"There are 3 things of importance in an apartment to make your holiday stay great. This place has them . Position - close to the main Railway station-10 mins walk - the Doumo and Central Florence -5-10 mins walk. All the major attractions with in walking distance.Great shops, restaurants, and pastry shops just downstairs, or around the corner. Great Apartment - very elegant and has everything, much you won't use as we ate out a lot, but all you need is there. Most important for the travellers is the presence of a LIFT !! With the proximity of the busy little streets, double glazing of the bedroom made it totally quiet, so a good sleep after a lot of walking daily was both needed, and obtained.there are 2 other apartments in this former home of one of the owners, which do not back on to the street, but we had perfect sleeps. Helpful and attentive owners- the owners met us,explained the apartment, had maps and information books , and were available for advice or help if necessary. We could not recommend this apartment and the owners more highly!"
"Casetta Bonsi exceeded our expectations. The Casetta is in a perfect location where you can easily walk to restaurants, museums, and shops on both sides of the river. When we arrived one of the owners met us, gave us a tour, and a list of outstanding restaurants in the area. A welcome basket along with a bottle of wine was there to greet us. He was very gracious and available should we need anything. The Casetta was immaculate, very spacious, and homey. We cooked several meals and found the kitchen well supplied with all conveniences. Morning coffee was spent on the terrace which provides you with a glimpse of Florence. We highly recommend Italy Perfect for their excellent choice of accommodations and for their superb service."
"The accommodation was beautiful, fabulous kitchen and bathroom with an outside deck with wonderful views. The location was just the ticket for a first-time visitor to Venice, particularly useful was the nearby Co-Op supermarket. We had breakfast at home every morning, much tastier than the mostly ordinary food available in nearby restaurants. We found that restaurants were much better away from San Marco - try the area around the Peggy Guggenheim. That said, Planet Pizza is great and close by. Hang the expense and take a gondola ride too. If I ever come back to Venice, I would book into this apartment without hesitation."
"If you are looking for a deluxe home away from home, this is the place for you. A two-minute walk to the Spanish Steps and completely renovated in a contemporary style to a very high standard, it just doesn’t get any better than this. We had a wonderful stay here; the apartment is laid out beautifully, the beds extremely comfortable and the owner has ensured your every need is taken care of! There are plenty of maps, books, shopping and restaurant recommendations all within a 10-minute (walking) radius. We felt like locals with our very own ‘pied-a-terre’ in Rome and can’t wait to go back. "
"My senior mother and I stayed at Solare in late May. It was already quite hot and we were happy with the A/C. The apt is very clean and cozy and has a well equipped kitchen - we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. I was expecting the second bed in the living room to be a fold-out couch but it turned out to be a very comfortable murphy bed with a proper mattress. So much better.
Thanks to Chiara for being a wonderful hostess. She had left a gift basket, guide books and maps and there are good restaurant recommendations for the neighborhood from previous guests.
The apt is in a good location - not too much street noise, fairly close to everything (we walked everywhere) and we never felt unsafe. Yes there are stairs but if you are reasonably fit and able, it is ok. My mother is 72 and managed just fine. You wouldn't want to forget something though.
Of the other agenecies we looked at and another we booked with for a later leg of our trip, we found Italy Perfect to be just fabulous. They provided lots of information regarding the apt and arm guests with detailed general info about Florence/Italy and were quick to reply to any emails. Highly recommend Italy Perfect and Solare!"
