"My stay at Prisco was far better than I would have ever imagined thanks to Miki and Franco!From my arrival Franco was there to meet me and help with my luggage since I arrived with an injury that I couldn’t lift anything. He also helped with getting me groceries.The location is prime and the apartment looks exactly like it does on the photos.Because of my injury, I needed extra help and both Miki and Franco were always there. I even locked myself out one day and Franco was there in less that 20 mins.I enjoyed my stay so much that I’m going back In October.Thanks again and see you in a few months![We are thrilled that you enjoyed our stay! "We just spent an amazing week in the Tuscan hills above Florence at the Divine Dante villa, former home of Dante Alighieri. What a historical treat to be staying in the villa. We were a party of 9 which included two families with 5 adult children. Each bedroom has two twins that can be made into a queen-sized bed and each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, which was perfect for our group. The on-site staff was a gentleman, Pieris, who is the nicest, kindest and most helpful person, which made our stay so wonderful. We enjoyed him so much. After taking us to the local grocery store, he always had coffee/tea and breakfast waiting for us every morning if we asked for it. We had an amazing cooking class experience with a local chef who came to the villa and Pieris dressed up to be our waiter. It was a truly special night. He was so helpful when we needed cabs or arranging any activities. The villa is perfect walking distance to the city centre of Florence. It took us 30-45 minutes to walk to the Duomo from the villa, which usually meant we window shopped most of the way. We walked down the hill on narrow streets (be careful of cars driving past) almost every day. The walk back up the hill to the villa is not too strenuous. But you can easily catch a cab in town to take you back to the villa. Cristiana is the contact for the Dante Villa and Italy Perfect. She was there to greet us when we arrived and explained all the aspects of the villa to us, including the importance of the electrical bill and air conditioning. Always make sure to turn the air off in each of the rooms when leaving for the day and keep the doors closed, which helps to keep the house cool. Cristiana was such a joy to work with and a big help in providing and arranging all of our activities, which included a cooking class at the villa to help celebrate birthdays. Since we were a large party, Cristiana arranged to have a local car service available to us during our stay. We used them for our travels to the cities of San Gimignano and Siena as well as travel to some really great wineries in the Chianti region. The drivers were very knowledgeable about the history of the region. Luca was one of our driver’s for the week and suggested we go to Castello della Paneretta winery for a tour and tasting. It was a wonderful experience. He then took us to Osteria Capanna del Gallo for an unforgettable dining experience. The food was amazing but the outdoor venue overlooking the Tuscan hills and sunset made for a great ending to a wonderful day! Our experience with Italy Perfect has been wonderful. All of our needs were met and between Cristiana and Pieris at the villa, we had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back soon as Florence is one of our favorite Italian cities. "The flat was in a perfect location for our stay in Rome. Walking distance to all the major sites, including the Colosseum (20-25 mins) and Vatican City. The area directly outside the doors has many incredible restaurants and some of the best gelato shops we found. The flat itself was incredibly well kept, beds were comfortable, incredibly clean and had that perfect Italian feeling we were looking for. With the windows open you can hear the hustle and bustle of the activity below, but when closed, it made it almost totally silent. Windows are modern and work very well. The kitchen was very well stocked if you are looking to cook meals.We will certainly look to book this property again when we return to Rome in the near future. "Our family of 4 was extremely comfortable for nearly a week. Each teenager had their own room and the air conditioning worked very well. This is a quiet neighborhood, but you won't be disappointed. There are restaurants and bars within 100 feet of the front door (just cross 1 bridge). You can walk to all the major sites within 12 minutes. It is directly on a canal with romantic gondolas going by every few minutes. We really enjoyed the terrace a great deal. There is a grocery store within a 5 minute walk, so we decided to eat-in for several nights. We had all our breakfasts on the terrace. Simply amazing views of the Venice sky line. It was also nice to be sheltered from the hot summer sun and the 1 time it rained. There is a separate deck on the roof - which we used a few times also. Check-in and out was fantastic. This company has everything very well planned and everything was very on-time. Communication was excellent! Highly recommended. [Thank you for your great review! "What