Great apartment, perfect location, couldn't be better!

This apartment is only a short (5 minute) walk from Piazza San Marco. That's great if you want to be close to the popular tourist destinations and transportation options. But, at least in August, this area was extremely crowded. Fortunately, at night the crowds thin out a bit, and the apartment is quiet. The kitchen is well-equipped, with electric tea pot, Nespresso and moka pot for making coffee, dishwasher, pots and pans, etc. But no microwave oven. The building has shared washing machines on the ground floor, but no dryers. The airconditioner units were really appreciated after a long day of walking the city. We enjoyed relaxing on the altana (rooftop terrace) and watching the gondolas and water taxis floating by below. One warning for other visitors: the checkout procedure requires leaving both key sets in the apartment, but you need a key to exit the ground floor lobby. So this probably required two persons: one to hold the front door open, and the other to leave the keys in the apt.

Excellent staff from reservation to departure. Superb location to start any Rome adventure. Our family of 3 felt safe walking at night and venturing around. There is a convenient Taxi station nearby if your travels require some driving. Overall, the apartment was very clean, well equipped and fresh. Our daughter indicated the smaller bed was not comfortable and sofas were not suitable for sleeping. Nonetheless, we had a fantastic stay and hope to return to explore more in the future.

Two couples traveling to Florence for the first time, really enjoyed our stay at the Allegro apartment. Lisa from Italy Perfect was super helpful with info and advice and the greeter was equally informative and gracious. Apartment is beautiful and location is excellent.

We loved our stay at the Amore apartment. Hands down the best apartment we've stayed in ever. The terrace is spectacular and the apartment is wonderfully furnished. Italy Perfect restaurant recommendations were spot on, greeter very friendly and helpful too.

Everything about our time in Florence was magical, so happy we found Italy Perfect and booked the Amore apartment. We had our coffee on the terrace in the morning and loved coming back after dinner to sit out, yet again, and admire the skyline and the incredible views. Was up early one morning and say a hot air balloon passing over, beautiful. Location was incredible, apartment was excellent. Highly recommended.

Translation: Staying at Casa San Vito in San Casciano was a great time and a great base for exploring Tuscany, especially Florence and Siena. A handsome host cared about our well-being and everything we needed. A home with space and privacy is equipped with all necessary equipment. The location at the top of the hill provides stunning views, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves you can feel the real atmosphere of Tuscany. Highly recommend, Elżbieta

This apartment in the heart of the Piazza Navona area is wonderful. Clean, peaceful and comfortable beds and beautifully decorated. It was very clean and made my family of five feel right at home. They have all the amenities that you can think of. Clean towels, shampoo and conditioner, blow dryer, outlet converters, tea kettle, a coffee machine and even an espresso pod machine. The kitchen was also fully stocked with plates, bowls, silverware which allowed us to have breakfast in. The washer and dryer was so helpful to have to do some quick washes. The air conditioning work wonderfully which is not always the case in Europe. This apartment is just footsteps from some nice restaurants, gelato establishments, and not far from the Pantheon, Fountain of Trevi, and some beautiful churches. Rome is a walking city just like NYC. It’s the best way to take in the culture and discover the city. I highly recommend staying here.

Super appartement. Très bien placé à 1 minute à pied du Ponte Vecchio et très proche de nombreux restaurants. L’hôte est très gentille et règle les petits quoiques très rapidement. Je recommande fortement.

We loved our stay in Florence at Prisco. Our hosts were wonderful hosts. They were very helpful with the check in process and explaining the workings of the apartment and gave us very helpful recommendations for the city and neighborhood. They were very responsive when we had an issue with our key. The apartment is in the perfect location and is an easy walk to EVERYTHING! The apartment is very well appointed and very comfortable. We highly recommend the Prisco apartment!

My family of 6 enjoyed this beautiful villa. Amazing views of Capri and the ocean and only a ten minute walk to Massa Lubresse. Sorento is a close drive and we visited Amalifi, Positano, and Ischia via boat tours. The food is super delicious and we would definitely return. Pat and the other ladies at Italy perfect provided so much information to help us plan our stay. All your help was much appreciated and we are grateful for your hospitality.

Très bel appartement, bien placé dans la ville! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la qualité des lits et des salles de bain! Appartement bien isolé de la rue avec double vitrage et portes isolante. Aucun bruit dans la chambre malgré les restaurants et bars dans la rue. A noter, que l eau du robinet à une forte odeur de javel (sans du à la ville). Pensez à acheter de l eau en bouteille
Translation: Apartment was very nice, and overall enjoyed the 7th arrondissement. In warm weather (need to open windows since no A/C), street noise a concern. Location on busier streets near Eiffel Tower is a drawback due to tourist crowds and tourist-oriented retail. (Kitchen could use a measuring cup). Good experience with Victor Cab.

Concerto was a great fit for our needs and exceeded our expectations. Our greeter was so very helpful and informative - she went above and beyond for us! The apartment had clear instructions (and YouTube videos!) on how to work elevator, AC units, appliances - they thought of everything! Lots of storage space for a clutter-free stay. The wrap around terrace was put to good use for morning coffee and nightcaps. The location was great and easy to find. Thank you for having us!

This apartment and its hosts made our trip to Florence perfect. They were so attentive and kind, personally walking us through the apartment which is one of the hosts family home. The apartment is very spacious and has a very homely feel about it and is in a great location. We loved our trip to Florence and a large portion of that was due to the hosts and this apartment. Definitely stay here.
