"All 5 of us fell in love with this place. The interior was roomy and beautiful. We could not have asked for a better location. The staff was very helpful and easy to get a hold of. I really cannot say enough good things about this apartment. For anyone that plans on going to the airport via water taxi I would recommend leaving at least 4 hours prior to your flight. We were told and had a water taxi arranged to pick us up 2 1/2 hours before our flight. This was not enough time. We were still standing in the passport line when they started to board our flight, the security ended up just passing everyone through as there was a long line. Also beware that it is a hike from where the water taxi drops you off and the airport, save at least $30 euros for a porter that will drive you to the terminal building with all of your luggage. [Thank you so much Melissa. We are delighted you enjoyed the apartment, the location and the staff. Thanks for the advice about your ride to the airport. The walk to the terminal from the taxi dock is about 9 minutes, worrying if you are running late so good you got a porter. The Italy Perfect Team]"

"I recently returned from Florence after an extended stay. The Michaela apartment was very comfortable and totally supplied with everything needed from American coffee, kitchen and bathroom soap, tissue, good hairdryers, and enough food supplies for days.Their apartments are only a few steps from the famous Via Tornaibuoni, 3 blocks from the Piazza della Repubblica, very near the Duomo, San Lorenzo, Palazzo Vecchio, The Uffizi, Santa Maria Novella and a supermarket all within a short walk. A Perfect Location! The restaurants in the neighborhood were very good and I must recommend Osteria Pastella on Via della Scala (4.5 stars and not expensive.) The most surprising thing about staying there was the landlords (Miki, Franco, and their son Marco.) They seem invisible until you need something they magically appear. They quickly respond to every request, are kind, generous, warm and extremely helpful. They even provided an Italian Go phone that allowed me to make reservations and contact friends at no cost. I highly recommend any apartment of theirs. They made my stay so easy and comfortable. The best fringe benefit of the MICHAELA apartment is that there is a bakery on the ground floor, and at about 11:00 PM the aroma of baking breads, cakes and cookies rise up and waft into the apartment, if the windows a partially open. I adored that special treat, and can't wait to return.[Thank you so much Bonnie, it was a pleasure to have you as a guest for your 3 month stay. The Italy Perfect Team]"

"This apartment was in an ideal location. We were able to walk to all of the attractions in Rome, not to mention a street or two away from premiere shopping. The apartment itself is very large more than enough room for 5 of us to not get in each other's way during our week long stay. Air conditioning in each room which was very helpful as we were there in June. The owner, housekeeping and attendant were all very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this place. "Traveling to Venice and want to stay on the Grand Canal with amazing views in luxury accommodations? This is your place. The apartment is spacious, beautifully appointed, and staffed by the nicest people you will meet. When we travel we typically stay at big name hotel chains but no more. Warm croissants each morning, beds made and apartment cleaned, a constant supply of bottled still and sparkling water all included, was awesome particularly traveling with children. I mention the children part as our combined family has four. (so we had a second apartment) but to all be together at night vs. going to separate rooms, made the family trip feel more like family at night. Sure teenagers are going to be on iPhones etc. but we were able to all be together and plan our days. I want to make a comment about the savings compared to a hotel suit but its just not a fair comparison. Pay up front you don't get nickeled and dimes for each little thing you would expect, like plenty of water, and you still have laundry hotels can't compete. We will be back! [We are delighted you enjoyed your stay and look forward to welcoming you again! The Italy Perfect Team]"

"Traveling with our four children we needed extra rooms to enjoy Venice. Though my wife and I took the apartment over looking the Grand Canal our kids were able to stay in a second apartment in the same building. First off our kids are mostly adults so staying on their own just a couple of floors away is not an issue. This apartment looks out of a quiet square and offered lots of room and convenience for touring the city. Warm croissants, and a refrigerator stocked daily with still and sparkling water were always welcome. We recommend the apartment highly please see my review of the fifth floor space my wife and I stayed. For sure a recommended destination [Thank you David! The Italy Perfect Team]"

