"We are back in England after an exciting and amazing visit to Italy. We wanted to thank you for the excellent information you supplied to us before our trip, we found it very helpful and all of our travel arrangements went very smoothly. Our apartment was lovely and Chiara was so kind to us leaving lovely thoughtful little welcome gifts. We have been very pleased with the service we have received from your company and wouldn't hesitate to use you again."

"We are two middle aged ladies who are dedicated art lovers and museum goers. We spent a week in the Strozzi apartment in late October, 2008 and loved every minute. The location is in a safe, upscale, conveniently situated neighborhood, with every needed service nearby. Our expectations were exceeded, and we plan to stay in Strozzi again within a year or two.Our dealings with Italy Perfect were exceptional. Every detail was handled professionally and to our satisfaction. We plan to use this company whenever possible, and recommend Italy Perfect without hesitation to all travelers."

"We had a wonderful time in Italy, Firenze in particular. The Michaela apartment worked wonderfully - small, but very efficient, comfortable and clean. And the location - wow! Miki and Franco were very pleasant hosts, as was their son Marco. I think we liked Firenze the best out of the cities we visited (Bologna, and Rome were the others), but found fascinating things in each city we saw. Thanks again for the great experience, we will definitely keep you in mind for future trips to Italy!"
"This is a great apartment for enjoying the Spanish Steps area (on foot), and also convenient to Taxi stand (Piazza Popolo) and metro (Piazzelle Flamina). The apartment is exactly as advertised, and the terrace is a favorite place for breakfast, dinner, or drinks"
"My sisters are calling this week in Rome the trip of a lifetime! Pasquino could not have been better for the 7 of us despite my worry that it wouldn't be large enough. Although there were three in the small bedroom they were all sisters and the beds were very comfortable, including the trundle. Nobody spent much time in there awake anyway. The skinny teenagers slept on the pullout couch and that too was just right for them. They stayed up later than everyone else and there were two doors between us and the living room. We heard nothing in the master bedroom. The windows really shut out the noise and although it is a lively area, no sleep was impacted. The two clean updated bathrooms with showers were a bonus. We were short one large towel but David just used hand towels and let us girls have the large ones. The area where the apartment is was our favorite part of Rome and after sightseeing elsewhere all were thrilled to come back to the apartment, we found great restaurants, wine bars, nightlife and shopping just steps from the apartment. The kitchen was a great gathering place.....beautifully spotless, clean and renovated. We didn't cook there but could have if we wanted to......all amenities were there. The Nespresso machine was a godsend and with seven of us, all the supply of espresso cups went by the end of the week. We could not find where to get more ..... Maybe that can be added to the book of instructions. The younger crowd walked everywhere....those of us with knee issues used the elevator and taxis. Very convenient!!!! Pat from ItalyPerfect helped me talk through options in advance and made suggestions of things to do that topped our list of favorite spots. Domus Romane is not to be missed and reserve early for the English speaking tours. The Pantheon after dark is spectacular. Caroline Vincenti was the best tour guide of the Vatican and Villa Borghese having written three books on art history. She helped us skip things that aren't as important and focus on the best of each. her husband is a food critic in Rome so her restaurant suggestions are better than any guide book. Viator made booking tours in advance easy but were more expensive than booking directly with Dark Rome or others once you are there. The car service Pat recommended to and from the airport - Stefano - was awesome and they do trips to Pompeii for much cheaper than we paid Viator to arrange. Avoid large bus touring and go for the small group van size tours. Hop on hop off buses are a good way to get acclimated to the area if you want to stay on and ride around town but in rome they don't make many stops. Our favorite restaurants near the apartment were Cul de Sac, Cantine e Cucina, Pace de la Palate. Night life spots that were the younger crowd favorites were Bar Del Fico and Mimi e Coco. Thank you to ItalyPerfect, our tour guides, and the wonderful friendly people in Italy for making this such a fabulous destination!! I will highly recommend Pasquino and Italy Perfect to all looking for accomodations in rome and will not hesitate to book a trip to another city using ItalyPerfect."

