"We had a wonderful stay at the Flaminio apartment in August! The apartment is very clean and roomy. It is just as it appears in pictures. The kitchen is stocked with all of the equipment you could use as well as pasta, tomatoes for sauce and even a bottle of wine. The building is quiet, very safe and conveniently located near the Flaminio Metro stop and the Piazza del Popolo. It is also within easy walking distance to the Spanish Steps area where you will find many delicious restaurants. Our greeter, Gian, was very helpful and pleasant. He took the time to explain everything about the apartment and answer all of our questions. I would definitely recommend this apartment and Italy Perfect to anyone staying in Rome. The entire experience from planning, to booking, to our trip itself went seamlessly. Thank you, Italy Perfect, for a wonderful Roman holiday!"
"Overall, the accommodations were very nice and the apartment was very spacious. There are some areas of the apartment that although clean appeared dated and in need of a cosmetic update. The stairwells, staircases and basement where the garbage cans were located were in need of a good cleaning - they appeared quite dirty. The location was perfect! The apartment was centrally located and walking distance to most everything. I would recommend 'Da Emma' for a simple but quaint meal - and very good pizza! We also enjoyed Campo di Fiore and the market that set up there each morning. Would definitely stay again and recommend to a friend. Grazie mille! [We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay and the great location. Sorry to hear that some of the common areas of the building needed attention. We don't have any control over that but we'll let the building manager know.]"
"We spent 5 nights in this beautiful apartment in the heart of Florence. Our hosts were warm and welcoming. We loved the location and were fortunate to have nice weather. We were able to open the large windows and observe the street scene from above. The kitchen was perfect. It gave us a sense of home. We stayed here in the middle of our 18 day stay and appreciated the conveniences of home. My husband loves to cook and we visited the Mercato Centrale daily. The apartment looked exactly like the website photos. The street is noisy but the bedroom's sound proof patio door eliminated all the sound. We would definitely recommend this apartment. We wish we could have stayed longer. It is only a 10 minute walk from the train and close to everything."

"The house in Florence was an ideal first stop location in Italy. I suffer greatly from jet lag and the ability to get up and go downstairs in the middle of the night in a comfortable home setting is ideal. The house is comfortable, near all sites and spacious for Italy. Its only 3 blocks from the ponte vecchio so not as noisy as central Florence but buses and garbage trucks do start early in all cities. The coffee bar recommended by the owner was really good for both breakfast and apperitivo. Its a close walk over to the Pitti Palace and Bobili Gardens. Fall is colder than I would have expected (I'm from the desert) so an extra couple of blankets would have been ideal for me since there is no heat available until Nov 1st [per Italian law - IP]. Owner met us and showed us all around & how things worked. The small wall safe was really a nice extra. We would definitely stay here again."
"We spent 4 days in Venice in late October. This apartment is located close to all major sites and made a great home base for our visit. Like others, we enjoyed the terrace and the major gondola activity below!
Apartment is well stocked, bathroom & shower great and nice to be able to do some laundry. Only complaint, bed is basically on floor, so for us over 60's folks a little uncomfortable.
We would recommend this location to friends for future trips. Pao, hostess, was extremely helpful, especially on our last day when San marco was flooded and our departure plans needed to change,"
"What a wonderful apartment. What a wonderful vacation. Roma is WOW and the apartment is VERY centrally located just around the corner from the Spanish Steps, blocks from the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon and much more. The La Spagna neighborhood was great as it offered wonderful shopping, sightseeing and great food. The apartment not only had great access in the neighborhood to wonderful salumeria shops with cheese, meats, breads, olive oils, etc. (all around the designer shops at the base of the Steps) but also has two Despar grocery stores two block away in two different directions. We actually never took the metro system once while we were in Rome. We either walked or caught a cab and had the best luck catching a cab just two blocks south of our apartment on our own street. Never looked for a cab and did not find one. Also, cabs seemed the best route as we were a party of 3 and each ride averaged 6-8 Euro. The apartment's kitchen was a highlight of our stay as it encompasses the entire wall of the main hallway that runs from the interior to the exterior of the building/apartment. We were three adults in this unit and we never were stepping over each other in the apartment. The roominess of the hallway vs. a galley kitchen was perfect for us. And... the fixtures were top notch (wine refrigerator, refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven/microwave/convection. So much fun picking up local cuisine at a salumeria or at the markets in the Piazza Campo di Fiori and snacking in the evening. Also, it is a joy to have two bathrooms, both perfectly modern and pristine. No complaints about this property at all. You get what you paid for and this place was great!"
"Our stay at Solare couldn't have been better. We especially loved the location and the proximity to the train station and the central market. The hospitality was amazing and the apartment was clean and just perfect for us. We especially enjoyed spending St. Patrick's Day at the Dublin Pub with dinner at Za Za's after. (Best meal we had the entire week.) We thoroughly enjoyed attending Sunday mass at San Marco's. The highlight of the trip was the Vespa tour through Chianti (booked through Viator.com). We can't wait to go back and are telling everyone we know to check out Italy Perfect for their next vacation in Italia!"
"We spent Christmas and New Year at this lovely apartment and it was a pleasure to step out into the heart of the city, all festively decorated for the holidays. The location is unbeatable - within minutes of walk of major sights and shopping. We were comfortable, cozy and cheerfully welcomed by Miki and Franco. Welcoming the New Year as fireworks sparkled hgh over the Arno was amazing. Thanks for a wonderful experience."
"WOW! Casa San Vito is a beautiful and comfy farmhouse that allowed us and my brother and sister-in-law to live a Tuscan lifetstyle that was filled with lots of laughter, wine and great food. To be able to pick fresh figs, apples, basil and rosemary right outside our door was super, and the views from every room was spectacular! Franca and family were wonderful to us, and made us feel right at home. We have used Italy Perfect before and they are simply PERFECT!"

