"Casa San Vito was beautiful, nestled in very scenic surroundings. Only 5 minutes from the highway, we were able to travel to all the nearby areas (after we figured out the road signs). The webpage doesn't do it justice; the villa was much nicer in person. The rooms were large and clean, the villa was nicely decorated with antique furniture, and the host was very friendly and helpful. The view was outstanding!!"
"The Michaela apartment was in such an excellent location! THAT made our travels in Florence so convenient!"

"The apartment was great. Only a few minutes walk from Piazza del Popolo. Access to the subway was convenient too. Plenty of cafes near to satisfy the cappuccino or latte craving. Master bed is not North American standard pillow top - firm is an understatement. Second bedroom singles have foam mattresses and are much more comfortable. Caution if doing dishes the old fashion way - drain in the kitchen floor is subject to back up with high flows. TV has several [English language] news channels but nothing else unless you speak Italian. With only minor issues, would not hesitate to stay here again. Surrounding area is quiet and locals very welcoming. Was great to have an oasis next to the busy center of Rome. "
"The Pasquino apartment was exactly as pictured. Clean, roomy, and conveniently located. As a family with two teenagers, we appreciated the two bathrooms, two bedrooms and all the room in the apartment. No complaints on the wifi speed from the teenagers. Our greeter was very helpful in showing us the apartment, appliances and neighborhood. The location could not be beat. We were right around the corner from Piazza Navona, a mile away from the Vatican and a little over a mile to the Colosseum. We walked everywhere! Plenty of restaurants and gelato shops right outside the door. The grocery store is very close and so is Campo de' Fiore. It was so nice to have some staples in the apartment. Taxi stand was close by for our longer trip to the catacombs. We miss hearing the nightly accordion music from the restaurants below. We felt safe in neighborhood. Enjoyed all the restaurants. We ate at the restaurants at Piazza Pasquino (right outside the door), Piazza Navona, Piazza Rotunda (Pantheon) and Campo de' Fiore. Note worthy restaurants - Piazza Pasquino : Cul de Sac, Pizzeria di Baffetto; Campo de' Fiore - Obica. We would recommend Italy Perfect to a friend and we will use them again for our next Italy trip. Italy Perfect was easy to work with, supplied great trip planning resources and answered all my questions during the planning process. We used one of transportation services recommended by Italy Perfect, Stefano. Their drivers were friendly and prompt. Thanks to Italy Perfect and the Pasquino apartment we had an awesome trip. [Dear Anna Maria. We all thank you for your comments and appreciation. It is mutual. The Italy Perfect Team.]"
"Our weeklong stay in Prisco Apartment was a most enjoyable experience. The apartment was quite large, very well appointed (the kitchen was beautifully done and would rival any kitchen in the US), beautifully decorated, and perfectly located. It more than met our expectations. The owners, Miki and Franco, were very helpful in getting us settled in and satisfied our every need, even going beyond the norm by presenting us with a bottle of Champagne and a nice bottle of Italian wine to help us celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. The apartment was very comfortable and it really felt as if we were coming home when we returned each afternoon from our visit to the wonders of Florence. It was truly our home away from home. The locations is perfect, about 10 to 20 minute walk from all of the many exciting attractions of Florence and less than a 10 minute walk from the train station. It is close to excellent restaurants and just a couple of doors away from a wonderful bakery that became our stop each day upon our return to the apartment. My wife and I are in our early 70's so the fact that there was an elevator was an important feature for us. The streets of Florence can be quite noisy both day and night, but the triple-paned door installed on the bedroom window kept the noise out so it never effected our sleep. We would definitely return to this apartment if and when we are back in Florence. I have already recommended the Prisco apartment to our friends and told them that they must check out the many offerings of Italy Perfect if they are planning a visit to Italy. Once you have stayed in an apartment you will never return to a hotel room. The arrangements for our stay were handled without difficulty and the information provided by Italy Perfect prior to our arrival in Florence was of great assistance in getting us off on the right foot. Thanks to all for everything done to make our stay in Florence so perfect and so very memorable."
"We loved our week in Casetta Bonsi! Maurizio was a wonderful host - waiting for us upon our arrival and making taxi arrangements for our departure. In addition to the beautiful and welcoming furnishings, the wine, pastries, fruit and candy provided were a thoughtful surprise. The location is ideal - off of a quiet street and near the Ponte Vecchio and many restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere and nothing seemed too far. We loved many nearby restaurants - Casalinga, Quattro Leone, Osteria del Cinghale Bianco, Gusta pizza were some favorites. Cantina del Gelato was a daily stop as well. We would recommend Casetta Bonsi and Italy Perfect to anyone seeking a wonderful Florence experience. We hope to return soon!"
"Paola met us at the water bus stop and showed us how to get to the apt. We were happy about that since venice can be a little difficult to navigate. The apt. was very clean and as pictured in the ad. Perfect location, short walk to San Marco square and meet points for tours. Yet, off the beaten path to avoid the noise from the square. We found some very nice small neighborhood restaurants and shops. The apt. was perfect for my husband and I but could accommodate 4 people if you don't mind sharing a bathroom. The patio overlooking the canal was very nice and we enjoyed sitting on it with a glass of wine. I highly recommend the apt. and Italy Perfect. They were very easy to work with and provided a great deal of information about the area, which was helpful."
"The Sabini apartment was perfect for our stay in Rome. The location was terrific, with restaurants, coffee bars, and gelato close by. The Spanish Steps is just a few blocks away, where you can pick up a taxi for a short ride to other parts of town. The apartment itself was very clean and safe. The beds were very comfortable. Having a clothes washer and dryer was important, as well as a nice kitchen for breakfast prep. The greeter was very helpful. Overall, a great place to stay. We would definitely stay there again."

