"We had a great time. Francesco and his mother Franca were extremely accommodating. Really nice people. We ended up with both bottles of wine and olive oil! The house was a great value. And the location is excellent. I would recommend Casa San Vito in a heart beat."
"We really did have a lovely time, Miki and Franco were so kind and helpful and really made us welcome."
"We found the Flaminio to be exactly as advertised. A very nice apartment that accommodated our party of 4 perfectly. It actually looked better than the pictures, especially that view from the terrace. We also found the concierge to be very friendly and helpful. The location for us was perfect, easy access to the underground trains which we took advantage of. It's also an easy 1/2 mile walk down to the Spanish steps and the best shopping in Rome along the way. The only issue we had, and a minor one at that, was it took 3 hours to wash our clothes. This might just be normal in Italy, I don't know. There are some really good restaurants within walking distance, but honestly, we found all the food (and wine) to be really good. We would recommend using Italy Perfect without hesitation.
Thank you so much, Len. We are delighted the apartment was better than the photos and that you enjoyed your stay. The time for the wash cycle is that long for all Italian washers, saves energy. The Italy Perfect Team."
" Apartment Pasquino was spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our month’s stay, and since I like to cook, I especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. Our greeter met us at our arrival, explained the workings of the apt, and afterward came right away to open a shutter that was stuck closed, thus giving me yet another window to enjoy the passing scene in the piazza below. In easy walking distance we found lots of restaurants, stores, a nearby supermarket, and so close, Piazza Navona, touristy and carnival-like these days, but nevertheless splendid. As to eating, a few doors from the apartment on the main drag, via del Governo Vecchio, and a few steps from the corner bookstore, is a superior sandwich shop with a variety of choices listed on the wall, all made fresh to order. Try the artichoke spread. Further up, on the same side of the street, is a moderately priced trattoria, Gino e Pietro, serving traditional Roman dishes. They make a nice saltimbocca. And look for the eatery right in the piazza, Cul de Sac, known for its meat and cheese specialties, and wines from all over the world. If you have an interest in art, you won’t want to miss La Chiesa San Luigi dei Francesi, which has two Caravaggio paintings, and is only a short walk from the apt. Only a block or two from there is another Caravaggio in La Chiesa di San Agostino. Several museums in the immediate neighborhood are worth seeing, especially Palazzo/Museo Altemps, with its collection of Greek and Roman antiquities. Our days were busy, so much to see and do, and in the evenings we had the further pleasure of strolling in and out of the lively streets surrounding the apt. This is our second rental with ItalyPerfect. How nice for us!"
"My family enjoyed the location of Prisco. The recommendations for local dining was great. Our only suggestion would be for a new fold out mattress within the couch or provide a topper. Its beyond worn- as you truly can feel the springs with no barrier in between. Once this is fixed- we would absolutely stay here again and we would recommend to family and friends.
Italy Perfect provided a generous amount of information- Rick Steves yet more specific to our stay."
"We loved being at Casetta Bonsi. The location was perfect for visiting the city, running along the river and enjoying a neighborhood. It was convenient to everything, especially food shops, restaurants and all the major sights. What fun to look across the river at the Ufizzi!
Maurizio met us and was gracious and welcoming. We were greeted with full information and instructions on everything in the apartment, which was very comfortable and well equipped. A bottle of wine and a pie were our welcome gift!
We especially loved the little balcony, and being able to do laundry was a plus.
I would certainly recommend Italy Perfect (and all of the "sister sites") to anyone. The entire booking experience was comprehensive and easy and well organized. Special thanks to Lisa for the great information on making the most of our time in Italy. We are only sorry that you didn't have a Venice apartment available when we were there!
"We had a delightful stay in the Solare apartment. Everything was just as it appears on the website, clean, bright and comfortable. A lot of care has been taken to ensure guests are comfortable. We really appreciated the very nice welcome greeting and had a delightful stay in the apartment. We recommend it highly. The location was perfect, we walked everywhere. Plenty of good restaurants in the neighborhood."
"Time flies and I have been very remiss in not writing earlier to say how much Liz and I enjoyed our holiday on Serenata a month ago. It was everything that your brochure said it was, and some more so. It was hard to fault it - except perhaps the lack of basic kitchen equipment such as scales, measuring jugs, etc.. We especially enjoyed the roof terrace and spent a lot of time there looking down on the gondoliers, etc on the pathway below. [I’ll mention the lack of a scale and measuring jugs to the owner; I know she cooks when she is in Venice. I’ve seen Italians cook, they do it all by estimate amd measures at hand, so maybe that’s why those items are missing. My Italian-Italian cook book doesn’t use precise measurements: big spoon, little spoon, a glass-full or a small cup, a fist. a thumb... pb]"

"We spent the first 2 weeks of November in the Strozzi apartment and loved it. Miki and Franco were delightful and very helpful. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable, and we liked that it is part of a private corridor with computer room and other amenities. The location is very central--we walked everywhere. We did cook simple meals, although since there is no counter space it required some juggling. The Mercato Centrale is a fabulous source of food and shopping there was a highlight of our trip. Thank you, Lisa, for answering all of my questions so quickly, and thanks to Miki and Franco for being perfect hosts."