"I've been meaning to write to you since my arrival in Florence to let you know how wonderful the Michaela apartment is. Miki, Franco and Marco have all been great---even when I locked myself out. I called Miki from a pay phone and explained in my combat Italian what I had done. Twenty minutes later Marco was there to rescue me! Miki has been kind enough to show me the other 2 apartments [Prisco & Strozzi] and I am 97% sure that I will be wanting to reserve the big Prisco apartment for April 2009. Thanks for all of your service and attention to detail."
"The apartment was perfect and looked exactly like the pictures. It was located near the Piazzo di Popolo, and a short walk from the Spanish Steps and Trevi Foutain making touring really easy. The Flaminio train station (subway) is two short blocks away so we were able to take the train to go to the Vatican and many other sites. Our greeter, Gian Luca, was very knowledgeable and helpful both about the neighborhood and sites to see. While we did not cook, the kitchen was fully stocked with anything one would need to cook and there our greet had stocked the refrigerator with yogurts and waters which was a very nice surprise. The apartment had a washing machine and dryer which was a huge bonus for a large family. We used the washing machine but not the dryer (used the drying rack instead). My only recommendation would be to have a printer or access to a printer nearby. We had forgotten to print out and bring our colisseum tickets with us and had a difficult time finding a printer.I would totally recommend Italy perfect and the Flaminio apartment. [Thank you so much. We are delighted the location worked well for you and the apartment was fine. Printers are tricky because you have to install drivers. The best thing to do is to stop by an internet point and have them print for you. Or, if you had thought of it in advance, asked your greeter or the doorman to help. The Italy Perfect Team]"
"What a great vacation and what a great apartment. Thank you so much for guiding us toward the Pasquino apartment. It was exactly, exactly right for us. And I have already passed the information along to a friend. I hope to be back in touch in the future to arrange another visit to Italy!"
"My friend and I stayed here for a week and loved the spaciousness and Old World charm. We walked everywhere, as the location was perfect. We often bought fruit and cheeses, or prosciutto and melon, at the big market near the Duomo and had leisurely breakfasts in our rooms. We especially enjoyed being able to open all the windows to enjoy the sounds of the city, and then to close them and turn on the very quiet and efficient AC when we wanted to sleep."
"Casetta Bonsi was truly a "hidden gem" of a house in the middle of a tiny cobblestone street among Florence Apartments. The house was 5 minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio, Ufizzi, and easy access to Florence's main tourist attractions. Actually we walked almost everywhere, even to Santa Maria Novella church near the train station. The owner, Maurizio was a sweet man. He helped us with our taxi arrangements, recommended restaurants and went out of his way to find some information for us. Casetta Bonsi was roomy and comfortable and felt like home, a nice place to come home to every night. We loved Florence, the end to a perfect 3 week vacation in Italy. Recommended restaurants in the area: Casalinga, and the ones on the sheet Maurizio gives you. If you plan to visit at least 8 or so museums and churches, buy the Firenze pass, (at Door #2 of the Uffizi). You will skip the lines and it is well worth it!! Lisa at Italy Perfect was excellent, booking was easy and she provided a lot of valuable information for the Florence area. We would highly recommend Casetta Bonsi and we hope to return soon!!!"