"The apartment was perfect for me while I was attending school. It was clean and comfortable with nice decorating touches...would be fine for two people.
There are a lot of stairs, which I did not mind (I'm over 60) but the apartment is not for you if stairs are a problem.
I felt completely safe in the neighborhood. The main tourist sites and shopping are all close but just outside where crowds gather."
"We are 65 and 72 years young and rented this apartment for 11 days. Miki and Franco were wonderful to work with, always ready to give you a helping hand. They both speak enough English that we were able to communicate really well. We were loaned a cell phone by them and we just paid for the minutes that we used. There was a great bottle of wine waiting on the table for us when we arrived and Miki personally was there to greet us. Loved having a washing machine in the apartment. Both the bed and the pull out couch had the most comfortable mattresses. We loved being just few doors from a bakery. Lots and lots of restuarants in area. The elevator always worked, and when the front door to the lobby was closed nothing was heard from the street. The apartment was quiet and comfortable. We loved being just 10 minutes walking distance from the bus and train stations. No need to rent a car while in this part of historical Florence. Nor would you want to drive one there, streets too narrow. This was our first experience in Florence, and we felt we made the very best decision in renting this apartment that was so close to so many interesting things to visit and do, which in turn made this a wonderful first experience. We would very highly recommend this apartment or any of the other three that Miki and Franco have. We felt this was a very safe area in which to have your homebase in while you were visiting areas of Florence and other parts of Italy by bus or train. We would definitely recommend Italy Perfect to anyone who is considering doing a rental in Italy."
"We enjoyed our entire time in Italy, but we'd have to say that the time we spent at Casa San Vita in Tuscany was our favorite! The Casa is perfectly located for day trips to the amazing hill towns in the region. We loved our morning coffee on the patio with those beautiful views and eating dinner in the warm, cozy kitchen. It was a joy to come home in the evening, open the shutters and let in the views and the fresh air! Francesco and Franca were wonderful - we enjoyed our tour of the Cantina and their gifts of wine and olive oil. The little grocery store in Romita was great - they have all of the basics and were very friendly and helpful. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed Casa San Vito and we hope to return for a longer visit!"

"We loved the Flaminio and ItalyPerfect. The apartment was just beautiful, and it was totally geared toward tourists. We wish we’d have thought of looking at ItalyPerfect when needed a last-minute place to stay in Florence, but we didn’t think of it. Here’s how our apartment in Rome totally out-impressed our apartment in Florence: • The Flaminio is a fifth-floor with an elevator, incredibly helpful for people hauling luggage. Our apartment in Florence was up six flights and had no elevator. • The Flaminio had built-in amenities for tourists, including an electrical outlet that needed no converter to charge devices and soap dispensers in both showers. It also came with a Mr. Coffee and a lovely welcome basket of coffee, pasta, wine, and crackers. Our Florence apartment didn’t have any of those things, and we even had to make coffee in a Euro-style coffee percolator (took longer and didn’t taste right). • The Flaminio had an awesome balcony we sat out while sipping wine. Our Florence apartment said it had a terrace, but it was small and overlooked an internal roof. Bleck. We also found some great restaurants near the Flaminio: • Osteria St. Ana—Yum! Great food, and the waiters were so nice. http://osteriastana.it/ • Cacio di Pepe—An Anthony Bourdain recco that was simple and delicious. Two bowls of pasta, a bottle of house wine, and bread all for 22 Euro. Just 10 minutes walk across the river from the Flaminio. [Thanks so much for the compliments and the restaurant reviews! "We have nothing negative to say about the apartment. It was clean, quiet and had plenty of space for our large family (2 adult, 4 kids). It was walkable to most of the sights. There's an easy bus to catch to get to the coloseum area. Lots of restaurants around. We were very happy here and wouldn't even look anywhere else if we returned."
"We spent 2 weeks at the Prisco and had a wonderful stay. Mikki and Franco were warm hosts who made certain that we had everything we needed. The apartment is very spacious and has a fully equipped kitchen. The location is perfect walking distance to pretty much everywhere you would want to see in the city. Florence is a late night city, especially on the weekends so expect some lively noise from the street below. However, there is very little vehicle traffic. A sound proof glass door has been installed from the small patio off the bedroom and it is 100% effective. The bathroom has been updated and includes a bidet. The only minor issue is that the shower/tub might be too small for a very tall or large person. This is typical of most European baths. Lastly, the wireless internet connection was quite good. There is also a printer available. We highly recommend the Prisco to anyone planning to spend time in Florence who wants gracious, comfortable, and spacious accommodations in a perfectly situated neighborhood. We had a fabulous stay and so will you! We also highly recommend Italy Perfect. All was as described on their website and our stay was everything we could have wanted. "

