Our Guest Reviews
New Years in Rome
Last year we stayed with Italy Perfect for Christmas. This year we stayed for New Years Eve or Capodanno. As we have come to expect with Italy perfect, everything was perfect.
The Bellina Apartment is spacious for two people. It is 2 blocks from Piazza del Popolo. Via del corso was decorated for Christmas so it was beautiful. Every evening, Italians would come out for a stroll up and down the street. This was a new area for us to stay in Rome, so we had fun exploring. The Borghese Gardens are just blocks away and we enjoyed walking around. Thanks Italy perfect for keeping up your standards. By the way, your restaurant suggestions are great. We went to 3 of them and liked them all, especially Ristorante Al 34. Can't wait for our next visit. Non vedo l'ora.

Bellina Is Perfect!
The good thing about renting an apartment by Italy Perfect is that you get exactly what you see on the website. So, absolutely, no chance of regrets!
Bellina apartment is wonderfully located. It is possible to visit almost all main Rome attractions on foot. Beside that you are close to many good restaurants and shopping. Its size and layout are perfect for a couple. To wrap up all these positive experience we were very welcomed by our greeter who did what was possible to make our stay pleasant. No doubts we would come back.

We had a great time, the Italy Perfect material was all good, we had no problem whatsoever and instead had a lot of fun in a great location.
Bellina a Beautiful Apartment
What a wonderful choice we made when we decided to stay in the Bellina Apartment in Rome. Bellina is centrally located in a small cobble stoned street between the Spanish Steps and Piazza Del Popolo in an almost car free area. We found it had walking access to most major tourist points of interest and there are two train stations within 100 mtrs. There is a taxi rank in the Piazza Del Popolo which we made use of to get to major attractions like the Colosseum and Vatican city however making use of a map we found it easy to walk back to our apartment from those locations. Well priced restaurants are abundant in the local area as is the shopping, both highend and affordable.
The apartment itself is very comfortable and we were surprised at how roomy it was, there was only two of us however it would have suited four people equally as comfortably, if you were happy to make use of the sofa bed in the lounge room. Bellina was well equipped with everything we could think of to make our stay enjoyable. We made good use of the air-conditioner during our summer stay in Rome, we followed the instructions to turn it off whenever we left the apartment and found the apartment remained cool upon our return. Our daily needs were met with access to the local supermarket a couple of streets away and there was a small convenience store next door.
We don' t think you could ask for anything more than what the apartment Bellina offers and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to experience an authentic, stress free and comfortable stay in Rome.
[Thank you Gayle and Ian, we are delighted you enjoyed the location as well as your stay at the Bellina. The Italy Perfect Team]

Perfect Little Apartment
The Bellina is a perfect little apartment. It's in a great location. Walking distance to everything you want to see in Rome and more. It's perfect for two people. More might be difficult since there's no door on the bedroom. This was our third stay in the Bellina and we will stay there again. There's a great little gelato store right across the street too!

Bellini apartment in Rome
Perfect location, and very comfortable for our 4 day stay. Close to metro and busses, as well as being able to walk where we wanted. Plenty of small outdoor restaurants within a few blocks. Host was very prompt and available for any questions. Would not hesitate to request this again if we have another opportunity to visit Rome.

We were very happy with our stay
We found the apartment to be just as shown online. The location was very convenient, especially for restaurants. In general, we seemed to be in the higher end shopping and restaurant area. The "tourist" part of Rome is pretty compact and from this apartment it is about a 30 minute walk to the Vatican and Colosseum, and less than that for many other amazing sites. You are about 10 -15 minutes from subway terminals.
Something that helped us to identify good restaurants is that we would pull up Google Earth and look at what restaurants were close to us. We then could look them up on Trip Advisor and see how they were rated. It saved us some walking and helped us enjoy a lot of great restaurants. A couple to try are La Buca Di Ripetta and Osteria St. Ana. A place that is good to be aware of is the Carrefour Express Supermarket on Via Vittoria, a few blocks away.
All in all we had a great trip and were happy with the apartment and the service of Italy Perfect. They provided a sense of confidence to the experience of renting an apartment which we had never done before.

Traveled to Rome with my mom and my sister for 5 days. Our apartment was lovely and a perfect "home away from" after a long day of sightseeing. A quick 5 minute walk to the Spanish Steps and Borghese Gardens. The bed was comfortable for my 80 year old mother and the sofa bed was very comfortable too! Our greeter was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and left us with her cell phone number in case we needed anything. The apartment was small for three but much bigger than a hotel and only about half the cost. I would absolutely go back!
