"I would like to thank you on behalf of our gang of six for making our trip to Italy a fabulous experience. Your professionalism and expertise in finding us the right accommodations in great neighbourhoods made for a wonderful stay in all three cities. It is always a pleasure dealing with Italy Perfect – no surprises. When we were booking the trip I received some pushback on the prices. I assure everyone that though you may be spending a little more you know when you get there that the apartment will be available, you will be met by a professional person and the apartment will be just as described. People travelling with us did not book with Italy Perfect. They booked with Air BNB. What a dump – 4 floors up, no elevator, right on one of the busiest streets in Venice, plastic chairs, plastic table, 2 plastic glasses for drinking, portable AC, and the terrace they touted was actually a walkway for other apartments as well so you could sit out with 2 chairs but had to scooch over when people walked by. The bedroom had a scattering of single bed. People who say they just want a place to sleep because they will be out touring all day are full of beans. I know that when I deal with Italy Perfect I am getting what I see in the pictures and what is described by your review. The apartments are always clean, centrally located and comfortable. You are succinct in describing them – warts and all. Thanks so much Pat. We will be in touch for our next trip to Italy."

"Great location....don’t plan to use the kitchen for much cooking and the washing machine is tiny. It is a very comfortable apartment. Location was fabulous as you could walk anywhere you wanted to in a very short time......love, love Rome. Some drawbacks are the hand held only shower in the master and one of the bedrooms is on the street so can be a bit noisy. The other thing to note is no closets in the back bedroom and no door on the front bedroom for which we were prepared. Italy Perfect gives you all of this information and will find the perfect place for you and your guests. Pat knows Rome and is a great resource! [Thank you so much, Ed. "... it would pass through the apartment below A memorable location and view. The balcony drew us back repeatedly for morning coffee, apperitivo and nightcaps. Two couples thoroughly enjoyed their late September week at Memoria. The apartment is spacious, spotless, secure, nicely furnished and quiet. The first bedroom and first bath are especially comfortable. The second bedroom and second bath are smaller, typical of most city apartments. "First, the apartment is charming, comfortable and perfectly located. What makes this place our favorite from our trip ( and we stayed in 4 different VRBO’s) was the feeling that you were being hosted in your Italian ancestors home. My husband had the need to see a doctor during our stay. That was scary for us, not knowing where to go and not speaking Italian. Miki walked us to the doctor and translated our needs on our behalf. She is priceless and we couldn’t have appreciated her more."

"The Elegante was the perfect place for our group of eight. It is well situated near many attractions, shopping and great restaurants. The apartment is spacious and well appointed. We were thrilled with our home away from home in Rome. We were welcomed by Barbara who was very helpful and had no difficulty summoning taxis to the location with a typical four minute wait. I can`t really say enough about our time there and the joys of experiencing Rome. One of the other benefits was to have the guidance of Pat at ItalyPerfect before leaving. I would encourage you to review the guide they provide as the tour guides recommended were excellent. The tips provided by ItalyPerfect certainly enhanced our overall experience. "From the moment of our greeting by Paola on our arrival, to the day we returned the key to her a week later everything about our stay in Serenata was perfect. The apartment has every accommodation you could possibly need to completely relax and enjoy your holiday and is perfectly located in the very special city of Venezia. You will be enchanted by the views and the sounds on the roof deck overlooking the canals - it was hard to leave it.If you are a couple headed to Venice for a holiday and you want a perfect experience, then this is the place to stay. "The location is amazing! Close to everything and yet amazingly quiet at night. It is a lovely bright and airy apartment. Daniella was wonderful, helpful and efficient. The only negative was the shower which would be easier to use if you could hang the shower arm/head from something! We had a great tour of the Vatican and St. Peters with our guide Cristina (recommended by Italy Perfect) who was incredibly knowledgeable and able to keep us all engaged for several hours and avoided many long queues.[Thank you Arabella, we are pleased you enjoyed your stay! The service was wonderful, Elvira produced amazing croissants every morning and Christina was super efficient and very helpful with recommendations for things to see and where to eat.We loved Zucca for a delicious family meal and the challenge of navigating our way there in the dark! "My wife and I spent four nights in the Michaela apartment, and greatly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was neat and clean, and the location was perfect for touring Florence, and was an easy walk to the train station for touring other cities in the region. The owners son met us as arranged and walked us through the entire apartment. He spoke very good English and was very welcoming. The apartment is perfect sized for 2 -4 people, with one bedroom, two bathrooms, a small living room and a simple kitchen and dining table. It's three flights of stairs to walk, and there's a lift for those who don't want to. The apartment was fairly quiet except for the bakery down below. They start work very early in the morning, and while it could get noisy, it never really bothered us. We will definitely stay here again. [We are pleased you greatly enjoyed staying at Michaela! "We recently stayed in Serenata on our first visit to Venice. We were met by Paola (actually she had to find us wandering around since we were lost) who was charming and explained everything we needed to know about the apartment. She even took us on a little tour of the immediate area and taught us how to get to the grocery store. She also helped us arrange for a water taxi to take us to the airport for our very early flight home. The apartment was lovely and spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay. The altana was our favorite spot for wine and cheese as the sun went down. The apartment was very centrally located and convenient to all Venice activities and sights. Rossopommodoro was just around the corner for a casual inexpensive meal. We enjoyed our dinner at Osteria San Marco very much. We loved Venice and the cultural and historic richness it offered. We hope to return. "After staying a week in Florence,we rented a car and drove to our villa Bucine Belvedere. Our intention was to use this location as our base as we explored surrounding Tuscan cities and villages. The location of the villa was a bit more remote than we had anticipated. After leaving the paved roads,you travel a gravel road in order to arrive at the villa. The surroundings were breathtaking. With the Appenine Mountains as a backdrop,you overlook lush vineyards and a fishing lake. When walking the paths,you are amazed by the awesomeness of the scenery and the eerie ( but welcomed) quietness of this spot. There are a number of old buildings left from the 1500 and a beautiful castle looming above the villa.Our separate villa was charming,with a terrace overlooking plum trees,olive trees and a giant rosemary bush. The pool.a short walk away,was glistening and spotless. The inside of our villa was rustic and clean and very comfortable. The main building contained a bar area,a cozy and large living room and a kitchen and dining area if you wanted to have your meals there. Best of all were the people on the premises. The woman who cooked our meals did a great job and we enjoyed practicing our Italian as we conversed with her. The meals were amazing and so beautifully prepared.A young woman on the premises was very helpful in suggesting where to explore and how to get to our locations. There is a Coop close by so you can shop for what you need . On one of our return trips from Siena we came across a wonderful family restaurant,frequented by many locals called IL Bivacco. We went back several times and would highly recommend it. Wonderful food and authentic local atmosphere. We think that Bucine Belvedere was wonderful as was our treatment while we were there, The only drawback for some might be the remoteness of the location,but it's beauty and it's people transcends that only drawback. Again,thanks to Italy Perfect for the recommendation. [We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay and we appreciate that you come back to Italy Perfect year after year. The short, 1.8 mile partially paved road may have seemed like quite a distance when you first drove it but we see that you noted that the grocery store in the nearby village was close, so you got comfortable with the short ride off the main road. With the town only a few minutes drive away you might have felt like it was remote because it is in a tranquil location, yet it is a very quite close to town. The Italy Perfect Team]"
