Off the hallway is bedroom 1 which is situated up a few stairs from the closet area and has an en suite bathroom. This bedroom has French doors that open to the balcony. At the end of the hallway is the larger, bedroom 2 with a small seating area with French doors to the balcony. The bathroom for this bedroom is accessed off the hallway.
