"We just spent 10 days at Casa San Vito and from the time we walked in the door at the house, we all fell in love with Tuscany. Francesco and Franca met us and our kitchen had fresh fruit, wine and olive oil. We picked fresh fruit every day. The first day we visited the market in Tavarnelle and stocked up with cheese, wine and all the wonderful Italian vegetables. The location was a great place to be able to visit all the hill towns. We were also privileged to be there during wine harvesting. The day before we left, Franca brought us a grape cake that she just baked, a cake they make special during the harvest season. Francesco visited a couple of times and he gave us a tour of the winery. The house had every modern convenience and we all plan to return for a longer visit in the near future."

"Just want to say thank you for helping us organize for the stay in Florence. We really enjoyed ourselves, and found Miki, Franco and Marco to be very nice and helpful! Your recommendations and instructions were very helpful, and we are very appreciative. "
"Loved this apartment - great location (very close to Piazza del Popolo and the Boregese Gardens (and the fabulous gallery). Very quiet - comfortable and clean. Well appointed apartment. Great views and great terrace. All excellent - we were met at the airport and taken to the greeter. All worked so well.
Grazie mille! The Italy Perfect Team"
"Apartment was great for our family. Well located. Italy Perfect was full of good ideas and met our needs efficiently and pleasantly."
"We very much enjoyed our apartment. The location was PERFECT We would recommend Italy Perfect to a friend."
"Casetta Bonsi was wonderful and Maurizio and his wife very engaging and proud to offer their property and services to us and others."
"This is a wonderful apartment -- all amenities (AC, elevator, well equipped kitchen, great sky-lighted bathroom w. shower) and lots of storage space. Airy and quiet, except for the delightful sounds of boat traffic below -- tourist-filled gondolas, water taxis, all kinds of big, sturdy working boats, boats that deliver food and building supplies, and even recycling boats, each with its own distinctive sound. The glorious roof deck has a shade cover for sunny mornings and afternoons, and the evenings up there are magical. Church bells, breezes, soaring birds, the domes of San Marco. Enjoy!"
"Great property, worked well with our family of four (2 adults, 2 children ages 8 and 2).
Only drawback were the steps, could also become loud at night.
Great central location for Florence and railway station for visiting other cities.
La Burasca, small restaurant nearby (close to market)
Owner was very pleasant and helpful. Recommended driver was also very kind and attentive."
"We had the opportunity to stay at the Strozzi last month. What a wonderful apartment in a wonderful location. I can't think of a single thing that I would change about the accommodations. The restaurant suggestions by Italy Perfect were very helpful, I would recommend you try any of those on the list. We were never disappointed. The service at the Strozzi was excellent, very professional and very helpful. What a fantastic stay in Florence!"

"Thank you so very much for everything, you helped create a very, very special experience for me and my family - full of memories we will treasure for many years. We hope to work with you again! (Flaminio & Casa San Vito)"
"Thank you for all your help with our accommodations, our honeymoon was wonderful and the Michaela apartment was great, it's in an excellent location and the people who met us there were wonderful."
"My family of 5 stayed at the Flaminio apartment in August. It was perfect! This apartment was the right size for our family which includes three teenagers. The beds are comfortable and everything is updated and very clean. The bonus was the wonderful terrece that we enjoyed both morning and evening. The location is just minutes from Piazza Del Popolo and Borghese Gardens and a 15 minute walk to the Spanish Steps. The Metro stop is 2 blocks away and we used it frequently. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood with a few restaurants and a grocery store down the street. My friend stayed at another Italy Perfect rental near Campo De Fiori and they had a great apartment too. We would use Italy Perfect again for sure!
Thank you. What nice guests; you got the most from your stay, for sure. The Italy Perfect Team."
"This was our first trip to Italy and this apartment in Florence couldn't have been more perfect. The location is wonderful! The apartment beautiful, sunny and large. Miki and Franco couldn't have been nicer! The location of this apartment is very centrally located, and we walked everywhere we wanted to go. Anything you want to see or buy is right there. We would love to return to this apartment. Our experience with Italy Perfect was outstanding! The service and information Pat and Lisa provide made our trip much easier - thank you so much!!"
"Casetta Bonsi was perfect for our week stay in Florence. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Even though it is cozy for 4, it worked out well. The sleeping option is great - the sofa turns into two separate single beds, easy to arrange, easy to put away. The owner, Maurizio, was extremely gracious and gave us a thorough tour of the house. The welcome gift of wine, fruit, goodies and flowers was greatly appreciated after a day of travel. Their info list has great suggestions. The high-end market is only 5 minutes away. There's an ATM just down the hill. We always ate breakfast at the house and even cooked a few dinners. We found the kitchen fully-stocked and extremely clean. Everything was extremely clean and welcoming. Casetta is up a steep hill - not appropriate for all, but great for keeping down the crowds and for working off the gelato.
The location couldn't be better. We loved wandering the Oltrarno neighborhood. Great sites, craftsmen stores, window shopping with not so many tourists. Fabulous gelato and restaurants near by. We especially enjoyed La Casalinga and Il Cantinone (you need reservations). Golden View Open Bar, just down the hill, is more expensive but has great food, amazing views (reserve a window table for a view of the Arno and Ponte Vecchio) and jazz most nights in one of the dining rooms. Don't miss the Brancacci Chapel with Masaccio's frecoes (reservations required). The church is also interesting with fabulous perspective art. We found the Florence Card invaluable to avoid lines and to save money. There's the added benefit that we went into some sites for a quick visit that we would have skipped had they not been free.
Italy Perfect was amazing. Lisa helped me select Casetta and gave me loads of useful suggestions. The materials Italy Perfect sends after you reserve with them are thorough and very practical (using a phone, what to expect).
Casetta Bonsi is a great house in the perfect location. We highly recommend staying in Casetta Bonsi - near all the sites, but in a "real" neighborhood in a real house."
"My wife, Linda, and I had a wonderful stay in Venice and that the Serenata apartment was exactly as you depicted/described it - great location, nice facilities and the Altana - how fun! Paola was friendly, helpful and a real asset to getting us started - she met us (in the rain and windy chill) at the Zacaria stop when we arrived, helped us roll our luggage to the apartment and took time after familiarization to walk us to the grocery store and show us her personal choice for pizza slices - and even shared some stories with us as we walked along - such greeting really helps - please thank her for us.A great time and I will not hesitate to recommend Italy Perfect to friends looking for such lodging choices in Italy."