"My daughter and I spent a wonderful week in Florence and our stay in the Strozzi apartment made is a comfortable one. It was nice to have a living area and separate bedroom with spacious bathroom and even a dressing area. Strozzi faces an inner courtyard which is quieter than facing the street. There were a couple of evenings, when people staying across the courtyard from us played their music very loudly but it really didn't bother us since we liked that kind of music! We felt very secure at Strozzi knowing that we were in a building with an outside locking door, down a hall with its own locking door and on the third floor (U.S.). The elevator came in handy when we came and went with our luggage, but other days we used the stairs and convinced ourselves that we were walking off all of the great food we were eating. The apartment is very centrally located and we walked to everything we wanted to see with no problem. We took advantage of the use of the mobile phone and it worked well for our needs. There were only a few small problems we encountered. There are three computers in the shared area, however only one was able to get internet access. The other two seemed to need reconfiguring. Also, we could not get the printer to work when we wanted to print out boarding passes. The other small issue was with the kitchenette. Instead of a kitchen, Strozzi has a four-burner stove, sink and small fridge located in the living area in a large armoire-like cabinet. The two back burners didn't work and neither did the fridge. There is however a fridge located in the dressing area that did work. If you intend to do any meal preperation at all, the cooking facilities at Strozzi may not be enough. There was no work surface area and it was a bit tricky to juggle various kitchen chores at once. Over all, we had a fantastic visit and would definitely use Italy Perfect again. The comfort and convenience of a centrally located apartment beats out a hotel every time. [Sorry this guest had a problem with the printer in the little computer room, it has been fixed. Our personal review of Strozzi states "Kitchenette is suited to light meal preparation since there is no counter space" which this guest might have overlooked. Sorry that there was a misunderstanding during the check in process about the stove & fridge, possibly due to a language barrier. The small refrigerator has since been removed to make room for a microwave. The dressing room has a full size refrigerator with separate freezer compartment. All 4 stove burners work but switching on all 4 at once can cause the circuit breaker to trip which is standard in most Italian homes, same as not being able to operate two energy hungry appliances such as the washing machine and a hairdryer in almost all Italy properties, explained in detail in the confirmation materials. "Everything was better than expected. The stay at Casa San Vito was most enjoyable."

"We enjoyed our stay and we checked out several of the places you mentioned in the information you emailed."
"We have stayed at the Flaminio apt for 5 days in early Feb 2015 - the apt is in a nice & central area, walking distance to Piazza del Popolo and Via del Corso - and metro & taxi. The apt was very clean and exactly how it looked on the website. The elevator in the building is a bit archaic but definitely nice on the 'Roman' charm .. We usually preferred to have breakfast in the apt and kitchen was very adequate for that. No real supermarkets close by - but that's how it is if you live in downtown Rome - so make sure you stock it all before 7 pm. I'd definitely recommend this property for anyone coming to Rome to enjoy this eternal city with his/her family and live local even for a little bit ."
"Highly recommended apt just a few steps from Navona. If you are into getting lost within the streets of Rome and walking to every single corner of downtown Rome, this is the place. Two bedroom, fits up to 5, eveything works well, clean, beds are OK, sheets are OK, closets and decor."
"The apartment was great, beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, we walked everywhere. The owners were very helpful and even drove us to the train station the day we left. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed cooking a few meals at home in the 10 days we stayed there otherwise there were several good restaurants within a few blocks of the apartment. Roses was a very romantic restaurant and the food was excellent. It is only a few blocks away. We highly recommend Italy Perfect and this apartment"

"The home owners met us at the door and were very charming and gracious as they showed us through the property. They offered advice about sights to see, markets, restaurants, etc. On the way out they left a plate of cookies, a basket of fruit and a bottle of wine.
The house was perfect - immaculately clean and modern, located a few blocks from the Ponte Vecchio and the Arno River, and near the city center. It was only about a 5 minute walk to the Uffizi Museum and was close to a market, restaurants, and most conveniences that a traveler might need.
Our stay was wonderful. The owners generous with their time as they helped with restaurant and taxi reservations. It was all that we could hope for.
The folks at Italy Perfect were very professional and returned calls and emails very promptly. I recommend them enthusiastically."
"The apartment was well appointed and very comfortable for 4 adults. The terrace views and the great location was awesome. I loved the terrace and painting from it was divine. We all enjoyed the sights and sounds. If you are a light sleeper the canal was a bit noisy in the evenings. Easy access to food stores and transportation. Very nice."