a lovely place very convenient, spacious. I was greeted by Franco who explained all the amenities, he was extremely helpful. On checkout he and his wife were even more helpful even arranging a taxi to the airport. The place is very homey and Italian, as advertised. I was very satisfied. "Villa Aurora proved to be exactly what our family needed in Rome after 10 days of biking and sightseeing in southern Italy. There was plenty of room for the whole family to spread out and enjoy being in a quiet garden in the city. The location was at the top of Piazza del Popolo, so, easy to walk to lots of historical sights, shopping, and great restaurants nearby. Our host and house keeper met us at the villa when we arrived with a warm welcome and a freshly made fruit tart which the family enjoyed. Spaska, the housekeeper, proved to be a gem for us. She was warm and friendly and was at the villa daily for cleaning service for a couple of hours. The famous Ristorante Alfredo is less than .8 of a mile away of Via del Corso and it didn't disappoint. They invented the Fettucine Alfredo where we first went in 1989 and it still is excellent. Our teen-aged grandchildren who are foodies were impressed. Clemente alla Maddalena was a great lunch out of the hot sunny day and near lots of shopping and on our way to the Pantheon. Waiters were very friendly and the food was first rate if a bit pricey but worth it. Aside from historical sight seeing, eating and shopping, the real savior of our trip was Pat Byrne at Italy Perfect. She saved us by finding this wonderful villa 3 days before we left for Italy when our original apartment with another company cancelled on us. Pat also went the extra mile by sending us tips on sightseeing and some wonderful restaurants too.I have already referred many of our friends to Italy Perfect and I would certainly use Italy Perfect again in the future without hesitation. "I am so glad we booked accommodations with ItalyPerfect! The entire process was so easy and worry-free. Communications with Lisa and Pat were always timely and clear. They called me shortly after booking to let me know a few helpful hints and point me in the direction of resources for our trip. All the information you could possibly need is right there on the website and is easy to find. They helped us book a driver to and from the airport as well as booking tours. Our apartment/flat was lovely and so convenient to everything. ItalyPerfect made Italy a completely worry free experience.My only regret is that I did not find out they also have London properties until after I booked the London half of our trip. "Wonderful, very clean, very comfortable apartment steps from St Marks Square. Such a lovely experience: we highly recommend the water taxi from the train station to the private dock and the water taxi to the airport. We really appreciated Barbara's help with setting up the taxis and the daily croissants were scrumptious. We were there with our three children and grandparents and there was room for everyone. We had a lovely stay and hope to return!!!"

"From start to finish, our experience with Italy Perfect was perfect. Our stay was a family reunion of 11 people, including a 4.5 year old. There was plenty of room for our group. The grounds are absolutely impeccable - i am involved with golf course management and i have never seen such perfect grass and landscaping. The support staff that came every day did a very good job keeping our place neat. We had asked for snacks and breakfast materials to be there upon our arrival and all was there in great shape. One evening we used a local cook that our greeter arranged and that meal was the best i had in all of Italy. We loved having the pool to cool off after our excursions and it was great having a washing machine there, especially since we had already been travelling for a week. Our greeter was of immense help, particularly as she arranged transportation from the Naples airport at midnight for one of our group. She answered many of our questions over the week and was of immense help. The location was a bit of a challenge for those not used to driving in italy, but once we got the hang of it, it was fine. It fact there was a religious festival (St. Andrew)going on down the street for a few days while we were there, which added to our fun. The views from the decks and the main lawn are absolutely to die for and many evenings were spent overlooking the islands. The dining areas were perfect and the plates/cutlery and glasses were fabulous.Some of the details in the room were so thoughtful - there were wash clothes provided for us Americans, who are used to them, and fresh bars of Dove soap when we arrived. There is good hiking up the hill behind the place and the view from the very top is worth the effort.There are a few restaurants nearby but we weren't exactly clear on where they were - perhaps a little more clarity on that - and some info on when the nearby mini market is open/closed.I absolutely would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone. And, i would recommend Italy Perfect for their service; hope to try to use them again in another place."