"We stayed in the Prisco Apt. In Florence for 5 special days the last week of August 2013. I can think of nothing bad about the whole experience. The apt was huge, comfortable, and complete with old world charm. The owners Miki and Franco were gracious and charming to deal with. The location couldn't be beat. Right in the heart of old Firenze, everything was an easy stroll from Prisco. We felt safe and secure in a fantastic spot. Thank you much Miki , Franco, and Italy perfect. It was perfect. Ciao"

"We arrived in Florence at 12.30pm, resigned to the fact that we would be waiting until 5pm to see Casetta Bonsi, as this is the usual check-in time. Therefore we were over the moon when Maurizio phoned me as the train pulled into the station to say that everything was ready for us. He and his wife Gabrielle were waiting for us, and showed us around the house, explaining things as they went. We loved the extra touches such as the bathroom, kitchen and laundry supplies, and of course the welcome wine and biscuits. Casetta Bonsi is very close to the Ponte Vecchio, grocery store, restaurants and souvenir shops but is very quiet. It is comfortably furnished and has a lovely little balcony perfect to sit and relax. We ate out every night, using the list Maurizio gave us as our guide, and enjoyed each dining experience. We'll be recommending Casetta Bonsi to our friends, and hope to stay here again if we return to Florence."

"If you want to feel like a local, this is the place. Solare is centrally located to many of Florence's top attractions. We had a wondeful experience in this unit. Everything you need is located nearby. It also is a very economical choice and very well maintained. The only drawback is the lack of an elevator. After a long day, the steps could be tiring. Nicely decorated. … great people watching from the windows…felt like we were locals…. welcome basket was a nice touch."

"My wife and I absolutely loved the apartment, the location of the apartment, and Venice. We had visited Venice a few years ago; however we were only there a few days and always wanted to make it back for a longer stay. It worked out perfect for us, because we were fortunate to experience Carnivale for half of our week in Venice and then just like someone flipped a switch, Carnivale was over and we were able to enjoy Venice without the crowds. My wife and I first visited Italy about five years ago and this was our third trip back. We both love visiting Italy not only because of the beauty of the Country, the history, the architecture, the art, but also because the Italian people we have met and come in contact with are so kind and friendly. We were really not expecting the disorganized and brusk reception that we received in Venice from the apartment greeter. I have to say that we were very pleased with the service we received from Italy Perfect and we could not have been happier with Serenata. Serenata is truly a gem of an apartment for visiting Venice, the location could not have been better in our opinion, the furnishings and accommodations made it our little home away from home that we became very attached to. When we visit Venice again we would definitely book Serenata, although perhaps we might request a different greeter."
"My mom and I were returning to Firenze to visit my little sister in the last few weeks of her semester abroad. I too had lived in Firenze over 10 years ago, so I knew the area that apartment would be located in. As the taxi pulled up I was very excited to see that the apartment was not only wonderfully located but it was right down the street from one of my favorite places to eat (La Spada=astounding food!) Miki and Franco were waiting for us with open arms, and a bottle of Vin Santo. They explained were everything was located and left us feeling cared for and well taken care of. The computer room was a huge plus as well as the loaner cell phone. The apartment itself was wonderfully laid out and had an abundance of cooking supplies. Though it would have been nice to have a DVD player in the unit. We did enjoy flipping through the satellite TV channels. It was great being able to wake up make a cup of coffee and just relax in the living room. My mom enjoyed meeting our neighbors and exchanging stories of their travels. The location of the apartment was great as well seeing that it is just a 5 minute walk to the bus or train station. I plan on returning to Italy later this year and I will definitely try to stay here again. Thank you for an marvelous time!"
"We had a great time. Francesco and his mother Franca were extremely accommodating. Really nice people. We ended up with both bottles of wine and olive oil! The house was a great value. And the location is excellent. I would recommend Casa San Vito in a heart beat."
"We really did have a lovely time, Miki and Franco were so kind and helpful and really made us welcome."
"We found the Flaminio to be exactly as advertised. A very nice apartment that accommodated our party of 4 perfectly. It actually looked better than the pictures, especially that view from the terrace. We also found the concierge to be very friendly and helpful. The location for us was perfect, easy access to the underground trains which we took advantage of. It's also an easy 1/2 mile walk down to the Spanish steps and the best shopping in Rome along the way. The only issue we had, and a minor one at that, was it took 3 hours to wash our clothes. This might just be normal in Italy, I don't know. There are some really good restaurants within walking distance, but honestly, we found all the food (and wine) to be really good. We would recommend using Italy Perfect without hesitation.
Thank you so much, Len. We are delighted the apartment was better than the photos and that you enjoyed your stay. The time for the wash cycle is that long for all Italian washers, saves energy. The Italy Perfect Team."
" Apartment Pasquino was spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our month’s stay, and since I like to cook, I especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. Our greeter met us at our arrival, explained the workings of the apt, and afterward came right away to open a shutter that was stuck closed, thus giving me yet another window to enjoy the passing scene in the piazza below. In easy walking distance we found lots of restaurants, stores, a nearby supermarket, and so close, Piazza Navona, touristy and carnival-like these days, but nevertheless splendid. As to eating, a few doors from the apartment on the main drag, via del Governo Vecchio, and a few steps from the corner bookstore, is a superior sandwich shop with a variety of choices listed on the wall, all made fresh to order. Try the artichoke spread. Further up, on the same side of the street, is a moderately priced trattoria, Gino e Pietro, serving traditional Roman dishes. They make a nice saltimbocca. And look for the eatery right in the piazza, Cul de Sac, known for its meat and cheese specialties, and wines from all over the world. If you have an interest in art, you won’t want to miss La Chiesa San Luigi dei Francesi, which has two Caravaggio paintings, and is only a short walk from the apt. Only a block or two from there is another Caravaggio in La Chiesa di San Agostino. Several museums in the immediate neighborhood are worth seeing, especially Palazzo/Museo Altemps, with its collection of Greek and Roman antiquities. Our days were busy, so much to see and do, and in the evenings we had the further pleasure of strolling in and out of the lively streets surrounding the apt. This is our second rental with ItalyPerfect. How nice for us!"
"My family enjoyed the location of Prisco. The recommendations for local dining was great. Our only suggestion would be for a new fold out mattress within the couch or provide a topper. Its beyond worn- as you truly can feel the springs with no barrier in between. Once this is fixed- we would absolutely stay here again and we would recommend to family and friends.
Italy Perfect provided a generous amount of information- Rick Steves yet more specific to our stay."
"We loved being at Casetta Bonsi. The location was perfect for visiting the city, running along the river and enjoying a neighborhood. It was convenient to everything, especially food shops, restaurants and all the major sights. What fun to look across the river at the Ufizzi!
Maurizio met us and was gracious and welcoming. We were greeted with full information and instructions on everything in the apartment, which was very comfortable and well equipped. A bottle of wine and a pie were our welcome gift!
We especially loved the little balcony, and being able to do laundry was a plus.
I would certainly recommend Italy Perfect (and all of the "sister sites") to anyone. The entire booking experience was comprehensive and easy and well organized. Special thanks to Lisa for the great information on making the most of our time in Italy. We are only sorry that you didn't have a Venice apartment available when we were there!
"We had a delightful stay in the Solare apartment. Everything was just as it appears on the website, clean, bright and comfortable. A lot of care has been taken to ensure guests are comfortable. We really appreciated the very nice welcome greeting and had a delightful stay in the apartment. We recommend it highly. The location was perfect, we walked everywhere. Plenty of good restaurants in the neighborhood."
"Time flies and I have been very remiss in not writing earlier to say how much Liz and I enjoyed our holiday on Serenata a month ago. It was everything that your brochure said it was, and some more so. It was hard to fault it - except perhaps the lack of basic kitchen equipment such as scales, measuring jugs, etc.. We especially enjoyed the roof terrace and spent a lot of time there looking down on the gondoliers, etc on the pathway below. [I’ll mention the lack of a scale and measuring jugs to the owner; I know she cooks when she is in Venice. I’ve seen Italians cook, they do it all by estimate amd measures at hand, so maybe that’s why those items are missing. My Italian-Italian cook book doesn’t use precise measurements: big spoon, little spoon, a glass-full or a small cup, a fist. a thumb... pb]"

