"We stayed 4 nights at Casetta Bonsi. Our greeter was very thorough and patient in showing us everything about the place. The wine & treats at check-in were nice touches. The unit was quite spacious for the two of us. Although there were a few scooters, the street was relatively quiet. Everything we wanted to see was in easy walking distance."

"We had a wonderful time here, and the highlight had to be the terrace located right outside of the living room. We were on the top floor and the terrace overlooked canals, gondolas and rooftops - the view was fabulous. We enjoyed espresso and wine on the terrace and being able to spend time relaxing outdoors was a highlight of our stay. The inside of the apartment was nice as well, with updated kitchen and bathrooms and plenty of living space. We learned to use the espresso pot on the stove and would have enjoyed using the kitchen to cook, if only we'd had the time. The apartment was clean and the building included a washing machine (on another floor.) And the woman who met us to show us the apartment was helpful and thorough; she got us off to a nice start with a couple of recommendations for dinner and wine. (She also accommodated us when we arrived earlier than check-in time - very nice, considering that we were suffering from jet lag!) We had such a wonderful time in Venice, and to be able to see the canals and the city from our terrace was something we will never forget. We highly recommend this well-situated apartment."
"We had a wonderful weekend in Rome staying at "Sabini". The apartment is in the perfect location for sightseeing in the City - nothing is too far away. The flat and furnishings were really comfortable, had every modern convenience ideal for a short or long stay, and was spotlessly clean. We'd certainly come back here again!"
"The Solare apartment was cozy and convenient for our needs. The owner Chiara was perfectly lovely and left home-warming gifts for us to enjoy. I will note that the staircase was not only four stories up but also very dark, also, because Florence is very hot in the summer, the apartment was hot in the afternoons when we came back from a long day of touring. We were very concerned about the AC overload so we tried to conserve which caused us to be somewhat uncomfortable. The apartment worked but it was not ideal.
I'm sorry you didn't find the stairwell light in the downstairs entry which illuminates the stairwell. It's on a timer, by Italian law. The A/C works well, sorry you were worried about overloading the circuit. Chiara probably warned you to be careful not to overload the circuit by running two power-hungry appliances at the same time such as the A/C and washer or dishwasher or hairdryer. This is the standard practice for all Italian homes. Lisa Italy Perfect"
"We loved our visit to Florence and it was made even more enjoyable because the Strozzi was in the middle of everything. We could walk to everything and the nearby restaurants were great! The owners were so sweet and helpful and made us feel right at home. Would stay there again!"
"I felt very safe and comfortable in the apartments [Michaela and Prisco]. Miki and Franco went out of their way to help me with some things unrelated to the apartment, and I had everything I could possibly need. The neighborhood is great and I absolutely loved being right in the center of town, able to come and go easily and utilize the kitchen and the quiet for inbetween all of my sightseeing and Florence activities. It was so easy to communicate with Lisa- she always responds promptly and kindly to any inquiries. I highly recommend the apartments offered through Italy Perfect."
"Casa San Vito was a highlight of our family's Italy vacation. The house is just as it is described on the website and it is a great value. We enjoyed getting to visit with Francesco and his parents who were extremely gracious and generous. The location is great for side trips: We went to Pisa, Viareggio (beach town), Carrara (marble quarries), San Gimignano, Siena, Volterra, and several Chianti wine towns. You can take a bus into Florence from a nearby village and avoid the hassle of driving in the city, a huge plus. Hanging out at the house and relaxing is equally enjoyable. The nearby town of San Casciano is a handy base for groceries, restaurants and shopping. We prepared dinner at home several nights, and had some great meals in the nearby restaurants. Our week and a half at San Vito exceeded our expectations. We'd love to return."

"Apartment as advertised. Well furnished and clean. Only minor mechanical malfunctions, attended to by owner promptly. Wonderful to have washer & dryer. Only downside is location at Piazza del Popolo, which is really too far from city center and most tourist sites and restaurants, necessitating multiple taxi's. [We are pleased you found the apartment well furnished, clean & enjoyed the washer & dryer too. We were surprised that you found the walking distances too far. For many people, a 10-or-15 minute walk in Rome is a pleasure and very do able, and the good public transportation options are also available. Many guests appreciate an immediate neighborhood that is a bit less busy than more touristy ones. But if you don’t care to walk, taxis are easy to call or locate and you can get most places in the city for €10 or so.]"