"Ideal located for viewing of all sites in and around Venice. Accommodations where good with only one drawback not one English speaking TV station .[We are so happy you enjoyed the good accommodations and ideal location. It is accurate that there is no English speaking TV, as clearly stated in the apartment information you read and understood before reserving. Guests can easily keep abreast of the news using the free Wifi and their own laptop, tablet or phone…with so much to see in Venice there usually isn’t much time for TV-watching! "My sister and I had a fabulous stay at Cassetta Bonsi in Florence! It was a week to remember in Florence, and the neighboring cities of Tuscany and Umbria, and having Cassetta to return to each day was a joy! This is a unique experience, indeed -- how a home from the 15th century can become the perfect place for today's memorable vacation. The home is beautiful, with every detail sheer perfection. Immaculate, with a lovely living room and fully equipped kitchen, and large bath with all the amenities you need. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we rested well after our long day of touring. The small terrace was charming, and a pleasant place to sit each morning with coffee, looking out to the rooftops in the neighborhood. The location can't be beat -- just across the Ponte Vecchio. It was so convenient-- very close to everything, but just far enough away from the busy crowds. Accessible, and private! We had excellent meals at restaurants recommended by Maurizio -- not a miss! Maurizio, our host, welcomed us with information about restaurants, transportation, sites we should be certain to include during our visit, and even wine, and fruit and pastries! He is a marvelous host, who welcomes you into his beautiful home like you're family! I wouldn't hesitate to visit again at Cassette Bonsi. It was the perfect place in Florence!Italy Perfect properties are select, charming, and totally accommodating to the traveler. I have had nothing but the best experiences with them, and highly recommend them! [Thank you Lynn, we are delighted you had a wonderful time and look forward to welcoming you again! "Thank you for a wonderful experience in Rome. The apartment was everything everyone had said about it...just wonderful. We enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk everywhere and all the shops and restaurants nearby. Barbara and her assistant were great and very helpful with luggage, etc. I would recommend the apartment to anyone. I especially liked the secure feeling of the apartment and the surrounding area."

"Venice is a lively place, especially the San Marco district. Quiet is a rare commodity. This beautiful apartment is as quiet as can be even though it is literally a five minute walk from Piazza San Marco. Menta looks out on a small little square that's cloistered from all the excitement. The furnishings are lovely, The rooms are sizable. And everything is in good taste. The only shortcoming -- the master bath has a nice tub, but lacks a shower. The building is well kept. The elevator is a nice feature. And the property manager was very helpful. Would definitely recommend this property. Two restaurant recommendations: Osteria Enoteca San Marco -- Great selection of wines, and impeccable, creative cuisine in a hip atmosphere. Basara Milano -- Believe it or not, a really sophisticated Japanese restaurant [sometimes you need a break from pasta!]. Great in warm weather...amazing, elegant roof top dining. [Very pleased you enjoyed your stay and thank you for the restaurant tip. It is accurate that the master bath has a tub, and it has a hand held shower sprayer as you read on our website before reserving and as depicted in the photo too. Thank you for your repeat business.]"

"First of all, the hosts - Miki, Franco and their son Marco- were so helpful and accommodating. The building itself is really cool. The entry way is a big archway, the elevator is an old fashioned lift and the architecture has such character to it. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. I couldn't have asked for better. Just a 5-10 minute walk from the Santa Maria train station. You're just steps from Via Tornabuoni and the Arno river which makes it so easy to cross ponte vecchio and the other bridges for dinner, gelato or just a quick stroll. Also just minutes from The Duomo, Central Market, museums, panini shops etc. I couldn't recommend staying here more. I would stay again the next time that I travel to Florence!!"

Serenata

Serenata

"This was my fourth time staying at Serenata. I love the apartment -- great location, wonderful roof deck, views of boat deliveries, gondolas, and water taxis all day and late into the night, sounds of work and the cries of gondoliers. And the a/c works great! The kitchen has everything needed for cooking at home, and the apartment is close to the very best restaurants in the city. Enjoy! "We stayed in this apartment June 2017 and absolutely loved the unit. We were a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children). First, the unit itself is superb. Our last visit to Venice we stayed at one of the Dandolo suites designed by Pierre-Yves Rouchon at the Danielli. We loved that suite but really felt the design and amenities of the Cassia apartment met or exceeded that suite. Really, it was that good. Just a beautiful apartment. In addition, the unit is quiet, beds are comfortable, air conditioning worked perfectly and everything was clean. Meticulous, really. Refrigerator was stocked with bottled water when we needed. There was plenty of space for everyone. The children loved the upstairs loft. Access was easily with an elevator that takes you directly to the room. The location is wonderful as well. Right next to the Westin Europa, everything in Venice was within easy reach. San Marco right around the corner, shops literally at your doorstep. Apart from the unit and location the apartment was thoughtfully attended to everyday by staff who made sure we had everything we needed and who kept it nice and tidy. We are already planning our trip back and will without hesitation use this apartment if it is available. Thank you Italyperfect and all the staff who helped us during our stay.[Thank you so much, we are delighted you enjoyed your stay and look forward to welcoming you again! The Italy Perfect Team]"