"The location of this property could hardly be better. Literally a two-minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio. Lovely accommodation, very roomy and comfortable. Impeccably maintained. Extremely helpful and kind hosts. We would recommend this property very highly to anyone and would definitely stay there again, should we ever be fortunate enough to return to Florence."

"This was our second time staying in stay at Serenata and we loved it, the rooftop terrace is the best. the apartment was great as expected and Paola goes above and beyond her call of duty. Venice is a very special place for us as is the apartment. We'll be back..."

"We wanted to let you know that we LOVED the Sabini apartment in Rome and our experience in Rome in general. Rosie was great! She was punctual for arrival and departure, and was available to us when we called with questions during our stay. Stephano the driver was also excellent ... on time and very helpful and friendly. The apartment/location was fantastic. You should know that a great little restaurant called, "Sophia" just opened about 3 months ago just across the street from Sabini and it was a great restaurant. We highly recommend it. Thanks for a great stay in Rome, we'll definitely request Sabini and Rosie again next time we visit."

"This apartment was perfect for our 3 week stay on Florence. It is walkable to all the sights in Florence but still located on a quiet street. There are tons of restaurants within a block, as well as a bakery and supermarket. The 4 flights of stairs is not a big deal, it just helps you work off all the pasta! The apartment is also nicely decorated and well-equipped. Chiara, the owner, is also super helpful. Overall we were really pleased with our stay here."
"My wife and I spent a week here and thoroughly enjoyed our time in the apartment. It is hard to explain how nice it feels to come up to a door on a street in Florence with the key to your own apartment. Pros: The location is fabulous. It is near to all the tourist sites and there are all the businesses that you need within a hundred yards. There is a bakery just outside the front door and a Salumeria just down the block. The Salumeria had a selection of cold cuts and a small selection of grocery items. They also had a few wines which were both reasonably priced and excellent. The Badia a Coltibuono was wonderful. Further up the block is a small supermarket with all the items you might need. There are a number of restaurants including one recommended by Rick Steves just across the street. The apartment is clean and comfortable. The bathroom is very nice and has a washing machine in it. There is also a large refrigerator just outside the bathroom. This apartment, and two others were part of a doctors office and home which is why there is the nice entry hallway. There are two (very) small balconies, one outside the living room and one outside the bathroom. These are in an air shaft so there is no view but there is also no street noise so the place is quiet at night. Con: Only one and not particularly important to us. The "kitchen" consists of a small cabinet which has a very small sink and an electric burner setup. This is not something for cooking a real meal but it did well for boiling eggs to go with the fresh rolls at breakfast. There are a number of places nearby where you can get good and inexpensive take out food. We tended to do that and have dinner in with a nice bottle of wine. There is also a microwave for heating food and water for tea and coffee. There is a computer available for all the apartments and there is also wireless internet access which worked very well for us. Would we stay here again? Certainly. This apartment offers charm and comfort. We would also very seriously consider the Prisco apartment just across the hall which is quite elegant and has a nice kitchen."
"We found the location of Casa San Vito perfect for exploring Tuscany and beyond. The house was just as described, and Francesco and his family were very welcoming. It was very nice to come back to the peace and quiet of the villa after a day of sightseeing, yet we had wonderful access to the major roads for daytrips. We enjoyed going for walks right from the villa's door, which offered more of the amazing views also available in every direction from the villa itself. The villa was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We had no problem with the size of the refrigerator, and as we traveled with 2 small children, we certainly made use of it. The warm pastries at the mini-market in Romita are not to be missed."
