Everything is perfect or better
Convenient to Piazza del Popolo, minutes from the Spanish Steps, you will find every amenity in this spacious apartment. Modern conveniences include air conditioning, Satellite TV, wireless internet access, stereo and microwave. This large apartment features the combination of comfort and location. All your needs have been considered in the amenities offered.
The location is in central Rome, two minutes from Piazza del Popolo, one block from the Tiber River, four minutes from the Borghese gardens. Nearby Piazzale Flaminio is a transportation hub with Metro station, busses and the Hop-and-Stop double decker sightseeing bus. If you wish to stroll, you will be in Piazza del Popolo in minutes, ten minutes puts you in Piazza di Spagna, where you will find the Spanish Steps and the designer shopping mecca of Rome. The Pantheon is about a fifteen minute walk and Piazza Navona about five minutes further. Villa Borghese is very close, great for exercise, strolling and play. Rent a pedal car or bike.
You are right near the spectacular and bustling Piazza Del Popolo, with its fountains, churches, a great Caravaggio painting and cushy cafes yet just outside the piazza in a peaceful, prosperous neighborhood served by tram and Metro lines. Its a 15-20 minute walk to the Pantheon - although you'll want to take two hours stopping, looking and eating - and a metro stop or two from the Vatican.
The building interior is handsome with a spacious lobby. There are three steps in the lobby and one 20 cm high step inside the apartment to access the master bedroom, so this isn`t perfect for a wheelchair traveler, but if navigating those steps is not a problem, then there are no additional barriers to access or moving about the apartment.
For larger families or groups, we suggest the Flaminio apartment rented in conjunction with the Orlando apartment which is a one-minute walk from this apartment.
For comfort and convenience, the living/dining room offers two sofas and an easy chair. One sofa converts a queen sized bed. The entertainment center has satellite TV so you can pick up English language news stations. A variety of books and guides are here for your use.
A narrow terrace wraps around the living and dining rooms, so two sets of French doors admit plenty of light. Trellises with vines and pots of plants welcome you to enjoy your rooftop location. On the hottest days you can close up and turn on the air conditioning, but on many temperate days, even warm ones, you can open up and let the breezes blow through.
This apartment was the right size for our family which includes three teenagers. The beds are comfortable and everything is updated and very clean. The bonus was the wonderful terrece that we enjoyed both morning and evening.
The dining table seats six. Its glass inset allows the light to flow through.
The eat-in kitchen has a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, gas four-burner stove top and oven, microwave, Italian and drip coffee makers, and a dishwasher. The kitchen table seats two.
A locked room, accessed from the terrace, has a washer and dryer as well as a hotel-style safe.
The apartment is well appointed with everything we could hope for in terms of our needs - fully equipped kitchen, adapters and multi tap plugs for all of our chargers, thick and absorbent towels and handy maps and guidebooks..
Buildings in Italy, by law, turn on the heat only after the first of November and turn it off at the end of March and it takes a special official declaration to override the law. This apartment has, however, two backup systems for heat that can increase your comfort and also allow you to be warm in the case of a cold snap, even when the building heat is not on. One is a special zone for the bathrooms which heats them up independently for a warm morning shower. And, separately, the air conditioners are heat pumps that can be invoked to quickly warm up a room. Utility usage, up to an average of 15kwh/day, is included in your rent. Excessive use of the heat pump option could put you above that, although it might be worth it!
The master bedroom is adequately sized with a Italian king/queen sized bed (3" wider than a North American queen) and two built-in closets. It has its own balcony and neighborhood view. The second bedroom features two single beds that can be joined together, a night stand and an armoire.
The master bathroom en-suite bathroom has a large shower, sink, toilet and bidet. The second bathroom is small, it is off the living room and has shower, sink and toilet.
We just want to thank you for making our stay in Rome so wonderful. The apartment was great, roomy, clean and perfect for our family.

Our Guest Reviews
Lovely apartment in ideal location
We had a wonderful stay in the Flaminio apartment.
The apartment was immaculately clean and very comfortable for our group of four.
The location is a 5 minute walk to transit connections and the busy Piazza del Pompolo, but is on a quiet block.
The greeter, Gianluca, was very organized and easy to communicate with. He made our checking in and out was quick and easy.
We would happily stay in the apartment again on a future visit.

