"Where do I start! This property is AMAZING!! My husband, father-in-law and I had the best holiday ever! This apartment will not disappoint! The soaring ceilings and beautiful appointments are in abundance! The eat in kitchen is perfect to start your day, all modern conveniences and spotless!! Beautiful rugs and hardwood floors everywhere! The couches were so welcoming after a long day and the master bedroom walls were covered in luxurious fabrics (the pictures on the website do not do it justice). The mattress provided a wonderful night’s sleep!! Linens were high-end …. This was equal to Ritz Carlton. This space is huge and the bedrooms are tucked away from the bedrooms and bathrooms which provides unique privacy. Roma has a beautiful rich history and you will feel like you are staying in a palace! Location is perfect! A few steps to Piazza Navarone and right next to endless restaurants as well as so many sites! We walked to the Pantheon, Vatican and the Colosseum! The quaint cobble streets added to the authenticity of the area. We were greeted by the owner’s assistant who was lovely and welcoming … we felt right at home. The communication in preparation for our stay was easy, clear, and everything was spelled out there were no surprises… well, the only surprise was how magnificent the property is! "We found this apt quite comfortable and we loved the location for coming and going by Train. Also most all the sights were walking distance and very convenient. I would say the kitchen size made it quite difficult to fix anything as there was almost no counter space. The hosts were wonderful and so friendly and helpful. I would like a place with less things on the shelves and tables. all in all we liked the place and would stay again. Not too many food markets close so would recommend going the distance to the large Mercado,especially for good breads and desserts upstairs. Closes early as usual . Your web site was very helpful. The small mkt down the street closes in the middle of the day for a few hours then opens up again [We are so happy you enjoyed the comfort and location of the Strozzi apartment and the friendly and helpful greeters. So glad you liked the apartment as well as the nearby Mercato Centrale. It is accurate that the efficiency kitchenette is as you anticipated, little countertop space, which is why we detail that information so carefully and accurately in the photos and the description. "This apartment is located close to a high-end shopping area and a short walk from the train station and Santa Maria Novella -- all of which add to the pleasures of a quiet, well-appointed, and charmingly decorated place. Each evening when we came back to the apartment, we enjoyed feeling that we were away from the fray. The hosts are very charming. They welcomed us with cold water in the refrigerator and a bottle of Tuscan wine; and they were very thorough in their orientation to the apartment. On the day we were leaving they even offered to drive us to the train station. I highly recommend this apartment for comfort, convenience, charm, and location. [We are pleased you enjoyed your stay! "What a roomy and enjoyable apartment in the center of Rome! While I appreciate the honesty of the disclaimers concerning the noise and older bathrooms, they were not distractions at all. The windows are very well insulated allowing our exhausted party to go to bed despite the street activity going on into the wee hours of the night. Also, having air conditioners in the bedrooms made for a pleasant sleeping temperatures. Everything was spacious, allowing us to stretch out and even do some yoga in living room. The kitchen was easy to navigate, and while we just used it for breakfast and snacks, it was clean and modern with all the dishes and utensils we needed. The best part is the location. It was so easy to get to major sights, or just to walk the streets. Plenty of great places to eat nearby or grab a gelato from. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment!"

"This was our fourth time renting from Italy Perfect and we were again extremely satisfied with the service and our accommodations. The Casetta Bonsi was a charming small house in a great location. The hill was a bit daunting, but we knew about that ahead of time. Maurizio was a gracious host and assisted us in making dinner reservations for our first evening and making taxi reservations for our departure. He also made himself available for any questions we had. He has taken great pride in the renovations to the house which were clearly evident. He also welcomed us with a bottle of wine and some delicious pastries! We love Florence and particularly recommend a stroll through the Boboli and Bardini gardens which were a highlight of our trip. "We couldn't have asked for a more picturesque home for our Florence stay or a better location. It was perfect in all aspects. The neat thing about Casetta is that it is so central but it still has such an authentic neighborhood feel. The gourmet supermarket nearby is really handy and there nice restaurants and cafe's within a 5 minute walk. Maurizio greeted us warmly and was so helpful. I'd also like to point out that in all my years of travel, Casetta Bonsi was the cleanest place I've ever stayed - such an attention to detail. Thank you Italy Perfect for taking such good care of us!"