Memoria

Memoria

"Memoria is ideally located for exploring all of the charms of Florence. The apartment is right on the Arno River less than 1/2 a block from the Ponte Vecchio bridge. It is a lovely apartment, comfortable, light and airy, with everything you could want. The views from in the terrace in the early morning before the crowds stream to the Uffizi are wonderful. The photos really do not do it justice. If you were going to live in Florence, you would want to live here. The apartment is within walking distance of just about everything. There is a great grocery store just across the bridge, the Uffizi is just down the street, and a 10 minute stroll takes you to the Domo and the other major sites. We will be back and hope to re-book Memoria. I give this apartment a 10 out of 10, highly recommended. Our greater was fantastic, very helpful, and gave us lots of good recommendations as to restaurants, etc."

"I just returned from my trip to Florence. The location of the apartment was perfect. It was located above clothing stores, restaurants, and jewelry shops. Walking distance to the City Center, City Market, museums, art galleries. The beautiful large windows were perfect with the view of the cobblestone streets below when opened during the day. Great place and well worth the euros.[Thank you so much Paula! The Italy Perfect Team]"

"My family of 3 spent 5 days in Florence. We stayed at the Prisco apartment. The hosts made us feel very welcome and helped us sort out all the issues we had. When we arrived we realized that our daughter left her favorite backpack in the train. After a few phone calls, the backpack was found! The apartment is large, especially the bedroom. It can get noisy at night in the living room as there is a lot of foot traffic on the street. The location is close to pretty much all the places of interest in Florence. We only had to take a bus once when returning from the other side of Arno. Caffe Giacosa right across the street is excellent for a cup of coffee and continental breakfast. The tables outside are more expensive but if you order at the counter the prices are very reasonable. There are a lot of restaurants around and quality of food is good. [So happy you felt warmly welcomed and the extra service from our wonderful team, as well as the great location and nice quiet bedroom. We look forward to your return! The Italy Perfect Team]"

Bucine Loggetta

"We have returned again and again to this very special destination, near the small town of Bucine. We had never stayed here in June and really enjoyed this time of year and the use of the wonderful pool and the surrounding gardens. Our accommodations were perfect, clean, orderly and very quiet and private as always. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, an easy drive to Florence, Arezzo, Siena, the Chianti Mountains and Montelchino, etc. The small town of Bucine has a small but very good farmers market every Wednesday, they also have an excellent butcher who sends you home with some of his own homemade sausage as a little gift. The fruit/vegetable market next to him is also very good, and they are very friendly. There is an excellent laundry service right next to the COOP as you first enter the town, they wash, fold and iron your clothes, it is a wonderful service. We do not go to restaurants, but prefer to stay in and cook. We would definitely recommend to couples, families with small children, anyone, this very magical place. [Thank you so much Kristin! Serenata

Serenata

"We have stayed in Serenata several times and it always comes up to expectations, both the place itself and our very helpful greeter, Paoula. The accommodation is comfortable, the views are splendid and the location, a level walk (no bridges) from St Marks is perfect. We shop for food at the nearby Co-op, on the route to RIalto and there are many handy local cafes, including the HK, just across the pathway. For a quieter part of Venice we take the waterbus down to Giardinar, and there is a tree lined park with plenty of space and some good cafes and restaurants, we recommend Paradiso, next to the bus stop outside the Bienale. We went to Cafe Florian (St Marks Square) in the evening to listen to the music, great atmosphere, not very crowded but it is very expensive, very easy to spend 100 Euro on a drink and ice cream for 2 The flat has a form of air conditioning, but it is not very effective, having been before we knew what to expect. Still it is better than no a/c, and again we could no get the DVD player to accept our UK DVD's, just a minor issue. We hope to come back to Serenata again and would definitely recommend Italy Perfect to our friends[We are delighted you've enjoyed your stay, thank you for returning, we look forward to welcoming you again!