"Solare is the perfect choice if you want a sunny, beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, comfortable, well equipped accommodation within walking distance of just about everything you want to see and do in Florence. The owner is a wonderfully warm, thorough and extremely helpful woman whose primary concern is that of the comfort of her guests. She welcomed me with a generous gift basket of Tuscan "goodies" which was unexpected and sincerely appreciated. I felt very safe here and loved the sense of being part of the neighborhood - especially visiting the little cafe next door in the morning for cappucino. Yes, the apartment is on the top floor and making it up 4 flights of stairs at the end of a long day can be daunting but the reward at the top is worth the effort! I would recommend Solare to anyone looking for an economical (not to mention spacious and comfortable) alternative to an expensive hotel room. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with me, Chiara. It was, by far, one of the best vacations I've ever had."

"Italy Perfect made planning our trip to Italy much easier! I always got prompt answers to questions, the info sent to us was very helpful and both accommodations worked out great for us! We also stayed in a pensione, a 5 star hotel and a 2 star hotel in various Italian cities. By far our favorite places to stay were the two apts. we rented ; the Strozzi in Florence and the Via Veneto in Rome.Having quiet, peaceful, but pretty, places to stay where we could spread out and relax after long days of walking, eating and sightseeing was great. Having windows you could open at night was wonderful for me. The washer in both places cut down on clothes we needed to bring (leaving much more room in our suitcases for gifts we brought back).I read the other reviews and went to several places they recommended. Our recommendations in Florence include: For dinner: Trattoria Sostanza, Via del Porcellana 25/r, 39-055-212-691. Reservations needed- order the chicken, beef and artichoke omelet. Also Trattoria 4 Leoni, Via del Vellutini 1/r, Piazza della Passera, 39-055-218-562, reservations recommended. Order the gnocchi. Find Grom for gelato and anywhere in Florence for the best cappuccino in the world!"

"We really enjoyed our time in Michaela. We were just so relieved and thankful to come to Michaela with the nice welcome from Franco and Miki, the wine, the water in the refrigerator, the kitchen so useful and efficient. Marco was also so helpful especially as he told us that we could go to the Academia for free on Tuesday nights. So we saw the David that night! We would so highly recommend the studio. If any one ever wants to email a person who stayed in Michaela, you can give them my email address as I would be glad to recommend the place. The extra touches like a hair dryer, some shampoo, soap, bathrobe, even the nice decorations made the place so homey. And since the place in Rome was not as nice, we felt so comfortable in Florence."
"Just wanted you to know that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa San Vito the end of May. Francesco and his family are lovely. I also appreciated the help you gave during the process. Everything went exactly as expected."
"Stefano & Marco where great, as well as Gianlucca. Thank you. Collins Family "
"We stayed at the pasquino apartment over the Easter break. We were thrilled with the location. It was an easy walk to anywhere and everywhere we wanted to go, the Vatican, campo dei fiori, piazza navona, Fontana di trevi, just to name a few. We especially loved the wide and great choice of restaurants in our immediate area. Our favourite was ristorante Pasquino. By far, one of the best ice creams we had was at Frigidarium, also, a very short walk from the apartment. Could it have been any more perfect? We miss being at "our apartment" and given the opportunity, we would definitely stay there again.
Thank you so much for your kind review, we love that neighborhood, too. Please come again! The Italy Perfect Team"
