"We felt so welcome in Florence and the studio worked well for us. Having the common space made it feel larger. Miki and Franco were amazing and we all communicated fine. The location was a bonus. Thanks for all your suggestions- they worked."
"Fantastic location and perfect for any travelers, including families. Convenient access (within 2 blocks of metro) to all sights, and nearby restaurants (close, but not too close) within walking distance. From the moment we met the doorman and were introduced to the property by our assigned host, we knew it would be fabulous. Comfortable and spacious with all the amenities of even the most spoiled traveler (WiFi, Television, fully equipped kitchen, written resources and guides to the area, etcetera). I would absolutely recommend this location and Italy Perfect to a friend, and if we ever plan our trip to Tuscany, we will call on Italy Perfect to help us!
Thanks so much Andrea, we are delighted to have satisfied a spoiled traveler."
"The apartment was wonderful, the location was wonderful and the service was wonderful."
"The accommodations were as represented. The location couldn't have been better for our needs. Our only suggestion is this: if your want to see the country side when traveling by train as we did, don't take the high-speed trains. They get you there quickly but everything is a virtual blur. We would recommend Italy Perfect and, in fact, we have. Thanks for a great experience."
"Casetta Bonsi was exactly as advertised. Small, comfortable, clean, excellent location with an owner who goes out of his way to make you feel welcome and point out the best local restaurants and food markets. We spent 4 nights here with our two teenage daughters, in late June during a period of very hot weather. While the house is small for a party of 4, perfect for a couple, it was nevertheless quite comfortable and surprisingly cool despite the heat. The downstairs living room has a couch that converts to a bed as well as a trundle bed, both quite comfortable. The downstairs kitchen, quite well equipped, has the added advantage of a door allowing for quiet access if the guests in the living room are still sleeping. The upstairs master bedroom is spacious and has both a comfortable large bed and air conditioning. The bathroom is upstairs as well, large enough with a good power shower. The balcony just off the master bedroom is a lovely and tranquil addition, though no view. The location, just a five minute walk from the Ponte Vecchio, is exceptional. We were a short walk to all the major sights across the Arno, but far enough away from the throngs of tourists to enjoy peace and quiet during our evenings at the house. We did quite a bit of food and beverage shopping at the outstanding Sapori e Dintorni market just steps from the house. The owner's recommended restaurants, all within 10 minutes walk from the house, were quite good with several offering menus in English. The owner, Mariano, was extremely professional, very helpful and fluent in English. We highly recommend Casetta Bonsi and will most certainly stay there again during a future visit."
"Thank you Lisa for your services once again. We really enjoyed our second stay in Strozzi. The apartment was again clean and comfortable. We look forward to staying again on our next extended visit in Florence."
"When we started planning our trip to Italy, I was thrilled to find out about Lisa Byrne and Italyperfect.com. One look at the website and I knew Casa San Vito was the perfect place for us to spend a week in Tuscany. Lisa was always responsive and available for any questions I had. The information packet Lisa provided includes a wealth of information as far as driving directions, tourist information, shopping, restaurants, etc. I kept the packet with me at all times, and even though we have been home for two weeks, I keep going back to look at it and think about things we will do on our next trip to Italy. Our next trip to Italy will start with Italyperfect.com."

"We enjoyed the apartment very much. The location, the spaciousness and the general ambience of the area. We would definitely recommend it to a friend."
"This little house is a hidden gem on what is perhaps the tiniest piazza in Italy. A beautifully maintained residence with a lovely living/dining room, excellent kitchen well-outfitted, and a little laundry room. Upstairs is the lovely private terrace, the comfortable and pretty bedroom and first rate bath. My host Maurizio is charming and gracious and helpful. There was wine, a little tray if delicious cookies and even a fancy chocolate by the bedside with a welcome note from Maurizio and his wife. There is a very short walk up a slightly steep street that was no issue. Everything is super, super convenient yet I felt totally removed from the crowds. Good supermarket very close, lots to see and many good restaurants. It is a perfect home in Florence!"
"The Prisco was exactly what we expected based on the description/photos of the unit on the Italy Perfect site . The rooms were very clean, spacious and bright. Everything worked (except for occasional problems w/ the internet connection ). The location couldn't have been better - close to everything . The owners were attentive and gracious - checking in regularly w/ us to make sure everything was OK. Places we'd recommend include the following:Salumeria ( down the block on Via Spada) for fresh pasta on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.( We especially enjoyed their truffle ravioli/truffle sauce and their potato ravioli w/ a butter, sage and parmesan sauce. ) Ristorante Pensavo Peggio (Via Del Moro, 51R) for excellent, reasonably priced food . (Try the bread soup, the mushroom pasta, and/or the beef.) Enoteca Pontevecchio (Corso Dei Tintori, 21R) for a fabulous selection of oils and wines that the owners will gladly ship to your home. (Tony , the owner, makes all who enter his shop feel at home. His English is excellent.) Cantinetta Dei Verrazzano (Via Dei Tavolini, 18/20R) for good multigrain bread and superb biscotti. Perche No (across the street from Cantinetta Dei Verrazzano) for delicious gelato . (Try the cinnamon gelato.) Pampaloni (Via Porta Rossa, 99/R ) for exquisite silver and gold objects including jewelry. Ermini (Via Borgo S. Lorenzo 3/R) for fabulous fabrics, ties, and scarves. Sciccherie (Via Dello Sprone 9/11Rosso - other side of the river) for beautiful Italian handcrafted items. There were many other wonderful places we discovered walking the streets of Florence - too many to list here. We had a great stay. A big part of the good experience was the apartment. We'd definitely stay here again. Thanks, Italy Perfect for helping us make this connection."

