Vegetables, cheese and butcher and made dinner every night. We almost at felt like locals. There is a very nice wine bar with a garden right downstairs and also yummy gelato. We were there during a wave of very high heat and humidity and the bedroom was a little warm for American standards but we made it work. I'm sure it would have been just fine any other time. Paola was a wonderful greeter. She gave us great recommendations and even walked us to the market and point things out along the way. She introduced us to the lovely young lady at HK Wine Bar. So we were treated like VIPs from the start. We would return in a heart beat to Serenata! Maybe not in July though."

"My head was spinning with so many options for our "once in a lifetime" overseas stay. We selected Italy Perfect because they have stayed in each location and I could call Pat and get my questions answered without a language barrier. They gave me more security about the transaction and the reliability of accommodations. S Croce Donatello was the perfect location, clean, spacious, and such a wonderful way to stay in beautiful Florence. We truly can not say enough about it. EVERYTHING was in walking distance and within a few days we knew the city. Santa Croce is a beautiful church and we literally opened our front door to it each day. We learned where the markets were and prepared several meals at home. The kitchen had the basics and the dining room easily can accommodate 8 people. However, local restaurants are available too -- the best of both worlds. We stayed with our two adult children (ages 18 and 21). However, the apartment would be perfect for 3 couples or a family of 6 or so. Plenty of space for everyone. Quiet at night and very, very clean! [Oh, super, Nic, we are so glad this worked so nicely for you. The Italy Perfect Team]"

"Accommodations: Lovely extremely LARGE apt. It had TWO bathrooms, one very large bedroom and an extremely large dining room/kitchen area. Of course it had a living room too! Pictures were accurate. Rooms had large windows, making it very cheery. The private floor that the apartments were on were extremely well decorated, with very personal and artistic touches, oil paintings and all. The windows were soundproof, which was good, because we were in the heart of the city. Would stay there again, but would try and get one of the apartments that had a balcony. Probably because I LOVE to sit outside and eat or just relax. The apartment that did have a balcony [Strozzi apartment] was on an inside courtyard, which means it would be very private and quiet. Location: Was exactly where we wanted to be. We had several one bedroom choices, but picked this one, close to the River and centrally located in the middle of most of the museums we wanted to see. GREAT! Italy Perfect: If you EVER go to Italy you MUST use this company. Since really good travel agents are extremely hard to find (especially since the internet). Dealing with this company was like using National Geographic tours or another five star company like them, only at much less the cost. Pat & Lisa give you the best service. They have researched EVERYTHING you need to know about the city, where to go, what to do, were to eat and shop for groceries, best means of transportation,etc. I have traveled to many countries around the world, most of the trips I planned myself, unless they were to very remote areas. I had to do very LITTLE research because Pat & Lisa share their wealth of information with you. They even contacted me via e-mail, when they were in Italy, while I was planning this extensive trip ( we stayed in 3 different apartments in Italy) ! How is that for great service! Just MAKE SURE you read ALL the information they send you. It may seem like a lot to go through, but it will ensure you have a great time!"

"I read ALL the info provided, and EVERYTHING was photographed and written about EXACTLY the way we found it. Actually, the apartment had a few more surprises, that were great. The outdoor (covered deck) was directly over the intersection of two canals, so we had a wonderful time listening to and watching the gondolas and the gondoliers, serenading their passengers! ALSO: the apartment was decorated with numerous, extremely old(and I am sure, very valuable) Murano glass pieces: lamp statue, large lighted flowered mirror, and much more. Plenty of room: very large. open living room, dining room. Plus the kitchen was also an eat in. We both would stay there again in a heartbeat. Location: We were within 4 short blocks from the heart of Venice, The Piazza San Marco, St.Mark's Basilica and the Dodge's Palace. Since these were on the Grand Canal, it was easy to get a vaporetto, and go anywhere,The biggest tip, is DO YOUR RESEARCH before you go, BUY every kind of ticket or pass you can in advance (saves lots of time ) AND the MOST important thing is to make sure you READ ALL the information Italy Perfect gives you. Italy Perfect is the BEST tour guide you could ask for. The anticipate ALL your needs and give them to you. From where to stay and why, what to wear, where to shop(groceries) ,restaurants they personally have tried.ITALY PERFECT - you are TOPS in our book. I have traveled to more than 20 countries around the world and always plan my own trips. (This is just my thing, the planning part is a lot of the enjoyment I get) But with Italy Perfect- you Do Not need to worry about anything. They have covered ALL you will need to know. "Having traveled to many cities and staying in apartments, I would have to say that Tessoro was by far one of the nicest and most comfortable flats. The location is really great for all walking tours in Florence. It's located in a courtyard building so you hear absolutely no street noise at all - only the bells from Santa Croce if your balcony doors are open. The balcony is a very nice touch - you can have your morning coffee overlooking a hidden garden while you are really in the city center. We loved our stay in Florence at Tessoro and would definitely stay there again. The amenities are great - fully applianced kitchen, washing machine, two full bathrooms and AC. [We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay. The Italy Perfect Team]"

