Elegant living on the Piano Nobile, the formal and most beautiful floor of this palazzo that faces the Grand Canal.
You can use the elevator to reach this 2nd floor (1st floor European) apartment that is beautifully decorated like the other apartments in the same palazzo. Guests may arrive to the private dock.
With the high ceilings and parquet of the Piano Nobile, this apartment is particularly elegant.
The living room is spacious with two large windows overlooking the campo/piazza below. The seating area has a sofa and two upholstered chairs and for relaxing there is a chaise longue. A day bed can accommodate a child.
The dining table is placed on the interior wall.
The entry hall leads past a half bathroom and on into the living room. On the opposite side of the living room a hallway leads to the large kitchen.
The large bedroom is entered from the living room. It, too has large windows overlooking the classic Venetian campo. It offers an en-suite bathroom with shower and a walk-in closet.
You will be welcomed with a bottle of Bellini, the classic Venetian beverage made famous by nearby Harry's Bar. Fresh croissants will be delivered to your door each day. The kitchen is prepared for you with bottled water, fresh fruit, coffee capsules, fresh milk, sweeteners, butter, jam, sliced bread as well as salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar.
A nice large terrace is shared by this apartment and the other three in the building, Cassia (that has its own private terrace above the apartment), Menta and Zenzero. It has two wicker sofas, two armchairs and a table for 8.

|Keys||You will be handed over 2 pairs of keys. Should you loose your keys, we will have to charge 300 Euro, as 3 locks will have to be replaced. Should you have forgotten your keys in your apartment, and need to call our staff to get in after 9 pm, there will be a surcharge of 20 Euro.|
|Daily Service||In your apartment you will find all the necessary for breakfast: black tea, a nespresso machine and coffee capsules, milk, white and brown sugar and sweetener, butter, jam and sliced bread, mineral water (still and fizzy) , as well as the usual salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar. Every morning around 8am fresh croissants will be delivered to your door. These groceries are included in the rent. Any additional bottle of water will be charged 1 Euro each. Croissants cannot be delivered to your doorstep before 8am.|

The price includes linens, 1 set of towels/person, utilities, final cleaning, personal welcome during standard hours and free WiFi. Weekday maid service and daily delivery of croissants (except Italian holidays) and a welcome bottle of Bellini (Prosecco + peach juice) and fresh fruit.
City Hospitality tax payable in cash on arrival. See www.italyperfect.com/tax for current rates. A refundable €1000 Euros security deposit payable in cash on arrival or may be pre-authorized on a credit card. It will be returned on departure less damages, if any, and any services not already paid.
Check in is between 2:00 and 7:00pm, by appointment. The palazzo has a private dock for water taxi arrival & departure with advance arrangement. Check in from 7-11pm must be arranged in advance & pays €20 cash to greeter. Check-in after 11:00pm and check-out before 7:30 are only by special arrangement and a €50 payment to the staff. Check out is 10am.
Luggage can be left from 9am. And, from 9am until the apartment is available, you may rent a bedroom with bathroom for €100 Euros.
The owner of the property and the staff are not responsible in any way for any personal injury incurred by anyone in your party within the property or its grounds. We recommend travel insurance.
The owner is not responsible for any loss or damage to the guests’ valuables or personal items. You are encouraged not to bring valuables to the property or to use the safe.
Please report any problem or difficulty or the malfunctioning of any equipment immediately to the staff, the owner or the agency so that the issue can be resolved as quickly as possible.
Any damage to the property or its contents must be reported to a member of staff as soon as possible. Damage will be evaluated by the management and charged accordingly.
Guests must keep all windows and doors secure when away from the property.

Beautiful apartment on a quiet plaza, one block from a busy thoroughfare. Elvira, the lady in charge, is wonderfully helpful and efficient and the bonus is her croissants are divine, delivered fresh every morning. We left by taxi from the private dock. The only way to arrive and leave if you don’t want to lug luggage over bridges. We’ve stayed at several Italy perfect apartments. This one is hands down the best maintained and decorated. The fresh flowers we requested were gorgeous all week and made the place feel like home. A wonderful mix of antiques and modern decor. Not far from the only Rubens in a Venetian church and lots of tempting places to eat nearby. I hope to return.

I stayed in ZenZero for the entire sunmmer. I cannot say enough about Italy Perfect, Palazzo Treves, or my host and hostess, The Marquess and Marchesa Berlinghieri.
The setting and accommodations are superlative, the housekeeping staff is meticulous, and the flats themselves are gorgeous.
I have stayed at most of the world's finest hotels. If you are not satisfied with this vacation rental vendor or the Palazzo or the hosts, there is something wrong with you. I left feeling like a Venetian in every sense of the word.