"I don't know where to begin!!! We have been to Rome 4 times but never renting an apartment, we always stayed in hotels. We did the math and decided since we were bringing the entire family (5 in all) it was more economical to rent. The Pasquino apartment was perfect. We hired Stefano for our transfers. Stefano was very prompt in returning all our emails (we even booked him for a day trip to Pompei!). Our greeter was so personal, he showed us everything in the apartment. We sat at the kitchen table and talked (english was perfect) at length about the area and places to eat. He wanted to explain how to run the washer and dishwasher, I assured him I was not doing any laundry or cooking, I too was on vacation! My husband and I had the king bed and the 3 "young adults" (18,19 and 25) shared the other. We walked everywhere!! The Pasquino apartment is very centrally located. Everything was perfect!! I would rent this apartment again!!"

"There are 3 things of importance in an apartment to make your holiday stay great. This place has them . Position - close to the main Railway station-10 mins walk - the Doumo and Central Florence -5-10 mins walk. All the major attractions with in walking distance.Great shops, restaurants, and pastry shops just downstairs, or around the corner. Great Apartment - very elegant and has everything, much you won't use as we ate out a lot, but all you need is there. Most important for the travellers is the presence of a LIFT !! With the proximity of the busy little streets, double glazing of the bedroom made it totally quiet, so a good sleep after a lot of walking daily was both needed, and obtained.there are 2 other apartments in this former home of one of the owners, which do not back on to the street, but we had perfect sleeps. Helpful and attentive owners- the owners met us,explained the apartment, had maps and information books , and were available for advice or help if necessary. We could not recommend this apartment and the owners more highly!"
"Casetta Bonsi exceeded our expectations. The Casetta is in a perfect location where you can easily walk to restaurants, museums, and shops on both sides of the river. When we arrived one of the owners met us, gave us a tour, and a list of outstanding restaurants in the area. A welcome basket along with a bottle of wine was there to greet us. He was very gracious and available should we need anything. The Casetta was immaculate, very spacious, and homey. We cooked several meals and found the kitchen well supplied with all conveniences. Morning coffee was spent on the terrace which provides you with a glimpse of Florence. We highly recommend Italy Perfect for their excellent choice of accommodations and for their superb service."
"The accommodation was beautiful, fabulous kitchen and bathroom with an outside deck with wonderful views. The location was just the ticket for a first-time visitor to Venice, particularly useful was the nearby Co-Op supermarket. We had breakfast at home every morning, much tastier than the mostly ordinary food available in nearby restaurants. We found that restaurants were much better away from San Marco - try the area around the Peggy Guggenheim. That said, Planet Pizza is great and close by. Hang the expense and take a gondola ride too. If I ever come back to Venice, I would book into this apartment without hesitation."
"If you are looking for a deluxe home away from home, this is the place for you. A two-minute walk to the Spanish Steps and completely renovated in a contemporary style to a very high standard, it just doesn’t get any better than this. We had a wonderful stay here; the apartment is laid out beautifully, the beds extremely comfortable and the owner has ensured your every need is taken care of! There are plenty of maps, books, shopping and restaurant recommendations all within a 10-minute (walking) radius. We felt like locals with our very own ‘pied-a-terre’ in Rome and can’t wait to go back. "
"My senior mother and I stayed at Solare in late May. It was already quite hot and we were happy with the A/C. The apt is very clean and cozy and has a well equipped kitchen - we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. I was expecting the second bed in the living room to be a fold-out couch but it turned out to be a very comfortable murphy bed with a proper mattress. So much better.
Thanks to Chiara for being a wonderful hostess. She had left a gift basket, guide books and maps and there are good restaurant recommendations for the neighborhood from previous guests.
The apt is in a good location - not too much street noise, fairly close to everything (we walked everywhere) and we never felt unsafe. Yes there are stairs but if you are reasonably fit and able, it is ok. My mother is 72 and managed just fine. You wouldn't want to forget something though.
Of the other agenecies we looked at and another we booked with for a later leg of our trip, we found Italy Perfect to be just fabulous. They provided lots of information regarding the apt and arm guests with detailed general info about Florence/Italy and were quick to reply to any emails. Highly recommend Italy Perfect and Solare!"
