"We had a very pleasant stay in this beautiful, spacious 5 bedroom, 3 bath apartment during our family vacation. It was exactly as described on the website and we were not disappointed! Pat at Italy Perfect was a pleasure to work with and she was extremely helpful in answering our questions which made our decision easy. We found the apartment to be extremely clean and very nicely decorated, blending baroque with contemporary. The kitchen is well equipped and the washer/dryer was convenient, although not quite as large as we're used to here in the States. The bedding was very comfortable with luxury linens and plenty of towels, which was welcoming after a day of touring. There was someone there to help with our bags, both on arrival and departure, and Barbara (who spoke fluent English) met us at the apartment to give us an orientation and lots of good information. We found the apartment to be conveniently located to restaurants and there is a grocery store nearby. The Leonardo da Vinci hotel is across the street and they are more than happy to call a cab for you at the front desk, but beware....the hotel charges for the service which almost doubles your fare. We found the residential location to be ideal -- the street was quiet and not too busy but within walking distance of many interesting places. [Thank you so much! The Italy Perfect Team]"

"Grazie, Italy Perfect!! We have stayed in several apartments/houses on trips and this one was far and away the cream of the crop: Maurizio and Gabrielle clearly know how to make you at home from the soap at every sink to the nightlight in the bathroom. Nice quiet location but just steps from the Ponte Vechhio and the sights on the other side of the Arno. The hill is steep - especially after a long day of sight-seeing - but the payoff at the end is worth it. Maurizio had good shopping and restaurant suggestions - take his advice. Finally, if you love art, museums, and architecture and are planning on visiting lots of the sites in Florence, we can recommend getting the Firenze card. It's not cheap at 72 euros, but if you do your homework and decide which 3 successive days will be most advantageous, you can easily get your money's worth. The best part is that you get priority access so you'll spend less time standing in lines. Try to get to the most popular sites (Duomo, Accademia, Uffizi) right when they open and you should be able to just walk right in."

"Torella apartment in Florence located overlooking the Arno 100 yards down from the Ponte Vecchio. The location could not have been better with great restaurants , a market, and ATM all 1 block away. The apartment had A/C, Tint bathroom with standup shower, a washing machine, small kitchen. Bedroom was upstairs and bathroom downstairs--this might have been a deal killer for my wife if we had realized the floor plan in advance. The patio had a great view of Piazza. Michelangelo. Pitti Palace and Piazza Signoria were both a 10 minute walk.We would certainly recommend the location but might have chosen a different single level apartment to avoid the nighttime trek down a narrow staircase. "Memoria was a comfortable apartment in an absolutely ideal location. We can't imagine staying in any other place when we go back to Florence! And our greeter, Isabel, was friendly, professional and efficient. She not only met us as scheduled, having purchased some initial groceries for us, but she also helped us out with a couple of other requests during our stay. She is a great resource for you. Our only suggestion for Memoria is that you furnish it with softer sheets and linens, and clear out some of the existing linens. We can hardly wait to go back for another stay! "My family of six stayed in this apartment for four nights and it was amazing! The apartment was very clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect. We were close to many of the sights. There are many restaurants on the street to choose from. It was lovely to open the windows and hear a singer or an accordion player. The staff couldn't be more helpful. "What a wonderful apartment, just what we expected from Italy Perfect. the apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated, there was nothing we wanted for. The balcony was bliss, great for breakfast, and to chill out after a day of sightseeing, we had front row seats to watch a festival, all in costume, layout in the square. Location was perfect to take in all the beauty that is Florence. Plenty of restaurants to choose from, for price ranges. "Perfect information, perfect service, perfect vacation! I have lived in Rome, Italy for two years many years ago and have spent a great deal of time there. I found the Italy Perfect website, knowing exactly what I wanted. Italy Perfect was able to give me a great deal of detailed information about the rental apartment. Their notes prior to our leaving were extremely detailed and helpful. I will certainly return to them in the future. "My entire family can not put into words what an awesome experience we all had at our home away from home (Elegante)! The 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment that we rented from Italy Perfect surpassed any expectations we might have had. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us. Bedrooms were nicely appointed with ample storage space, flat screen televisions and beautiful linens! The European kitchen had everything you would need to cook from beautiful knifes; dishes; pots and pans of value, glassware etc.The apartment's location was excellent! Lovely neighborhood with close access to the Tiber River, Spanish Steps, Vatican (all within walking distance). There were far to many restaurants of value to even suggest! We would recommend you wander and stop in on any restaurant that looks appealing to you. (The food is spectacular!) We took a one day trip to Florence by rail and it was very smooth travel experience and spent around 10 hours there. We also took an hour train ride to a little city right outside of Rome called Orvieto. IT IS A MUST!. Rail passes and site tickets can be purchased ahead of time from home on line. Lastly I personally would like to thank Pat from Italy Perfect who was an angel in assisting us with anything we needed. Her call back response was unbelievable! We truly believe our trip would not have turned out as perfect if we did not have Pat to go to with everything and anything. "The apartment, Michaela, that we rented in Florence was in the perfect location. It was within walking distance of almost anything you would want to see, and there was a wonderful bakery, a great deli and some wonderful restaurants all within a block or two. The owners of the apartment were charming and helpful. Staying at this apartment was part of what made the entire Florence part of our vacation a favorite."

Our time staying at Santa Croce Belvedere was amazing. We had a large family group so having two apartments on the same floor was incredibly useful. We felt safe in the location and the apartment was well furnished and when you envision italian homes this was exactly what we thought. This was our second time staying at here and we would do so again in a heartbeat.

"1. Overall, how did you find your accommodations? Excellent location, apartment, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, terrace, etc. 2. What did you think about the location and the surrounding area? Perfect. It's only about a 15 minute walk to the Santa Maria Novello Train Station. 3. Any tips for future guests including nearby sites, restaurants or shops? Signorvino restaurant and wine shop is just across the street from the apartment and was one of our favorite hangouts. outdoor seating overlooks the Arno River and the Ponte Vechio bridge. Great spot. 4. Would you recommend Italy Perfect to a friend? Yes. Absolutely. "Wonder little house close to everything.A gourmet market is a 5 minute walk for supplies. The host was charming and informative. Everything was perfect except that the air conditioner was on a lock setting and it was uncomfortable at night."

"Accommodations and location were excellent. Everything was in walking distance from the apartment. Restaurants and other eating establishments in the area were excellent. Local residents were friendly and helpful. Isabell was very helpful in setting up tours and helping the ladies in their shopping endeavors. Did a good job explaining everything when we first got there and was available as questions arose during our stay. Also, Carolina was an excellent Tour Guide while in Rome for a couple of days.I would recommend this apartment and Italy Perfect to all interested parties!"

"We absolutely loved staying at Prisco during our Florence holiday. The location is very good (some street noise) and very convenient for walking and exploring. The service provided by the owners was genuinely caring and thoughtful (water in refrigerator, complimentary red wine, travel books/maps/guides, laundry detergent, American coffee pot, etc). Everything was wonderful; we could have stayed all summer!"
