Location

South of Sorrento, the Massa Lubrense promontory forms the southern arm of the beautiful bay of Naples.

A curving road leads down from the Amalfi Coast road past a number of villas. Villa Sole is at the end of the road, as close to the sea as one can get here.

The public sandy beach is 80 steps down from the villa. Sea walls calm the waters close to shore. You can hire a boat to come to the jetty for a trip out on the water and to the islands of Capri and Ischia.

A short walk along the seaside path takes you to a charming fishing village with several casual restaurants and dock where you may rent boat service.

Exterior

Villa Sole is two floors above the street level where you may park up to 4 cars.

The villa has two parts, a four bedroom main villa and a two bedroom apartment that is separate in terms of entrances. 

Interior

The main terrace wraps the living room and dining area with a long railing overlooking the sea. The Isle of Capri fills the horizon and you can watch boats and the ferries that connect all the seaside towns. The second terrace flows around the bedrooms in the upper level, the tower.

The four bedroom main villa is large, 2700 sq ft. Spacious living room, kitchen, dining room. Behind the kitchen is a lovely outdoor, covered dining area. Adjoining the main part of the Villa is a standalone 2-bedroom apartment that is rented together with the main villa. The apartment of 750 sq ft has a large living and dining room. It also has its own terrace with a children's play area. There is a small kitchen.