"My feedback is nothing but positive -- a 5 star review. First, you made it so easy transitioning to Italy from the US with detailed telephone instructions. I called Maurizio when we arrived and he and his daughter met us at the house. The cab ride was also easy, thanks to your clear directions, printed out in Italian. The home itself was charming, everything the other reviewers described. We had a lovely welcome basket of baked goodies waiting for us. The house was very comfortable and the decor charming. It was fun learning how to make Italian coffee on the Bialetti. I even bought one to take home! The Oltrano neighborhood was ideal. We could walk everywhere and see all of the museums, etc., but stayed on our side of the bridge for dinner. The restaurants in the Oltranno neighborhood were not full of tourists, and had better prices and better food. Casalinga was our favorite. Our favorite piazza in the City is Piazza Santo Spirito, a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment. We loved having wine at sunset up at the PIazza Michelangelo and strolling through the Boboli Gardens, right in our neighborhood. We had friends staying on the other side of the bridge and they came most nights to “our side" to get away from the crowds. I did not see their rentals, but they said ours was extremely large, quiet, and well appointed compared to the places they were staying. As you know, we had a little mishap on the last day in Florence, locking our key, and my phone with Maurizio’ contact information in the house. It was a holiday in Italy and a Sunday afternoon in the US. Nevertheless, we borrowed a very friendly neighbor’s computer and emailed Italy Perfect. We were able to get your number, called you, and you immediately responded. You got us in touch with Maurizio who drove an hour out of his way, on his holiday, to bring us the key! Meanwhile, some renters on our street, obviously not booked through Italy Perfect, had just flown in from the US. They were sitting on the curb with their suitcases, trying to contact the owners of their apartments. Needless to say, we were so grateful to have booked through Italy Perfect. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, Lisa and Maurizio. I will recommend the Casetta Bonsi to all of my friends."

"I don't even know where to begin. From the beginning, the communication with Lisa was great. She got back to me in a timely manner and answered all my questions thoroughly. I loved all the information I got from Italy Perfect about the customs and helpful hints. When we arrived at our property we were so excited! It looked EXACTLY like the pictures. It was perfect for our family, it was even bigger than I expected. The owners were there to greet us and they were the sweetest couple. They were so helpful, they showed us around and gave us a map of the area.We loved Florence. I left part of myself there, so I will be back. We used Florence as our home base and made several day trip via high speed rail to Pompei, Rome, Pisa (we used the commuter rail), and Venice. The location of our apartment was perfect. We walked everywhere, we were close to the Duomo, which is amazing. The neighborhood was safe and I felt so at home. I found that street vendors in Italy can be quite aggressive we quickly learned to just not make eye contact and keep walking. If you stop to even look at what they are offering, it can be difficult to get away because they are very pushy.There is a huge indoor mart close to the Firenze train station and you can buy all sorts of fresh food items. We left with cheeses, salamis, and olives. The atmosphere was authentic Italy.I would definitely recommend Italy Perfect to anyone visiting. I will be using them again when we return in the future. This trip was the best in my life!"

"We had a family vacation that included 5 nights in the Donnatello apartment. We have never seen a more spacious and well maintained accomodation! We were greeted by the lovely Cecile and made to feel welcome. The rooms are a step back in time with period decor and frescoes on the walls. Our stay was topped off with the historic games of calcio storico in the piazza, which occurs every June. If we should be so lucky to return to Florence, we would plan our vacation around the availability of this lovely apartment! Thank you to the Contessa!!"