"The house & view, as you know, are just amazing. We went to Florence twice, Siena, Pisa etc. But my favorite part of the trip was always coming home to the villa. Probably unlike most people we ate in the villa every night. My daughter is a vegetarian, my son is a kid who won't eat anything so it's hard for us to go out to eat at the many fine places we saw. That was ok for me. It's rare that I get to sit down to dinner with my whole family, so as I said coming back to the villa was my favorite part. We would put the Italian TV on sometime & watch Lord of the Rings in Italian, but mostly they read or played cards at night as I would go thru my next day's guidebooks. Getting home at night around 7:00 every night just wasn't early enough for me. I was always trying to get back to the villa earlier. The views were great. Saw a couple beautiful sunsets from our windows. Went for a couple short walks down the gravel roads. I loved the thick walls, the cool tile floors, & I loved opening the shutters every morning. What beautiful views - from all four side of the house & that fresh smell. It was a big house yet very homey & comfortable."
"We had a wonderful time and the apartment was great. It is well-appointed and well-situated. Marco checked us in and out and was very amiable. He was very concerned that all our needs were met. The welcoming bottle of wine was a wonderful touch. I would recommend it to anyone going to Florence.
I also really appreciated the info you sent before we arrived. I have traveled extensively and didn't need the travel tips but I liked having a heads-up about the near-by restaurants, markets, and shopping. I have suggested to a few people they visit your website if they are planning a trip to Italy. In my opinion, this beats a hotel any day! I was lucky to have discovered your site.
Thanks for everything."
"We stayed in the Flaminio apartment in April. It was the last leg of our trip and it was so lovely to be in a spacious, comfortable, well equipped apartment for our last few days before returning home. Rene was friendly and very helpful settling us in, and provided very useful provisions given that we had arrived on a Sunday afternoon when not much was open. It was lovely to stay in the relatively quiet area, but with easy access to the metro, buses and many attractions. Staying near a public park is always important to us, travelling with two outdoor-loving Aussie kids, and the Borghese gardens were a lovely place to walk to for the kids to let off a bit of steam. I would highly recommend this apartment and the Italy Perfect people were well organised and professional."
"Pasquino was a perfect apartment for my wife and 2 adult children for our week vacation in Rome. The location is ideal in that you can walk to almost any tourist site in Rome. The apartment is plenty spacious, clean, quiet and the kitchen is modern. It was very easy to make the reservation through Pat at Italy Perfect. Pat also referred us to Carolina Vincenti who was very helpful as a guide and for making dinner reservations."
"We spent 1 month in the Prisco apartment, and found it to be an excellent location, easy to walk to all the sites and shopping, and a few minutes' walk from the train station. On the street are several wonderful shops for groceries and prepared food, with a morning (coffee) bar a few doors away. Restaurants are just a few minutes' walk down the street. The apartment has all that one needs for a vacation stay, with a neat kitchen (including dishwasher!), very large bedroom and sitting room and a smart bathroom with a good shower, so important while traveling. A washer is available for use also. Can't think of any negatives about this apartment. It was perfect for us with its large rooms and wonderful location! The owners are friendly and very helpful if you need them."
"The property was very clean and well maintained and the location was extremely convenient to everything that Florence has to offer.
There were very good restaurants less than 5 minutes away and a fully stocked grocery store not much farther than that.
The communication from Italy Perfect was very helpful and timely.
We would not hestitate to recommend them."
"We recently spent 5 nights at Serenata. Our greeter was very charming and helpful. The apartment is very central and safe. It is fully equipped with everything you might need. The terrace was wonderful to sit on. I would highly recommend this apartment. Italy Perfect was very friendly and professional to deal with. Would love to come back and stay here again!"
"Overall we were very pleased with Strozzi. The location was great; we loved the neighborhood. The use of the computer, internet, and printer was a bonus that made the trip so much easier. All the recommendations for nearby restaurants and shops were right on. Service was very good. No complaints at all. Appreciated having a lift, washing machine and bidet, TV, lots of room. And the welcome basket with a bottle of wine that we drank out on the terrace was a very nice touch. "
"We, together with 2 other couples, have just returned from spending a marvelous holiday at Casa San Vito in late October 2005. We could not have asked for more perfect accommodations while in Tuscany! The casa was equipped with every modern convenience we could ask for and our hosts, Francesco, Franca and Giulio were so welcoming! We were able to take day trips to Siena, Florence, San Gimignano and Montelupo; the restaurants and COOP markets in Tavarnelle and San Casciano were ideal! We especially enjoyed watching Francesco harvesting the olives from the surrounding grove one weekend. We look forward to returning to this delightful haven!"

"We had a wonderful time in Florence and Miki was great. The apartment was very nice."
"We arrived on May 18.2014 and we had Stephano waiting for us at the airport. He made us feel welcome in Rome. The ride to the apartment was very comfortable . Someone was waiting for us at the apartment. What we saw on VRBO was exactly what we got. We appreciated the fact of having a basket full of food for our first meal. We felt very secure in the apartment surrounding. All of our sightseeing was within walking distance . Grocery shopping and the subway were only couple street away. We recommend this apartment to everyone"
"We have stayed in apartments in Rome before as we prefer the space and convenience of a kitchen. This apartment was located just steps from Piazza Navonna and other sites. Nice grocery right down the street and restaurants etc all nearby. The apartment was spacious and the kitchen was the best we have ever had in a European apartment. Definately would recommend to anyone looking for 2 bedroom apt. in Rome. The check in was easy and quick and there was a book with lots of info on the dining room table. The only downside was there was quite a bit of noise outside at night (until 2 -3 am one night) from the restaurants downstairs. Of course we had the windows open since it was perfect weather for that so it could have been a bit quieter with them closed. The street right outside the door needs to be repaired as there are large holes making it difficult to get inside the door. The elevator worked great (small of course) and it was nice we were the only apt on that floor. Worked great for my MIL who is mobiity challenged and cant walk far or long and cant do stairs well. I would stay here again on future stays. And Pat was awesome to book and work with answering all my questions quickly and efficiently. Thank you for a great stay - C Henry [Thanks so much, Cheryl. Great guest. For future guests; the windows are special noise cancelling type and will eliminate street noise if you close them. The holes in the cobblestones have been reported to the city.]"
