"We loved our stay there, and Lorena, who was essentially our concierge, was delightful and so helpful. Traveling most of the day and arriving late in the afternoon, it was really nice to have the basics already on hand when we got there. We were invited to dinner onsite later that night with the other guests, and it was absolutely superb: some of the best pasta I’ve ever had in my life. It’s also very centrally located to some of our favorite Italian wine regions (Montepulciano, Montalcino)."

"We had a wonderful stay in the Michaela apartment. Miki and Franco are excellent, charming, and caring hosts, and they are at the building several times a week to help you with anything you need. The apartment is very comfortable and well-kept and its position on the interior of the building is excellent in a busy (noisy) city like Florence. It was quiet and cosy and had everything we needed. Having two bathrooms is a definite plus. The location of the apartment is wonderful: it's a short walk to most of the important sites, grocery stores, the train station, and our favorite restaurants. Our thanks to Miki and Franco for making our stay so enjoyable. We've rented apartments through Italy Perfect several times before in Florence and other parts of Italy, and we recommend them highly. "We stayed a month in Florence in the Prisco Apartment, a beautiful large high ceiling apartment with a very comfortable bed and extremely quiet bedroom (important because it cuts out all street noise). Florence was a great place to take trains to other locations(Rome, Milan, Parma, Venice , Vineyards). While our hosts spoke limited English, they could not have been more gracious and accommodating in answering all our questions in assisting us with our plans. We would highly recommend this venue to anyone traveling to Italy. We really loved the convenient safe location and cleanliness of the city of Florence. The central location of the Prisco Apartment allows you to walk a few blocks to the Duomo and train station and basically anywhere in Florence. "The house is perfectly situated for a visit to Florence, Siena, or anywhere in between. It has a great selection of dishes and cooking dishes. Francesco was a very amiable host and had excellent suggestions. The house has very few neighbors and was very quiet. It is what I have imagined in a Tuscan home - on top of a hill in the middle of olive orchards and vineyards with great valley views. Due to its location and views, it is a few minutes away from shopping. Navi was very helpful for our visit - for shopping, sightseeing, and finding our way back."

"Had stayed in the Casetta back in 2006 and always remembered how nice it was, so for our 50th anniversary trip this year we opted for a longer stay of 18 nights. We were certainly not disappointed. Casetta Bonsi is one of the nicest properties we've ever stayed at in all of our years of travel around the world. The Oltrarno location is terrific - a couple of blocks from the Ponte Vecchio but a world away from the bustle (and noise) of central Florence. Being able to come "home" every afternoon after a day out and about was a real treat. The little house contains every amenity, making it an extremely comfortable nest for an extended stay. My wife prompts me to mention that the washing machine was extremely efficient - the best she experienced during our recent 5 week stay in Tuscany.Maurizio (owner and greeter) was a pleasure to deal with ... just a true gentleman in every respect.In summary, we cannot recommend Casetta Bonsi highly enough.[We are thrilled that you enjoyed your stay with us! "We stayed at Strozzi last visit and Michaela this time. The apartment was perfect for us. We appreciated tissues, shower gel,coffee, even a bottle of wine. The location makes all the sights walking distance. Franco was very kind, he even walked us to the train when a taxi was not available.We will be back. Beautiful Florence and Italy Perfect. "We spent 5 days recently at Casa San Vito. The house was as described on line - no surprises! It is in a lovely hill town in Chianti, a short drive south of Florence. You definitely need a car for this area, and a very good, detailed map and GPS. Francesco was there to meet us when we arrived and was very welcoming. He provided lots of good information about things to do in the surrounding towns, including markets to visit, wineries nearby, and some great restaurants to try. I would not hesitate to recommend Italy Perfect to a friend. They had a great response time to my emails and one panicked phone call just before arrival at the Villa. "We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is great, very easy to get to everything. The hot croissants every morning were amazing!! And the elevator was very handy with luggage and a stroller. We would choose this property again!"

