"I highly recommend this apartment when in Venice! Great location, close to everything but quiet at night!The apartment is very well appointed and is perfect for one or two people. The outside space is magical overlooking the canals below. The Greeter, Paola, was so charming and helpful! We instantly liked her and her recommendations for dinner were superb!If you are a foodie, don't miss going to Ai Mercanti. It's a little tricky to find but it is so delicious and the service was terrific!Overall the communications with Italy Perfect was great. The information they provided was very helpful. "My husband and I spent 8 nights at the Casetta Bonsi at the end of September, 2018.If we come back to Florence, we definitely would hope to stay at the Casetta again.Maurizio, the owner, met us for check-in and departure. He is a charming host and had great suggestions for nearby “hidden gem” restaurants. He also arranged to have a taxi there for us at checkout.The apartment itself is great for 2 people and could easily accommodate 1 or 2 more (using the pull-out bed downstairs) if you are willing to share the one bathroom. Everything is spotlessly clean and up-to-date and the bed was great. We had a few unseasonably warm days during our stay and the air conditioning quickly brought both upstairs and downstairs areas to a comfortable temperature when we returned.There was very little street noise (only the sound of an occasional moped coming or going). We slept very well.After spending a week in the Oltrarno district, that it is only area of Florence where we would choose to stay on a return visit. A 15 minute walk will reach any of the tourist sites in Central Florence. Meanwhile, after a day in the crowds across the river, we found great restaurants, enoteca’s, shops, and, of course, gelato on the quiet side.The only caution I would offer is that the uphill walk to the apartment is steep as mentioned in the property description. It shouldn’t present a problem for anyone who can climb a few flights of stairs but is probably not the best choice for someone with mobility issues since the bedroom and bathroom are also on the upper floor of the apartment.Other nice amenities provided were a small wall safe (nice place to store passports) and a security alarm. "We loved our stay, this place is in the heart of Florence a short walk to Pointe Vecchio. But what makes it great is the mesmerizing views. You are literally on top of Florence. We sat up each morning to beautiful sun rises over the city. Absolutely breathtaking. Check in was easy and our greeter Christiani was great. I would definitely recommend this apartment..."

Villa Panorama lived up to our expectations and we had a most enjoyable week there. It has excellent facilities with more than enough room for a group of 8 to 10 people. I would highly recommend it. That said I have high expectations for such a place given the cost and these were not met in several small ways. This comes from not ensuring that over time all facilities are maintained to a high standard. Examples: insufficient wine glasses (attended to immediately by the manager); terrible pillows; no toiletries at all; light above the stove out etc. My main concern was that the English speaking greeter was not there to greet us, instead a lovely gentleman who spoke no English. It must be realised that travellers spend huge money on these places and look forward to the stay immensely. If it is not “perfect” especially on arrival then the enjoyment of the stay is diminished.Fix these little things up and Villa P would be outstanding. I would highly recommend Italy Perfect. We are so sorry that the English speaking manager had an unexpected and last-minute true emergency and had to send someone who didn’t speak English. "The owners, Maurizio and Gabrielle, provided a warm welcome upon our arrival. Maurizio gave us a complete understanding of all the features of the home as well as providing detailed info on local shops, restaurants and points of interest. He was also very helpful in arranging transportation to and from the train station. The house itself is well appointed and provides all the comforts of home. It is also just minutes away from the Ponte Vecchio and other historical sites. When we return to Florence there will be one place we will want to stay and that will be Maurizio’s home."

"The apartment was fabulous! The terrace overlooking the Oltrano neighborhoods, mountains and Arno river was a perfect spot for coffee in the morning and wine in the afternoon. The bedroom with the vaulted ceiling offered 360 degree views of Florence, the view of the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio were spectacular. Overall it is the perfect getaway for 2 people."