This apartment is perfectly situated for a trip to Rome.
This apartment is perfectly situated for a trip to Rome. Only a few minutes walk from Piazza del Popolo, so slightly outside from the (noisy) touristy buzz but still very quickly accessible. We were glad to come back to the peace and quiet of this apartment in the evenings and have peaceful breakfasts on the terrace. It is also quite close to a tram and metro station, so sights like the colloseum and Vatican, which are a bit longer walk (approx 45 min) can be reached within 15-20 mins. The apartment is tastefully decorated and has all amenities necessary to feel at home. Most importantly, it is one of the cleanest apartments we have ever rented! Hats off to the cleaner who checks every detail. A home away from home! We booked very last minute (a day and a half in advance), so were very pleased with the prompt communication. All the information regarding the check-in and apartment was passed on immediately. A digital brochure with restaurant recommendations and information about staying in Rome was given simultaneously. Very professional care! Our greeter was also very nice, met us punctually, showed us around the apartment and provided with with further useful information. Thanks Gianluca and ItalyPerfect for the perfect stay in Rome!
We had a great stay. The apartment was very livable with a nice supermarket nearby. Great location close to everything especially the Villa Borghese.
Excellent Apartment & Location
Our stay in this Flaminio apartment was wonderful. We stayed for ten days in August with our two teenage children. We were so impressed with all of the info. that was provided to us before our arrival and communication about transport from the airport. Upon arrival to the apartment, it was just as described in the listing. The neighborhood is wonderful and close to public transportation and a short walk to Borghese Park and Piazza de Popolo and the Ara Pacis museum. We walked to the Spanish Steps each day! If you want to take a taxi, there are always taxi's available at the Piazza all hours of the day & night. We were able to see so much of Rome during our stay. We enjoyed going to Trastevere in the evening, visiting the Pantheon and Trevi fountain (walking there) more than once. It was so nice to visit historic locations more than once! : ) The apartment had a great super market close by, a coffee shop and sushi restaurant too. One of the best parts of the apartment was the incredible balcony where we would sit and have breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evenings. The building is clean, safe and we hope to return soon again!

Review of Flaminio apt in Rome
We stayed for 7 nights at the Flaminio in late September. It is a 2br 2ba apt on the 5th floor. The apt was clean when we arrived. It was nicely furnished and attractively furnished. . We enjoyed the wrap around balcony eating breakfast and many lunches there. Our bed was very comfortable.
We came up and down on a quaint elevator which we enjoyed. The location was good being about 4 blocks from the Piazza del Popolo. The Piazza had several nice cafes and osterias. Within 3 blocks was an atm and a nice gourmet market, Carrefour.
When we needed something fixed we called or emailed the greeter who came within 1/2 day and was nice to deal with.
We would easily stay there again and certainly recommend it.

ItalyPerfect apartment in Rome is absolutely wonderful. We loved the location. Although close to all the city's attractions, it is not in a touristy area and felt like home. Everything is within walking distance and also very close to the Metro and other public transportations. The apartment is nicely decorated and very comfortable with all the amenities that you need. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed having breakfast on the patio and an evening drink later in the day. I highly recommend staying there.
Flaminio apartment Rome
My 2 daughters and I had a very pleasant visit in Rome and the Flaminio apartment contributed positively to the occasion. The configuration of the apartment, the furnishings, and the outfitting of the kitchen met our needs exactly. We particularly enjoyed the outside space. The purpose of our visit was to observe art collections and the apartment location served especially well. The abundant information you provided prior to our arrival was especially helpful to getting moved in,finding grocery markets, restaurants, and generally how to enjoy Rome. We will certainly recommend this apartment to friends and look forward to staying there during our next Rome visit.

Flaminio was Perfect
The Flaminio apartment was perfect for the four of us. The apartment is located in an upscale (and quiet) neighborhood and the building was constructed during Mussolini's tenure which supported more light filled rooms. The building is quite nice (and secure) and the apartment feels spacious. The balcony wraps around the unit and is perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or evening glass of wine.
The apartment is nicely furnished and the bed was very comfortable. We would recommend this apartment.
The apartment is close to Piaza Popolo, the Spanish steps, The Borghese Museum and great shopping. Groceries are minutes away. The subway is also minutes away and extremely easy to use.
There are many great restaurants close by (Try Adhoc).
Italy Perfect makes everything seamless, from recommending a driver for pickup at the airport to greeting us at the apartment. Francesca was awesome.
Thank you everyone at Italy Perfect

A Wonderful Escape in Rome
My husband and I spent 10 days in July in the lovely Flaminio apartment in Rome. This was a mixture of holiday and work and this beautiful apartment was a perfect escape at the end of each busy day. Its location being so close to Piazza Popolo and the Flaminio Metro & bus stop and the Borghese was really wonderful Once you stepped inside it was so quiet and peaceful with the outdoor space perfect for the warm summer evenings. The apartment is beautifully fitted out and for the evenings you feel like eating in, everything you wanted was there.
We really appreciated the assistance Italy Perfect gave me in booking the apartment and the follow through emails, including organizing a car to get us to the airport on our departure.
Everything was made so easy.
We really appreciated our greeter, Francesca, who was so helpful, going out of her way to ensure we knew which local bus would take us to the Conference and advice on shops etc.
This was a lovely apartment in a convenient part of the city. We will certainly recommend it to friends.
Thank you everyone at Italy Perfect