"The Cassia apartment was perfection! We are a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 children and the apartment worked great for us. Everyone had their own adorable room and plenty of space to hang out in as well. The private roof top terrace was my favorite. I sat out on it every evening with a glass of prosecco listening to the bells of Venice and looking at the canal, it was magical. The apartment is comfortable and beautifully decorated. The warm daily croissants were and added bonus. The location is 7 minutes from San Marco square, very centrally located but down a quiet alley. They also provide a notebook with restaurant suggestions, which was very helpful. This is our second time renting with Italy Perfect and we will definitely rent again with them, Pat and the crew make it so easy! [Thank you for your great review! "The home we stayed in was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed it! The daily housekeeping was a wonderful bonus. Everyone on property was exceptionally kind to us and upon arrival they had provided a few necessities as well as a fresh baked pie:) The location of the home is unbelievable...it is in the middle of a park, perched on a hill over looking Rome, it really couldn’t be any better! And the surrounding area is great with grocery stores nearby and a beautiful piazza with shops and dining galore as well as many beautiful old Churches to admire and pray within. My biggest complement however must go to Pat who literally saved my vacation. The property I had originally reserved for Rome was flooded by a pipe bursting and damaging the entire space so 36 hours before I was to leave for Rome I found Pat and she generously took control, found this amazing home for us and arranged a private English speaking driver and very quickly had everything reserved and under control. To me she is an angel in disguise and completely saved a trip that felt doomed! Thank you Pat!! [Thank you. "We shared two apartments with our relatives at this lovely memorable location. Franco was an amazing and kind host and was extremely helpful despite some language difficulties. He even left us a bottle of wine. Our apartment was lovely and spacious and was perfect for four as we had two bathrooms. We had a little difficulty with a couple of the air conditioning units but I think that was because we are not technical! The bedroom was beautiful and we really felt as if we were a part of the apartment community. The building has so much history and the ancient automated entrance door (which did require some patience!) opened onto a lively street, yet the apartment was very quiet.We were central to everything and would definitely come back again! Lisa and Pat of Italy Perfect are extremely detailed oriented and prepared us very well for not only our stay but everything we needed to know about the city and the area we stayed in. "We were so pleased with our choice of the Minerva's Treasure apartment. It looks exactly like the photos and our stay got off to a great start with sweet greeter Daniela welcoming us at the apartment, showing us how to use the appliances, explaining things and best of all with a bottle of wine, cookies, juice and a cold bottle of water in the fridge. Great way to start our stay! It was hot in Rome and the A/C worked wonderfully well. Liked having two full bathrooms, they are not large but done in high quality marble, what more can you want when in the best part of the center of Rome! Kitchen was just perfect for us. Supermarket is a short walk & we enjoyed breakfast each morning in the apartment before heading out to explore Rome. Back bedroom is super quiet. Front bedroom and living room get traffic noise from street that parallels the river but Lisa had explained that so we knew to expect it. Favorite neighborhood restaurants were Buca di Ripetta and and Pizza Re. Both just 2 blocks away. Thank you Italy Perfect for a perfect stay in Rome!"

"Francesco met us at the property. He was very accommodating. He even brought us a bottle of wine from his own wine cellar. The views from the terrace are breathtaking. There wasn’t any air conditioning, but the nights in June got cool enough not to really need any air conditioning. I would recommend getting a fan for some white noise and air circulation. We didn’t have one and still did fine. The location was perfect for us. A lot of privacy but close enough to Florence and wineries. I would highly recommend staying here. "This was our second stay at Minerva's Treasure. Love the location, we love to walk so we were up early each morning and walked 4 miles in the Borghese Gardens which is about a 5 minute walk from the apartment, before the heat of the day, such a wonderful way to experience Rome. Also like that there is a taxi stand in nearby Piazza del Popolo, so convenient. Living room is so elegant, and sofa long enough for good naps! [Thank you for your repeat business! The Italy Perfect Team] Apartment has a good layout and it is in a quality, well maintained building. Also good water pressure in the showers, something that can be problematic in parts of Rome. "We absolutely LOVED staying at Borgo Chiarentana. The Tiglio apartment was perfect for our family of 4, my husband and I and our 2 adult children. The setting was idyllic, could not have asked for a better introduction to the Tuscan countryside. The grounds are expansive and a swim in the pool was so refreshing. Loreena was incredibly welcoming and so helpful to us in recommending restaurants, and even called around Nfor us to book reservations. We were pleased to find in the kitchen, a welcome basket--bottle of wine, loaf of bread, meat and cheese and of course, olive oil from the estate. We were lucky enough to have the olive oil tasting dinner the first night we arrived. It was such a pleasure to meet Donata, and hear about the estate and the oils produced there. Our stay was much too short as we spent most days exploring the countryside, but it was so nice to come �home� to Tiglio at the end of the day. The whole time we kept talking about going back with extended family. I would highly recommend this property! We also booked another property with Italy perfect�Niccolo Ginestre, which was also wonderful. I wouldn�t hesitate to book any property through Italy Perfect�It was easy and perfect, start to finish!"