"The Strozzi apartment was fabulous. I can't wait to return there with my husband."
"We all had a great time. The villa was very clean, with modern appliances and the location was perfect to explore the hill towns of Tuscany. Francesco was a delight to deal with as was the rest of hisfamily. We will be recommending the villa to all our friends."
"My wife and I have stayed in numerous apartments over the years throughout Rome. Flaminio is our favorite by far. The location is great - near the metro and major sights - just 10 minutes to the Spanish Steps. It is quiet! The location is away from major streets and even with the windows open at night the neighborhood is very peaceful. The apartment is well appointed with everything we could hope for in terms of our needs - fully equipped kitchen, adapters and multi tap plugs for all of our chargers, thick and absorbent towels and handy maps and guidebooks. Five of us stayed there and found it to be quite ample in space and amenities. For us the highlight was the terrace. It was a great place to put up out feet and enjoy a glass of wine after a day of touring. Another highlight of the apartment is the doorman. Lucky was wonderful and always very helpful - always a smiling face and a kind word. I would definitely recommend this apartment to friends and family. Italy Perfect delivered what was promised!"
"We loved staying at the Pasquino apartment in Rome! The ambiance of the little Piazza Pasquino was so charming! We enjoyed going to one of the many wine bars every evening for a bottle of wine and then out to dinner at another spot in the little square. Everything was so good! We thought it was a great location for everything. Taxis were easy to find if you needed one. We took a taxi to the Colosseum (and walked back) and to the airport. Otherwise we walked everywhere. Rome is a very walkable city and Piazza Navona is very easy to find (lots of signs). We were very glad we chose this apartment. We recommend it to anyone staying in Rome."

"We enjoyed our stay at Casetta Bonsi immensely. The location and surrounding area are perfectly situated for getting a sense of old Florence without sacrificing creature comforts. There is an excellent grocery, florist, restaurant (the Golden View), and cafe (Cafe Ponte Vecchio) nearby. It was a joy to cross the Ponte Vecchio each day to go into the heart of Florence on foot to see the treasures. If you live in Casetta Bonsi for a week you will get lots of exercise climbing the hill as you return from your adventures each day. If you're out of shape, you'll stop to rest halfway up for the first couple of days; but by the third day you'll be ecstatic that you can make the climb in one stretch! We recommend purchasing a Firenze Card online in advance. It makes your major museum access simple and speedy. Italy Perfect and Maurizio, owner of Casetta Bonsi, work together to insure your visit to Florence IS perfect. Ciao"

"We stayed 10 days in March in this large clean apartment in the center of Florence. You cannot beat the location everything is within walking distance. Italy Perfect and the owners do a first class job of making sure your stay is perfect. This Apartment would be our go to living accommodation in Florence."
"We are back from our trip to Italy. We really enjoyed our time at Casa San Vito. Francesco and his family were extremely gracous hosts and very helpful."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rome and the Flaminio apartment. The pre-planning info provided by Italy Perfect made the trip go smoothly. We used the car service suggested and were very pleased. All transfers went like clockwork. The doorman at Flaminio helped us get into the apartment and gave us a great orientation. The apartment is as advertised and it looks exactly as shown in the pictures. The area is busy during the day and quieter at night. We always felt safe even walking to the apartment after dark. I would not hesitate to reserve this apartment again. It's a few blocks walk to "real" restaurants. We were so tired at the end of each day we picked up "take-away" at some of the small eateries nearby. Most were OK but definitely not the better restaurants in Rome. There is a good gelato shop on the walk from the subway to the apartment--stopped many times! We will definitely check Italy Perfect properties first for future trips! Virginia"
"I wanted to give you our feedback on our stay in your apartment in Rome. We found it quite roomy and cheerful with everything we needed. The location was wonderful and close to everything. ..it was a bit noisy at night if one were trying to fall asleep but no one in our family complained. We loved our stay and look forward to returning!"
"Florence is a mad bustling city but this Casetta felt like an escape and some tranquility when we needed it. Maurizio is lovely and showed us everything we needed and got us settled In well. Also thank you to Gabriela your wife who was responsible for the little touches around the place that made it feel like home. The red wine and little treats we're muchly appreciated. The Casetta is homey but perfectly functional. We ate here at least once every day. The kitchen has everything you could ever need for meals while on holiday. To sum up as I am waffling. Did we enjoy our stay here.. Yes.. Would we stay here again equally yes. Negatives.. Well it can be a little noisy but that's what you get if you want to be in the thick of it all.. Again thank you both and extra thank you to Lisa at Italy Perfect who was fab."