"My daughter and I spent a wonderful week in Florence and our stay in the Strozzi apartment made is a comfortable one. It was nice to have a living area and separate bedroom with spacious bathroom and even a dressing area. Strozzi faces an inner courtyard which is quieter than facing the street. There were a couple of evenings, when people staying across the courtyard from us played their music very loudly but it really didn't bother us since we liked that kind of music! We felt very secure at Strozzi knowing that we were in a building with an outside locking door, down a hall with its own locking door and on the third floor (U.S.). The elevator came in handy when we came and went with our luggage, but other days we used the stairs and convinced ourselves that we were walking off all of the great food we were eating. The apartment is very centrally located and we walked to everything we wanted to see with no problem. We took advantage of the use of the mobile phone and it worked well for our needs. There were only a few small problems we encountered. There are three computers in the shared area, however only one was able to get internet access. The other two seemed to need reconfiguring. Also, we could not get the printer to work when we wanted to print out boarding passes. The other small issue was with the kitchenette. Instead of a kitchen, Strozzi has a four-burner stove, sink and small fridge located in the living area in a large armoire-like cabinet. The two back burners didn't work and neither did the fridge. There is however a fridge located in the dressing area that did work. If you intend to do any meal preperation at all, the cooking facilities at Strozzi may not be enough. There was no work surface area and it was a bit tricky to juggle various kitchen chores at once. Over all, we had a fantastic visit and would definitely use Italy Perfect again. The comfort and convenience of a centrally located apartment beats out a hotel every time. [Sorry this guest had a problem with the printer in the little computer room, it has been fixed. Our personal review of Strozzi states "Kitchenette is suited to light meal preparation since there is no counter space" which this guest might have overlooked. Sorry that there was a misunderstanding during the check in process about the stove & fridge, possibly due to a language barrier. The small refrigerator has since been removed to make room for a microwave. The dressing room has a full size refrigerator with separate freezer compartment. All 4 stove burners work but switching on all 4 at once can cause the circuit breaker to trip which is standard in most Italian homes, same as not being able to operate two energy hungry appliances such as the washing machine and a hairdryer in almost all Italy properties, explained in detail in the confirmation materials. "We enjoyed our stay and we checked out several of the places you mentioned in the information you emailed."
"We have stayed at the Flaminio apt for 5 days in early Feb 2015 - the apt is in a nice & central area, walking distance to Piazza del Popolo and Via del Corso - and metro & taxi. The apt was very clean and exactly how it looked on the website. The elevator in the building is a bit archaic but definitely nice on the 'Roman' charm .. We usually preferred to have breakfast in the apt and kitchen was very adequate for that. No real supermarkets close by - but that's how it is if you live in downtown Rome - so make sure you stock it all before 7 pm. I'd definitely recommend this property for anyone coming to Rome to enjoy this eternal city with his/her family and live local even for a little bit ."
"Highly recommended apt just a few steps from Navona. If you are into getting lost within the streets of Rome and walking to every single corner of downtown Rome, this is the place. Two bedroom, fits up to 5, eveything works well, clean, beds are OK, sheets are OK, closets and decor."
"The apartment was great, beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, we walked everywhere. The owners were very helpful and even drove us to the train station the day we left. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed cooking a few meals at home in the 10 days we stayed there otherwise there were several good restaurants within a few blocks of the apartment. Roses was a very romantic restaurant and the food was excellent. It is only a few blocks away. We highly recommend Italy Perfect and this apartment"

"The home owners met us at the door and were very charming and gracious as they showed us through the property. They offered advice about sights to see, markets, restaurants, etc. On the way out they left a plate of cookies, a basket of fruit and a bottle of wine.
The house was perfect - immaculately clean and modern, located a few blocks from the Ponte Vecchio and the Arno River, and near the city center. It was only about a 5 minute walk to the Uffizi Museum and was close to a market, restaurants, and most conveniences that a traveler might need.
Our stay was wonderful. The owners generous with their time as they helped with restaurant and taxi reservations. It was all that we could hope for.
The folks at Italy Perfect were very professional and returned calls and emails very promptly. I recommend them enthusiastically."