"The Sereneta is a charming apt, with all the modern conveniences but still with venitian decor and views. The rooftop terrace is wonderful, a lovely place for a morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine. Even the garbage barge or dhl delivery boat are quaint, illustrating how venitians cope with modern day life. The location was good, not far from the grand canal and st marks but away from the noise. Grocery stores, cheese shops and places to buy wine were nearby. We went to several cities in Italy, and Venice was the highlight of our stay. Perhaps Italy Perfect could reserve a water taxi in advance, making getting to the apt easier w/luggage or have the greeter meet guests at the train station. Perhaps the greeter should call the guests to confirm the arrival time, introduce herself, take a little bit of the travel burden off the traveler. But I would recommend Italy Perfect based on the accommodations we rented in Rome and Venice. Apartments just give you a little more room than a hotel suite. We used to offer the service of reserving a water taxi for this apartment but never got any takers; we thought it was because of the additional reservation fee. We do include arrangement of water taxi service for our luxury Venice apartments and could consider adding that service to the more affordable apartments. The greeter doesn’t wait at the station or airport for guests because of travel delays that frequently occur, which is why the guests call the greeter with arrival updates as we indicated to you, however that is another paid service we could add. "This apartment was unbelievable!!! We walked to all the main attractions and just a short cab ride to the Coliseum. "As with many of the reviews, the central location was perfect. The unit was neat and clean and spacious for our family including 3 teenagers. The owners took the time to explain everything as well as make some restaurant recommendations and went beyond to go with my husband to the parking lot down the street for our car - explaining the area on their walk back. They were accessible during our stay for any questions that came up. The detailed information about the unit and area as well as Italian customs from Italy Perfect were very helpful. "Just wanted to follow up and tell you how very much I appreciated your advice. The Princess Paolina apartment was just great for our first few days in Rome. Great location, very clean & well stocked with refreshments. Francesco met us & was very helpful. Gave us maps, familiarized us with apt, made us dinner reservations. Perfetto! I’m so glad we listened to friends and called Italy Perfect. Millie grazie!"

"Barbara greeted us with a large shopping bag filled with goodies (including wine and beer!) a very touching and unexpected welcome. The apartment is in a terrific residential location; walking distance to the Vatican, Piazza del Popolo and Spanish steps, and a block from two of Rome's best gelatterias. The rooms and beds were comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked and bathrooms very functional. There were a couple of odd design flaws - kitchen cabinets that opened left to right, a bathroom sink faucet that was at an awkward height, and no place to put a bar of soap inside one of the showers, but these are minor quibbles and did not detract at all from the gracious lay out and comfort. "We were right in the middle of old Florence. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was walking distance from almost everything: the sites, food, and shopping.The owners were friendly and helpful. They gave great advice on restaurants, where to buy groceries, when to visit the sites, and even helped us hire a driver for an out of town trip. This apartment was recommended to us by friends and we would recommend it to others."

"Stayed at three properties during this vacation and this was the best and the only one that I would stay again. Met by the owners who were charming and very helpful. Apartment was beautiful, well-furnished and comfortable. It was very warm in Italy and this apartment is air conditioned. This is something I take for granted but the other apartments I stayed in were only partially air conditioned or not at all. The Prisco property is in a wonderful location. Easy walk to train station, shopping, great restaurants, sightseeing. Most comfortable for two people but can accommodate more. [Thank you Peter, we are happy you enjoyed staying at the Prisco! "Greeter and info provided - 1st class service - strongly recommend Property - Torella - excellent. Spacious, cool, very clean, lovely large veranda. All amenities provided. "The view from the terrace of the Basilica is even better than the pictures on the website. The building is charming, the apartment is very comfortable and close to everything in Florence. The building manager was prompt, explained everything and was available if needed. The views from the terrace especially at sunset were spectacular. Our first evening we were serenaded by a lone violinist playing the most beautiful music in the middle of the piazza. The apartment was quiet at night. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. I would highly recommend staying in any of the apartments in this building. I would most definitely stay here again when in Florence."