"We just returned home and wanted to thank you and Chiara for our wonderful stay. Chiara could not have been more helpful. We loved the apartment, it was in a perfect location. Thanks again."
"The location and apartment itself couldn't have been better. The 3 of us were quite comfortable, and the second bathroom down the hall was very handy. We appreciated having the internet and wireless available. The location was great, right in the heart of the city center. The only drawback was the noise. We kept our windows open because it was warm, rather than use the air conditioning. The noise late at night from the other apartments was significant. Bring your earplugs or shut the doors! We were met arrival and well oriented. I had private Italian lessons for a week at Istituto Italiano nearby and it was great. [In addition to the bathroom off the Strozzi bedroom there is an extra bathroom for the exclusive use of Strozzi or Prisco apartment guests down a private hall. You are likely to hear the neighbors when guests & the other building residents have their windows open, as you would anywhere in the world where there is close quarters, an adjustment for travelers who are accustomed to living in private, standalone houses. "Casa San Vito is fabulous, as was our entire trip (15 days). Even the weather was perfect, only turning cold the day we left. Francesco and his mother were most helpful. I will definitely recommend Casa San Vito and Casa Rossa. Your written materials were also great. We went to the MiniMart every morning for cappuccino and pastries and fell in love with Maria. One member of our group wants to move to Romita and become Maria's apprentice."
"First, let me say that I enjoyed the studio tremendously. The place was extremely well renovated. There were all the little touches to make it as comfortable as possible, its small size notwithstanding. Add the perfect, central location to the mix and you really have a winner. I did not so much as visit Florence as actually lived there almost like the locals for a week."
"The apartment was in a central location which made it very easy to get anywhere in Rome. The apartment was beautifully decorated and fully functional. The second bathroom was really small which made it a little uncomfortable for the couple who used it but all in all a very nice experience for all. The restaurants in Piazza Navona were all very good and a short 15 minutes from the apartment. Italy perfect was a great company to work with and Lisa especially was wonderful to work with throughout our entire process. I have already recommended them to several people and look forward to using them again in the future. "
"The apartment was much bigger than I had imagined, which was great. It was super hot in Rome when we arrived so it was wonderful to walk into an air-conditioned space. Our greeter was fantastic and super helpful. The location was perfect. We travelled with two children - one of whom was 3 - so being centrally located was key for us. There was a grocery store down a block or so away, and the Campo di Fiori was very close too. It was wonderful to have some food at home for the little ones. I would definitely recommend Italy Perfect (and have already done so) to friends. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating through the whole process. Two tips - Italy Perfect had recommended we bring face clothes and extra shampoo, conditioner, etc., and while I could have gotten it there, bringing it saved some hassle."
"Over Christmas, 2013, we stayed in the Prisco apartment and our adult daughter stayed across the hall in the Strozzi apartment. It was an ideal situation. We were met by the charming Miki and Franco who helped us learn about the apartment and the area. For ten days we lived as the local people do, buying our groceries, preparing our Christmas dinner and enjoying take away and local restaurants when cooking seemed too onerous. The apartments were spacious and clean. The Prisco kitchen was well equipped. The wifi worked perfectly and the location was fabulous for visiting Florence. "

"We were in Florence to be married, so needless to say, we wanted the perfect place to call home for a week. Casseta Bonsi was all we had hoped it would be and more.
The location could not have been better. We walked Florence easily from our neighborhood. The surrounding cafe's, restaurants, florist, grocery, and deli's were all fantastic. The house itself is so charming and well equipped. We both hated to leave and in fact, felt we could easily live there.....forever!
Maurizio was attentive, available, and very helpful. He and his wife were sincere in there wishes for our happiness.
We miss the church bells.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Casseta Bonsi to anyone planning a stay in Florence."
