Instead of just waiting for food to come to your table, get into the kitchen and learn the secrets of authentic Italian pasta with a cooking class in Florence. Under the guidance of a professional chef, learn to make two different pastas along with savory sauces and a classic dessert. When the cooking’s done, gather around a communal table in a medieval wine cellar to enjoy your homemade feast along with Tuscan ‘vino.’
This class Is great for those who want to learn from an Italian Chef the secrets of fresh pasta making.
Lessons are held in English, Spanish, and Italian directly by the Chef.
Classes are scheduled on: Saturdays only from April to November at 11:30
In this unique experience, you will work in a fully equipped kitchen with professional appliances and in the company of an expert Chef, you will learn how to prepare two fresh pasta, three sauces, and a dessert. This course is followed by a lunch of the prepared dishes in our wine cellar. The lesson duration is approximately 3 hours including the lunch.
Menu: Fresh egg pasta: Potato tortelli/ Fresh water pasta: tagliatelle
Sauces: Tomato/ mushroom/ olive oil, garlic, and pepperoncini
Dessert: Panna cotta