"Such a beautiful apartment, right in the heart of Florence, within 10 minutes walk to all points of interest. It was perfect for our family of four! The apartment had a kitchen with all the necessary utensils, kettle for tea/coffee, wine glasses, etc. The bathroom was spacious, with a very nice shower, and there was even a washing machine (much appreciated). The beds were beautiful and comfortable, and it was incredibly quiet, even though we were right downtown. Our hosts were so kind and accommodating, and they provided very helpful information on where to go and what to do. We will definitely be back![We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay! "The history of the property is fascinating. Our apartment was very clean, well stocked, and nicely appointed. The living room size was lovely. The grounds are gorgeous. I was disappointed to see that this apartment actually has a connecting door to the next apartment, so all their kitchen activity and noise was heard in our space. Also it would have been helpful to know that the arrival to the estate was down a long dirt road. We turned around twice thinking we had made an error. The hospitality of the greeter and organizer, Lorena, was outstanding. If you are looking for a remote country side stay in the Val D’Orcia, but with some concierge type help nearby, you should love this setting. [We are pleased this guest enjoyed her stay but sorry she overlooked the information on the webpage about the connecting door in the foyer. The dirt road is only 1 mile and is typical for rural, farm estates & part of the Tuscany experience. The Italy Perfect Team]"

"Our host was extremely punctual, welcoming and wonderful. As most have said about Casetta Bonsi, you could not ask for a more convenient location to explore Florence - close to everything, but far enough from the crowds to enjoy quiet glasses of wine on the terrace. Italy perfect indeed."

"We just LOVED our week here at the 3 bedroom Villa (La Limonaia). We experienced true Tuscan hospitality in an authentic Italian "Borgo". The location is just spectacular. Surrounded by a working winery and situated at the end of a dirt road in the quiet hills of Tuscany. We had our own entrance to a 2 story self catering villa. Our view of the castle made walking out of our home for the week all the more spectacular. Furnishings are authentic and characteristic to the area with Italian antiques. Bathrooms are clean and more contemporary. Our family of 5 used this location to explore many different areas of Tuscany and to attend a wedding near Florence. We felt it was centrally located for our itinerary as many of the popular hill towns are within an equal radius. After our long journey from the US, We took advantage of the lovely dinner and breakfast at the property on the first night. It was lovely, welcoming and delicious. Unfortunately, the weather did not allow us to enjoy the beautiful pool area during our stay. One of the suggestions I would have for guests interested in staying here would to make sure your car is higher off the ground to navigate the bumpy dirt road to the Borgo. Our rental was low profile and it was difficult not to "bottom out" or scrape the underside of the vehicle on many spots along the way to and from the main road. The staff was always available and helpful for suggestions and recommendations for other dining in the region, directions, etc. The best internet is located in the lobby which is decorated with comfortable sofas and lovely art. Since it is difficult, this day and age, to disconnect from necessary responsibilities at home, it would be nice if WiFi connectivity could be attained in the rooms. Being able to communicate enables us to travel more. Realistically, what makes this place so special is the warmth and hospitality of the hosts. We felt like we were part of the family and would definitely consider staying here again."

"We were 4 people and had a lovely 4 night stay at this apartment. Cannot beat the location! We experienced unexpected rains in May, and we could rush back to the apartment, wait for rains to settle down and head out again, since it was so centrally located! Great restaurant options right down the street. Although centrally located, we did not find it too noisy. Since we were arriving late at night after a long flight, Lisa arranged an airport transfer from the airport and it went very smoothly. There is a small elevator, so luggage was not a problem. Kitchen had a Nespresso machine which we particularly enjoyed! Our greeter was also very friendly and accommodating! Thanks for a great first time experience in Rome!"

"When we arrived, mother Sonia greeted us and showed us the house and how to operate everything. The view is to die for and a painters paradise. The home is centrally located, Florence less than 15 minutes to park and take bus to center of city, Seina about 45 minutes to old wall and park, San Giamono is so close you can ride your bike there, but is probably the most interesting place to visit. Go early for parking and shopping. Higher end shops there too. We love the quiet back country feel and restaurants, small vineyards, and markets nearby.Ciao, and drink Chanti.