First class service from the owner's staff with daily maid service and even fresh croissants every morning at the door! This beats any hotel in the City. "From the high ceilings to the wide, comfy bed to the cozy living room, this apartment welcomes you every time you return to it. The kitchen is an armoire, but it really works well; we cooked breakfast and microwaved take-out. There are plenty of dishes, pans, and utensils for simple housekeeping, and who wants to do more than that on their vacation? We walked all over Florence from this location, which makes it possible to return for lunch and a little toes-up to refresh yourself after a morning of sight-seeing. The bathroom is well equipped and we made use of the washer a couple of times; laundry can be hung from a line on one of the small terraces, or on an inside drying rack, which worked fine. The bed is very comfortable and the bedroom is spacious. The living room is pleasant to sit in. The high ceilings capture breezes, and the marble floors are cool. Very lavish shopping nearby; we loved some simpler places, like Alberto Cozzi's paper shop and the scents of the Santa Maria Novella apothecary. Oro Due had very well-priced 18K gold jewelry. We greatly enjoyed an excursion with Accidental Tourist to their farmhouse in San Donato in Collino for a pasta-making class. "Der Aufenthalt in Venedig war ein einziger Traum. Der Ursprung für diesen Traum liegt in der schönsten und am perfektesten ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung die wir jemals in einer touristischen Metropole genossen haben. Ein Espresso zur frühen Morgenstunde auf der traumhaften Dachterasse, das Treiben der kleinen Versorgungsboote und die aufgehende Sonne über den Dächern von Venedig werden uns unvergessen bleiben. In drei Minuten am Markusplatz, in sieben Minuten an der Rialtobrücke, mit den Vaporettis die Kanäle und die Inseln erkunden, eine Premiere im La Fenice, ausnahmslos hervorragend gegessen, unsere vorgezogenen Flitterwochen hätten nicht schöner sein können. Ein besonderer Dank an Paola, die uns überaus freundlich empfangen und perfekt eingewiesen hat. Noch nie haben die traumhaften Beschreibungen eines Feriendomizils so exakt mit der vorgefundenen Realität übereingestimmt. The origin for this dream lies in the most beautiful and the most perfect equipped apartment we have ever enjoyed in a tourist metropolis. An early-morning espresso on the dreamy roof terrace, the hustle and bustle of the small supply boats and the rising sun above the roofs of Venice will remain unforgettable to us. In three minutes at the Piazza San Marco, in seven minutes on the Rialtobrücke, with the vaporetto explore the canals and the islands, a premiere at the La Fenice, without exception excellent eaten, our advanced honeymoon could not have been nicer. A special thanks to Paola, who received us extremely friendly and perfectly trained. The dreamlike descriptions of a holiday paradise have never been so accurate with the actual reality. "Terrific location on the edge of Central Florence, close enough to walk easily to the major sites but far enough from the center to escape the crowds. On a very quiet street with a friendly cafe across the street and plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. The rooms are large and well furnished with lots of storage space. Screens on the windows allow open windows and plenty of cross ventilation. The balcony is pleasant for morning coffee. When it came time to move luggage in and out, and at the end of a long day the lift was particularly welcome. We were met by the owners who were very friendly and helped us with suggestions and tips a couple of times during our stay. We would love to stay here again and will recommend it to our friends. "The Pasquino apartment fit the bill exactly for us! The layout was comfortable, there was ample closet space, and the newly refurbished kitchen was a pleasure to cook in. Having the elevator was a huge bonus as we returned every evening. Everything we could have wanted had been provided, right down to the numerous current travel books of not only Rome, but general ones of Italy and some of the other major cities. And the Italy Perfect notebook with all the helpful information was much appreciated.We'd been told that the Pasquino was right next to Piazza Navona, yet we were still pleasantly surprised at just how close it actually was. We were out daily seeing the sights and easily walked everywhere we wanted to go--never once needed to use public transportation. And, usually, cut through Piazza Navona on our way out or back--so nice to watch all that was going on each day. Finally, all the documents that were provided in advance made our planning for this trip so much easier. The thorough restaurant guide came in handy every single day. We would definitely book with Italy Perfect again and are already recommending Pat and Lisa to our friends. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful--answered all our questions quickly and professionally. Thank you for the wonderful stay--we'll be back!