"We spent the first 2 weeks of November in the Strozzi apartment and loved it. Miki and Franco were delightful and very helpful. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable, and we liked that it is part of a private corridor with computer room and other amenities. The location is very central--we walked everywhere. We did cook simple meals, although since there is no counter space it required some juggling. The Mercato Centrale is a fabulous source of food and shopping there was a highlight of our trip. Thank you, Lisa, for answering all of my questions so quickly, and thanks to Miki and Franco for being perfect hosts."

"The house & view, as you know, are just amazing. We went to Florence twice, Siena, Pisa etc. But my favorite part of the trip was always coming home to the villa. Probably unlike most people we ate in the villa every night. My daughter is a vegetarian, my son is a kid who won't eat anything so it's hard for us to go out to eat at the many fine places we saw. That was ok for me. It's rare that I get to sit down to dinner with my whole family, so as I said coming back to the villa was my favorite part. We would put the Italian TV on sometime & watch Lord of the Rings in Italian, but mostly they read or played cards at night as I would go thru my next day's guidebooks. Getting home at night around 7:00 every night just wasn't early enough for me. I was always trying to get back to the villa earlier. The views were great. Saw a couple beautiful sunsets from our windows. Went for a couple short walks down the gravel roads. I loved the thick walls, the cool tile floors, & I loved opening the shutters every morning. What beautiful views - from all four side of the house & that fresh smell. It was a big house yet very homey & comfortable."