"The Serenata apartment was perfect! The apartment was lovely and the best part was the roof terrace. We ate breakfast each morning on the terrace overlooking the beautiful canals of Venice. The location of the apartment was ideal. We were close to all the major sites. In fact, we could walk to almost everything! I highly recommend this apartment! It was a great stay and we hope to return one day!"
"This property sports a clean modern look, very much a study in black and white. The polished white stone floor and the white painted walls set off the modern and comfortable furniture. Everything seems fairly new. The corridor kitchen is all bright metal and new appliances. You will probably find yourself sliding back and forth as the fridge is at one end, and the sink at the other. Everything works well. Unusual to have a dryer in Rome. Remember to empty the tank! (Previous users had not.) Also unusual to have a wireless printer.
Via Capo Le Case is fairly noisy, but you do not hear anything in the bedrooms. The courtyard windows help with air circulation. The court is small, but very nice to have.
This apartment is well-situated, there are many restaurants in the immediate area, you are only a 5 minute walk to Piazza de Spagna or Piazza Barberini.
Italy Perfect has always been a dependable choice for Rome and elsewhere in Italy-- this was my fifth stay with them."
"This was our second stay at Solare. The apartment is in a super location for discovering Florence (i.e. market, duomo, etc.) and to branch out into Italy further (train station nearby). We spent 9 nights at the apartment with our two children - which worked great - buying fresh ingredients at the market and preparing dinner as a family was super. There are also multiple, small, non touristic restaurants nearby situated around the market (read the reviews in the apartment for ideas).
The apartment itself is very well equipped and immaculate, the stairway is not as daunting as it might seem.
We would absolutely recommend Solare and Italy Perfect. Our second stay was intentional as the first stay was so memorable."

"Miki and Franco met us at the apartment right on time and showed us through the checklist i.e. how the washing machine works. They are a delightful couple and even provided us with a bottle of and a Florence map! The apartment was fantastic with a large bedroom and very comfortable bed; large well equipped bathroom with a great walk in shower; very comfy living area with American coffee maker and coffee and a very serviceable kitchette; and even a safe. The building and apartments area is fantastic! Like a fortress just half a block from the Strozzi Palace and the shopping district right around the corner. The pastry shop 2 doors was fabulous and was Cafe Megara right next door. Just a delightful few minutes walk (location, location, location) to anywhere in Florence including the Mercato Centrale and the Ponte Vecchio. The neighborhood is great and very local (we never felt like strangers) even though it's just a few steps from major tourist sites. We loved them both - Florence and Strozzi! Because we had an early flight out Miki and Franco checked us out the evening before and even arraigned for a taxi (which was right on time) to pick us up for the airport. Oh, and seek out Ristorante Caruso on via della Moro for a fabulous meal and enertaining evening!"
"What a wonderful trip we had & Casa San Vito was a highlight. It so far exceeded our expectations and was clearly the best value of our trip. The villa was beautiful, charming, comfortable & spotless. The setting was right of "Under the Tuscan Sun"."

"I had the best time in Italy and I am looking forward to going back in the fall possibly. I loved the Michaela apartment."
